Great customer service. Joey is a great man.Came to this vape store to give them a chance very respectful team of workers with great prices on all of there juices and mods.100% recommend for beginners or even people that vape on a daily!I will forever come to this shop.

Best customer service of any vape shop Ive visited anywhere. First experience was over the phone; they were the only shop I found an item I was looking for from many that I visited or called. I went in and, while they didnt have the obscure juice I wanted, they immediately gave me another unique (and obscure) juice based on the flavor type that I absolutely loved (Jazzy Boba!), despite my excruciatingly picky e-juice palate. Ron went out of his way for me while waiting for a shipment of coils for my Modvapa Sub2 MK1 and sold it to me for a much better price than the only other local shop I know of that carries it. All the staff has been so knowledgable, helpful, honest, and accommodating with me. I havent been to their Jupiter location yet, but this place is definitely my favorite one-stop vape shop. The variety and availability of products, juices, accessories, and replacements is the best Ive seen in a brick & mortar shop.

This shop is great! After 40 years smoking I can say that between the customer service and consistent products quality, they can not be beat.They always take the time to answer questions and are extremely knowledgeable about all things vape. After traveling the state and checking out other venues I will never buy from anywhere else. I have been cig free for a year and a half!

Went in to get new batteries for my mod Lady behind counter acted like I wasnt in the store 10 minutes later I ask her if she has the batteries for my mod She comes back, doesnt show me the batteries and proceeds to ring me out. I get home swap the batteries and find out that they are bad and she didnt give me a receipt. Some serious hustle right there. Needless to say, Ill never fo into another Urban Vape again. There are so many Vape store these days, why settle for bad service and faulty over priced product.

Love this store! I had bopped from one vape place to another until finding Urban Vapor. I will never go anywhere else every one is super cool and helpful. Dony is the best tho always willing to go the extra mile and take the time to explain new things that I may not understand!!! Love you Guys!!!

Ok... So here is my story..You could say im a regular at Urban Vapor.One day i decided i wanted a bigger tank for my ipv3 so Dony recommended one. I wasnt sure about the product. And he explained why that tank was the best option for me.. I could tell he knew what he was talking about.So i went for it and everything was great until day after. My glass cracked.. So i took it back and Dony no question asked gave me a a new glass no only once but twice, yes it happened twice.The second time i got the glass i drove off and the glass broke on my way home, turned around for the third time and he gave me a new tank and a atomizer, clearly there was something wrong with the tank from factory..Wrapping up i had the best customer service i could expect!! Dony went above and beyond.. Thats what i call unparalleled hospitality!Hard to find a store now a days with that quality of employees!!

Urban vapor is an excellent place for your vapor needs they have a wide selection of equipment the staff is very knowledgeable of all equipment sold . Best thing is they take time with you to make sure the equipment is right for you . One of the things I like is anybody can sell something but the service is second to none. When I tell you I drive 100 miles to buy from vikki, nicole or Joe thats no bull . I live in fellsmere fl and I drive to palm beach to there location for all my needs . I have been to several vape shop and none have the selection OR CUSTOMER SERVICE they do.

These guys are awesome!!!! So helpful when I was new to vaping and helped me quit smoking. Whenever I need a juice or a coil they order it and then notify me when the product comes in. Best vape shop in WPB. Thanks guys!!!!!!

I went in this place. its small, they dont carry alot of products. The guy that helped me I felt had no knowledge. He wasnt being helpful at all so therefore I was definitely not going to purchase anything from them cause I might get screwed. I would not return here, products and customer service sucked.

This is my FAVORITE Vape store in West Palm Beach. They have a friendly, helpful staff and a great variety of products. This is definitely my go-to Vaping shop, google no further.

Its amazing how gentle and kind.... kind vape shop people are. Sometimes I feel like saying, Give me some of what your on!, But that would probably lead me down a very deep rabbit hole.

Bought my first mod in the store, little did I know it was a horrible clone that they absolutely ripped me off on, repeatedly asked For help to learn more and got nowhere, kind of turned me off on the whole vaping thing until I found Village Vapor Company I suggest you all stop wasting your money on a company that does not have your best interest and check out the guys who do.... Ive said it once Ill say it 100 times urban vapor is for suckers who have no idea that theyre getting shafted and it sucks because they take advantage of those people who are just starting out just like they did me and 2 of my boys..... Place is whack, check out Village if you want to see a real vape shop✌️
