From the moment I arrived with complimentary valet, the staff was professional and it was a delight being checked in. Marnie was my masseuse and I could tell she was experienced. I’ll be going back to see her as she was very attentive to my problem areas. Facility was clean and the resort was relaxing and put together. Michele, the spa manager, happen to be walking through the locker area and stopped to converse about how my experience was so far- she was super friendly and truly cared about me getting the best experience. Overall, I was very surprised at how amazing the day was. Highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVED this spa. One of the best massages I’ve ever had by Yahaira- I left feeling so relaxed. Love that it was right on the beach too! Front desk service was also great and friendly! The Spa director Michelle made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to make our day perfect! Thank you so much, we will be back!

The reservation process and overall experience of the massage was good. We opted for a couples massage which starts with a tour of the locker room area. The locker room and amenities are mediocre, lacking the level of luxury I have experienced at other Spas. The couples massage was great, for an upcharge you can get full body deep tissue or stick to a swedish massage with deep tissue in one area. Gratuity is added on top of the cost. The hot tub area is outside and also average.

Mabel is an amazing masseuse who integrates stretching and deep tissue massage to be true massage therapy and not just a relaxing massage. The esthetician was fantastic and knowledgeable as well but was overshadowed by the uncharacteristically good massage. The spa attendant was sweet and attentive. Definitely a repeat.

The massage was relaxing, but the jacuzzi was outside and it was cold and to breezy to enjoy. Upon arrival was kinda disorganized and I was shuffled around, just so they could stay on schedule. We scheduled a couples massage for my birthday, arrived on time, and when we arrived there were others checking out at the register. So since we arrived at our designated time and they wanted to collect gratuity upfront, the masuse had a schedule to keep, so she rushed is to the back. I was unable to get a locker, had to put my items in the room with me. After the massage, a older lady took me on a tour before giving me a locker, so I had to carry my clothes, bag and shoes with me while she held my glass of champagne. I felt the level of customer service could of been more pleasant and organized. We ordered from groupon, so Im glad we didnt pay the full amount as our massages were done in separate rooms and we were not offered the couples suite for a upcharge. We found the empty suite on our own. That was disapointing. We will try again in February with hopes we can enjoy the couples suite and feel rushed on a day of relaxation.

The massage felt like a light rub on my back, none of the areas I asked to focus on was done. The masseuse refused to add more pressure when asked. Lost 1 hour of my life booking here. I would not recommend.

I had an AWFUL experience at the spa last weekend. I paid so much money for a much needed mom’s day out for the first time in years and I received the worst massage ever. This woman massaged me with hate. There was obviously something awry in her personal life because she even shorted me 10 minutes on a 50 minute massage and she ran out of the place before I even got to my locker. I wish I would have said something then but I tried to be sympathetic and understand things happen in life but I’ve sat with it for so ver a week now and I still can’t get through over how much I spent and what a horrible experience it was. On the bright side, the food was really good outdoors and so was the beach and hotel service.

Ive been here twice. Both times were extremely disappointing. Ive had better massages at THE MALL. For $300 for an hour, these shouldve been among the best massages of my life. Mediocre at best. The woman was bored and didnt seem to care at all. Spent over half the hour on my legs even after I specifically requested twice to please just focus on my back. I was also bored, what a waste of time and money. Honestly, save your money and bring a tennis ball to roll around on in your hotel room.

PLZ READ.. NATIVE FLORIDIANS - We have been to quiet a few spa’s.. We looked at the reviews for the last few weeks, and said oh no.. This was a wedding present and told the lady over the phone this.. I stated “ I will pay extra for a full service. I am a great tipper when treated well..” Well that did not happen.. The exact opposite did..MY WIFES BAG In the locker was not only touched but moved to a different locker!! How do we know? Cause she unlocked it to find it empty, and the lady opened the locker next to it and there it was 🤯Wait what? Yes… That happened..THEN it wasn’t a couples massage, the gift was just 2 single massages.. The place had nobody else in there.. Why didn’t they put us together and say for $100 more we can do a couples massage, with this, and different oils… no so we had separate massages.. WAIT IT GETS BETTER..The massage honestly, seriously, was the worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady could not have been licensed..she massaged my feet at the same time 1 foot in each hand, not to mention the pressure was of a 10 yr old. Normally you say please not so hard, or a little less pressure.. However this lady had no pressure..It was as if my 12 yr old daughter gave me a massage. The technique and Pressure were terrible… There was no snacks in the relaxation room, your choices were water, tea, and whole apples.. smh.. I went there letting them know I’m not cheap and if taken care of I will take care of the staff.. They automatically charge an gratuity, so each masseuse still received $35 without question… Had it been enjoyable I would have tipped $100 each person.I apologize for this review but someone needs to do something about this place cause there is so much potential. Like upgrade oil options, having snacks in the relaxation room, stop with the 50 min and just do 1 hour, like 30 min or 1 hour, have licensed masseuse always cause you never know who is showing up. I dare the owner or boss to send someone in undercover and see for yourself.I thank the few people who were nice and helped cause the other 1/2 should be replaced. I hope someone who is upper management reads this and takes this seriously. I’m not trying to knock the place but it needs some changes…

Here I visited Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa. Wow, I had an amazing experience from the customer service for valet parking to the front desk (Lisa) to massages, and to the bar dining experience! The bartender made amazing tasteful drinks and I ordered burrata pizza. It was delicious I even forgot to take a picture! To top it off there was an amazing singer for karaoke.( Darrell)I recommend to come here for your next stay or spa day!

The employees are very nice, informative, and try to make you feel welcome. I feel like the spa area needs a lot of TLC. saw alot of mold, mildew, and the rain showers were clogged water barely came out. Showers need to be deep cleaned considering how many people use it daily, they make good money they should invest some of it on keeping up the place. Swedish massage was good, but Ive had better. When you arrive, they check you in and take you to the lockers where youll be assigned a locker with robe and slipper to change into and then you can lay out in the relaxing room, use the steam room, or lay on a marble table which was not warm at all so I didnt understand the use for it. There was a bowl of wet towels and cucumbers, but i was hesitant seeing that the cucumbers did not look fresh and i didnt want to get like an eye infection. I recommend you bring your own slippers, some that you can also shower with because the ones offered are plastic and dont seem clean. So many people use the same sandals and could easily get athletes foot or something. They offer a glass of either mimosa or champagne, but just 1. There are also apples, or trail mix you can snack on in the relaxation room. Youll get called for your massage, and after that they take you back to the lockers and recommend the steam room. You can shower and change, they do offer literally everything from shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair gel, hair spray, shaved, tampons, hair comb, etc. whatever you need. There are towels but they had a very bad smell to them which I wasnt expecting considering this is a nice resort. Anyways, there are 2 pools, jacuzzi, and the beach. I visited the pool with a slide and it was full of family & kids, but tried the bar for some drinks and appetizers, and it is totally overpriced. Spent almost $200(w/tip) on chips&salsa and 2 drinks. Then went to the jacuzzi, and 4 kids around ages 6-9 were inside... so just left to the beach. There you can get beach chairs, bungalow, towels, and even kayak. It was alot nicer at the beach. Tried the 3800 ocean for dinner, that was very good! Great food.

Beautiful resort! We had a full day access to this resort.With spa access. Thoroughly enjoyed it even went down to the beach for a little bit. I do have to say though. The massage was too light and just felt as if they were rubbing the lotion into my skin instead of massaging my Body although I am partial to a deep Tissue massage.

Do NOT buy the groupon! It is very misleading. They do not tell you that it can only be used Monday-Wednesday! Definitely would not have bought it if I knew that. Very disappointed! It is a rule made by the hotel not the spa but it should be written out in the Groupon.

Wonderful spa to visit. Had an awesome facial by Jacqueline _ she’s so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. It’s a week later and my skin still feels so hydrated and I still feel a difference!

A lovely relaxing environment! Massage and facial were delightful! Bonus is you get to enjoy the beach and pool! Makes for a wonderful day!!!

Went for a Swedish massage and had Brandon. It was my first time with a male which I thought may be a little uncomfortable at first but, after a couple minutes I was fine with it. In fact, I’d recommend Brandon as he gave me one of the best massages ever. Thank you SiSpa!!

This spa was a wonderful treat. The staff is amazing. My massage with Mabel was incredible. I cannot wait to go back. My mom also got a facial that was wonderful. They use top quality products.

Marcela was an amazing masseuse! I did an 80 minute deep tissue and was very impressed with how everything went. Everyone was so helpful and kind, left completely relaxed and rejuvenated!

Terrible spa, extremely overpriced. The facilities are small, dont expect to spend much time here. Better hotel spas are Eau Palm Beach and PGA Resort.

Very small. One person per service at a time. Massage therapist was fantastic. I enjoyed it overall but its a little cramped. Great for an easy, local spa day. Not if you are looking for a luxurious pamper day or a spa day with friends. Staff was great.

Did a couples massage with my wife. Absolutely amazing. Jackson was my masseuse and was very professional, was a subject matter expert and made the experience more comfortable. I wish I could fly down once a week to go here.

Amazing spa experience! Great relaxing environment with free champagne and mimosas. Have had the best Swedish massages from Cori. No matter how stressed I am coming in, I always come out feeling renewed and refreshed. Ive been to many spas, and I come back to this one due to the perfect environment and staff.

Great customer service all around. I booked last minute for a bridal party (4 total). The girl on the phone was pleasant and helpful. Maria and Nancy at the front desk are a pleasure. Ali was my massage therapist. He was gentle and aware of sore/tight spots. All of the locker room attendants helpful as well. I love the atmosphere and private hot tub. Also, when you book youre able to attend the other amenities around the resort!

I usually like this place, but this last one was not the greatest. The massage therapist was not in sync with what my friend had, no mimosa and whirlpool broken. 2 different ladies said to enjoy the whirlpool outside. Staff uninformed.

From first walking in I felt the calm the permeates through the whole area. Complimentary champagne is available as are comfy chairs while you wait. The massage rooms are nicely lit for a relaxing experience and my massage therapist, Andrea was very professional providing Swedish/hot stone massage, highly recommended. I am looking forward and excited for my next massage in Si Spa.

I had such a relaxing time at this spa! Maria and her front desk staff were accommodating and catered to my every need. They go above and beyond just a normal spa experience. The staff is what has me coming back. I also have to rave about my massage with Nicholi, he was amazing! He is very professional and listened to my problem areas. I left the massage feeling the most relaxed I have felt in years! The entire spa is sanitized and clean! I can’t wait to have another spa day! I went to the SiSpa about 3 weeks ago for their Groupon facial. Id highly recommend the spa but I would advise to call the spa for current promotions because in the long run, I believe its more affordable than the Groupon. But I loved my facial with Shannon. She was informative but still allowed me the opportunity to relax.

Its a nice spa and we were both pleased with couples massage we received. It was very clean and relaxing. Our only issue was we were scheduled at 4, their last appt slot, so they told us we couldnt use the steam room /sauna after but we could come before to use them if we wanted. That was nice but opted not to do I cant comment about them. However, I brought nice dress to go to dinner in hotel as we came from the vacation club and wanted to try it. The girl told me I was not allowed to rinse off that it was closed. I wasnt washing hair just wanted to rinse oil off. Nope sorry, she stood there while I changed and ushered me out door. I wouldnt of had problem if they said this prior but I think they should schedule a time accordingly so the person doesnt feel shoved out the door, there goes the relaxing part.

Best in palm beach county.. worth every $ .. AND you can use the amenities all day... restaurant had awesome wraps 2. Will be back 4 sure..

Andrea for the deep tissue massage is a WIN! Best neck and foot massage in years (and i go a lot of massage through the years)! She listened to me issues and worked very hard to resolve. Highly recommend.

Ive been a member of the spa for 10 to 11 years .I really enjoy going to Si Spa on the weekends to sit in the steam and relax. Its a nice getaway to just sit and do nothing for a while. Nancy and her staff are friendly and helpful.Les

Si Spa offers you access to a gym, showers, steam room and out door whirl pools. The facility itself is short of luxury but is above a bargain resort. The massage therapist for my Si Signature treatment was excellent and raised the overall rating of this review. Decent value at about $155 + tip for a one hour session. Anyone can book at the spa, regardless of being a hotel guest, and you get access to the beach and hotel once your treatment is completed.

This review is for GINO GINO GINO! Who gave me the best massage I have EVER had. He was intuitive, professional AND friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about how to cater my massage to my specific needs. From start to finish Gino truly WORKED out stress and tension with movement, pressure, and glides that were detailed to each area. Youd think Gino works for some celebrity as their private massage therapist. Thank you Gino!

Best massage spa in the area. I was looking for somewhere I could use a steam room, relax and take a shower after a great massage and this was perfect for all of that. Plus, you get to use the pool and beach if you get a service that’s 50 mins or more. Well worth it to make a day out of it.

Excellent spa service, wonderful facial with Andrea. Groupon was well worth it. Beautiful facility. Lunch at the ocean grill on the ocean side was most pleasant. The beach was very inviting but we had other plans for the afternoon.

Update 6/13/19after numerous times trying to schedule to get my mani/pedi redone it seems as though they do not want to actually rectify the situation. they keep telling me they will call me back and never do. all my previous appointments have been on Fridays and now they tell me that they dont do nails on Fridays? tried reaching out to the resort manager, John, today as well.I am giving a 1 star rating based on my last experience for a mani/pedi that I got on Groupon. I have had facials and massages here before with no complaints however my last visit on Friday (6/7) was a different story. I had a groupon that was given to me as a gift for 2 services so I decided to try out the mani pedi. for $150 per service I figured this would be an exceptional mani/pedi. this was the most basic basic basic mani pedi I had ever gotten. no massage, some hot towels on legs and arms for about a minute but besides that, nothing. no gel, no nexgen etc...literally the next day the polish was chipping. today (Monday 6/10)my nails look horrendous. I called and spoke w a manager on Saturday 6/8 to explain my situation and she told me to come in and it would be re-done. I truly would just like to skip this service and have a massage or facial instead because this is NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL. I can go to any other nail salon and have BETTER service for a lot less money. I will update my review after I can reschedule this appointment to have a re-do or something. dont waste your time on the mani pedi here.

AMAZING!!!! We just finished a week long family vacation at the Singer Island Marriott ... I can not give it enough stars!!! We had treatments at the SI Spa and they were incredible! The facility is small and personal ... The staff is attentive and accommodating but not intrusive ... I hrave been there before and look forward to my next vacation at the Singer Island Resort and Spa!!!!

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this spa. I have called daily for the last two weeks in an attempt to make an appointment for a massage. I have left multiple voicemails that have gone unreturned.Today, I called The Marriott and asked if they could put put me in touch with the spa. They tried to call the Spa Director and were unable to get anyone on the phone as well.I completely understand that there may not always be someone around to answer a phone call, but to leave multiple voicemails and not receive a call back points to awful customer service, especially when this isn’t even the busy season.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE! I came to the Marriott on a day trip with my mother. I tried to call the spa HOURS before arriving and no one answers the phone. After consulting with the actual spa about times and services, I told them i was going to the beach... AGAIN THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN TRYING TO SECURE MY APPOINTMENT. I had to walk all the way back up there just so they could tell me I had to walk back down to the beach to grab my credit card when I was trying to give it to them over the phone in the first place. They would not give me THE WRISTBAND without confirming my appointment.... so I have to find my way back into the hotel AGAIN because no one knows how to answer the phone!??? Maybe if they just did their job and answered the phone we wouldn’t have this problem!!! Not worth the money and ignorance!!! Poorly run spa with bad attitudes.

Had an amazing Deep tissue massage from Nikolai, I never get massages because rarely are they strong enough, hands down awesome!

Treated myself for my 40th birthday! Massage was divine and my facial left me radiant! It was so quiet on a Tuesday. I practically had the place to myself❤

The spa was excellent i got a massage by Ali which was great. I also got a facial with Jacelyn which was super nice. Love the products they used and the house lady was very nice and attentive. The place is clean and quiet which is what i qas looking for.

Everyone was very accomodating and professional. Even though we were only getting pedicures, we were made to feel like a million bucks. Very classy place!
