I visited Palm Beach on a Sunday to attend a friends wedding and needed a manicure in the hours leading up.The day before I called Winstons to book and the owners phone manner was polite and informative.Day of, the nail technician Briana was delightful to talk to and possessed great technique for both cleanup and aesthetics. She even re-painted my one toenail from a pedicure I had gotten a few days before (clearly, a sub-par experience), which I really appreciated.The polish Winstons uses must be really high quality because 4 days later after wedding meals, visiting beaches, carrying luggage, and doing dishes I am back in Ontario and my nails still look fresh and gorgeous.Thank you, Briana. For any travelers staying in the downtown West Palm Beach area, this is far and away the best nail salon in town. As a hotel concierge I have sent all my guests here and every single one has had an overwhelmingly positive experience, excited to show off their new nails the second they walk back into the lobby. Janice, the owner, is a pillar of the community and she and her girls take great care of each and every one of their clients, whether it be their first visit, or one of their many loyal fans, myself included. Bravo, team, keep up the good work.

We made an afternoon appointment and they were ready for us early. Both my husband and I received pedicures followed by a manicure. It was very relaxing. We were offered wine which my husband gladly accepted. They even gave him a straw when his hands were unavailable during the manicure. (Karen with a K, you rock!)We had such fun with the staff and other clients! It really made the day. We will definitely return on our next trip to WPB! ❤️

Beautiful spot and nice employees, i sent a design I wanted the night before and even specified I had a backup design should it be too complicated but was told someone could do it. Cut to the day of, I was there for FOUR hours for a mani dip/pedi in which the girl doing my fingers firstly didn’t give me a transparent dip like the design called for and then kept attempting and removing the design for almost an hour before giving up and painting a new design on top. She grabbed shades of “orange” insisting they were what I had in my backup photo before I asked to look and immediately found real orange, not reds. I was charged $175 and in under two weeks my pedicure is completely gone and my dip looks like the attached photo. Super frustrated by how long I was there for, the outrageous price and the quality of the polish and dip.

Amazing experience here! I got dip powder and my sister got gel, and both came out perfect. The shape was especially impressive — so even and lengthened. Can’t wait to come back!

I had a nice manicure done last week. The salon is cute and friendly staff. I went in and told them I wanted a chrome finish which is literally just putting on some sparkles with a Qtip that added maybe 30 seconds to the process. Upon checkout I was really surprised I was charged $9 extra for this. This wouldn’t have been an issue had they told me before, but with zero transparency there would be an up charge, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Please tell clients before and not after service of any extra charges.

My nails look fabulous!! Im so happy! Winstons was also clean and the tools were sanitized (which is hard to find around here), great atmosphere, and everyone was so friendly. Great way to end my week.

I pass by this place every day and wanted to give it a try! I got the fastest and painless lip wax I’ve ever had, and I also got a gel mani that I LOVE. I showed them a reference photo and they “Nailed it.”Their prices are tough to beat too, and I will definitely be coming back!

Vanessa gave me a great pedicure and gel manicure! Place was nice and clean. Quick to get an appointment. I just wish they had massage chairs and foot tubs, and a way to see the polish colors (samples, a book, etc.). As it is now, it’s hard to get a sense of your color options.

My nail tech at Venetian was not available for my schedule this time so I decided to try out Winston’s. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience. The staff is kind and welcoming. They offer water, champagne, etc. which is a nice touch. Mina did my dip and pedicure. She did a good job and I am happy with the result (it has been 24 hours since I got them done)—I’m very picky with my nails so that says a lot! It was obvious that doing a good job was important to her and she was very attentive. The only downside was that there were a handful of times that she removed the dip and started over for a few of the nails, so the process definitely took a longer time than usual.There are only a few cons of my experience: the pedicure chairs were not comfortable for me at all. They are not the usual massage chairs, but are instead pretty stiff—and one of my favorite parts of my nail experience is reclining back and getting the back massage. This is just a personal preference though and doesn’t make Winston’s a bad salon!; My appointment for a regular dip manicure with tips and a regular pedicure took around 2.5 hours. I’ve never spent that much time at a salon for a nail appointment, especially when there weren’t any intricate designs or top level services involved. The attention to detail was appreciated, but I would never intentionally spend that much time on my day off at a salon, it was way too long; My manicure was a regular dip with tips and plain pink nail color (no designs) and I asked for almond shape. Only after I was done was I informed that because of the shape and tips my manicure cost an extra $30+ — I was internally shocked when I was told the total of $114 for both services. Then you add on tip. This was the most expensive trip to a nail salon I’ve ever had and I go on a biweekly basis. I expect a bit of an up charge for tips and all, but not that much and if I was told before my manicure started, then I would have declined the added service. I did fail to ask what the up charge was though, so partially my responsibility.There aren’t a lot of great spots around me, so If I am ever in a bind again with my usual nail tech’s schedule, I would definitely consider coming back here if I have the time and money. I would recommend this place to a friend if asked, but would definitely mention that there are less expensive options nearby. I’ve seen some other reviews that their manicures didn’t last too long, so I’m hoping I don’t have that issue!

One of the best salon experiences I have had in many years, around the globe. Basic pedicure included a lovely scrub and massage experience, kind offering of wine to enjoy during the appointment, thorough pedicure in detail.

Janice was so kind and willing to take care of my nails without an appointment. She did an excellent SnS! I was a walk-in from out of town and she made me feel right at home. Thank you for your excellent service. I will be back when I’m back in PB!

Her meticulous approach to both facial treatments and nail artistry transcended ordinary pampering. After the facial, my skin felt revitalized, and the flawless nail service was a testament to her expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend this professional for an unparalleled spa experience.

Janice runs a lovely salon. It is clean, bright, and welcoming. The manicurists are well trained. They can do a wide variety of techniques. Prices are reasonable.

Our Escape Room is a few doors down from Winstons and have never been able to get my nails done there. Finally, today I was able to be squeezed in and am So glad I was! This place is fabulous! Clean, beautiful and the staff is so nice! I loved my nails, and I cant wait to send my daughter for her nails and toes. I will be back next week for a pedicure and I found my NEW PLACE!!! Thank you guys for being so accommodating and giving great customer service and quality service!!!

Get your feet done, nails did, buy a dress, go next door for gelato, then go across the street for sushi. Or vice versa. Nobodys judging. They didnt judge my feet.

I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. Ms. Denise always gets me right lol! I always come after work or early on the weekend and it’s amazing after a long day/week. They really do treat you like family here. It’s nice to have a girl chat! The detail is also really REALLY great. If you want great service, great vibes, and great prices come here.

Had a girls day of pampering and definitely felt pampered! The staff was very attentive and did a great job! And we were given a glass of wine to really relax us! Will definitely be back when I’m next in west palm.

I can not say enough good things about this nail salon! I have taken a woman I care for there to get her nails done. Lets just say she is not very kind to people. The ladies there were so patient and very tolerant with her! I thank these women are sent from heaven and deserve such good things to come to them. Thank you for being you.

Called last minute for a manicure and eyebrow wax today. They were quick to accommodate. The services were great, my nails look wonderful and my eyebrows are in good shape. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, the salon was completely empty and was poorly lit with no ac or music. The building and road were under construction, so that may have been the reason. It wasnt bothersome, but it was a little shocking. Will definitely try them again once the construction is over.

My daughter and I were in town for a wedding and actually stumbled onto Winstons. They were so friendly from the time we walked in til the time we left. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. The music was not to loud and instrumental only so it was soothing. Our technicians were professional, courteous, and very good at their craft. We also noticed they greeted other customers by name as if they were part of their family.We would recommend Winstons to all who are visiting the Palm Beach area.Thank you to the owner and her staff for an awesome experience and allowing us to just relax to enjoy the moment. We have both had lots of comments on our manicures and pedicures!!!

Winstons Nail & Facial Lounge is the Best in West Palm Beach! Originally from NYC, Ive been to my fair share and this salon is amongst the top top on my list. They are professional, the salon is impeccably clean always, gorgeous bright white interior, the prices are very reasonable and everyone is very nice.

My nails were incredible they made me a pedicure spa and manicure spa and a full set apress more than delighted with the service and the workers too charming

Such a cute place. Karen has been my go to nail person for years! She does it all! If you need themed nails or nail art, shes fabulous! Shes helped me pull off many a Halloween costume, but also just everyday nails too. People and friends always comment on my nails. Im known for my nails thanks to Karen. This place is exactly what youre looking for if you want a fun and professional experience from start to finish. Very discreet. Very convenient. Downtown WPB, with a parking garage in back if Street parking isnt available.

So, like a complete jerk I walked in to this salon at 1/2 hour till close without an appointment....despite this fact, the owner herself took me for next gen w/ tips without any issue! Everyone was so nice and she did a fantastic job. I will definitely be returning, as well as recommending Winstons to all of my friends!

Not a professional manicure ,didnt cut my quticles they used wet and wild top and told me it was a expensive topcoat, you can buy that for a dollar at cvs. After all that it cost me 29 dollars for absolutely nothing. Will never go back

My daughter had a great time. Friendly elligant atmosphere. The ladies there took excellent care of her hair and nails. She went in looking like a little girl and came out looking like a radiant young lady. Thank you ladies! Highly recommend. We will be going back every chance we get

In my experience which was only one manicure, I had no cuticle cutting or lotion/massage and felt rushed. People were nice.Probably 6/10 rating for manicure.

I had walked into this nail lounge a few days prior and unfortunately, they were booked up for the rest of the night. I talked with the owner Janice who was very friendly and suggested I make an appointment and thats exactly what I did. The receptionist worked with my schedule and told me that new clients receive $5 off for mani/pedis so of course that is what I scheduled and I was not disappointed!June took care of me this morning she helped me pick out colors and was very genuine. This is exactly what I needed!They also have a massage therapist who will give you a complimentary shoulder massage!I cant wait to come back!

My eyebrows were ruined.I walked in for a quick eyebrow waxing, advertising 15% off for your first visit and a $15 waxing, and should have known better when both girls at the counter stared at each other and then at me for a moment when I asked for the waxing, before one stood up and tried to get the attention of one that was already busy with another client getting their nails done. I stood there and the other desk girl went back to her cell phone for a moment before the first girl walked back and said “I could do it, follow me,” and brought me to the very back of the salon. The experience was nice, you’re laying down and are under a cozy blanket, the entire salon is aesthetically beautiful but I’ll never be visiting again because she took the entire tail end of my right eyebrow off on accident. After she did it, she apologized but then tried to say that my eyebrow hairs are “too long” and it got caught in the wax. Which is why I went to the SALON to get them done. She tried to finish up and not completely ruin my other eyebrow, all while offering justifications for her just not doing her job properly and waxing off more than she should have, but the entire experience was just wasted when she was careless with my face. Whether it was carelessness or inexperience, as someone who also works in the service industry, I should have been turned away or told to wait for someone that has experience. The hesitation in both people up front told me that this was going to happen, but I was assured she knew what she was doing. She barely touched the other side in fear that she was going to screw it up, then put hydrocortisone on my face before asking if I was allergic. I’m not, but people in my family are, so I know first hand that it’s incredibly important to ask before putting any kind of medication on anyone. She was nice enough and I tried to save the experience for myself by being courteous the way, asked me a lot about where I’m from and why I was in the area when I told her where I was from. I wanted to walk out on the tab and refuse to pay for it, but I didn’t. I get to the front and there’s no 15% added for a first visit. I didn’t even want to argue at this point so I just paid. She has the audacity to give me her professional card and tell me that she does full body waxing and she dyes hair. I will never let this person touch another strand of hair on my entire body. I gave a dollar tip, walked out and cried on the way home. I went from a no makeup beauty regimen to needing to draw my eyebrows on every single day because the people at this salon either didn’t know or didn’t care enough to do this properly, something I do 4 times a year and now have to walk around for the next 3-4 months with half of an eyebrow and the other half makeup because of this. It’s been once week and in the area where she took the most hair out, I can already feel ingrown hairs coming back because I’ve never had those in particular waxed and she didn’t wax them properly since they were caught and not coated.The salon is very nice and I imagine they don’t mess nails up this awfully but it truly is a nail salon first and I would not trust even a more experienced facial waxing person there because of how bad I feel my eyebrows look. It’s at least a lesson for me and a chance to let other people know to stay away.

Absolutely FABULOUS salon! Upscale, casual chic to its finest! The staff is fun yet professional. Its an excellent place for girls day and the owner, Janice, is the most professional, friendly, reliable, nicest woman and not only that, she does excellent work! I would give this place 6 stars if I could!!

She made my daughters Birthday a success she was the only one that would take three young girls and make their day a success and an experience they never had. Her team was professional and awesome gave the three girls full attention. And I fell in love with lucky.

Had a very well and thoroughly done mani/pedi with Lacey. At $45 its a really good deal, and both Lacey and the owner (whos name I forgot) were super friendly and nice to talk to. Great service and a nice small salon, which gives a more personal experience. Ill definitely come back for my next mani/pedi!

Me and my bridal party had a great experience here getting prepped for my wedding. Everyone was so nice and made us so comfortable. The shop is spotless and truly luxurious.

New to the area and was in search of my pedi place - this is it! Beautiful inside, the tubs for the pedis are porcelain/ceramic, not the plastic with plastic liner - staff is all wonderful, great pedicure, prices are reasonable AND they have a reward points program so the more services you get, the closer you are to getting something back. Really really love it!

I loved my mani-pedi at J&d ,And I also got a shoulder & neck massage too .The lounge was very clean , love the music , The workers and the atmosphere .They said that there are moving to clematis street soon just a few blocks from where they are now . Cant wait to see the new place and to have my mani-pedi again .

Beautiful atmosphere and good customer service but low quality manicure. Hours after my dip nail service I had a nail chip and they replaced it. The next day 4 or my nails cracked and fell apart soon after. Do not recommend

Website states they are open until 8pm on Saturday. I called at 5.57pm and was told they close at 7. Really disappointing because I live on the same street. Would have been really convenient. Oh well, Avalon it is!

Nice place but the quality of their powder nails is horrible. Lasted less than a week when the other salon I use last 3 weeks.

Took me without an appt and did a fabulous job. Will definitely be going back. Best place I have found in downtown.

Never been so disappointed absolutely horrible customer service the employees all have an attitude problem as if theyre better than everyone else and on top of everything none of them are even licenced! this is my very first bad review, wish i could rate them negative stars!

Went by there yesterday and there was a “For Rent” sign in the window. When they were open I was always happy with the service I received.

I went there today and it was the worst experience ever, they overcharged me. I suggested you to go to another nail salon. This one ain’t it.
