I had a fantastic experience at Ocean Walk Nailbar in Florida. The salon is clean and modern, with a friendly and professional team. My manicure and pedicure were done with great care and the results were excellent. Despite being busy, the service was prompt and the prices were fair. Highly recommended for a relaxing and satisfying nail experience!

All the staff were super friendly, very careful and gentle with me. were veryyyy consistent and considerate when asking me how i liked my nails throughout the process. i’m definitely coming back and 10/10 recommend for anyone else who comes across this nail salon. i also definitely recommend the Gel X nails!!

Unhygenic and just not good.I went to get a pedicure and they used an old nail file that was already worn down and the tools they used were not in a sterilized package. Weird because there was a new tool set in her tool box, she just didn’t use them until I asked. (See image). The other tools she used like cuticle and nail clipper were not properly sanitized as well. I had to ask her to spray alcohol on it before using it on my nails.In addition to unsanitary conditions the quality of my toe nails wasn’t good. I only had my toes done - my manicure was done by a different salon but you can see the difference between my fingernail and my toe in the image. The toes are so bad! So much separation and unevenness. I came here because of the reviews but I instantly regretted it.Staff was friendly and nice but cleanliness is the most important thing for me 💔

Michael is the BEST. Ive been coming here for about 2 years and I wont go anywhere else.Hes meticulous and pays attention to detail. I absolutely love the entire experience and customer care. Highly recommend 10 stars!

Sitting outside Ocean Walk Nailbar on a stormy Monday having had my pedicure/manicure and leaving my wife for the full treatment - all walk in service at our favorite Palm Beach nail joint. My wife is as picky as they come about nail saloms (we go between Virginia and Palm Beach) and she will go nowhete else, even our resort which has a great spa. For my side I am indifferent but knowing we were headed down I avoided a VA place (though nails were getting too long), and just had my usual fantastic service here. GO. Final note, as I was finishing up it seems Stan had been hit with a bad review. He may not suffer fools gladly but he knows what one needs. As an expert of what one needs, put yourself in the care of a great manager on top of all that needs attending.C Suite take notice. Stan probably gets few neutral reviews but a expert in what you need says trust him, he will take care of you well.

It’s clean. Good color selection. But my nail technician was, sadly, mean. As I sat down for a regular manicure she asked, “is this my next appointment” and rolled her eyes. I’m a cuticle biter, so I admit, my nails are rarely pretty, but she made minimal effort to clean them up. I asked for a few obvious areas to be trimmed. I also still have nail polish from my last manicure. In total…It took 25 minutes from chair to drying.

Don’t waste your time going elsewhere! I had an amazing pedicure, great foot massage and nails look perfect! The wine was a nice touch too!! The decor was beautiful, the people were so friendly!! Eli did a French dip on my nails in a half hour because I was in a time crunch and it looks so good!!! Amazing experience!!! You earned a repeat customer for life!!!!

Ron was amazing, I had the best gel manicure and pedicure of my life!! It was so relaxing and he was very attentive to detail and took his time which I really appreciated. My nails look perfect. Loved that you offered wine as well!! Next time I’m in Palm Beach I will definitely be back!!!

I made an appt the day before for a 9AM appointment when they opened. Ron checked me in and provided my services which were all gently communicated and done with precision and care. I’ll be back next time I’m in town !

Great experience! Helen took her time and did exactly what I asked for. She nailed the reference photo and let me test out different colors/shapes until it was exactly what I wanted.

Took my niece here to get her nails done and it was a great experience! Acrylic nails and a gel coat! She changed her mind mid way through and the tech was nice about it! Our only complainant was that it took longer then expected. But I would say it was worth it! 😃 They kept offering us soda and waters. Which was also very nice. $65.00 without the tip.

Came in for a manicure and pedicure along with a friend who received a pedicure. My manicure and her pedicure was AMAZING. My pedicure was the worst I have ever received. It felt as though she was faking the process and to end it off she put my sandals on and it smudged my polish. Then just left me without a word and later just waved me on from afar. I will try this place again but definitely not this person. I should of spoke up during the pedicure and given the salon a chance to switch this person. Went back to have a pedicure and this time I requested Nataly. She gave me a very good pedicure. She has a talent for pedicure services! I will be requesting her again! Thank you

Mike is my new nail guy. He does the best dipping powder and acrylic nails I have ever had. He is super skilled and always makes my nails look perfect.

Appreciated that they were able to take me as a walk-in. Nails were trimmed, cuticles worked on, technician used the new Essie longer-lasting polish. Interior is very clean. It would have been nice to have been offered a coffee, even though other customers have been offered wine.

Susan’s pedicures are a treat. The Volcano Pedicure left my feet feeling rejuvenated and smooth. A must-try service at this salon.

My husband and I went to this place for a date night. I selected it because of the ratings and comments. We both got the Lava Detox pedicures, then he got a manicure and neck massage and I got dip nails. All of his services were great, mine were not. For the pedicure I got a new technician that was slow and didnt give a very good foot or leg massage. The nail technician seemed to be good, however, 3 of my nails have chipped in less than a week (one had the top layer come off, but you can still see the other layers below). I dont garden or do anything that should make them chip.

Andy is a pampering pro. He gave me a heavenly pedicure, a flawless manicure, and his nail art using dipping powder and gel is top-notch.

I stopped by this salon as a walk-in, they got me right in, I had the pleasure of working with Michael and he did an amazing job on my nails. Everyone I met at the salon was very kind and incredibly accommodating, I’d absolutely recommend this salon and will return here anytime I’m in the area.

Always greeted in by the amazing receptionist, Jonathan, he has and offers complimentary drinks and sometimes even chocolate! They treat everyone young or elder the same, amazingly. Best, cleanest, friendliest, and freshest service I’ve ever received. And honestly, the atmosphere in there just relaxes you once you walk in. The music along with the pleasant essencial oils smell is just fabulous! Honestly this nail spa bar goes above and beyond anyone else. Highly recommend. If I could I’d give them a hundred stars! I can NOT stress enough how much everyone should go there even once to just try it because I promise you’ll want to keep going back! This is officially my go to spa. Because that’s what this is when I go there, my own personal spa area by how they treat me and pamper me! And it can be yours too! Sadly I have to change my review as I just had the worst manicure I’ve had here. I’m not sure if the review after mine had the same technician as I just did, but she was definitely mean. Her name was Jenny. She walked up without a smile or a hello, shoving a cookie into her mouth and didn’t wash her hands before working on my hands. She rushed through my manicure (there was only one other person in the salon so not busy) and claims she gave me a massage, which when you get gel polish comes after the polish has been applied. She put a drop of lotion on the top of my hand before painting my nails and called that a massage! At these prices, a 3-minute hand and forearm massage is standard. I’ve been getting manicures for 40 years and I’ve never had a worse manicure, with someone who argued with me about it when I was leaving. I guess she does speak English after all. Rude and not in the right job. There are too many other places to get my nails done.Old review:A beautiful salon in a beautiful location! My nail tech was quiet and proficient which I loved. The tattooed, foul-mouthed “receptionist” was the only negative— calling everyone “sweetheart” whether he had just met them or knew them for years. I found it condescending. I’m hoping to return on his day off.

We went for a pedicure and got the ocean walk pedicure. The description said an hour long and came with a drink and 20 minute foot message. We never received a drink, rushed in and out, message was literally someone putting lotion on our feet. The pedicure itself was horrible. It only lasted 35 minutes.

I normally go to Ocean Walk Nail Bar when Im in the area and service has always been good!However today I was very disappointed. They have this new cashier (my first time seeing him) who provided me with the worst customer service ever! He walked me to the pedicure chair and walked away. All the other times Ive been there I have always been greeted in a more welcoming professional and friendly manner! Upon waiting to be serviced by Ellie (nail tech) who began my service. I was observing his interaction with the other customers, not only did he go out his way to engage with them, he opened a towel for them, he offered them a drink etc... the pampering service that Im used to receiving when I go there he did not extend that same service to me.So I called the owner over to explain to him what happened and asked him what makes my money different from the other customers that he provided that pampering treatment but did not do the same for me.The owner proceeded to tell me well its the nail techs job to do that etc so I explained to him I understand all that however when he extended that service to the other customers he should do the same for everyone that walks in not just certain customers. Not to mention Im a grown lady and he had the nerves to address me as the girl which I had to correct him. Im not sure of his name but he should get customer service training.Ellie the nail tech did a good job but because of their racists cashier that changed the mood for me!My birthday is Tuesday so I decided to get my pedicure services and soak there since I received their 10% customer service appreciation for my birthday but the experience today ruined everything! 😡

For sure my number one place to get my nails in Riviera Beach. Very lovely people and the service is always great! Andy and Mike are super pros at dipping powder extensions, but overall everyone is great at it. Love their red wine too. I would recommend this salon in a heartbeat!!!

I had not been to an Ocean Walk since last summer. When I walked in yesterday the manager, Stan, not only remembered me, but remembered the polish color that I use on my toes. Impressive! Stan always gives impressive customer service, but this was over the top. He serves complimentary wine and makes the whole experience special every single time!

Customer service is amazing. I am seasonal in Florida. I went here all winter and absolutely loved my nail technician. I’m here for a few days and went on Wednesday and had my nails done. My technician is no longer there. I’m not sure if my nail tech was new but I believe he was. My nails were thick and just did not look good. I called and they got me in immediately on Thursday. The owner was very apologetic and fixed my nails. Stan , at the front desk was great also. My nails look great now. Thank you! I’ll see you in November!

This salon is awesome. It has an edge up from others in terms of cleanliness and amenities. I came here on a whim and had Anna for a pedicure and dip powder. Both were great but the manicure was excellent. Hard to find someone with that attention to detail but doesn’t take over an hour. Highly recommend this salon.

John ( he’s wearing a white cowboy hat ) came into my store 7Eleven to purchase wine , the scanner mistakenly scans the wine twice then the yelled at me Infront of customers . He then a proceeds to say “ YOU SMOKING TOO MUCH WEED OR SOMETHING “ multiple times . He assumes that because I’m an African American. Totally unprofessional ! I’m a woman and he’s a man . That shows a lot about his cowardly behavior. I have the video and audio I will be posting it ! THEY ARE RACIST ! Can’t wait to post the video along with the audio !

I love that they do quality work and provide good customer service. Ive gotten a full set of color powder there twice and both times it was impeccable and impressive work. Never have to wait, great color selection. The place is clean, the entire techs are courteous.

Amazing service and people! I came in as a walk-in and sat with Ken. Very talented and expert in nail art. I get compliments daily on how beautiful my rainbow dip powder looks. He even put a base and topcoat to prevent chipping and make my nail last a long time. Keep up the great work, Ken!

This was my first trip here and they were fantastic! Im from Philadelphia and have a great nail tech there but FL Ive had a hard time to find a great nail tech that could do a fantastic gel job with intricate french manicures. Mike was GREAT - and did an awesome pedicure and my nails were incredible. I highly recommend, make sure you make an appointment!

My sister referred me to John and he did an incredible job on my nails! He’s a true expert and I am so happy with my dip nails and almond shape! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for service, talent and a relaxing atmosphere by the beach!

5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Received the Detox Volcano Pedicure with a fun bubbling explosion! The organic spa products with paraffin wax treatment and hot towel wrap made my skin so soft and silky. Good tropical citrus scent too! I even fell asleep on their massage chair. My nails ARE PERFECT!

I went in for a mani-pedi today and was very displeased. The tech who did my pedicure made painful hangnails and continued digging when I was saying oww that hurts. The after pedi towels burned my legs and I told the tech to stop because it hurt but she again didnt listen. When I sat down for my manicure I noticed blood smeared on a bottle of hand sanitizer and licenses on the wall expired in 2021. The different tech who did my mani stepped on my toes when he sat down and smeared the polish that was just done. While applying acrylics I repeatedly asked and showed him to separate my skin because it becomes painful when hardened. He did not listen and instead drilled it off cutting into my skin and made me bleed in several places. He also used a dirty clipper off another desk that I saw still had someone elses cuticle clippings on it. I had to repeatedly ask for matte coating and at the end he said I was done and I had to ask again because he didnt listen. There is leftover hardened acrylic under my nails thats cutting into my fingers now so Ill have to go get them redone. Complete waste of money and very concerning sanitation practices. If youve been there recently I would recommend getting tested for bloodborne pathogens.

Three of us, including one male, received pedicures. We arrived on time and they seated us all together in one row. Three techs were assigned to us. While they each started at slightly different times, they each finished within minutes of each other. The Volcano Pedicure is sublime and includes a massage, hot towels and nail treatment. It was so relaxing that we needed to take a nap upon return to our rooms. It was a clean, well decorated place with soothing marine videos. The only irritating factor was the music choice, Country Western. Either someone either preferred it or they just didn’t think about how music effects ambiance. All in all, however, it was a great experience.

Awesome experience! I went to another nail salon around the corner but they were closed... Thank God because that brought me to Ocean Walk Nailbar! Beautiful interior very clean and beautifully decorated. They offer drinks while youre being served. Phillip was my technician and he was super polite and professional. He did an amazing job! I got sns on my hands and gel on my feet. I paid $84. Its a little pricey but worth every penny! You get what you pay for and I got a amazing service!

I have been to many nail salons and I could honestly say that this is the best. The people care about your experience and that you leave happy. If you have any problem the owner respectfully listens and takes care of any problem. They even have a guarantee. I have never been to a nail spa like this. I recommend Ocean Walk Nail to everyone.

I’m so happy I found this place. I moved down to West Palm Beach in March and needed a nail place…I tried at least five different ones, all without satisfaction. On a whim, my friend and I stopped in here after a day at the beach and I’ve been a returning customer ever since.Im so picky when it comes to my nails 😬 and I’ve left here happy every time. I get dip powder, Im picky about the shape and the thickness. I like them thinnn, and John has been so great each time. They always look SO nice.I’ve gotten a few pedicures here, too. I get gel on my toes and they last FOREVER. The services are relaxing, attentive and always look great.

Love this nail salon!Everyone is polite and the space is always clean and tidy. The prices are average but you sign in each time to earn points for reductions in fees.I have been going for 8 months now and am so glad they are here at the corner of beautiful singer island!Update: Just better, dips that last almost 3 weeks! This is my second time scheduling with Chloe and Michael after moving down from the DMV. They both are very particular and make sure my nails are perfect before I leave. All the technicians at the nailbar are very friendly and take pride in their work. Thank you for making my experience a great one!

Just moved to the area, made an appointment for a pedicure and arrived on time. Sat and waited for 20 minutes (2 people without appointments were taken back while I waited). Reception Guy took us back 20 minutes in, and showed where to sit to wait some more. He then brought a gentleman back, apologized to him and offered him a drink… still waiting… no offer for a drink. At 30 minutes in I left- the guy sarcastically said Sorry. I responded, “no, you’re not”. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I know and meet not to go here.

This a very beautiful place and excellent atmosphere!My first time visiting I got a gel pedicure and it lasted me for almost a month. So I was definitely hooked on the pedicure for sure. On my second trip I decided to get a full set (dip) and pedicure. The pedicure is still fabulous but I’m not satisfied with how my nails are holding up. A week into getting my full set, one of the nails chipped and broke. The follow week the nail on my index finger cracked in half. That usually happens if you get long nails but I keep my nails short due to the line of work that I’m in. My full set usually last me 3 weeks or more. So, it was an experience but I will not return for a full set. The pedicures are fabulous in my book!

I specifically stated I did not want a drill used on my nails, the front desk guy even told them not to use a drill and he still used a drill through the whole process. He cut me several times and made me bleed with the file. The nails were clumpy and poorly executed overall. I probably could have done a better job myself. No one in the establishment acts like they care or even want to be there besides the front desk guy. I didn’t even bother complaining I just won’t be back.

Absolutely loved my experience there. The staff is incredibly friendly and not only were they able to give me a lovely manicure, but it was so beyond well priced and completed in a timely manner. The atmosphere there is very nice and very clean. Overall a wonderful experience

We are from out of town and decided to try this place since it had good reviews, my nails have never looked worse. You can see the dip in some spots on my nails. They are all uneven and not shaped the same. My mom feels the exact same way. We are here for the month and will NOT be back to this location for another set. Its unfortunate too because the place is clean and comfy. Other than that they either dont care because they are only waiting on vacationers or just stink at doing dip nails. Either way I dont recommend this place for anything!

My favorite place. I see John and man he does an excellent job. I get the pedicure with 20 minute massage and the French dip nails. Also the eyebrow wax is awesome too. Located in a great shopping center on the beach. Love, love, love Singer Island.

When I go to a nail salon I expect it to be a relaxing experience. If you expect the same thing you should go here. Not only do they do a beautiful, neat and clean job on your nails but you will really be able to relax!!!! I love the details such as the music that they play and the manners of their employees! (PS may be more busy/noisy during busy season)

They had almost any color or design you could want and it was very beautiful inside. The only problem I had was the guy doing my nails made them too long and not all the same length. He was in a rush the whole time so even saying I wanted them shorter he still kept going. But I got my eyebrows done by someone else and they were definitely the best Ive had done so far!! Ill give them another chance and hopefully be able to chalk this time up as a bad day.

I called and booked an appointment with John. Told the person on the phone I wanted John didnt care what day, or time. Anytime John had time. When I got there they took me in the back for my pedicure. Man came out did my pedi. Said nails I told him I had an appointment with John. He sat me down. I expected John because I have weak nails, and my friend said to make sure I made an appointment with John. Tell him you want the same as ( her name). I had square nails. Told him just to even them out lightly. He rounded them which will make them weaker. Told him lightly again but it was to late... he used one coat. I said I needed at least another coat because they were very weak and they will not last the weekend. Find out that John was at the register waiting for a regular customer that came in after me! When you make a appointment with someone you should get that person! I was going to be a regular customer...but not now. If John had done it he would have known what needed to be done. He had my friend the day before! Poor way to run a business.

If you come to this location PLEASE DONOT allow ZANE to do you nails. I WAS ASSALTED! I am a reoccurring customer that spends atleat 120-300$ every visit. Their had been plenty of times I havent been satisfied but I love JOHN&MIckY so I continue to come. If you do come here ask for them they are awesome. Now back to ZANE, He sat down with a attitude right away I thought about asking for someone else because it was so bad yet I went against my better judgement. I asked for them to replicate a picture they did for me times over again.he wasnt replicating the picture so I asked for more blue I had to ask four time untill another employee made him do it he wasnt happy about this and threw the blue all over my nails so now I had to ask for more white at this point with no warning THIS MAN RIPPED MY NAILS OFF to the point employees had to jump in telling him to stop. I was crying and shaking I have never been treated like this. And his wife too tryed to defend this action claiming the product wasnt done. Yet he asked me if I was satisfied with the color AND I WAS NOT. JOHN was amazing and saved the day he got my whole set done in less then a hour without me having to sayy 1 word to him .THANK U JOHN U MIGHT JAVE SAVED THEM FROM THERE UNFORGIVABLE ACTIONS.

Very sad . I will never return even though I live three blocks away. My 80 year old mother was exposed to totally unprofessional technician. The young woman complained the entire time because my moms nails were thick. She kept complaining in Vietnamese with shreaks and huffs. My mom is a true lady and held her tongue with grace. I sat there in amazement. That woman should never be in public service. AGAIN ITS NOT ABOUT TGE PROBLEM ITS ABOUT HOW YOU HANDLED IT!!

From start to finish everyone was nice and professional. The store is beautiful and comfortable. The nail tools are sanitized and sponges are single use. I was just visiting town but this was a terrific pedicure experience.
