My girlfriend and I went to the store last night. We were impressed by their selection, knowledge and great customer service. I highly recommend this store to meet all your vaping needs. Please check it out, I promise youll really like it.

Great place. A hidden gem among so many vape shops. Great prices and awesome customer service always with a smile. The lady that works there Samiri is amazing and so kind. I look forward to saying hi to her when I come in. Pardon me if I didn’t say her name right. She is always so welcoming and kind. I truly recommend this place for all your vape and herbal needs.

Well, another reveiw for a sketchy place to get vapes. To be simple and to the point. Came in this afternoon to buy a vape, before I left I opened it and checked to see if it worked, vapor Came out and so I assumed it did and left. Under an hr later I realized that the vape would continue to fire even after I stopped pulling on it. This is not the first time I have experienced this with a vape and it is hard to notice right away if you are just checking if it produces vapor before you leave the store. When I came back the man that was working 12:31 9/1/23 basically was not trying to hear anything about my problems with the vape and acused me of trying to scam them( bring in another vape that wasnt working to switch). So if you want to stay away from a business that puts their own greed and profits over making sure that their customers get taken care of and get working products I would goto another store in the area. Levels and Glass chamber both have more respectable employees that at the least if they werent able to help you, would not be rude and acuse you of scamming over a 20$ vape.

They always have everything i need and want. so clean and nice!

This place is excellent. If I have questions on anything, the staff always has an answer. The quality of my selection, Id say above average. The prices overall on a huge variety of merchandise is definitely fair. If you want a one stop shop for your smoking needs, you just found it. Go see for yourself. I dare ya..

Nice inventory... However the lady in there try to sell me a product that somebody had already returned.. I examined it in my car and 1/4 of it was missing.. brought it right back in the store, first I was told all of them where a 1/4short.. so I said show me and by God we found a found a full one😉

If there was a zero star option I would have picked it, a very bad experience and even worse customer service, what happened is I bought a vape from them that says 2500 puffs but it did not last for 100 puffs and they refused to replace it saying that this is the shop policy and you could be a scammer and if you want to complain then you have to do it with the vape manufacturer “fume”!!! Duh!!

Great New Vape Shop in West Palm Beach. They offer top of the line products. There staff members are outgoing and they know there products. I’m glad we were able to work with Double D’S Vape and Tobacco. Thanks guys and keep up the great work !!!

I came into this shop and the employee was terrible she gave me the worse customer service ever and I don’t understand how she’s still employed here! You guys lost a customer because I can’t go to a store with someone with a nasty attitude. If you want to work in a store atleast have basic customer service skills !

Bought a vape and sat in the lounge to relax before headed home and the general manager walks in and asks me why I’m in the store and harassed me until he found out what I’ve bought and my reason for sitting down. He yells at the employee running the store for having people in the lounge, why have a lounge if no ones allowed to sit in it? Unprofessional and disrespectful customer service on behalf of management.

These guys have amazing customer service. This was my first vape shop when I started, they have always been great.
