L&L Massage Spa

Stay away from this location!!! Stopped in for a 135 pm massage for 1 hour for 90 minutes foot and leg massage at $100 and asked to pay before massage. Then before the massage started, the masseuse asked me to tip more when the massage was done! Concerned as I hadnt tipped yet I asked her what she was talking about and she said I should tip 30% after the massage which was crazy as I hadnt even had the massage yet as she said I was a strong guy. Highly suspicious and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I asked for my refund and was told it would take two days to get my money back via credit card! Insane!

Dont waste your time or money. Trust me.. No kind of massage technique at all..Just rubbing your skin back n forth with oil. SMH. Your better off letting one of the kids pretend massaging your back for fun.. Youll have a better outcome then this place👎🏾

Been there twice, great experience both times. Annie was able to release my knots and tension so will definitely be going back. This is not a spa like ambience but I highly recommend for anyone looking for a serious massage.

Nice and clean facility. Ani was absolutely amazing. She worked on my knots in the back, shoulders and neck. hot stones are complimentary which is great as well. Would definitely go back.

Great place! Very clean and nice rooms. It was a great atmosphere with the music and the temperature was perfect, I’m a stickler for music and temperature. My boyfriend and I got a massage together and he loved it as well. Much better than some of those fancier places if you need a truly good massage.I’ve come back here again and still can say I enjoyed my message. I feel much better than I did coming in and my masseuse was very communicative.

In searching for a spa close by for my 2 days a month scheduled massage, found this spa and was excited first prices were great after paying I was asked to wait 5 minutes, as I waited for the room I saw the reflection of the bed not being changed, when asked I was told only 3 people were on the bed I asked to have the sheet changed that was so disgusting, however I had a great massage she was absolutely wonderful and I would never go back due the germs that can be passed on for other people.

My wife and I had back pain, so we decided to try out this massage salon that we found online. We were not disappointed. The massage was amazing. The staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing and cozy. The massage therapists knew exactly how to relieve our tension and stress, and they used the right amount of pressure and technique. We felt rejuvenated and refreshed after the massage. We highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a good massage. It was worth every penny.

While the massage itself wasn’t horrible… it was the environment that made it difficult to relax. This place is located right on a main road so you can constantly hear cars, sirens, etc.Coco melon played on the speaker as my partner and I got massaged, the person giving the massage answered the phone multiple times to schedule other appointments, what was done on one side of my body was not consistent with the other and my masseuse was even texting periodically during my service. The ending of the massage was very abrupt. I felt very pressured to leave a 5 star review and was only complimented in hopes that I’d do so. To top it all off… the masseuse was apparently offended by the tip amount. As if a tip is even a requirement. We were reluctant to tip to begin with because the service was subpar, so to still give something and be treated how we were is a slap in the face. Despite all of the above, with a proper routine for massages, a receptionist and louder music or sound proofing the place… it does have potential to be decent.

Great massage. Was greated with a hug, and hand holding until me arrived at the room. Carolyn was very sweet and reassuring with the small talk. She undressed me and performed an excellent massage, and when I thought the session couldnt get any better, she slid along my body and inserted me into her. Wow.....what an incredible session

Booking the massage was easy but after that everything was downhill. The room was cold and she was on the phone during our massage. Massage gave my Lady back pain and the experience overall was very lack luster. Decent place to go to if you’re short on options.

The massage was ok. From the start to finish, everything was rushed. I called and asked to push back the time to 1 hr, she agreed. 5 mins in, while I was in the parking lot, she kept calling me asking if we were coming. When we showed up, she asked me to come back in half an hour so she could finish up her client. So, I went to a store to waste half an hour. About 15 mins in, she calls me again and tells me to come now. I told her Im not there yet that I will be there at the assigned time. As we started heading back, she kept calling. Finally on arrival, we were rushed into a room given a few minutes to change and they started massaging. The entire time, the person massaging me was just rubbing me and not really doing much. During the massage, the woman kept scheduling other appointments. Once it hit the end of time, they ended abruptly and left to see another client. Not coming back.

After making 3 different attempts to be serviced at this business I’ve decided to never waste my time trying to support again! I was 5 minutes behind schedule and was turned away! It is my belief that they only service men! Total discrimination! Horrible customer service! I could see if they were full and busy but there wasn’t one other customer in the establishment! Think they improperly judged my book by the wrong cover! Their loss!

Annie is the best, she used homemade ointments to help with difficult knots in my neck and shoulders.

This morning I decided to give L&L Massage Spa a call and see if they had any slots available for a couples massage and my fiancé and I were in luck! From the moment we walked in, we got greeted by a sweet massage therapist who took us in promptly. The massages were great with just the right amount of pressure. My fiancé and I will be returning customers and will make it a priority to get massages more frequently.

Use to love this place, don’t waste your time, the new staff member stopped me in the middle of my massage to make me give them a 5 star review. I tipped them and they pressured and insisted me to give more. I changed my review. The massage I had was a bit to rough when I asked for gentle

Possibly the worst and laziest massage Ive even had in my life, and Ive had quite a few pretty appalling massages. I even tried to coach the masseuse, but she didnt even get that right. I dont know how people can rate this place three stars. Perhaps people dont know better. Take it from me, they are just looking to do the minimum and collect their money. Stay away from this place, especially Dede. Total waste of money and time.

I had the worst experience here. All during the back rub lady kept running out to answer the phone. Have abruise on my upper thigh and to top it off lady demanded more money in the tip i was giving. There is a window in the room that you can see out into the waiting area and if you can see out they can see in. Save your money go someplace else.
