I have been experiencing daily headaches and Kristyn has been great at helping me identify the source of the pain and release the tension in that muscle! Definitely recommend if you are in need of a deep tissue/structural type massage. I can slowly feel my pain improving after each week of seeing her.

I cannot even express how grateful I am for the help Kristyn has given me. She did a structural integration series- it helps to realign the body to correct posture. My results are fabulous! My posture has noticeably improved, my body is back in alignment and my daily aches and pains have gone away. I had a car wreck last year. I didnt even realize how badly my body was compensating in other areas for those injuries until Kristyn started to work on me. She fixed the actual problems so the over compensation in other areas stopped hurting. Kristyn is amazing and I highly recommend Aspen Grove Bodywork!

Kristyn is fabulous! I went in to get some relief from stress knots and came out feeling way better than I thought I would! She was personable, professional and extremely good at finding knots and knowing how to release them. She was great at offering other solutions to help release tight knots and muscles as well, which I really appreciated. Kristyn has a great massage studio and gives excellent massages. All my stress settles in my neck and the muscles get so tight and painful. Kristyn does a wonderful job at working out the knots and relaxing the muscles. I always feel so much better after getting a massage from Kristyn. I will continue to go to her for massages.

Kristyn is amazing, I went in for a back massage and I can say this is the best my back has felt in 5 years it was very relaxing.
