Overpriced and a complete lack of customer service. I felt like I was inconveniencing the girl behind the counter. With a vape shop on every flipping corner, why, why, why would I ever return? Check out Take a Break Vapes on Northlake for excellent service, knowledgeable staff and great prices.

Will not ever shop here again! My husband use to go here for loose tobacco and I got my incense. Over time they kept increasing the prices. Today i went in there to stock upOn incense and get tobacco for my husband. Freaking 6oz of tobacco was $20!!!!! RIDICULOUS. Glass Chamber sells an 8oz bag for $13! Then I went to get my incense and 100 sticks is $22.00. I was 5 sticks short and I got over changed by $6 when it should have been less. My total was 28.89, i gave him $30, I should have gotten $1.11 back ….instead I got 0.11 back. So, please go elsewhere. Everytime I go in there the customer service is aweful and the person behind the counter is constantly staring at you and you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. Don’t go.

I purchase a mini vape for $6 and it started over heating in my hand I asked for a refund they refused I had a few puffs and it was gone I also asked them can I add money on top of my refund to purchase a better vape and she refused to help me out I don’t recommend this vape store I recommend 45st next to Sam who fix iPhone in the flea market plaza better customer service better vapes

I went in to this store & they sold me a vape that didn’t work I opened the package and I went to hit the vape and nothing came out of it . I called same day asked to get a refund or a new vape they said no then the lady said the manger will be there the next day to call so that’s what I did an no one picked up the phone then I called today asked for the manager and they said he not there today so not buy vapes from this vape shop ! They will rip you off

Worst customer experience of my adult life . Was cursed out of the store by a young employee . The employee called his coworker “carlos” , carlos even confimed that there is something wrong with the situation, but the employee on duty still didn’t rectify it. Take your business elsewhere. Please do not make the same mistake. I made by visiting this location. Their location is very misleading as well. They are not located in North Palm Beach, in fact, two towns away in Riviera Beach. Big difference.F-WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN

My experience wasnt the worst, until after hearing the argument the cashier had with another customer, calling him racial slurs among other choice names, I will not be back. I, in fact was going to purchase but had to leave in disgust after witnessing the way he treated the other customer. WILL NOT BE BACK
