Jamie gave an absolutely amazing facial! She was very welcoming and asked all the right questions before starting, as well as telling me exactly what her steps in the facial would be. She used just the right amount of pressure during the massage, had a wonderful mix of warm and cool facial techniques and was masterful at her extractions. Jamie seemed extremely knowledgeable about skin care products, but did not pressure to purchase. The spa itself is immaculate! Clean, quiet, relaxing and beautifully decorated. A definite gem!

I had my first appointment today at Signature, and it for sure won’t be my last! I hit the jackpot with Maggie, who gave me one of the best haircuts I think I’ve ever had. She didn’t rush through the appointment and everything was amazing, from the shampoo to the cut to the blowout! I know my hair isn’t the easiest to cut since it’s wavy/curly, but Maggie handled it like the pro that she is, and I’m so happy with the result! Thanks, Maggie!

This was my very first time at this salon and I really enjoyed it! The women at the front desk were very sweet and Sydney, my stylist, was very professional and kind. Sydney did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish with my hair. She asked questions and made sure I got the style I wanted. I will definitely be coming back. 😊

Amazing salon! The stylists are well trained and there are tons of highly experienced staff! I enjoy the warm neck wraps, cup of hot tea, and scalp massage with my hair appointments. I have yet to find a salon that compares to this one.

I was scheduled for highlights, haircut and color. I walked out after 2 hours with only the top of my hair done. I did not notice it until I put my hair up and my son asked what happened to my hair. Underneath my hair was not touched. I called and spoke to the stylist. I was expecting her to apologize and ask me to come back in to finish my hair, but instead got an attitude and said stated she did not have enough time to finish because I have a lot of hair. She only did top highlights so when she styled my hair, it looked finished. She asked if I wanted to have the owner call me, I said yes. When Rosie called, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. I explained what happened and she stated I was not charged for anything more than the haircut and half done color ($180 including a tip.) She then stated she wanted me to come back in and sit down with the sylist and talk like adults AND pay more to finish my hair. Needless to say, I was I insulted and shocked at how unprofessional Rosie is as an owner of the salon. I have never been to a salon in my 55 years where if there was an issue with your hair, the stylist would not fix it no charge. I have since found a wonderful stylist and told her what happened. She was also shocked about my experience.Its sad because my family has utilized Signature since the early 90s. No more. Rosie, you need to humble yourself a bit and take care of your customers!

I have been to Signature on and off over the years - all the way back to seeing Rosie, the owner, way back in the 90’s!I went back last night and saw Jaylyn and she was AMAZING! She even knew I had been to the salon before and welcomed me back!I walked in with a color and cut I wasn’t happy with from my former stylist - and walked out feeling confident and loving my new cut and color! I have short hair and it’s difficult to find someone who is good at and enjoys short styles. Jaylyn did my entire cut with a razor and it is just perfect! We even booked my next three appointments!McKenzie is a recent grad and was working with Jaylyn - such a nice young gal and great job shampooing!Can’t wait till my next visit!

Emily L. Did an amazing job with my haircut! She is skilled at cutting, gave me an amazing head massage at the shampoo bowl, and is so friendly! I will definitely be back!

AVOID “we don’t see what you see” after the color washed out in a few days after using products they recommend. I wasn’t trying to get something for free or even a refund. Just my hair fixed. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing atmosphere and service I had Nicole and she was awesome and sweet and I dont normally go to a salon but now I will go every couple months cause it was one of the best experiences ever and my hair was beautiful and felt amazing afterwards thank you again Nicole for your amazing service!!!!

April 18th Sydney was my hairstylist and left me with the ugliest cut I’ve ever seen. Now, almost 3 months later can’t straighten my hair without it looking like this. Also, very unprofessional how I was upset about my cut and the manager proceeded to take her side. Even wanted her to fix my hair! That baffled me. Hair is not just hair and I spent 6 months growing it out.

Jaylynn razor cut and colored my hair. Very good, shes been w this salon for 16 years. Womens razor cuts are hard to find in this neck of the woods. Good job Jay! Im getting use to my highlights. Maybe it was a bit much, but we will learn together. Thanks for warming me up when I was cold there. And my water was refilled without asking.

I purchased an acrylic full set and the tech did not clean my nails or remove any dead skin or cuticles from my nails. The nails were different shapes and painted poorly. The technician was very friendly and sweet but did not do nails worth $60+ i will not be back for nails. It’s been one week since getting my nails and the acrylic is starting to chip and peal from my nails.

My friend Wendy asked me to help her with her first google review to share the incredible experience at Signature Salon and Spa. .... I recently visited the spa for a signature massage. Wonderful from the moment I walked in, greeted by a warm, friendly smile of the receptionist and taken to a comfortable lounge with low lighting and a warm neck wrap as I filled in my paperwork. Stephanie Cruz was my massage therapist. Can I just say-Amazing!! I have had many massages throughout my life and this one topped it. Stephanie really listened to my concerns and made sure to address all of them. I asked for medium to deep tissue and she brought it, without discomfort. She really has a healing touch, very professional, and a caring personality. By the end of the massage, I was able to pick up items from the ground, which I could not do earlier. Great work!! I immediately booked another massage for the future. I highly recommend Stephanie and the team at Signature Salon & Spa. I want to extend thanks to my previous co-workers that gave me the gift card to enjoy some downtime.

I had my hair done by Rachel and makeup done by Jessie last weekend for a wedding and I couldnt have been happier with the results and my overall experience at Signature! I had never felt so beautiful in my life :)! I cannot wait to have my hair and makeup done again in September for my own wedding! Highly recommend this Salon! Very talented and sweet staff, the atmosphere is absolutely pampering and relaxing!Thank you to Rachel who did mine and my Moms hair and Jessie who did our makeup for my wedding in September! I absolutely love this salon & my hairstylist Nicole! She does an amazing job doing my blonde highlights & all of my cuts. She takes her time, listens to my hair ideas, and constantly asks if I need a drink or a warm towel. She could also be classified as a therapist for her amazing listening skills and ability to talk to people. She makes our 3 hour appointments fly by!I saw Nicole today for an appointment and shared how I wished that I could curl my hair the way she does it. She walked me through the process of using the curling iron clamp, what products to use when curling, and her secret tips & tricks. I asked around 10 questions and she was so patient and helpful. Never once did she make me feel like an annoyance. She was happy to help.I will never stop recommending this salon and Nicole to people! The confidence that Nicole gives me is priceless.

I had an excellent experience with Jewel, girlfriend is serving looks. The first time I worked with her we didnt get my hair completely where I wanted it, I almost let it go but decided to tell her. She was HAPPY I told her. She had me come back in a day later and let me tell you: she is IT. My hair looks the best it has in years. It turned out better than I expected. Im over here livin my extra life with my new hair. Her communication, demeanor, technique, collaboration, is all on point. Ive never had a stylist that I felt compelled to go back to- (Im picky). But I feel like this is the start of something awesome. Thank you again Jewel. (I attached after pics, and I wish I had some before pics, but I can tell you that my hair was dingy, flat boring light brown. Its so spicy now, I love it).

This was hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the salon itself was really beautiful and clean. Rita did a beautiful job on my nails and my feet. An additional plus was we had so much to chat about and she was so lovely to talk with. She was meticulous about making sure my nails looked perfect and exactly the shape and color that I wanted. I would recommend this salon to anyone and I’ll definitely be going back!

I have been going to Signature for hair services and massage, for the past 5 years. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, from check in to check out. This salon is a hidden gem in Waukesha.

I loved this place! The ambiance was super friendly from beginning to end. I was completely happy with both my hair and makeup. The artists that did them both, Jenny and Gemma are great. I felt like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day! I felt a little iffy toward reception, however. I had 3 total appointments, of them I was only offered water (with or without cucumber or lemon) 2 of my 3 visits and the day I wasnt offered a water was the day reception forgot about me. I had to wait 30 mins past my 15 min hair consultation before my stylist actually saw me. I was the one who had to approach reception, had I not done so I feel like they wouldve let me sit there for even longer without approaching me as they shouldve. I dont believe my stylist forgot about me, I think reception failed to inform her that I was there. Aside from that i still give this place a high rating because my stylists were great and made me feel so comfortable and understood what I was looking for from each of them.

I am going through some serious health issues and as a result, I feel terrible and not beautiful. Signature spent time with me listening to me and finding a way to make me feel beautiful. I will always be a loyal client and I enjoy all my time I spend at the salon. I am truly blessed with the wonderful and patient staff at Signature.Many, many thanks.

Had my hair done here with my friends bridal party. My hairdresser was very professional and I was thankful they did a full blowout. I always prefer a professional wash and dry before any styling and they made my hair look perfect. All the other bridesmaids and the brides hair were perfect!

Been coming to Signature Salon for 10+ years now. Tyler is my hairstylist and he is just wonderful! Its always such a calming feeling walking in there. Its a beautiful place, nice setting, all staff is so friendly. They really take care of you here and Id recommend to everyone.

Had an Amazing experience with Emma C. Yesterday after she fixed a haircut I got from somewhere else! She was extremely nice and fixed what I didn’t think could’ve been fixed! Rickie did such a great job cutting my hair. My shampoo was amazing, I love my layers and she was very kind.

This was my second facial at Signature, and Mandy is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable, and I have learned so much about my skin and beneficial products during these sessions. I have also never felt this relaxed or pampered during a facial before. Cant recommend her enough!

I got extensions for the first time for a special occasion. Within 24 hours, the first extension came out and was dangling before I even had my hair styled for the event. I called the salon immediately, and due to the time constraint the day of the event, the ONLY time they could offer me was 8:00 the next morning. The salon is over an hour away from where I currently live and work and Iwas oy in toen for the event. The second extension came out the next week ( 9 days out from when the extensions were put in). I called the salon again, and they told me I could either come in and have them taken out OR be partially refunded and have them removed somewhere else. Days before the appointment (between Saturday when I talked to the salon and the appointment day of Tuesday) I washed my hair as usual, and the majority of the the rest of the extensions were loose/slipping. Since there were still a couple days before my scheduled appointment, I took the extentions out myself in order to look presentable at work and make sure the extensions wouldnt fall out while at work. I called the salon on Monday (as soon as I got off work) to tell them that I no longer needed the appointment since the extensions were already out. The salon told me they would talk to the owner, Rosie, and contact me on Tuesday. Rosie finally called me at 6:33pm Tuesday night. I didnt recognize the number, so I let it go to voicemail. In the voicemail, Rosie said she would only be available for 15 more minutes and after that, wouldnt be available until after 12:30 pm Wednesday. I called her back immediately. Rosie didnt hesitate to say there are always two sides to every story, so Im curious to hear what you have to say. This immediately caught me off gaurd and I pretty much knew instantly that this was not going to go in my favor. I proceeded to tell her the same story as above. Rosie was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and told me that she was NOT going to offer me a refund of ANY KIND as it was MY FAULT the extensions fell out because I used dry shampoo. I only used dry shampoo on the very top roots of my hair, where the extensions werent even placed. I told Rosie the styilst NEVER told me I couldnt use dry shampoo, to which Rosie responded well I guess it just her word against yours, isnt it? I was SHOCKED!!! I tried telling Rosie that she was being COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and that the styist should have gone through all the dos/donts of extensions, knowing that I had never had extensions before. Rosie continued to argue with me telling me my pictures turned out beautiful ( I had obviously never showed her a picture of my event, because my extensions didnt make it to the appointment I had scheduled). Rosie then stated well thats the great thing about social media, everything is public. Rosie facebook STALKED me to see my pictures! Rosie continued talk over me until I ended the call since she wasnt listening to me anyway . The extensions the salon recommended were $630+ and the application of the extensions was $200, without tip. The salon MANDATES you to have you get the extensions put in there. Not only that, but they keep the packaging the extensions come in, so you are forced to have them remove the extensions, where there is also a fee to take them out. The salons I called, AND explained this experience to, were BLOWN away, not only about the outright DISRESPECT and UNPROFESSIONALISM, but also their prices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give them less than one star if possible!!!

Do not recommend this place and will never be coming back. When your hair color comes out after ONE wash you expect a full refund or to have it fixed free of charge. Both were refused by the manager. Even used shampoo and conditioner they recommended. Beyond disappointed and frustrated with this place. Not worth my time or money. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was my first massage. The staff was extremely friendly and inviting. Stephanie C. Was absolutely wonderful and very professional. She listened, adjusted and concentrated on my problem areas. Stephanie’s talent and technique made me feel that I was important and not just part of the job. I think my next massage will be the 90min or the 2hr. Session. I will definitely recommend Signature salon and Stephanie C. To everyone. Thank you Stephanie and the staff for an awesome experience!

Lauryn is amazing at color and cuts! I have been seeing her since I was about 12yrs old, now being almost 23. She has amazing attention to detail. I always walk out of signature happy with my hair. I recently also started seeing Mandy for facials. As an esthetician, you don’t realize how much you need that relaxation. She is amazing at what she does, and makes the experience super relaxing. Her neck/shoulder/scalp and hand massages are great. Ive been a client here for nearly 10yrs and have never been upset leaving. Love signature!

I have been going to Signature since they opened their doors 25 + years ago. The last maybe 7 (?) years Marie has been doing my hair and I could not be happier! She brings my vision to life and always makes sure I am fully satisfied before leaving the chair! She understands that my time there is precious and is sure to make me as comfortable as possible. Her head massages at the shampoo station are the best!

I scheduled an appointment for hair coloring and a haircut two months ago. It was still over a month wait before that appointment when I took a sooner opening. They called me one week later to cancel on me due to their scheduling error. They stated they didnt allow enough time in that spot for my hair services and had to cancel it. Then I was offered an appointment in two additional months from now. Id be more understanding of this happening if I used online scheduling, but each interaction was with their front desk staff on the phone.I had to take time off work and reschedule my own clients to be able to take that sooner appointment that they have now canceled on me. The only other attempt that was made to make this right was to schedule with my previous stylist that I previously had one appointment with. Also that would require me to take more time off work if I wanted to get in anytime soon. The previous stylist was a newer stylist. My color turned out okay, but there was no definition and I could not even tell there were any highlights at all. I didnt complain. I tipped her well and scheduled my next appointment with a more experienced stylist.Due to an important upcoming event, I am now left scrambling last minute to find another place. After waiting all this time my grey roots are overgrown, one color without highlights is totally faded and my hair looks awful for photos.

I have been getting my haircut here for years. The staff is always so kind and they are always willing to help with any questions. My stylist, Aly, has always been willing to do as best as she can with the style or cut I ask for, but also suggests a better option that would still work when there is one. Even when I got my hair cut much shorter than Ive ever had it, my hair always looks and feels amazing after I go in to get it wash and cut. They also have a great selection of products for all types of hair.

I have not been to Signature Spa recently. However, when I was there in the past it is by far one of the best spas I have been to. Customer service is foremost. Professionalism is apparent. It is worth the trip for a personal treat to any service they offer. HIGHLY recommend.

I’m a very unsatisfied costumer. After waiting almost two month for my appointment I went in to get something i didn’t want. My roots were bleached and burned along with my scalp. I went to get my lightened and instead they made my hair darker. I’m frustrated and upset with the outcome. With my ruined hair they still wanted me to pay $350 for the damage which was outrages. This is my hair before and after.

Everyone was so friendly and professional! Kali did an absolute amazing job at cutting and styling my hair. I was comfortable the entire time and am so pleased with the outcome! Love my hair and I will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend coming here!

Love that they use cleaner products and that it didnt smell chemically in there when I had my organic pedicure! Cant wait to go back and try some of their other services.

I have been to Signature Salon twice and had such a great experience. Both times I met with Amber who is great! She knows her stuff and is super easy to talk to. The second time I had to bring my almost 6 year old daughter and they were wonderful and accommodating. They never once made me feel uncomfortable for bringing her. I have officially made this my go to salon and have even recommended the salon and AMBER to my friends and family. You wont regret choosing Signature Salon.

I LOVED this salon! I messed up my hair and drove 45 minutes to get here from East side of Milwaukee, and I was hoping all the good google reviews would be correct. And they were! I had Jessie C (I believe!) and she did amazing. She was so attentive and took her time to make sure she fixed my hair and got it right. She was so nice and so thorough. I hate spending money on my hair, but she did such a good job I will be back. The salon was beautiful and clean, everyone was nice. They were friendly and very upfront about costs and services. Can’t say enough good things. Will be back!!

I absolutely love Signature Salon. I had been in a couple times before but as of recently I wanted a big change to my hair and only a vague idea of what I wanted. Kali was super helpful and helped me figure out what I wanted done and the results turned out great! I love my new hair cut and color!! 🙂

I LOVE going here to get my hair done. The front desk staff is friendly and attentive. Asking if you would like anything to drink, as well as asking if you would like refills. I see Tammi C here, I absolutely love her. She makes my hair look amazing! Shes cut it and dyed it once so far. By far my favorite dye job someone has ever done for me. The people here are amazing, I would definitely recommend getting your hair done here.

Poor customer service on multiple occasions. The stylist don’t listen very well,doing whatever they wish to your hair as if they are practicing on a mannequin head. They are very inexperienced and uncomfortable styling people of color hair.Rosie,the owner has as a bad attitude and knows nothing about hair besides collecting the money. I will never return here and I do not recommend for black people,unfortunately…

Super friendly staff. Ive had my nails done as well as my hair and I have been beyond satisfied everytime! I get my nails done by Paige who is absolutely wonderful, does an amazing job, and really knows what shes doing. For my hair I go to Rachel and oh my goodness does she do an amazing job! Both are extremely focused on making sure that you love what you leave with. Never going anywhere else.

I scheduled an appointment for my 15 year old to have an undercut done at the nape of her neck. When scheduling, I indicated what she wanted. At her appointment she showed the stylist a photo of what she hoped to have done and was told they dont have use of the tools needed for the design and the stylist suggested a chevron design instead. My daughter agreed to have that design. She paid with my debit card upon completion and got in my car, we left and when we got to our next stop I looked more closely at her results as she wanted me to take a picture for her. We were both horrified at the work that was done. For the prices this salon charges, they should be able to deliver on quality. We will not be returning.

Shaiye was so gentle with my hair and recommend great products. She cut my hair to exactly how I pictured in my head. Everyone from front desk to my stylist was super friendly. Was a great first time experience.

This salon has a relaxing atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming. They offer you a beverage. The wash and head massage is very nice. I have Amber do my hair. She is friendly, willing and knowledgeable to answer hair care questions, and does a great job giving me the cut I am looking for.

Ive been coming to Signiture for over 20 years! Everyone at Signiture is always kind, welcoming and professional. When I come in the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and greet you with a smile, Wendy is fabulous! Rachel does such a wonderful job with my haircuts and waxing. Shes a joy to have conversations with. Each time I come in for a service even just a hair trim I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed.. I always recommend Signiture to anyone looking for a stylist.

Ive had a lot of massages, but this one was the best Ive ever had! I came in with an acute issue causing a migraine and was recommended to see Monica. Her technique was very thoughtful and purposeful, not just going through the motions. She was very attentive and sweet as well I have already booked my next appointment and cant wait!

Service began from 1st introduction via phone call ,greeted by friendly, helpful staff while making an appointment for my granddaughter and myself. Our manicures were perfection, staff was wonderful from start to finish! Highly recommend, we will definitely be returning 🥰

The salon was recently renovated so it looks really nice inside. My hair stylist (Jennifer) was really nice and she gave me good advice on what to do with my hair and how to take care of it I also really loved how my balayage turned out. The only complaint I have is that it was my first time visiting the salon and I was really turned off by the attitude the lady at the front had with me when I was checking in. Luckily Jennifer made me change my mind about the place and I plan on coming back soon.

Love Rachel and the services she provides me and my two teenage girls. From thick to thin, curly to straight as can be... Rachel can take care of any of our hair types. Shes also a top notch Colorist...cant highly recommend her enough. And the front desk staff lead by Chris is amazing also!

GEMMA at signature salon has never failed to amaze me. Her and I have gone on quite the journey. Going from extremely damaged hair to now where its healthy and beautiful! I am 100% comfortable putting all of my trust in her and my hair always turns out exactly how I want it. Not to mention the salon itself is beautiful and they have a wide range of products. love this place!

I am frugal. I tend to wait to get my hair done until I can no longer stand it. That day arrived and, of course, I wanted a salon slot right away. I was able to make my appointment online FOR THE NEXT DAY, on a Friday! So convenient! A stylist was selected for me (because I was not an existing client had no preference). I am so glad Marie F. was chosen for me! Ill admit, I tend to bring anxiety with me to the salon. I dont like looking at myself for an hour and my last experience at a salon (some where else) did not end well (over-processed). Marie made me VERY comfortable! Her confidence, calmness and coolness dissolved my anxiety. The service I received at the salon was awesome! BONUS: I love my highlights and cut!!! I highly recommend Marie F. at Signature Salon & Spa.

Stepping across the threshold into the salon is like a refreshing exhale...Have been patronizing the salon for several years through its various refreshes, always on the receiving end of what are arguably very high-end services for hair, nails, massage that can run circles around those found at downtown Milwaukee establishments. Wink.I am thoroughly impressed with the extent of detailed consideration given to the current covid safety measures... They have not only attended to every detail but have maintained a beautiful unobtrusive mellow atmosphere. The key to it all are the talented, service minded staff. My loyalty to Signature continues.

Signature Salon is great! I have been seen Aaliyah for over a year now, and she is amazing. She always listens to what I’m looking for and checks in throughout the process, she’s also super fun to talk to! I’ve had one appointment since the COVID-19 pandemic, and Signature is taking a lot of precautions (waiting in your car, temp check, station dividers, etc.) which made me feel totally comfortable even in these weird times.

Uneven left vs right eyebrows and very rough lower edges. I read on the “Services” section and saw eyebrow threading listed, called and was told that they only do eyebrow waxing, which was fine. I booked the same day appointment and the staff was nice. However my eye brows turned out uneven after the service, left eyebrow is way thicker than the right, and it was after I told the staff and reworked it. I had to rework it again after coming home. The bottom edge of the eyebrows are hard to clean up for myself, which is why I go to get them done, didn’t make much of a difference. $20 plus tips, I didn’t expect this. Waste of time and money.

Love this place! Ive been coming here since I was about 14 years old (about 15 years) and have had a great experience. I moved to Colorado about a year ago and have still been making appointments here whenever I come home to visit. Everyone is always very friendly and a few people even recognize me when I come in. Renee is fantastic and is a whiz with color. My hair always looks fantastic when I leave. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful 90 minute facial with Jamie today that included a foot/hand massage. Will absolutely be going back and highly recommend it. Worth every penny!

While she’s always been my go-to, I’ve had hair done by others when needing up-dos or last minute appointments and everyone has been hard working, great at what they do and pleasant! Im always treated very well from the moment I walk in the door. They offer light beverages for while you wait for your appt, shampoo and condition your hair with a regular hair appt, with a stellar head and neck massage. Very nice establishment

I recently started going to Signature for brow waxing and Marie F. has be amazing! They offer the hard wax which has worked great for me since I have sensitive skin. The soft wax often caused my skin to tear but that is not the case with their hard wax. I have minimal redness and its much less painful, nearly pain free. Marie shaped my brows just the way I like them. She also took the time to show me what product she would recommend for filling in my brows and showed me how to properly do it. Their pricing is reasonable, friendly staff, and its is a very clean and beautiful salon. I will definitely be coming back to see Marie.

Had an appointment with Kali. Had my hair done a week earlier at another salon. Showed that woman a pic of what I wanted. She wasnt even close. Kali cut my hair and showed me how to style it. She took her time. Also gave me the most wonderful scalp and neck massage. She has a new customer.

Jackie is AMAZING!!! She is an artist with scissors and color as her tools and my hair as her canvas.The number of times of Ive gotten compliments on my cut and color... well if I had a $1 for each one, it would have paid for the visit several times over.I can take a photo in, or give her a mood and she works her magic. Shes worth it.Jaime, my aesthetician, is equally amazing. Facials to soothe my dry winter skin to waxing, shes had a sense of humor that lights up your day.

The only place I go to get my haircut. The girls are fabulous and do a great job. Kali cut my hair recently (second time) and I just love how it looks down, up and styled. Treat yourself to a great haircut, you are totally worth it! ❤️

Signature Salon has always taken great care of me. I was diagnosed with breast cancer late in 2019 and went after my mastectomy to have my hair washed, they treated me with such kindness. I also recently visited to cut off about 13 inches of hair so I can donate it before chemo makes it start falling out. My stylist was so compassionate and took her time, l with my cut even though its only temporary until I have to shave it off. ❤❤

I went in to get green hair dye removed and covered up. Tammi was my stylist and was absolutely incredible! She was honest, helpful, and very descriptive throughout the whole process so I knew what was being done to my head. She did a great job of explaining what she was doing and listened to what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been going to Gemma at Signature since 2015 & every single time I have had an amazing experience! Gemma really takes the time to listen to what my vision is & gets me there every time. Not only does she invest time into safely coloring my hair, but she also makes sure to help me keep it as healthy as I can in between appointments & educates me on proper upkeep to get the most out of my color every time. I am extremely disappointed with my mani/pedi, especially since I paid $135 plus tip. The day of they looked GREAT!! Now 48 hours later my acrylic French tips are already separating from my actual nails. Not to mention my real nails are highly visible under the acrylics. Most definitely not worth the money and will never be back

Came in to get some highlights and a cut done. Asked for a couple inches off and some layers, i did not receive what i wanted, when i asked to get more cut off my stylist emma said i dont have time that i will have to schedule another appointment for a haircut. Worst service i have ever received. I have never been told by a stylist i dont have anymore time to get what i scheduled for and paid for.

Rachel (Im so bad with names... my silver haired goddess!!) was great. We just moved to Wisconsin, a month ago! First time Id had my hair cut in, 18 months and I couldnt have been more blessed to walk into this salon! I dread the salon like most dread the dentist. She cut it exactly like how wed spent time discussing beforehand. No surprises, no mistakes. It was JUST the right length for now. She styled it perfectly! Just so cute! Even discussed fun things with me the entire time, asking all about the move, my hobbies, and she let me lead a lot of the conversation which really was sweet. Shes really awesome at talking out what her thoughts are and working though exactly what you want vocally, making sure the style fits the woman. Actions speak louder than words, and she fully came through!! The salon was clean, cozy, and cheerful. Did I mention the head and neck massage!?!? Heavenly!! Thank you!! January will be coming up soon, ready to go back!! 🙃

I just had my first visit for a hair cut and very much enjoyed it. So refreshing to have a stylist genuinely listen and know exactly how to cut my curly hair. I also enjoyed the overall atmosphere, very calm and relaxing. Looking forward to trying some of thier other services.

I just moved to area so took a chance on Tamara. Im so happy to find someone like her. She took 10 years off my age with better color, more suited to my complexion and updated hair style. I made sure to keep going by making my next appt when I left. I havent tried other services but if theyre anything like Tamara, Ill be going back soon.

I just moved here about a month ago and saw the great reviews, this is definitely the place to go. Jen did an amazing job on my hair and assisted with helping me find the best product for my hair type. I am beyond satisfied with the results

My daughter and I have been going to Signature for cuts, color, and styling for 7+ years. I made an appointment for my daughter for an up-do for her prom in February, a full 3 months before prom. My daughter’s go-to stylist wasn’t working on prom day, so I asked for a different stylist and was told Gemma was available that day. The appointment was made with Gemma. My daughter was concerned about getting such an important hairstyle from someone she didn’t know, but her regular stylist said Gemma was THE BEST, so she was reassured. Fast-forward to the day before prom. I got an email reminder of the appointment, but it says it’s with Jessie. When I called to ask about this discrepancy, I was told that they forgot to mark the appointment as a stylist request, which according to their policy means they can switch you to a different stylist without asking you or telling you. The manager I spoke with said it was entirely their fault, but sorry, she couldn’t do anything about it because Gemma was now completely booked. The attitude was pretty much “too bad, so sad”. The management of this salon needs to re-evaluate their appointment policies; for example, once an appointment is made with someone, don’t change it unless (1) you ask the client first and (2) you notify the client of the change. Just be aware that if you go to Signature, you might not end up with the stylist you thought you were getting…and apparently, they don’t care about it.UPDATE: The owner of Signature, Rosie, reached out to me to discuss this situation and met with me in person to explain what had happened. The situation has been resolved.

Do NOT go here for Brazilian Blowout (and possibly anything else time-consuming and expensive). I have been getting 3 to 4 Brazilian Blowout treatments for the last 10+ years (and at various salons, as I have moved around). I recently tried this salon after moving too far away from my old stylist, and I have no idea what was done to my hair but it was NOT a Brazilian Blowout. My hair was MORE frizzy after I got the treatment than when I walked in and than it has ever been in the last DECADE! (And no, this is not due the humid summer, as humidity protection, shine, and some degree of relaxation, is the whole point of the treatment and has always worked 100% the last 40-50 times!!)In fact, the entire feel of my hair was off since day one of getting this treatment at Signature, as if NO keratin was ever applied. (And no, this effect is not from failing to use the appropriate after-care shampoo and conditioner products; as I will repeat, I have had MANY of these treatments, and therefore have Brazilian Blowout aftercare products to last me a life time!!) Whatsmore is, I didnt even wash or style my hair before I noticed the fact that my hair didnt look or feel like I had recieved the treatment! I thought it was strange that I did not smell even a slight amount of chemical going into my hair that day, but was assured that the appropriate amount had been applied. Riiiiiight. Further, the stylist under-calculated the time it took to perform the service properly and seemed to rush through the end since the salon was closing.When I politely voiced my concerns the next business day, I was ultimately offered a 30% discount on my next service or another run with the same stylist. While I was all for trying the treatment again, I really was not comfortable with the same stylist for a variety of reasons, including the fact that the salon was again trying to squeeze me into a window of time that isnt long enough to complete the process, which was at least part of the issue before! Nevertheless, they refused to open it up to another stylist. Really?! I dropped over a half a grand at this salon for total services, spent an entire Saturday there, am unable to see if I actually got the highlights I paid for due to the frizz, and youre telling me that your business model doesnt support customer satisfaction? Further, 30% off is still $175 and over $200 with tip, so probably not worth the risk of paying for the sort of incompetence I experienced previously and knowing that theyre not going to properly fix their mistakes.I asked to speak with an owner or manager but instead I got bounced around to a number of staff and eventually a rather rude man who acted as if I was being completely unreasonable in asking if there was any possibility to look into a different stylist. For Gods sake, besides myself, I would have referred three others for this treatment to the salon had this been handled properly. But literally nothing was handled appropriately from the application of the treatment to the 10-minute scramble for eyewash solution when dye was accidentally flung into my eye (good thing it was during a rinse and diluted at that point, or I could well have gone blind in the time that took) through the series of phone calls and staff I talked with. Why I was denied the opportunity to talk directly with the owner/manager is beyond me.Its called integrity, responsibility, and quality (or at least quality improvement), but these are not things you will experience if you have the unfortunate situation in which your services do not turn out as they should. Really disappointing. And a downright theft of time and money.

Been visiting Signature Salon for over 25 years now. The people are friendly, the service is exceptional and they are always knowledgeable on new hairstyles. The Spa is comfortable and beyond exceptional, they make you feel like you are the only client there and cater to your every need

There was no where to sit n wait. $78 ( 20 off for promotion) for a hair cut that fast? The 1st time I went there the girl had a very different approach, used brushes, n turned out pretty good, took lot longer. Wow. Then of course they try n sell u stuff. I was not happy w the 1st comb out so she took some of the Shirley temple curls out. I saw other women drinking wine but as one reviewer said, maybe Im not one of their regular repeaters so I had this gas station capachino. Conversation between Jackie n I seemed very strained. I felt others were forced into being friendly to the clients to rack up business, not very sincere. When i pay this kinda money i will go to a spa in Brookfield I like better. Its sad, I think they judge people on the way they look if they have money or not to pay n tip. HUGE MISTAKE HUGE If the have messages, very interested, if they have skin treatments, extremely interested. My ideal day would be a message, facial/skin treatment, pedicure n then my hair done. Why cant I find that quality in Waukesha? Why do i have to drive so far? $600-700 is well worth it if the quality of treatment is hi n they treat a woman polite w no insincerity. This fake friendliness just doesnt make it. On Regent cruise line, Silverseas n Seaborn they must have some type of training class. Ive been to about 6 local places around here for pedicure n I cant get the hi quality I got on a Silverseas cruise ship, it was awesome. Im older now n i love to get good treatments. The pedicure was done to perfection. I dont care how much it costs as long as Im happy w it. I was not happy w the haircut, hence not happy w the amount. I guess Ill keep trying places around here. I hate driving all the way to north Brookfield all the time. This place is 10 minutes away. I agree w that one reviewer, that guy that works there, front desk, can be rude. Ive called several times n if he answers I hang up, doesnt he like women? I was very insulted when Jackie asked the front desk who did my hair last, to imply she didnt want me as a customer again. I cut the tip down. I usually tip $20-$25 if Im really happy. I tipped her $10.

I’ve been going to Mandy at Signature for over two years for a facial. Words can not express how wonderful Mandy is and the salon in general. I’m an individual with limited mobility and use an electric wheelchair. From the beginning this salon has been extremely accommodating (and not in an awkward way that makes you feel like your disability is a hindrance). Mandy works magic when giving her facials and has the kindest warmest soul. It’s a great experience for body and mind. I definitely recommend them.

Jaylyn is the only stylist who has ever truly listened to me and did exactly what I wanted to my hair.Not too many places know their color and blonde especially, but Signature does. She iced out my locks with no brassy or orange tones, I literally had tears of happiness when she revealed my hair. No one has ever gotten my hair that beautiful.I have always been skeptical of going to a new salon and was referred to Signature by family. I took the chance and went. I am SO thankful I did!!!

My favorite place to be when I have the extra moula. Jamie Salvo is my favorite for a facial. She is gifted in making you feel comfortable and she seems very experienced. I have her for an upcoming body wrap. The atmosphere is welcoming, calming and cozy. I can;t imagine anywhere more relaxing and perfect.

Excellent salon and spa services for a very reasonable cost compared to others. Always pampered and treated like royalty without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is modern and hip while still maintaining a cozy, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Ive never had a bad experience here and that cannot be said of a lot of other salon & spas.Additionally (but dont go in expecting this); they have been known to throw in freebies if they have a new product to try out; if youre curious and/or unsure about a service or product they offer or if they just want to make you more comfortable. I never used to treat myself to mani-pedis, spa services or a salon-styled haircut because I couldnt justify the expense. All of that changed when I discovered Signature Salon and Spa! Give it a try; you and your pocketbook wont regret it!

I have a lot of anxiety about getting my hair done, but I cant say enough great things about Gemma. I came to her with a vision of how I wanted my hair colored (balyage). She not only brought my vision to life but also exceeded my expectations. I now have hair like all the gals on Pinterest that I was jealous of!Gemma listens to exactly what you say and will guide you to make decisions on what would look best on you. If the cut or color isnt perfect, she will change it to make it perfect without making you feel bad for not liking it. She also didnt cut too much off, as Im trying to grow my hair out. She wont push products on you, but if you have unmanageable hair like me, she will help you find items that will help. She is a joy to chat with and so sweet. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and fun young lady to do their hair.

Off the main drag in a nondescript strip mall. One would think its less. First appearances are nothing. My first experience was a paraffin wax treatment on my winter worn hand. Dry and awful going in and good as new after. Highly recommended. I have also used their waxing services which are oddly relaxing. Highly professional and skilled staff.

Gemma is absolutely fabulous with the work she does however the makeup does not stay on. If you go for hair they do an awesome job. Gemma is amazing at doing makeup and hair but whats the point of paying $50 or more for makeup that doesnt stay on.

I went here to have my hair fixed. I had gone to a mom and pop shop and they completely botched my hair. Paige was able to make my hair look amazing after the hell it was through. I’m very pleased

They have spa packages listed on the site so attempted to schedule one and literally could not get the services scheduled to occur in the 4 hour block it was offered in. Why advertise the package if you cannot fulfill it just list them as separate listings that can be booked as available. Still wouldnt solve the issue but it would be less annoying.
