My experience has been a good one. The employees there have been very helpful and friendly! They are very knowledgeable about their products and have taught me a few things too. Im glad that I found this place and I will continue to shop there & refer them to others.

Called them and asked for help got back to me very quick. When I got there, they hooked me up with many different adapters so that they could fit my piece properly. overall customer service was very pleasing.

I will start this by saying I have not physically been in this store, however I had a pick up order next door and immediately upon opening the first door, this business had 2 younger male employees come out and try to pressure me into going into this store instead. I said no I had a pick up next door, maybe next time. The workers would not let up so I chose to ignore them and continue on my way.This is not a good business practice to bring in customers. I have also noticed the owner of this business being extremely defensive and confrontational towards other reviews that reflect the same viewpoint as mine.I had thought about trying this business next, but due to the lack of respect in the responses and the over aggressive sales techniques they are trying to utilize, I will not be a customer here.

Went to this building to check out the place next door, and had the door held open for me and guided into this store. At first, I thought it was the same, but quickly realized otherwise. I wanted to give it a shot, but when I asked about the THCA percentages of their flower, I was told “usually around 60%” which is..not biologically possible. I looked around, being shadowed by the employee awkwardly, started to feel a bit claustrophobic, and left. I didn’t appreciate the knowledge level or service of this store.(It also is interesting to see multiple brand new google accounts reviewing this store with 5 stars and pictures of products still on the shelf. I assume those are fake.)

It’s a great place to stop in and they’re very helpful. You’re in and out and you’ll get what you need.

Best store in the Waukesha area, this my go to spot they carry everything I be looking for. I can tell they really care about their customers, always been treated right. Quality of products are top notch compared to the locations around them I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

Great place to get gas, Rock in particular was a big help, its much more comforting if they let me know what they smoke too. All in all very friendly place and theyre pretty chill people and its a nice store.

I was visiting from out of town. I stood in line and the clerk (girl) asked the guy if he wanted his change? I then made my purchase and was asked if I wanted my change. Yes I want my change as does everyone else so stop askingIt is beyond rude to ask every customer if u can have their change. I will not shop again here. Also the marble lights were $12.00 which is same price as 7-11 and very expensive.Im a smoke shop owner and if my employees asked for everyones change I would fire them.

I stopped into this shop looking for some THCA cannabis to hold me over until my next trip to MI. As a THCA cannabis shop, it comes across as sketchy and the prices aren’t worth the questionable quality of the product.As other reviews have noted, there was a person sitting at the door holding it open. I wasn’t coerced into entering but it was a little strange. The THCA flower was weighed and then packaged into a little plastic sandwich bag without a zipper. That alone was enough to convince me this place isn’t worth it. Price was about $35 for 3.5 grams. Very amateurish operation for a product that’s supposedly legal. Better off waiting for legalization at this point.

The reason for this review is that they will hold the door open and try to get you to come in should you choose to shop at the other two units. Honestly worst customer service I’ve had, I was going to go into the store next door and they pressured me into their store, I was confused so I entered, but when I got in it was insane, they didn’t know prices on things and made it up on spot, I didn’t end up buying anything but when I was about to leave I saw them not check the I’d of an honestly 12 year old looking kid, he may have not been underage but he looked young and definitely should have been I’d. But that was my breaking point and I left after that!Edit: I’m not faking my review that’s my completely honest review! I had the most uncomfortable feeling inside the store. But from what I’ve heard from friends and family that have shopped in your store before they have felt the same way! I was talking to a family member about my unpleasant experience and they said the same thing happen to them! They told me they use to shop in silver all the time but since tab ease moved in next door they have been super rude and pushy. But for me it was just my own personal experience. I was interested in tab ease, got pulled into silver, had a bad experience, and decided to try out tab ease like I initially intended to do! I enjoyed it and left my real review. so, silver haze, what I’m trying to get at, is that you need to reconsider your choices and be more respectful, so much hate in the world going on we don’t need more. I hope you consider it, thank you.

This is my favorite location of Meijers. Friendly staff and they always have check outs open so you dont have to do self checkout unless you want to. Always clean and can find help if you need it.

Came out to waukesha from downtown to go to the neighboring shop (tabease) and was honestly quite interested in checking out silver haze the next time i came, but silver haze employees routinely attempt to pressure me into entering their store, even when i tell them i specifically have an order to pick up from the shop next door. i promise y’all tabease is not stealing your customers, and could have potentially even brought you more business if your employees welcomed customers in rather than pressuring them. would have loved to give you guys my business but am quite disinterested after these experiences. rather than replying and calling my review “false”, i challenge you guys at silver haze to ask your employees to change this behavior, and if things are different the next time i stop by tabease, i will happily check out silver haze as well.

With personal experience from both stores (silver haze and tabease) and multiple other stores, with an honest review which i’m free to give on here. Silver haze has always been more on the pricey side and even been known for selling to underaged, 18 is understandable but watching a 14 year old go in and come out with cigarettes is disgusting. Being in the new store nextdoor, they don’t force you into the building by holding the door and saying “we got you we got you” clearly you don’t. I don’t like how you guys think every bad review is because of your “competition” its only because with the better service next door it’s important you know there’s more you can do to better your company. stop driving away people

Used to be a frequent customer here a couple years ago and I come back and find out you guys are trying to steal customers from tabease next door. If I’m walking in to go directly to another place I don’t need one of your employees to try and convince me to come into your store. You guys are supposed to be neighboring partners to tabease but instead y’all wanna hate and try and take their customers. Glass shops and dispensaries go hand and hand and you guys ruined that dynamic tryna be “the best shop” when you guys could be making it together and it’s sad. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.

We just went into this business park to check out both smoke shops but we were turned off by the employee sitting at the door to try to steal customers away from their competitors. How tacky and rude. We were immediately turned off from this business. We probably would have purchased from both shops but this move was so unprofessional we knew we couldnt give them our business.

Purchased a 2.5g THCP disposable vape, that they instructed me how to use a dispo that you can switch between smoking the Indica and Sativa in one device! Customer service was outstanding, clean atmosphere with low pricing. 5 stars and will be back the next time in Waukesha!

Overall, they had a semi decent selection of items. Was actually pleasantly surprised/happy that they had a certain brand/flavor of Salt Nicotine that I haven’t been able to find so because of that single thing, I give the place 3 starts. But the customer service was horrible. The guy (more like younger man) working behind the counter was more interested in flirting with another customer that I stood there, waiting to be helped for 10 minutes before I had to go interrupt him asking her for her number, just to buy a bottle of juice. Which he then copped a massive attitude towards me for wanting to make a purchase. But other than him and his attitude problem, I had an overall good trip.

I had the pleasure of working with Omar today. He was mindful of my budget-cap and pointed me to pieces that were discounted at the time which was greatly appreciated (rather than up-selling me on various new tech/gimmicks which many other shops would do). This is the best, most honest smoke-shop that I know of in the Waukesha area; complements to Omar and his staff.

Been to many other shops in the area before this one. Bought many different products and lately been getting HHC for my drug tests and still been dropping positive. That was until I came here. Have how passed 2 drug tests and the effects of the HHC products I have bought here are amazing. No store had this good of a selection. Highly recommend.

I was 18 at the time, buy from blue blaze regularly but this shop was closer to my house. They changed the age limit to 21 so I stopped going there due to the manager saying he wouldn’t sell to me. Found out he sells to minors tho, not of age adults. Just silly.
