Health and Healing Bodyworks All I can say is Wow. Kacie was just amazing. She was informative talked to me about what to expect. I will be doing this once a month for sure!!Everything is so calm inside. Extremely clean and welcoming.

Just paid $95 for Billie B to spend less than 10 minutes of a 1-hr massage on the ONLY thing I asked her to focus on! I’m sick of massage therapists who think they know best and your pain isn’t actually in your back. Back pain doesn’t mean I need 45 minutes on my hamstrings.

I had a great experience at health and healing bodyworks. Billie was very professional and kind. I felt that my areas of concern were well addressed and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed.

First time getting a massage and was very nervous. All the staff were very kind, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. Massage was excellent! I would definitely recommend!

Decided to go get a massage last minute after work on a kid free night. Was about to give up after searching dozens of places with no opening left. Found one opening here last second with Billie and it must have been fate. It had been years since I had a massage and I enjoyed every minute of it. She was wonderful and communicated well. They were amazing! I did this as a gift to my boyfriend for our anniversary. We got a couples massage, and they put rose pedals and made it a romantic atmosphere to celebrate us. I was welcomed warmly from the front desk. I didnt wait long for my appt to begin. My masseuse was friendly, respectful, and she made sure I was comfortable. This is my third visit, and I will definitely return.

My wife and I booked a couples massage here. By far the best massage we’ve ever had! They will make sure to get spots that are worse and specify it to your needs. We did it before we had a long road trip and it made the whole trip much better. Being able to sit for longer periods of time and being able to be more mobile whenever I had to get out and move. We will definitely be going back!

Erin was amazing! She customized my massage to exactly what I needed and listened when I asked her to dig deep. She even let me take in and use my own young living massage oil which I super appreciated! I don’t think the muscles in my shoulders and upper back have ever felt this good! I received a massage from Taylor T and could not be more impressed. The office atmosphere was kind and casual and the climate of the massage area was what I hoped for. Relaxing, professional, and not heavily or overwhelmingly fragranced. Ask for Taylor T for an impressive and excellent experience. Shes the best! 👌

When in town, I was looking for a place to get my 91 year old mother a message to help with her back pain when I found Health and Healing online. Kim was so friendly and helpful when I called and got us both in the next day. Both of the therapists we had were great. This was my mom’s first message and she loved it.

Allow me to save you some time of reading this post. It was great service.But if you care to read more here’s the scoop. Initially I was skeptical because I’ve had several bad experiences other places. but let me tell you. Booking was easy & convenient with my schedule. Coming in to the appointment Lauren asked what my problem areas were, & addressed them. I left feeling Great! I Highly recommend this establishment and I will be going back!And I’m not easy to please so yea! 10/10

Great exoerience!! I went in needing some help with extreme neck pain and tightness. Billie listened to my concerns and needs and helped me out so much. Health and Healing was my first call after fighting a severe 5 day migraine the young lady that took my call was very knowledgeable and was super sweet. I was lucky to get in and see a massage therapist that same day. My appointment was with Tiffany R and she was amazing she paid close attention to where I was having pain and made sure i was comfortable during my session. I walked out feeling 98.9% better but if I would have gone in sooner I would have been 100% and I wouldnt have had so many Knotts that where extremely large. I had a great experience with Kacie! She was able to customize my massage to help with upper back and neck pain I was having. Kacie was able to hit all my sticky areas and was very thorough. I walked away feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ve had massages from other places that when you are done, you feel like they should’ve spent more time on this or that. I definitely did not have that this time! I will definitely go back!

I was looking around and I really wanted a sport type of massage instead of just a relaxed feel good one. It was my first time and it was an amazing experience, it was everything I wanted! They were so professional, so nice, the facility was nice, and best of all it was affordable. I had Tiffany and she was phenomenal! She is good at her job and she makes small conversation which was great and she is knowledgeable! I immediately rescheduled and they have good deals and promos! Try this place at least once, you wont regret it!

By far the greatest massage therapy session Ive ever had! Kacie was incredible. She can follow each muscle and know exactly how to release the tension for perfect relaxation. I will be returning and telling all my friends

My appt was on 4/1/22. When I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the woman behind the desk. We talked until Tiffany was ready to give the massage. Tiffany was amazing. My body was super tight and sore but within minutes she had calmed down the problem areas. She did such a great job, she put me to sleep about 20 minutes into the session. It was awesome. I highly recommend this place. :)

Taylor did a wonderful job. She was communicative over the amount of pressure I preferred and was very nice during the process. It was also a great price for an hour where as most everywhere else in town was quite a bit higher in price. Taylor was very thorough with the back and did legs, neck , arms, hands and feet rather than just the problem areas notated, although she works those very detailed and well. Great experience, possibly even best massage I’ve ever had. Recommend to any and everyone!

I came here and got a wonderful massage from Tiffany. In fact, it was most likely the best massage I have ever had! She took her time, made me feel comfortable, explained things to me, and we even had a great conversation! They have definitely won over a future returning customer!

After being a member here for a little over a year, I will gladly give 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 was for communication,I wasnt made aware of the membership benefits. I absolutely love this place. I get an actual 60 min massage! Not 50 min like EVERY other place. They tailor to your specific needs, and in my experience, if your therapist cant do what you need done, theyll recommend one that can. Because Im a member I get hot stones AND aromatherapy INCLUDED in my 60 min massage. I do love this place. I am disappointed to hear that the price is going up though. I understand why they have to, I just hope its worth it.

This was my first massage with Emily. She focused on the areas that I needed most and yet was able to work on all areas in an all body massage. I felt energized and relaxed at the end of the massage. I would definitely come back for another.

I haven’t received a massage ever really in my life expect for once when I was younger. I had mild pain in certain parts of my body from being a waitress and working 6 days a week. Kacie was very kind. She checked my needs to make sure they were met and she concentrated on areas of my body that she noticed were flared up. The room was so comfortable, very soothing and the table was amazing! I never once felt nervous that it would become unprofessional! Im very glad I went to Health and Healing Bodyworks! If you need a step out of reality and want to take time out of your day for yourself I recommend this place for a good mental health day!

I have been to health and healing body massage twice now with Tiffany R. She has been amazing! The prices are also affordable. Tiffany R really focuses on sores and knots that I have! I know she’s legit because I had a knot on my left side of my neck and I didn’t mention it to her but she pointed it out during the massage! I will be back again and again!

I woke up Sunday with a kinked, stiff, and painful neck so I began searching the area for a good massage business that might be able to see me the next day. I chose Health and Healing Bodyworks because of all their positive reviews. I read a little bit about each therapist and decided to book with either Emily or Ashley. Unfortunately both were all booked up Monday, but I put my name on a waiting list Sunday night just in case of a cancellation. I was happy to see the next morning that there was an opening. The therapist was Ashley. I met Ashley that afternoon, filled out a new client form and discussed my issue[s]. She showed me the room. It was a nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable room. When I was ready she came in and went to work. I have to say that this was hands down (no pun intended) the best massage that I have ever had. I asked for heavy pressure which she gave. It wasnt just deep all over, with no purpose, but delivered especially where needed. It was geared towards problem areas that she was keen to hone in on! Her technique was very relaxing and calming for me as well. A few times I felt like I was floating. I left there relaxed...stress-free thinking about how good it felt to get such an awesome massage!!! She is definitely one Id recommend to others!!! I will be back.

I had a 90 minute massage with Erica and could not be happier with how it went. I like a firm Swedish and she did an amazing job with just the right amount of pressure and great technique. I would highly recommend her services.The establishment was nice and clean as always. And the massage room and bed was comfortable and warm, but not too warm. The whole experience was golden.

I went to Health and Healing Bodyworks for the first time a few days ago and the experience was amazing. Hands down Tiffany was the most attentive massage I have ever received! In my intake I discussed hip tightness with her and she not only worked hard on it during the massage but we concluded with a few minutes of stretching on that hip. It has been 2+ days now and my hip is still feeling a lot looser! She has already been referred to one of my co-workers but I could not refer her enough.

I have been going to Health and Healing for many years albeit infrequently. I have always had positive experiences and my visit on September 15, 2018 was no exception.They have always gone out of their way to accommodate me and treated me with the utmost respect.I had fallen off a ladder when I overextended my reach and landed on my back.They have an all new staff since I was in last and they are excellent. My therapist was Tiffany and she very successfully took care of the spasms I was having in my lower back.I highly recommend Health and Healing Therapeutic Massage.I plan to visit more often from here on out.

Had a wonderful Sports massage where the massage therapist Tiffany targeted my bad shoulder, back, and anywhere else that was causing me problems. It was relaxing after it was all said and done. There is always some pain when getting out some knots, but if you want less discomfort in your daily life and workouts then you need to put up with it so you can be at 100%. This place is fantastic. Glad I went.

Noah did a fantastic job on my massage. Talked about my problem areas and chronic pain issues before the massage and let me know what to expect and how to communicate my needs during the massage. During the massage he gave me tips to deal with my problem areas at home between massages. After the massage I was given some bath bombs with a muscle aide to use after my massage to reap the most benefits from my massage.I was very impressed with the communication and techniques, and I plan on returning to this establishment.

I have had countless massages throughout my life and this one was by far the most therapeutic for me. Emily really listened and focused on the areas I was having troubles with. She maintained great pressure throughout the whole massage and I could instantly feel relief. She worked on various areas of my muscles I didn’t even know needed worked on. I have been raving about it since receiving the massage and intend to come back often!

This was my favorite place to go for a massage. The lady that did my deep tissue was great!! I booked my mom a massage for Mothers Day and when we showed up for her appointment we were told that there was not an appointment for us. I understand mistakes are made, and maybe there was one. What I dont understand and dont like is the way they handled it. They werent very apologetic and seemed like they didnt care. They did call after I left and claimed it was made for the Saturday after, which I really dont believe. They just made me feel very unwelcomed. Ill be looking elsewhere for a massage and they will no longer be my referral to friends and family.

I went in recently with horrible back pain that was close to putting me in tears. I was scheduled with one masseuse but when Kim heard how much pain I was in she asked if I would mind seeing her instead as she specializes is deep tissue. She is AMAZING! She spent the time to make sure that she got the knots and loosened up the muscle. I left there feeling like a new person. I will definitely be going back! I highly recommend Kim and Health and Healing Massage!

Noah was an excellent message therapist! He was able to adjust his technique to my needs. He also added time at my request even though it did not give him a break before his next client.The company was great at getting me into the schedule.

My lower back had hurt for almost 2 months. I was getting desperate for relief. Id never had a massage before, but I figured if anything it would take my mind off my back for at least an hour. The next morning I woke up and my back was good as new. To be fair I went to a chiropractor too, but I honestly attribute my lack of pain to getting the massage. That was about 3 weeks ago and I still have no lower back pain. Amazing.

I highly recommended Health and Healing Bodyworks if you have back and neck muscular pain. After a prolonged flight and a long weekend working, my back and neck were tight, stiff and sore, I was having difficulty moving and walking. I booked a one hour session with Emily V while the plane was taxiing to the gate, super easy online booking process. Upon arrival for my massage, I completed a simple one page questionnaire, was taking into the therapy room and had a brief conversation with the therapist about my pain. Emily was very professional, explained the options and process. After my session I felt great, almost no pain and I regained full movement. I will be back!

Taylor did an excellent job and was available on short notice. I appreciate the high quality service even late in the day. If you are training or working on recovery from sports then this is an essential service. I feel a million times better after returning from a particularly brutal training cycle with the Army. I will be back!

I own Archangel Heavenly Homes and paint a ton. It wears on my body and if it wasn’t for seeing Kim once a month I would be back to pain and lack of range really quick. She keeps my body very tension free so I can continue to serve others. I highly recommend going to see Kim. Life is better this way!

I picked up the groupon for this place. I wasnt sure what to expect because I have never been to a massage place before. It was super nice, I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment to be greeted by a friendly receptionist. She gave me a clipboard to fill out some info which only took a couple minutes. Then I met the lady who was going to give me the massage. In the actual massage room it was nice temperature and low light with relaxing music playing softly. The massager asked what kind of massage I wanted and gave a brief explanation of what would happen during the next hour. The bed was really comfy and the heated blanket was awesome, I was ready to take a nap. The full body massage I received was the best! She even did a little deep tissue work on a couple of trigger points (knots) in my back. I felt so good afterwards!I highly recommend this place to everyone. I am planning on returning because it was such a great experience!

We both have been needing this for a while and I’m so glad that we did it. Jenny and Taylor were both very professional and we both felt so relaxed afterwards. I have went here for massages on and off for years and I wanted to write a review to let you know that this business will NOT honor gift certificates. My gift certificate had a hour massage on it and they only gave me 30 days to redeem and I was out of that time period and called knowing that it had expired but wasn’t expecting such a quick expiration date and to explain that I’m in a wheelchair and needed someone to be able to take me so that I can get into their business since there is no handicap accessible doors, the manager responded back by telling me that they had changed owners and would only honor half of my certificate so I would be basically loosing $30-$40 of what was paid for my birthday gift... needless to say I won’t even go now because this is HORRIBLE way of doing business and I will not give them another dime and I will warn others to NEVER buy gift certificates from this establishment.

Terrible people work here and really bad service with kim and maria and Carolyn i suggest no one go there for a massage at all, for instance a guy walked out of a massage and maria was the one giving the massage. He left cause she had lack of effort and lack of integrity. She had no remorse for the client and his time. I would go to bohemia to receive an excellent massage.

I go on a regular basis to have my back an shoulders worked on from injuries an Kim will work out most knots or other problems. They can work around/on scar tissue areas if that is a problem. You will likely leave sore if you do not tell them to avoid tender areas. They will gladly change pressures if asked, an can do hot stones/towels. Prices are also reasonable. They do accept walk-ins but an appointment is best.

All I can tell you is AMAZING!!! If you dont give them a chance to help your body, you will never truly know what it is to feel better...lighter! Let them know how light or heavy handed you want your therapist to be and they will set you up with the right person. I visited Emily V. and couldnt have been happier!

After a long morning of flying, I looked forward to a relaxing massage. Do not be fooled by the entry way to Health & Healing Massage. Do not be fooled by the petite massage therapist, Allena NNabuike. Allena provided on of the most therapudic massages I ever experienced. Not only did she personalize my experience to meet my request, she took the time to find trouble spots I live with. If only I had time during my short visit to Wichita, I would have scheduled a return visit. I have to admit that I am spoiled by the spa experiences by which I have grown accustomed here on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. (Dont be surprised until you have experienced it.) The front office greeting was nice but a bit business like and not very relaxing. The wait was worth it. Thank you!

Jessika gives an excellent massage and is very pleasant and accommodating, but not dependable. This is the 2nd time out of 4 she cant make it. First time we rescheduled for later on the day. Understandable. 2nd time, though...there is a pattern. Dont have time to drive 20 min for an appointment and have her no show. Unfortunate, since she is so great at what she does.

Idk if my gf and I got students or what but that was the worst massage Ive ever gotten. Erin was my masseuse and she had the maturity of a 3rd grader. She laughed two different times when her lotion bottle made a fart noise. She was horrible at giving a massage or giving any sort of concentration on knots. She started late and ended early and just waited awkwardly by the foot of the massage table til my gf and her masseuse were finished. I dont understand how these ppl are still open and charging 55-65 per hr. My 6 yr old niece could give a more beneficial massage w more professionalism. 0 stars if possible and money back
