Love it here all the staff are super nice I go here for my geek puff bars. All the staff Ive seen have even interdused me to new flavors. The price is so cheep Im always going here for my puff bars

Fantastic smoke shop! Very friendly staff. They know what I’m there to buy as I walk up to the counter. They have a massive selection of disposable vape pen options. Their glassware is high quality. Definitely recommend!!

Walked in and specifically asked for the geek vape e100i with the internal battery and the magnetic tank. The guy hands me it and i say “this has the internal battery right?” And he said yes. I walked out and realized it had the external battery and walked back in and asked him if he had the other one - didn’t even get to my car. Wouldn’t take it as a return after calling his manager, out of batteries. I wouldn’t be so mad if I didn’t ask twice if it was the right mod. That’s just straight up bad business. Says he doesn’t have the capability of returns. Seems crazy.

Maybe employ someone less rude and serious? It felt like I was walking into a embassy

This is one of my go to smoke shops, but I really really wish they would answer their phone.

The people here are nice however I will not be back they scan your id on a device which I don’t know who provided it but it displays all your personal information full name ,address,phone number on their display this to me is a complete disregard for our privacy to give our information to a clerk at a vape shopI would be fine with age verification in the form of a simple yes or no but not displaying our info

In the last few months its gone down hill... When the 2 brothers were there the popular flavors were always stocked and they took care of their frequent customers.. Now not so much. It may be time too find a new place.

Stay away from the elfbars , im not saying it’s the shops fault for this , but every elf bar I’ve purchased here has tasted like it was smoked on for several days , repackaged and sold . These companies really need to start accepting refunds. If they are going to keep buying product that’s defective . We all know you guys get these bars for like $8 a pop and mark them up for profit.

Amazing customer service. We walked in 2 minutes to closing and they were extremely helpful in getting us what we needed, even though they had every right to tell us they were closed. They also had the best selection Ive seen in the area and were very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Went in yesterday and got 2 evobars. Told me it was 53$. Just checked my bank, they charged me 73$. Idk if Ill be back.

All the guys who work here are great! Very friendly and most always have a good deal going on. Additionally, they are always highly stocked up. From someone who’s visited a lot of smoke shops in the SLC area, this is my favorite. I would highly recommend!

DO NoT waste your time with this place. After looking for a little while on the hookahs they had, I finally settled for one based on the price. When I told the gentleman that’s the one I wanted and he said it was twice the price. And then he goes “I saw it too but that was the wrong price. This is the new price you take it or leave it.” His customer service and attitude was just horrible. He obviously just wanted to get back to texting on his phone since that’s what he kept doing throughout the time he was “helping” me. I asked for him to call the owner so I could speak to him about the experience and he was extremely rude and said “no.” Worst experience ever!! Stay away from this place!!

They always have the best, and newest flavors out there. They know all their products, and make great recommendations based off your taste. Theyve never steered me wrong. If they dont have it in stock, they will make sure its there the next time you visit

Ive been coming to this smoke shop for over 2 years and the service has always been amazing. However tonight I came in with a brand new mod I didnt know how to use, and the guy working showed me how to set it up, and even stayed past closing to make sure I was completely set up. I went in there knowing nothing about my mod, and he showed me everything I needed to know!

This is the only place I Shop for my Vape needs!! The Guys there are always Friendly and Helpful! The prices are very competitive and they have a Huge Selection of Juice, Mods and other Hardware! The Shop is always clean as well!!

Probably the best experiance Ive had at a smoke shop, I prefer menthol but a little fruity and Skyler knew exactly what I < wanted. Plus they carry my brand of smokes which most shops dont. 5/5 would recommend to a friend. And Ill personally head back next week to try their new suggestions.

At first is seemed to be a good shop close to us but that changed quickly. Their prices are high, the staff is rude, and they seem to have no problem bad mouthing competition. When I questioned them on the high price and that ivape charged a lot less he tried to tell me that ivape gets counterfeit products of lower quality and thats why its cheaper, and the owner told me they are in business because he sold them their shop. He then bragged about charging 2x as much in rock springs because they were the biggest shop there and could get away with it. Every time I go in it seems that the prices change as well. They have a juice I like that ivape doesnt carry. I made the mistake of telling him that, now when I go in its costing me more every time. Its not worth the convenience to be treated like garbage and gouged on prices. Get with the program guys, your not the only vape store out there. You just lost my business.

Hands down the cleanest and most organized smoke/vape shop I have ever been to. The employees are very respectful and helpful each and every time I stop by. They always have what you need and will make sure you are taken care of. There is no other smoke/vape shop that compares to this house of hookah’s location.

Very overpriced. I bought a single use disposable vape for twice the price of what my friend gets downtown. What Id spend in gas is a fraction of what Id save on the vape itself. I hear Empire on state street is good.

Ask and theyll accommodate.Do they have it but its at their other store on redwood? Theyve brought over shisha and hookah parts before for us.Want to know more about that vape? Consistently see them taking the time to share their knowledge.I have spent weeks searching for places that supply anything without pushing Fantasia down your throat (loathe it). These guys understand that and supply Fumari (go to for flavor) and Al Fakher (flavor and buzz).Thank you for not going the same route as all these other shops! Will continue to drive from West Jordan just to buy from here!

Your guys sign on the door says your open till 9 and YOUR ALWAYS CLOSED EARLY!!! Maybe you should change your sign if your going to close early all the time. Also, your prices are super high. Pharaohs smoke shop on state sells $4 packs of sheesh for the ones you charge $7+ for.
