The worst manicure I’ve had. Took 3.5 hours for an acrylic fill. The product didn’t dry right and everything was sticking to my nails. The product was applied too thick and my cuticles were cut badly. Had to go the next day to a different salon to redo them as this salon is far from me. The salon would not refund me my $70.00. Do not recommend- sloppy work.

Vyda is the best salon in Greenacres. I’ve been looking for a great place near home and I finally found it. The owner is so nice and the warmth welcoming was everything. We walked in without an appointment minutes before they closed and the services we needed would take some times but the owner stayed late to do our facials and the lovely Zaidelys did my nails 💅🏽. We were so happy with their service. Highly recommended to use them! Thank you for your great service.

I booked an appointment with Gisse to remove facial hair. I was never greeted by anyone for 30 minutes, finally someone got Gisse and she could not find my appointment. Finally, she took me and charged me $30.00 more than was quoted over the phone and shorten by 10 minutes. In that time she only took 10 hairs off of my chin. Today I had another appointment, which is close to being over an hour away from my home. I went there and again no one greeted me. I finally walked up to someone and they found another girl. The girl sat next to me texting the whole time and finally told me that Gisse did not come to work. I find this very unprofessional and will not be going back. DO NOT GO...PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES THAT OFFER THE SAME SERVICES WITHOUT THE PROBLEMS.Your reply does not even make sense. I called to make the appointment. Than received tons of messages from the salon confirming my appointment. In fact that morning at 6am received a confirmation. I showed the girl that worked there all of my confirmations too. Gisse could not have even sent me a text of the cancellation. I am not around the corner from you and it was just insulting the reply back to me that you are taking no credit for your mistake. Blaming your customers is not a way to stay in business.

First time here. I walked in and just stood there for two minutes and no one acknowledged me.The girl looked up and went right back into her phone. TERRIBLE customer service.

Its that time again. Manicure and Pedicure. I have been coming to this salon for over 4 months and, I have to say this is by far the best place. Everyone here is so polite, friendly and warming. My nail/pedi technician Mayerling Charinga is by far the best. I was introduced to her by a coworker and belive me she is exactly, what my coworker told me. My nails have never looked so good. She is extremely talented at what she does.

Salon was clean and atmosphere was great.. but my hair was left damaged, burnt and over processed. I showed a inspo picture and i knew the limits my hair could take... she then proceeded to over process my hair and throughout the session i mentioned my fear in getting eyebrow bleached. When the session ended i noticed my eyebrow was bleached, the stylist then procceded to try and dye over the bleach and i was left with a weird color on my eyebrows which has still not went to its natural color.

I love going to VYDA when I’m in Florida. From the time you are greeted by the receptionist as you enter the salon you feel welcomed and appreciated. I love getting my nails done with Cecilia. She is great at what she does. She makes sure your nails look beautiful and they are professionally done. You get what you ask for and more. I highly recommend Cecilia and the salon!

Upon entering, the staff who greeted me were friendly and attentive. The salon is very Hispanic friendly, they do speak English though.I got sat at the manicure station within 2 minutes of entering the salon with Dianet. She was very kind.She completed both my gel manicure and gel pedicure in 1 hour. I left her a $10 tip, $5 for each service.My nails came out beautiful, I can’t complain. The salons gel manicure is fairly priced in my opinion ($25).The salon gel pedicure is a bit pricey, though ($40).Most places that I’ve been to do the same pedicure treatment but at $30 tops.I’ll definitely be back for a manicure, but will have to hold off on a pedicure or find a new location because of the price.

I was in the neighborhood and stop to asked some info about facial. First I went in there with a white lady at the same time, the girl in the front desk went straight to white lady asked her how can she help and left me standing without asking me anything. She had turnaround and left there. That was the First time in my life I was victim of racism.

They ever answer the phone to be able to make an appointment. The pedicurist that helped me was very particular about what she was willing to do. And the polish was lumpy.

I love this salon!!! It’s very clean and everyone there are always so welcoming! I go to Yusy to get my nails done- it’s apparent she takes pride in her work. My nails last weeks and there’s no chipping at all. It was always hard for me to find a nail tech who could do a consistent almond shape but Yusy is the best almond shaper in palm beach!

Most amazing place!! Everyone is so nice! I always come to get my nails done here by Vidian nail art! Maye does such a wonderful job! She definitely taught me to love and care for my natural nails!

I went yo Vyda for the first time looking for a place for a blow dry. Little did I know it would become the only place where I go for all my hairstyling needs.I had my first appointment for blow dry with Claudia. She is such an amazing hairstylist! This place is amazing from the moment you walk in your greeted kindly and treated greatly i was a walk in and i got seated in less then 5 minutes the young girl who did my nails was amazing she tried her best with my short nails and they came out amazingly and i got paint, acrylic removal and manicure for only 30!! i had messed it up in the salon and they fixed it free of charge! place is super clean as well and the bathroom is spotless definitely will be going back!!

While visiting Florida I decided to treat myself for a facial. I got a microderm, peel and photo facial. Gissela was very attentive. This was the best facial Ive ever had. My skin feels better than ever.

Although the staff are very nice, I got my hair done. I got a haircut but it’s been since January my hair hasn’t grown back back. The whole reason I got a haircut was because my hair was burnt. Anyways, I got a manicure and a pedicure. That’s turned great but I noticed they charged me to remove the gel that I already had on. It was my first and last time coming here.

Come here to get my nails done every few weeks by Yanisby. She is awesome. Have had my hair and a facial done as well, both pleasant experiences. Beautiful salon and super friendly staff!

My nail tech ladies are amazing. Cecilia and Leydy know how to professionally get my nails and feet done. I’m glad I found a go to place going forward and have been coming here for a few months already. So amazed and happy. Setting a future appointment soon to get a second facial done, too, which was tremendously wonderful the first time.

What can I say this salon is awesome all the girls are super nice. their products are the best I’ve gotten my hair dyed here twice and it’s awesome I’ve done the keratin treatment on my hair has been great. When I came my hair damage and now my hair has come to life it’s super great. The girls that do the nails they’re also great they actually give time to the customers they listen and make you feel comfortable. Great place.

Claudia was my stylist, for a very long time after going through a handful of stylist who could not give me the style I wanted for a over a year now. I came across this salon and found claudia she knows exactly what she’s doing I loved and still love my hair now very easy to style. I was so happy with the results the exact results I wanted from the picture I showed her, something many stylists could not do. Do not hesitate to book with her. I was not satisfied with the service. My nails strip the next day and I went back to fix them and was told that they werent responsible. Nobody speaks English and the customer service from management is horrible. Will never go here again. I would not recommend anyone to go here especially if you dont speak English. They wont understand the service you need. The language barrier is very difficult. You are in a diverse neighborhood and not only catering to Spanish-speaking people.

Excellent salon and outstanding service! First visit, my appointment was confirmed via email and to my surprise they blocked 2 hours for my mami/pedi, no the typical 30 minutes rushing experience. The staff is very professional and friendly, they kept the room clean at all time. I was offered something to drink by 3 different person while I was doing my nails. Johana was great, she was very patient and took her time to make my nails look beautiful, thank you Johana! Gissela , the owner, was aprochable, honest and answer all my questions in regards of services as facials, botox, hair care, massages. Highly recommended, great experience. Vyda is my beauty salon for now on.

Judit is amazing!!! It was my first time there and I was super nervous to get my pedicure and nails done. I do coffin shape with designs all the time and having a new person doing my nails made me nervous, however Judit did an excellent and extremely professional job. She took her time and paid so much attention to detail. I recommend that if you want perfectly, beautiful and unique nails to go to her. She will be my Nail tech from now on. She is worth the drive no matter where you live.Thank you Judit.

Nice clean salon. Got nexgen done..the nail tech was not very friendly (neither was the rest of the staff)...Nails started cracking 3 days after...I would have gone back to get them fixed, but the unfriendliness was enough to stay away. Also, a bit overpriced ($47 for nail removal and one color nexgen + tip). Wish I would have had a more positive experience, given the great reviews on google...

I have been going to Vyda Salon & Spa for 6 months now and Im extremely happy with my results and their professionalism. Dianet has been doing my pedicures and she is an amazing artist with patience as you need to be with an eccentric woman like me.Gissela is extremely kind and runs her business with a professional attitude but never too busy to acknowledge you and to always say Hello.I had been to 8 salons before Vyda and had such bad experiences and received rude behavior from these other salons so Im so grateful to have found Vyda Salon & Spa. Their salon is also very clean and thats amazing as most salons arent so clean.I highly recommend Vyda Salon & Spa. Dont be afraid to treat yourself to an amazing, professional experience.

I got to the facility 15 minutes before it opened up because I didnt havs an appointment and thought if I get there early I can get in and out and not mess up their schedule. The facility finally opened and I went in and sat down. One gentleman asked me what I needed and I told him I wanted to get my nails done. He notified me that the nail tech was on her way. Another lady came in and got on the computer and after 15 minutes of sitting there in the waiting area she finally let me know that they were booked for the day. Mind you their door says walk-ins welcome. Giving them a 2 because they were friendly and the salon is clean.

Did a horrible job on my pedicure...the pedicure area was dirty. Never going back!Edit: As of today 6/27/19, how can I be confused if the original review was posted two years ago? 🤔 Ive never been back to this place.

I called around 9 in the morning to book an appointment . The receptionist whom I spoke on the phone with told me my appointment was at 1:00 pm . I arrived at the shop at 12:30 am and waited patiently until 1:30 till I asked how long would the wait will be and the receptionist explained to me that my appointment would have to wait because another customer didn’t like their hair I just felt very ignored and unwelcome . The receptionist was chatting with another hair stylist instead of informing me that I would have to wait for my appointment . The receptionist also doesn’t speak English very well I was told so if you’re not Hispanic don’t book here I guess .

First time I come to this salon and couldn’t be happier! Everyone is very nice and welcoming, the girl who did my hair, Sandra, is super sweet and explained that the Botox they have will only last a month and recommended another treatment called nanoplastia, she is very professional and took her time with my hair, will definitely come back and recommend her 100%,

Sorry but NO thank you!Worse experience ever, I booked an appointment online which and specifically asked for someone who can take out ingrown toenails. Im in pain now because this lady ripped the ingrown toenail halfway and left the other half inside. I don’t mind paying the price however when I a costumer goes to get something done, I expect to get what I paid for. This place is a rip off and in my opinion most of them are beginners. Please do not go to Vyda unless you want to get ripped off.

I had a facial treatment. I liked the attention and service. The place is very nice and clean. I will continue to do everything related to the spa.

The truth is, the place is very nice and many of the girls work very well, but the service is terrible, I had already had a problem with a horrible haircut and I wanted to give it a second chance, I returned for a pedicure and called the second visit to I scheduled with the same girl and they gave me the times of the available appointments (I called on Friday and only Saturday was free) I waited until Saturday when I had an appointment and it turns out that they scheduled another person and they couldnt attend to me, they wanted to put me with another girl but I clearly told them that I would wait for the person who had helped me last time, despite sending messages to my phone to confirm, I asked them why they didnt call me before going and they told me that it just happened, TERRIBLE SERVICE, dont take the risk, lets support small businesses where they care about their customers
