The owner of Q Nails and his wife, Mimi are amazing! I had a party of 5 for my wedding that’s in 2 days and they took such good care of us. We all got manis and pedis. Mimi has been doing nails for 10 years and was so gentle on my nails. see the picture for my bridal nails! I will never forget this experience!

I wanted to share my nail experience that I’ve had at Q. First off, I look forward to every visit at Q. I’m there every other week. The ladies there are all wonderful and very talented. I go to Hannah for my pedicures and manicures because she does a fabulous job and makes me feel special every time I go in. I also love the atmosphere. The music they play is so relaxing, but it’s the staff at Q that really makes you feel special. They really take their time to make your experience the best that it can be. If you want beautiful nails, to feel pampered, and appreciated I’d highly recommend Q.

Ive been on the hunt for a nail salon in the Wichita area that offers a variety of colors and styles, and I finally struck gold here! Mimi worked wonders on my nails! She totally gets my vibe and nails it with her expertise. Ill for sure be coming back.

I used this salon for several months, I call to schedule an appointment. When I asked for Jenny they tell me she sold the salon but the new owner would be able to do my nails. I figured I’d give them a shot. I had my nails soaked off and got a new set. I had Mimi the (new owners sister) did the soak off and the shaping. I waited for the owner to show up and finish the rest of my nails. She did the acrylic, shaping the acrylic, and the gel polish. The acrylic is lumpy and uneven. I asked for oval, and got almond/ oval not really sure of the shape. There was no cuticle care done, my nails look like the grown out 2 weeks after just being done I got home a few hours after the appointment and my nail polish was peeling off in chunks. I called the salon the next day to try to get it fixed before I had to leave town and they said they didn’t have anyone there to fix it until later. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a nail salon open if you don’t have anyone there to do nails. Definitely won’t be back. So dissatisfied and disappointed with the new owners.

I just happened to stop by in town for a friends birthday. Ive been having a problem with my toe nail for a couple weeks and my friend recommended me this place. Marie did a good job addressing the problem now my toe nail doesnt bother me anymore 10/10 would recommend to anyone !

I have been going here for years but Mimi is a game changer in the nail art department! She is so talented and soooo kind. She makes the experience so fun! Ive never been disappointed after a pedi here from any of the technicians!

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year now, its the best nail salon I have ever been to. The ladies are always nice. I love nail art and they never tell me no. The prices are cheap and they will not try and over charge you.

I went in to get my nails done on a Sunday. I asked for Dip with tips. My issue is that when the nail tech applied step 2 for my nails, she was digging at the bottom of the nail polish bottle to try and finish using whatever product was left but yet I ended up with my nails super thin and my thumb broke the next day with me doing my everyday duties. I went back the next day and my nail was fixed. But yet 4 more of my nails broke 4 days later…. Hasn’t even been a full week

The owner is so kind and she pays attention to what u like. Her shop is very clean and neat every Single time i visit. I really appreciate that out of all the ppl she sees everyday, she remembers me and knows how i like my nails shaped etc

They are fantastic. They do a great job on my and my 6 yr olds nails. They are always welcoming and make you feel like you are valued. They are creative nail design artist and they give a great pedicures too!I tried another (nail lounge) because I was getting an oil change next door. The other (nail lounge-spa) place I went to gave me a fill that amounted to popcorn ceiling texture and it was already lifting the next day.Shame on me for stepping out on Aviy! They had to do a complete revision of the fill Id gotten two days earlier.I will never again go somewhere else out of convenience and you shouldnt either.

Its been easily three years since my last pedicure and this one removed all my years of wear and tear on my feet. I went with the deluxe pedicure for $40. It lasted about an hour and my only complaint would be my butt started to hurt from sitting so long --- I try to start a least ever 1/2 hour. Ha! Ill definitely be back. Go in first thing in the AM for a shorter wait time.

She always does her best to match the picture/design of my choice and encourages me to try new things/ideas to widen my horizons with my nails..Hannah is AMAZING with my toes, always doing as I ask and finding a way to make them match my nail design..I couldnt ask for a better duo to pamper me

Absolutely favorite spot to get my nails done! It’s quiet and relaxing and I’m never disappointed with the finished result. I’ve had Nikki do my nails several times and she does exactly what I ask every time and my nails look great afterwards. Everyone on staff is super friendly. Will always be my go to nail salon!

They are the best nail salon I’ve been to! I didn’t know where to go and they were the closest to me. Hands down the best place to go to if you are near! They get you in and out in a timely manner and are so so sweet!

They are okay, when they are busy they will rush and help like 5 ppl at the same time. It’s alright but there are better places to go.

I visited this business in Independence, KS for a pedicure for the first time on 6/26/2023 late in the afternoon around 4PM. I have never ever encountered a more rude technician!!! He became physically annoyed with any slight movement and/or if I didnt understand his instructions. He barely trimmed my cuticles, and I had to request that he trim them more. He was not happy! Then, I stopped him as he started to apply neon green nail polish without a base coat. He informed me they dont have, nor apply a base coat. I told him that my toe nails would turn green without it and refused to let him proceed. I suggested he use a clear polish then apply the green polish. Reluctantly and very rudely, he did as I asked then proceeded to barely apply a first coat of green polish. He did apply a light 2nd coat. Normally pedicures are very soothing and relaxing and take approximately 1 hour. I love good relaxing pedicures! This pedicure took approximately 1/2 hour and was anything but relaxing!!!! I was nervous, annoyed, and anxious until my husband returned to pick me up. I was the only customer in the business, and as far as I could tell, he was the only technician. I would NEVER refer anyone there!!!!

Been going here off and on for years. original owner sold. new owner shoved my hands around, acted as if she didnt want to touch me, topcoat is not shiny, and they did not tell me it would be $35 for a repair and polish until charge time and receptionist said because your nails are long - as if they werent long when i walked in. no nail art, nothing. $35 for one repair and a polish? absolutely not.

Did a great job on my dip nails with tips! They were just what I asked for. Very friendly.Only constructive feedback would be cleanliness, the nail table was covered in product from a previous customer and just didnt feel very clean. The products used for my pedicure were pulled from the cart and hopefully sanitized prior because I could tell the items had definitely been used before (pumice sponge and such). Thanks!

I’ve gone to this salon for years! So much has changed and not for the better. Filing speed too high, burning when product was applied, and product left all over all over my hands! Unfortunately, the list could go on and on! Never again!

They do great work. I have gone here for my Pedicures for a few years. They take walk ins and also make appointments. They are all great nail technicians but I always call for Lana! She is great!! 😀💅🏻

I was a walk in today for a pedi and tips with powder dip! Kim did my nails and my pedi was amazing, butI didnt get the pedi techs name. Both did a phenomenal job and I was pampered. Was so relaxed I almost.feel asleep a few times. I will definitely be returning for my nail services in the future. As a matter of fact I went ahead and booked for 2 weeks which I NEVER do. Thanks ladies for a relaxing visit.

I received a terrific manicure, as usual. My nails look great and will stay looking great until I go back!! Everyone is friendly and nice.

The ladies here are hands down amazing!!! They not only do an excellent job on nails but on pedis and waxing too! Never had a problem and if I did they dont throw a fit and get huffy puffy with you... they just so their best to please the customer. I have recommended them to everyone.

They were very kind my first trip in, I had a dip manicure done. Within a week 3 nails had broke, & several others were starting to crack, (dip usually last me 3 weeks and Ive been doing dip manicures regularly for the last 2.5 years). So I called in and set a time to come by to have them redone. She looked them over and asked me do you want to change the color? As we walked towards her table, I told her Yes Please!, hadnt realized that was an option until she said something and since they have a large variety of colors I was excited to try something new & made my selection. When she had completed my manicure I asked her if I owed her anything. (In my head I had planned on leaving a tip for their time) but I WASNT prepared for was her telling me I owed $30! She said it would have been free but I changed my color!!! But she would also she would also give me a gift certificate for $15 for the next time I came in...I bit my lip and paid my bill knowing I was to upset to speak kind words and left promptly.

My daughter and I received a full set of dip nails today. We are both very happy. We even got a hand massage afterwards! That is over and above others!!! We will be back.

Shellac peeled off in 2-3 days. I had to go on a business trip and the earliest I could come back to get it fixed was a week later. The owner was rude and didnt want to fix it. Claimed that I basically got my moneys worth if I lasted a week. First of all, it only last 2-3 days, secondly, even if it lasted a week, everyone who pays for shellac knows that it should last longer than a week! Lastly, youre basically saying its my fault for coming back too late instead of the fact that you did a bad job. Dont go to this place. There are many other salons in town who wouldnt charge you $70 for only a few days of polish!

They gave me one of the best pedicures Ive ever had. Very welcoming and got me in promptly. This is my new favorite spot!

I called in for an appt and asked for a certain person that had done my nails for many years and wanted her only. When I was dropped off. A person came to me. Never saw her before and I told her I wanted the person I asked for. She wasnt working that day. I did did day. BUT I ASKED FOR HER. SHE KEPT SAYING IM SORRY IM SORRYSORRY DOES NOT GET IT.I COULD NOT LEAVE CAUSE MY RIDE WAS COMING BACK FOR ME.COMMUNICATION WAS NOT GOOD.I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT OF I HAD MY CAR.WHEN YOU ASK FOR A CERTAIN PERSON, YOU SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT.INSTEAD THEY HAD BEEN VERY SLOW THAT DAY SHE SAID.IN OTHER WORDS THEY NEEDED THE BUSINESS.ANOTHER PERSON CAME UP AS THIS GIRL WAS DOING MY TOE NAILS AND THEY WERE TALKING. LOOKING UP AT ME SO I KNEW THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT ME.THAT IS RUDE.THEN I TOLD THE GIRL I DID NOT WANT MY LEGS TOUCHED OR MASSAGED . I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA AND MY MUSCLES HURT WHEN EVEN TOUCHED.SHE DID IT ANYWAY.THE OTHER GIRL AND HER WERE TALKING ALL THIS TIME.I ASKED HOW MUCH.AND WAS APPALLED.AFTER ALL THE MISTAKES WERE MADE.I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGEDSHE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MENO ONE SHOWED UP THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THEREI DIDNT WANT A POLISH AT ALL I WAS HAVING TOE SURGERY THE NEXT MORNING.ALL I ASKED FOR WAS TOE NAILS TRIMMED.NO POLISHNO MASSAGE.JUST CUT TOE NAILSPERIODTHE PRICE WAS WAY TOO HIGHIF MY FRIEND WASNT WORKING THAT DAYI WOULD NOT HAVE COME IN.I ASKED FOR HER.SHE NEVER TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT SHE WASNT WORKING.I AM VERY UPSET THAT I ALLOWED HER TO DO ANYTHING.I THINK THE OTHER GIRL CAME OUT BECAUSE MY LADY DIDNT COMMUNICATE WELL SO SHE. WAS TALKING TO HER ABOUT ME.I HAD NOT TOLD THE 2ND PERSON I WAS HAVING SURGERY BUT AS I LEFT SHE SAID GOOD LUCK ON YOUR SURGERY.

My first time at Q Nails was wonderful. I was referred to Hannah by a coworker. I came in to have a pedicure. Hannah was gentle and efficient. The atmosphere was clean and inviting. I am satisfied with the service I received and will return in the future.
