The gentlemen Alex upfront is really nice and knowledgeable. Helped me this morning even when he was rushing to get in over a mistake he made this morning. I will always keep coming back to this shop because of him. Best service and prices here in Utah.

I normally go to the location on 700 s and 2700 e. Great service. I was out in West Valley and decided to try their third location on redwood road. When I came in, expecting the same quality of service, I was rudely questioned by a female staff member. Her attitude was negative and sour. I felt unwelcome. I am going to stick to my normal location.

Fantastic service! Tons of deals! Great staff! Savvy helped me fix a couple mods I’ve broken that I didn’t even realize could be fixed! Totally great environment. Will 10/10 be back!

Alyssa was so great thank you so much she was super helpful and so nice and just fun to talk to but they have so much stuff and at pretty good prices too and they have some way good glass definitely check them out you will not be disappointed they have everything!! Every time I come in here, I feel welcome. I feel like I’m safe and heard and then I get the amazing deals on juice that are unmatched in the salt lake valley. Stoped in the store the other day and your girl there i think her name is Savanna young girl with tattoos well anyway this is the first time i ever went to a place like this and i gotta tell ya she was very knowledgeable and polite she answered all my questions and helped me find the products i was looking for i was surprised to hear she was just a employee i would have thought she owned the store between her demeanor and knowledge it was a pleasure doing business at that store Sincerely Carl West

Terrible customer service. came in and used points (spend $60 for $20 off) guy at the register claims he does not know how to apply the points at checkout (after he has already deducted the points from my account) how that even makes sense is beyond me. long story short was not credited for the $20 but was already charged. Told me to come back in later because the manager would be in. He also wrote on the back of my receipt that I should be credited $20 refund and said he would talk to management and let them know i was coming back in. Came in at the time and they say they cant honor that because they werent there and their system “doesnt do refunds” “sorry man we dont even do that here”. Crazy how im told one thing by an employee and then refused. I wouldnt have even spent $60 but they guy told me hey man if you spend $20 more dollars youll get 20 off… and then proceeds to tell me he doesnt know how to give me the $20 off. Then management says they cant do anything about it. Dont take their word for anything, clearly wont honor agreements made and offered by employees.

Hush supremes are advertising as 2 for 55 when they ring them up they charge you 57.20 and then another 4.15 for tax so over 60 bucks and they are 30 dollars a piece. If you post 2 for 55 they should ring up as 55 dollars not 57.20.. should either fix the computers or change the signs

I went to purchase juice and some replacement cartridges and the kid that helped my grabbed the cartridge out of my hand to see what cartridge I needed (it was a new cartridge) and put his dirty fingers all over the tip. When I asked him if he could throw it away because I didnt was to use it after he touch the part I put in my mouth he gave me attitude and told me to throw it away myself. I spent bout $70 on that visit and usually spend that much each visit. But I will not be going to any HOV after this. Rude and unprofessional.

This smoke shop is so much better than all the other shops in the northern WV area!! It’s conveniently located right off the freeway, so it’s been an easy pit stop for me on my way home from work. The inside of the shop has a comforting, clean vibe and the displays are all organized in a way that’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and the employees actually care about helping customers find what they need, and aren’t just hurrying to get you out the door. I love this shop the owner there is an awesome guy, really friendly, extremely helpful and manages to always come up with a solution to any of the problems I have when needing adapters or suggestions on new pieces in general. We are in there so much that he always takes care of my wife and I. He wasnt there on this visit so it just wasnt quite the same experience as usual but still managed to get my butane and other things. Gotta say if ever hiring I would sure like to work here.

Way too overpriced you can go down 21st a mile or two and get your vapes for $10 or more cheaper and Ive spent a few 100 here usually every time I come in they definitely rip you off

I’m pretty sure this place sold me a fake pastel cartel disposable on Friday Jan 6th & by today Tues Jan 10th it tastes really gross & very burnt like I’ve been hitting it for two weeks. I’ve only charged it once since I bought it so it shouldn’t be burnt already. Really disappointed stating i wasted $35 on it :/

The girl work had very little knowledge of their products. The prices were extremely high, $1 per ml for salt nic juice. That is prices from when vaping got started . I will stick with my usual shop and leave this one alone. They made me scan my ID TO COME IN AND STILL ASKED MY DATE OF BIRTH AT PURCHASE. TOTAL BS, MUST HAVE SOLD TO MINORS.

Not a terrible visit because they had a decent selection and aside from it smelling like dominos cheese it was pretty nice. Unfortunately they are a little stinger with prices and not willing to help you out with little things like most other vape shops would. It is what it is though and if you have the money for a full vape setup prepare to buy batteries as well. I know you cant expect everyone to give you pricedrops when you buy in bulk, but I support the people who do so Ill get my batteries elsewhere.

Do not come here for any vape devices. Disposable or not. I have had 4 disposables not work or overheat, and now an $80 mod that wont charge out of the box. They will not help you in any capacity if you have a bad device (which is a more common occurrence than not). Regardless of how long ago you purchased it.Anything else? Juice? Papers? Glass? 10/10. But you could also go to a vape shop that is more willing to assist its repeat customers.

HoV3 is the closest good vape shop to my house. And I like the selection they have. But I strongly dislike the service I am given at that location, much like tonight, with the closing girl… Regularly I go in (always for the same exact stuff) and the super skinny girl, and the shorter girl who was closing tonight, consistently grab the wrong stuff. Ill correct them, and they argue with me about a product I have been using for years. “no sorry, I need X”“That’s what this is!” And they get snotty and disrespectful. And I usually end up leaving to drive all the way to HOV2The guys and girls at HOV2 always grab the correct product, and if there is a misunderstanding, they are respectful and we fix the issue. I never leave HOV2 unhappy. I usually leave HOV3 unhappy.

I have never been to an establishment that double charges you on an item and then tells you sorry nothing I can do about it take it up with your bank. What kind of nonsense is that! anybody who goes to this location or any of them that run on their system beware make sure to check how much they are charging you before you leave the buildingTo whoever replied to me yes you did double charge me I purchased 1 disposable vape from this shop the total should have been around $37 I recieved a notification from my bank that I was charged $75 that is being double charged..... I did contact my bank the transaction is still pending so they cannot dispute it until it posts

Definitely my all-time favorite vape shop. However, if you get there and the short little troll looking girl is working, avoid her! She is a grumpy witch with horrible customer service.I was trying to look at torches and she threw a fit saying dont click it, you can only click it once. Then she seriously slammed the glass door when she put the torch back like I annoyed her. She needs to find a new job where she doesnt have any interaction with people for sure.Besides that this vape shop is amazing has everything you could ever want. it has my vape juice that I cannot find anywhere else in the valley.

I’m visiting from out of state and needed some coils and some juice and chose this place on Google because they said they were open on Sundays but I show up to their door and they are closed. Change your hours of operations on Google so people know. I wasn’t the only one outside wondering why they were closed.

This is one of my favorite smoke shops. The owner is always so up beat and jovial.We have alwsys had a pleasant experince there. Prices are great.. they have everything you need for your smoking pleasure. Also alot of novelty items there..for example if you need a kit of test the purity of your cocaine, this is the place to get it. But seriously this store has it all..You will not be disappointed. I live in Layton and will make a special trip down just to visit.

I came in on a Sunday and by Tuesday my vape stopped working after like 100 hits off a 3000 hit unit. Called them back and they said all sales are final. That was that, Im never going back there again.

Well I just opened up my Acid Blonde and went out to have a smoke and the Cigar is 100% dry. Literally crumbled and fell apart in my hands, and I got to say Im kinda bummed because I spent good money on that and I cant even smoke it now. Not sure if their cabinets are actually humidified or what but still not a bad place by any means.
