By far the best experience I have ever had at a smoke shop. The people working here are incredibly knowledgeable and are eager to educate anyone who asks! I learned a lot here, got some amazing new products, and cant wait to visit again. Their THC drinks are really good!

Yeah I Whent to look around Ive had bad back problem sciatica for 2 years. They recommended that I try these CBD and CBG oils.I was skeptical at best and afterIbuprofen That I normally take The second night I felt something my back clunk and it woke me up and I And turned and the other 2 vertebrae slipped back into place and my back pain is gone. Im gonna continue using it, but I dont know if this was of the weirdest fluke in the universe. Or if it was from the oils and the ibuprofen and combination to relax my muscles and disks went back in place. about 80% of the pain is completely gone I can actually do exercises and stretches again. It was nothing less than miraculous. I think everybody there for the help. I tried a chiropractors which did nothing to help and I was looking at the getting surgery.But now im just gonna do some exercises.Thank you

Ive been to Turning Leaf two times and absolutely love the store. The environment is chill and friendly, good on customer service. The perks of being a return customer are rewarding! I was looking for a menthol vape and usually dislike most of the mint and menthol type flavors, but they had a spearmint one that was amazingg!

So this is my second time in the shop and I am happy that I found this place. Christian has amazing customer service skills and couldn’t ask for a better guide in the store. I recommend to everyone!

Employees and customer service are fantastic. Selection of CBD, Delta varieties, and more are outstanding. This place also features everything you need for nicotine, or nicotine free vaping. Accessories, juices, and disposables all available and more. They also feature a newly opened humidor. Interested in crystals? They have some. Incense? Oh yeah. They even have a clearance section, and also sell a variety of games and puzzles. Definitely recommend.

This was my first visit to this store, but I am very familiar with the two Madison stores, where Ive been made welcome for almost six years. The experience was much the same, for which I am thankful. Wide selection of products at reasonable prices considering the blows that have been dealt to the vape industry in the past two years. The staff are still Infinite Vapors greatest asset, in my opinion. They are well informed, friendly and patient. I will be back, of course.

Ive been a regular customer for years, and the Infinite staff have always answered my questions and helped me figure things out. Dakota and Lucas do a great job at making sure what I need is well stocked. I appreciate their friendliness and commitment to service. While I could easily order my stuff online, I enjoy being able to stop at the store, get what I need immediately, and have a conversation with these guys.

Great neighborhood vape shop. A month or so ago, I purchased a device that turned out to be defective. I took it back the next day, and they happily exchanged it for a replacement after looking up the order on my account. This shop is a great source of tobacco-free nicotine and hemp/CBD products.They scan a government-issued ID for every customer, so dont think about trying to buy there if you are underage.

I have been going to IV for years now. Always a good experience. Really friendly staff, great selection of product. Recently had an issue with a purchase and the manager went above and beyond my expectations to resolve.5 stars!

The guy who helped us out was pretty good. When we first came into the store he was very rude about asking for our ids. I understood because its the law I just wished they would of asked polite. After that the gentleman was very knowledgeable about the products and did not make us feel like we made a bad choice on our purchases. Overall im happy with the store.

Great juice selection but lacking on other inventory...inventory seems to be getting smaller and smaller. Prices are still on the high end as well. However, I always get great service when I come to this location. The store is always clean and the layout is nice as well. Still will be an occasional puchase need store but not my always choice.

Not the best selection, but they have most of what I like. 5 pawns! Prices are just about the best youll find in town. Some employees are super knowledgeable and will take all the time you need to explain and add their own experiences. Their reward program is decent as well.

Best vape shop! And recently there have been new staff who seem to be very pleasant. Daemon has went above and beyond to be as helpful and knowledgeable as needed. I’ve been coming here for 4.5 years and only once have I encountered a not as nice individual. I’m very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of staff.

They are always super helpful the staff are super friendly and really get to know their customers! They always have a amazing amount of choices when it comes to juice and they also have a great selection of CBD products as well. Atmosphere is super chill and relaxed and they always have great music playing! I had the pleasure of meeting the manager there on my last visit and much like her employees she was awesome!

I previously, erroneously reviewed this location as having not stocked some pretty basic components for flagship vape models like the RPM 160. Turns out they DID have them, just some misinformed staff. Just stopped in today and wow, do they have a great selection. And the guy there knows a LOT about the business/making recommendations for products. Plus, they have a rewards program for customers. 5 stars!!

Stopped in while I was in the area for a couple things I needed. The employee working was super helpful with describing different flavors and making recommendations. I got what I needed and a couple extras to try as well. I can’t say I’ll be in often as I’m rarely in the area, but I’d gladly come back if I was, and I’d definitely recommend Infinite Vapor to anyone local!

My first experience here wasnt the greatest. I somewhat recently moved here and have been struggling to find a reliable shop. My main concern with juice is finding a line/flavor that isnt so loaded with sweetener or problematic flavourings that my coil is turned into blackened gunk in short order.I asked the guy working the counter for some recommendations based on that. I was immediately pointed to a specific fruit flavor which I purchased.Fresh coil, fresh cotton, and fresh liquid. This was less than 48 hours ago, day one the cotton darkened dramatically which was surprising given the juice is totally clear. Day two and the cotton is entirely black with an impressive layer of gunk on my coil.Its extremely disappointing, I asked if he knew which juices had sweetener added, no go. I get that that sort of info might not be shared or even asked about when picking the line up, which is why I asked for personal recs.I wont be returning.

I been to plenty of vapor shops from the east coast and southwest and out of most of them they know what they are doing . They are very helpful in getting the tastes and products you need l. I went in there a few days ago got some extra glass for my kangertech because you never know. Got some more juice and coils very pleased.

I was very impressed with the knowledge of the person working behind the counter Her Name Escapes me at the moment however I was there this last Saturday. I had been going to another vape shop. But this one tops that one buy a lot as far as selection of Vapes and vape juice. But definitely recommend

I was driving through for the holiday weekend and stopped for CBD gummies (forgot mine at home and use CBD every day). The guys there were so great. They told me so much about CBD and the different ways to take it. I had no idea!Matt is great at his job and kept me laughing.

I LOVED thsi place! Very friendly , however, when 2 vapes of the same, got the same one after the 1st one died after 1.5 weeks. then the 2nd one went and they wouldnt exchange or just give money backk so i can get one that will last more than 5 days. ive been a good customer and feel that they were rude and inconsiderate in helping me get a quality vape. So far I spent over 175.00 on vapes in 1 month. very dissappointed

They are constantly out of the juice I like. Been going here for 2 years and after I walked in today they were out of 2 different types of juice and didnt have any coils. The guy working was sitting on the couch and seemed annoyed he had to get up and deal with customers.

Extra-eemly friendly staff, theyre true vape gurus. Also a great selection of juice. Im really into mint, and they are the only place Ive found which carries HellsVapors Frostbite. Would highly recommend trying that juice if you like mint. Theres no other like it.

Id give 5 stars but the fact that you have to show a Id every time you go in is very inconvenient. Iv been to other stores around Wisconsin and this is the only store doing this.at 60 years old I couldnt buy anything because I forgot my Id I was with someone who had one the clerk wouldnt sell to him because he said he knew it was for me.

The place has a clean and laid back kinda vibe. I go here all the time to get CBD flower becuase the flower they have (my faves is the lifter) is some of the best flower i have found for CBD. The flower is very feesh and within a good price range and the employees are very helpful in helping find what is best for you.

The Vape Lords are very communicative and patient when looking for knew products. Helpful to sell the best products in your price and size range. A good store.

Being new to vaping, i expressed this along with my goal while having an idea of what type of apparatus i wanted based on conversations with experienced cloud blowers. i ended up making a purchase of my first rig, along with a couple of different juice flavors i am hoping will fill my need. the person working didnt seem to have much more than just basic information from questions i was asking. i should have stuck with my gut and went elsewhere.

We passed by there before 7 but decided to go to a different shop because of the employee.

I sent someone in to grab me some juices for my new vape. I DID MY RESEARCH online, through youtubers, through forums, etc. I read and watched and knew what I was doing when I bought my vape. I wanted a certain blend but they dont carry it so I figured Id still try the ones they had. Well, the guy that worked there was VERY rude to my husband who went in for me to get my juices. He lectured him about not going in and having a professional teach me how to vape properly and use my device properly. He also lectured him because I asked for a specific flavor and then for their most popular flavor and it was not the right thing to do. I will NOT be going back to this location. If it had been me in there I would have left the juice and gone some place else. Just because you vape doesnt give you the freedom to be a dick.

Just left the shop with some blue raspberry vape juice and some blue cheese. Damen was very helpful, kind and informational. I will most defidently go there again.

The worker acted as if he was annoyed by our visit, he charged us a dollar each to try a juice out of a coil that tasted like the actual Underground Railroad. He mildly suggested juices as if he were trying to sell cardboard to cardboard manufacturers. 1 Star.

Great customer service! I was also very impressed that the gentleman who was working carded both my girlfriend and I, and I was the only one purchasing anything.

I’ve been there a good handful of time and I’ve only had one good experience. Everytime I go in they seem annoyed and if you ask a question they treat you like you’re stupid. I only go there if the other 2 places I enjoy are closed.
