Olga is amazing!Recently moved from NYC to WPB and desperately trying to find someone who can do either Japanese Gel Manicure or what seems to be called here “Russian Manicure with Hard Gel / Gel X”. I’ve been doing this for 8+ years and my nails were super strong and would always hold 3+ weeks.My first experience at a different place was horrendous… I was super nervous. Olga was great, she took her time and gave real advice on how my nails were doing. I walked out with the exact same service I used to have in NYC and I’m not afraid to pay for an amazing service. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area and couldn’t be happier to have found my go to salon/spa. After receiving the BEST wash, cut and blow dry, my hair felt softer and healthier than ever, and my blowout lasted me 4 days! I’ve had my nails and toes done here a few times now and not only do they last so long, but my nails are so much healthier and stronger than they’ve ever been thanks to builder gel! I’ll never go back to acrylic! I also booked a personalized facial and the results made me feel 10 years younger! I left with such glowy and bright skin! 10/10 recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. The staff is so warm and welcoming, very knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. I truly couldn’t be happier to have found this gem of a salon! Thank you for always taking care of me and making me feel beautiful!!!😊

Excellent experience at Charm!Girls day and fresh cuts for myself and my two teen daughters, and we had a wonderful time. Alex and Donna were just amazing. Highly recommend them both for hair. They are thorough and attentive; I appreciate sitting down and discussing what Im looking for in a style before diving in with the scissors, and they both really took the time to talk to us before anything else. And they were both so friendly! It was just FUN to chat with them. Will definitely be back for our next haircut!

Alex was an absolute sweetheart and did an excellent job! He listened attentively to what I was asking for and did exactly that!! Very happy and will definitely be back for a color treatment next. What an amazing experience! This is a new company, and I was hesitant to give them a try at first, but Im glad I did. Damien was my stylist, and he is phenomenal!! He took his time, listened to what I wanted, and most importantly, delivered amazing results. Will definitely be going back!

I just had the best russian manicure and pedicure with Olga. It is so hard to find someone that pays attention to the little details but Olga really took her time and made my nails look perfect. It was my first time at the salon and will definitely be coming back for my nails and to try other services they offer. What an amazing experience :)

Jailin is so good! I went in with horrible damaged nails from other salons and she gave me the best option and plan to get my nails back to their healthy long state. I did GelX this time and they came out so cute and perfect for Easter. Will be coming back for all my manis in the future :)

Mila did a great job with my color and cut. The staff made sure I was taken care of and comfortable just went above and beyond what I expected. My first visit, shop was clean, music was popping and I Def will be a client for life! Cant wait to try there other services of nails, pedi and lash extension

I like the attention to detail on the toes. But, I cannot tell you if it is normal to not get a foot massage and not get a hot towel. This service is pricy. I wont complain about it b/c I wanted to experience this. But, I probably will never go back. I spend 12 hours on my feet per shift at work and it has been at least 3 months since I got a pedicure. The technician was sweet and patient. But, I like the traditional foot massage and hot towel that comes with a pedicure. I did not get that. Yes I got the exfoliator and the lotion on feet but nothing special like other pedicure salons. I wish these ppl well in their business, but I have aching feet b/c of my job. I still tipped the pedicurist 15% of price of service but if I went to a traditional nail salon and did not get the foot massage I was expecting it would be far less of a tip but since this was my first time at a place like this I tipped her for the fine motor movement put into the pedicure cause it is not easy to do what they do. Sigh. I am disappointed. I feel like I got robbed to be honest b/c of the price vs my expectation. Maybe I will find another Russian pedicure place that is way cheaper but I will ask questions.

I had such a great experience here with Alex today. I came in with a botched haircut from great clips and he was able to fix my hair perfectly while still leaving my length and natural shape. I also didn’t have an appointment and he gladly took me in last minute to save my hair. I walked out of there like nothing ever happened, I will definitely be back.

My entire experience here was great to say the least. I had a few questions before arriving and the receptionist was very helpful and informative. Upon arrival, it appears as if there were some recent renovations because everything looked clean and new. The receptionist Andi was so warm and helpful and made the salon feel like home. I ended up just getting my hair done however this will be my new go to for all things beauty. Happy to have found such a great place to go as changing salons can be daunting. I am glad charm beauty lounge is in neighborhood .

I just moved to the area from Fort Lauderdale and needed a new hairdresser. Alex exceeded my expectations in every way! Very experienced and professional, Alex gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time! Highly recommend it.

Last time I was here under the old ownership, I had a better experience. This time around the stars weren’t aligned. Got Donna as a stylist, she is the sweetest but for some reason even after 4 rinses she couldn’t get the color out of my hair. She probably was tired. Then she started blow drying my hair and couldn’t continue so Mila, who is the new owner took over. Very talented is what I thought and was planning in my head that I would only come to her next time but then she tried to charge me $40 extra for the blow dry which Donna couldn’t complete in the 1st place ,saying a blow dry isn’t included with root touch up?!?! Very confusing! The lady before me paid only for root touch up and got a blow dry. Anyhow, after spending “3hrs” in the chair, the time I’m never getting back, I left looking younger. So the 3 stars.

I am new to FL and this was my first time having my hair cut with Mila. I came to her after 2 very disappointing haircuts at 2 other salons. I am thrilled with the cut that she gave me. She really listened to what I wanted and what my ‘problems’ are with the way my hair falls She took her time, gave me great attention and made sure I was ok with what she was doing. I am so happy to have found her. She also has a wonderful team with her. Everyone in the salon was so nice. I also got a great mani/pedi with Jaylin … very detailed. I left the salon feeling so pleased!

I’m a snowbird done on Florida for three months. I went to charm Beauty lounge on 1/25/24 for hair color with highlights and haircut. When I got there I was greeted by Donna and explained what I wanted, and showed her a picture of what I was looking for. I was extremely happy with the results, she really listened and took her time making sure it was exactly what I wanted. I have to say she is definitely worth her weight in gold. She is an amazing hair dresser, and a delightful person. Everyone there were pleasant and asking if I wanted coffee, tea or water which I declined but it was a wonderful experience. Alex h. did such an amazing job on my hair, i gave him a general idea of what i wanted and he KILLED IT! i am so so so happy with the result! i usually get a haircut at most once a year but ill be seeing him again in 2 months :-)olga did a gel extension on my nails and its been almost 2 weeks and they still look fantastic. usually nails dont last long w me (im a nail biter and have to lift heavy boxes at work so nails get snagged) but these still look so good. she also cleaned my super dry cuticles way better than anyone ever has.thank you guys again!!! bonus pics of my nails

The salon staff were very nice and professional. There was some miscommunication on a charge for a blowout, but the owner immediately corrected the issue. He couldnt have been more helpful! My granddaughter was very happy with the color and treatment she received at the Charm Beauty Lounge!

Honestly, I dont usually take the time to write out a review, but my experience at Charm Lounge salon was what I consider exceptional. My stlyist Dameon took his time to make sure my hair looked the best it possibly could, and Im extremely happy with the results, and as a side note, I appreciate that the staff really makes you feel seen as an introvert Im not used to being fussed over so much but it was a nice change of pace. I would recommend for any men looking for a clean cut or to change things up.

My girlfriend went in for a trim of her hair. The hairdresser cut it way too short and was very uneven. Also she accidentally sprayed alcohol In her hair when asked to just wet it with water after the cut. Also had to go to another place to get it fixed. Definitely was this location and was here today around 4:30 and don’t know the name of the hairdresser but she needed help checking us out by another gentleman working there and my girlfriends name is Sophi. But I think they misspelled her name too

Booked a manicure appointment with Jailin but when I arrived the two women up front looked at me like I had 2 heads! They whispered back and forth, went into the back room, came back, whispered some more and finally told me Jailin hadn’t come in. I asked if someone else could do my nails and was told to comeback in 3 hrs or tomorrow. Unacceptable! I’d driven there in a torrential downpour to keep my appointment. When I asked why I wasn’t called to reschedule when Jailin didn’t show up I was told they didn’t know. It was only the two of them and the other nail tech and her customer in the entire building! How can they not know the other nail tech wasn’t there? What poor customer service and what a way to run a business! As I left the older woman told me to “have a nice day” Really!?

LOVED my hair cut by Alex. He is an artist with your hair and I got the most adorable cut that suites my face and I will definitely be back to keep this style. He knows what he is doing, 100% recommend.

I had an amazing experience with a woman named Rukiye, she was experienced and well trained. Everyone was extremely kind and even without a reservation they squeezed me in within a 2 minute wait. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend anyone to come and have the same experience I did!

UPDATE : charging $86.00 for a gel manicure is insane!! I understand prices go up… but just because you call it a Russian manicure doesn’t excuse charging $86.00 . Just lost a customer

Love my beautician, Donna. Easy parking and a newly remodeled salon. Salon is bright and spotless. Staff is very attentive. Sushi restaurant next door so I can get take out during services!

Literally the best salon ever. The ladies are so nice and they take amazing care of you. Me and my mom go here every time we’re in WPB (and for good reason). Every single time my hair has gotten so many compliments and they’re just amazing people. Both times we’ve called half an hour before and they were able to accommodate us.

This is a wonderful establishment.The staff are so kind and I love my hair! They have an aesthetician too. I walked in with a terrible experience from another place and my beautician fixed the botched job and I felt wonderful and pretty upon leaving. I am going back Tuesday for a facial too. Recently moved here and now I know I found my special beauty/spa. Highly recommend 5 + 🌟 stars

Came here with my boyfriend for him to get a haircut. while the staff was friendly and it was a nice salon, my boyfriend’s requests for how he wanted his hair cut were completely ignored by the stylist. After a trip to grab hair cutting scissors, I’ll be the one to clean up her mess. At least the price was decent.

Needed emergency help with my hair for an event …. Damian did his magic and my hair was perfect … with the added bonus of looking healthy & shiny for months to come! The staff was so wonderfully helpful and the services I received were worth it!!!

Donna did a nice job with my hair, but I left feeling deceived and disappointed and angry.The male co-owner told me my cost would be $35. When I left the owner said $60 and announced a $20 fee for perhaps five minutes for the flat iron, which nobody mentioned to me that there was a cost. by the way, I travel a great deal and have my hair done everywhere. Everybody touches up with a flat iron, and nobody charges extra in my experience, if there is going to cost and $40 for the blowout when I told her Ive been told it would be $35. She shouldve said oh of course I will honor that; instead she insisted on the $40. it was a very foolish move because the woman who picked me up is local with 1 million friends and very very involved in the community. she recommended your shop to me, but will will never use this salon again nor will she tell her friends to use the salon. its very poor form for an entrepreneur who wants to have thriving businesses did you have a customer leave unsatisfied. she shouldve swallowed five dollars and smiled and said of course and she shouldve swallowed the 20 for the flat iron if she did not announce cost in advance. nobody at any times said that its $35 and up I dont know what the sign says outside. I saw $35. I didnt know if it says end up but that isnt what the mail owner told me so I think it was foolish for five dollars to have a customer leave feeling miserable and gypped and annoyed.

Wow, I was amazed by the price of this salon and its not a money problem 💵 but I only had color and blow-dry done and it was $200 and my hair was frizzy and it didnt absorb the color well, I wouldnt go again, I dont recommend for nothing this place

Terrible service, pedicure half way done and bleached my hair but was not toned, my hair is as yellow as the one star I’m giving this place. When I asked why I wasn’t getting a toner she said that only the purple shampoo is needed…. The damage my dress. Bad service

Alyssa was amazing with me as I have never colored my natural blonde before. It’s been so yellow and brassy for years after i’ve tried so many things but ultimately decided I wanted to get some professional help. She was so informative and helped me understand all of the options and gave me her recommendations. She gave me the most natural highlights and gave me exactly what i’ve been envisioning for years. She went above and beyond! I will definitely be coming back for her, I finally love the color of my hair! I am so happy with it.

I chose this place based on the reviews alone. I don’t live in this area and decided I needed a haircut. I couldn’t be more happy with how my haircut turned out. Eudora took so much time making sure the cut I wanted turned out the right way. She knew that I was most likely not going to be a repeat client because I don’t live here and went above and beyond to perfect the cut. I can tel you that it may be worth driving 4 hours each way just for this cut alone. Thank you so much!

I have had 3 manicures in my life.The last one was awful.I was shaking when I got home.This place was wonderful.Nice, friendly atmosphere.Tatiana was my manicurist.She was efficient and kind.I sat in the massage chair.She made sure I was not in any pain.Prices were reasonable.I would go back.

I moved to West Palm Beach 2 years ago from another state where my best friend was my hairdresser. I found It’s All About You Salon and Spa and I could not be happier! Eudora initially matched my hair color perfectly and has done a wonderful job with my color and cuts every visit! The salon is such a relaxing and positive environment. I would highly recommend them!

I love love love this place for two reasons... Tatiana and Alyssa.I will never go to another nail artist again. Tatiana is truly passionate about what she does, which shows in the quality of her work. She pays such close attention to detail and listens to you, accommodating what the costumer wants. My gel ALWAYS lasts at least two weeks, even three sometimes.Alyssa is a hair stylist and makeup artist. She is a GEM! I am so fortunate to have found such a talented makeup artist in Palm Beach. I’ve tried many salons and no one compares. She also does hair styles for all different occasions and is great with color!I highly recommend both artists!!!

So much for being “all about you” I came at 5:10 to hopefully get a manicure and the door was locked up. I looked in and it was just one lady getting her hair done. I’ve been to places that close up a few minutes early, but nearly a whole hour? Unacceptable.

The salon is very convenient and well kept. I’ve been looking for a Russian/e-file manicurist for months and Olga is the BEST! 10/10 … she is meticulous and her work lasts. My nails are finally recovering from the other places I had been. Thrilled to have found her.
