Melissa was AMAZING! I am dealing with sciatica issue. This was last minute booking (I truely believe the powers that be brought us together ). She worked all the trigger points and knew exactly where to focus. I walked out feeling like a new person. I have been a member since 2011 and have had so many great therapist, but she by far tops them all. Thankyou I slept through the night and woke up with out pain.

Nashim is great for massages and extended stretches. He is an effective communicator about muscles. The staff is pleasant and create a calm environment with the spa music. I appreciate the appointment reminders. I do appreciate the little things he offers like a warm blanket during the massage session, a hot wash cloth for my hands and water to drink after the massage.

Had my first massage with Melissa. A wonderful experience. She was very helpful and gave a great massage. Very relaxing.

Should get negative stars. I cancelled my membership, following ALL their requirements. Filled out all paper work, in person, as required. Still being charged 2 months in a row later. They are saying paperwork is not there. Which is bull. I drove there specifically to cancel!!! These people are unprofessional and I will be contacting a lawyer and the BBB. They make it so hard to cancel. By hard, I mean they lose paperwork, and do shady things! I followed my contract, and yet, they dont have to follow through??? Really??!!! They point blank LIED, saying nothing was filed. I paid through out the entire pandemic. Canceling, knowing I was losing close to $3000. And yet, these greedy people wanted additional money, by saying I didnt do the paperwork. I always leave a paper trail. And when I find it. I hope my lawyer sticks it to them!!!

The Springfield Massage Envy has a great team. Nasheem is one of the people I see regularly and he always checks in at the start and throughout the session. Top tier massage therapist.Oh! This edited my past review, so I’ll add in some of my past information.In addition to Nasheem I have had repeated sessions with Kim and Dan, though they have less availability they are always great. I had a couple of sessions with Lindsay recently and those were also great.I also get facials on occasion, Michelle is my go to there, she gives updates on the steps and has a soothing technique. Always great.

Denise at massage Envy in West Springfield was incredibly thorough with her massage and provided relief in areas of my neck and shoulders that have been locked up for years. I was amazed how loose I felt after leaving her care; something that typically takes numerous and frequent sessions, she was able to accomplish in one visit. Highly recommend Denise and I will absolutely be seeing her again!

As always a wonderful experience. I’ve been to Massage Envy locations across the United States and this staff eclipse any that I have visited. In fact I drive from Northern Maine to western Massachusetts to experience their professionalism.

5 star in customer service but the facial was a face wash (only 1 star). Not difference at all in my face.

My fiancé surprised me for an evening of relaxation and self care with a massage. From the moment we got there we had mixed up signing up our appointment and the front desk attendant was so accommodating and helpful. My massage therapist was Judith and she was awesome! She was so personable and really listened to my needs and what I wanted out of my session. I left feeling amazing! I will definitely be back and would recommend Judith to anyone!

This is not my first review of this particular establishment and I have to admit the last time I had anything to say I was salty as hell. I am happy to report that everyone here took excellent care of me and I am looking forward to my next appointment. I particularly appreciate Marks suggestions and support regarding my fitness goals and stretching more productively.ETA: Im afraid now I have a skin care routine and think facials are probably going to be a regular part of my life.

I have been seeing Dan for a few years and he is very interested to know what is bothering me so he can work those areas rather than just doing whatever. I always leave feeling relaxed. I sometimes wonder if I should consider canceling my appointment but then I am so glad I didn’t. I have seen other therapist there but don’t always feel the same when I leave

I always walk away feeling not just refreshed and relaxed, but also renewed and loosened up. Highly recommend a session with Nashim if you can get booked into his busy schedule.

I was expecting more of an industrial or mall feeling since ME is in the Riverdale strip but once we were ushered back it was calming and relaxing without the overdone fake zen some places do. We had a couples massage and both Lindsey and Judy were great! Lindsey worked spots I didnt know were achy until then! Great survey you fill out on arrival asking about parts youd like to focus on as well as places you do not want to be touched. Very pleased with the experience.

Nashim at Massage Envy West Springfield is a fantastic masseur. His technique with deep tissue massage is so skilled and unlike any other deep tissue massage Ive ever had. His massages are healing and always provides ongoing relief from pains that are bothering me. He has helped me with everything from relaxation to sinus pain to back pain.

Massage Therapist Nashim Ali is excellent.He is well trained and skilled at pain relief. He is attentive and works with his client on tips and outside exercises for consistent and continued relief. For additional pain relief, a Hot Stone Therapy treatment is recommended. Stretching and Flexibility Exercises and Treatment is also offered.

Yesterday I had an amazing spa day at Massage Envy. Makayla gave me a fantastic customized facial, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage from Daniel afterwards. I am thoroughly enjoying my membership. The West Springfield location is pretty convenient for an errand before or after at nearby shopping.

Because of my schedule, I have utilized multiple therapists. They have all been excellent. Their skills and technical expertise differs, and I sometimes find it hard to choose, but So far I have been thoroughly satisfied.

So far my experience at massage envy has been great. Everyone has been kind and helpful. Jackie is by far the best massage therapist that I have ever had.

Her services are amazing, her honesty and sweet nature creates a feeling of calm and a feeling as if she’s like one of your friends. I leave her, with my skin feeling clean, healthy & glowing. 🤩

Make sure you read all fine print if you go here!!! Members can gift hours to other people as gifts but if they cancel the membership any gifted hours get taken back after a brief amount of time with no written notification. All locations are independently operated so good luck getting anyone to take responsibility or help correct a wrong.

I went there once and had a great massage! Paid $65 for 60 minutes. Second time paid $95! Asked why is it so much more for the same type of massage the receptionist said something about being a member there you get discounts but why was the massage $65 the first time around??!! Also she was very rude asking me if I left a tip??? Who does that? and how much I left??!!

Made a last minute booking for an hour deep tissue. To say this was the best massage i have had in a long time is an understatement. The place was very clean, masks worn, and hand sanitizer used. I left with no pains in my body, which is a huge deal, since i live witn chronic pain. The masseuse made sure to really focus where i wanted her to, and paid attention to my breathing, asking every now and again if i was ok. It was overall wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

Facial by Michelle, face felt revived and new. Followed by a massage that was incredibly relaxing experience.

Mary was amazing. I had just pulled an all-nighter at work and they fit me in like an hour after I called. I signed up for a year with them because it made me feel so much better. It’s like the weight of the world is off my shoulders 😌

Today was my first time here. Very nice, clean and relaxing place but unfortunately I was not able to receive their services because I was scheduled for a massage instead of a facial. Its not a big problem but I had to work with my schedule in order to accommodate their availability and now Ill have to do the same for my next appt in a different day when is not even my fault.

Like the dollar store of massages. Felt slightly unprofessional in atmosphere. paid for an hour massage and after getting undressed and starting a quarter after I was out in 45 minutes including the additional services that I paid for. Stars only for the fact that the staff was kind and the knot in my shoulder did feel slightly better afterward, what I specified and paid for was neglected and youd be better off putting some quarters in a massage chair at the mall.

I always have a problem scheduling a couples massage here. The therapists will wait until the day of to cancel. We made our appointment weeks in advance. It is much better to drive all the way to west hartford.

Everything seems to be as promised except the pricing. There is a trick about facial. They advertise as $59 massage and $10 facial if you get it done all at once. Today they charged me $49 for facial and said $59 for massage just opens opportunity to their special pricing. Just not as advertised! Owner, read it, fix it.
