First time coming to this store, Calm atmosphere the guy who helped me was more than helpful with trying to fix my broken tank instead of trying to push a sale like most stores would. I didnt get their name but awesome guy! Also enjoy the new VooPoo tank I ended up purchasing. Definitely will go back if Im in the area! Traveled all the way from center city to visit.
Vape buying frequent customer. The guys are super helpful and knowledgeable and always up for a good chat and laugh. Also the setup is very nice and it is very clean. Replaced the vape I bought that wasnt working correctly no questions asked and give me free samples to try whenever they get something new in.
We had a great experience here! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly (no pun intended) ;) I love how we could try WHATEVER we wanted to make sure that it was the right fit for us. My fiancé has been here before but I have not and will we definitely come back. Everyone was helpful in different ways and answers all of our questions with thoughtful and logical answers to best supply knowledge of all juices in the store. I cannot wait to come back and try new flavors!
I usually dont go into businesses when closing time approaches, but when I went in Thursday night, the staff was SUPER helpful and patient. Darren (I think that was his name) was extremely good, and let me try several house juices to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchases. By the way, the Midnight Shake is one of the best house juices Ive ever had. I am very impressed by your superior customer service, and I will definitely be back for more. Thanks again!

I was referred to this store by a friend who assured me of extraordinary service but warned me that there is a new owner now, therefore she wasn’t sure if customer satisfaction is a priority at this time. Nonetheless, I went and bought a vap, new tank and two boxes of coils and the manager was extremely helpful and nice. However; that stopped as soon as I had a problem with a leaky tank that opened and leaked in my bag , on my table, etc when not in the upright position. I went back to the store twice that same week that I bought them and the manager refused to even exchange the tank for me. He told me the tank was not defective. How could it be not defective if it opens and leaks when it’s on the side? I left very dissatisfied with the service and he did not seem to care . I definitely do not recommend buying from that store since they’re nice to sell but would NOT help you if there is a problem. Wish I can post a picture of how I found my vape with oil all over my table but I can’t seem to find an option for that. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
I recently went to Zoola to purchase a vape but had little experience with vapes in general. The shop was welcoming and I was given a crash course of vape technology and how different types of vapes suited different needs. The rep gave me a thorough showing of several models and I was able to find the right unit for my needs. Two weeks later I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will continue using this shop for all my vape needs!
We came in when the shop was really busy, but Jake was really efficient and kept everything moving quickly. He was really helpful getting us different flavors to try and making suggestions what we would like. Great experience!

Very relaxed environment. I feel like a tool for not getting the guys name who helped me. He was awesome. Purchased my first vape pen. He put it all together for me and let me test it out. Explained everything in great detail. Told me about the birthday perk of becoming a member. Will definitely be returning.
Aaron and Jake are the the most knowledgeable and helpful duo I’ve encountered in a Vape shop. From my experience, at other stores, employees are generally trying to get as much money as they can from me. These guys are the truth - reasonable prices and good advice.
They usually have what I need and its never busy. I always call in advance just to make sure since the place is far from where I live. And they always answer the phone, so thats nice. They also have a place to just sit and hang out for people who want to stay; and there is a spacious bathroom on the first floor as well.
Stay away from this place!!! Bought a mod from them, juice, coil, charger, etc. they were very friendly but 3 weeks later the mod stops working. I come to the store and explain my situation, but am told that I’m outside the 14 day exchange policy and that I need to buy a new unit. The best they can do is offer me 20% off. I asked to speak with the owner who laughed at me and told me to just throw away the defective mod and spend more money on a new one. It’s been 1 week past their exchange policy and they are unwilling to do anything other than insult you and take your money. Stay away, stay away, stay away!!!
Been here several times recently. Product selection especially the juice is top notch and awe inspiring. Love that there is both an expansive freebase nic, and also a very large saltnic selection here as well. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always helpful, and engages in active banter to help the customer get the product right for them. Great cbd selection, and a great portable device selection as well. Will definitely be coming back thanks guys! :)

Love this shop .I live in Philadelphia and its worth the time to travel to Willow Grove .the shop has a great atmosphere. The employees have always been helpful and dont try to over sell you on products . They have a great eliquid selection for whatever youre craving that day. I recommend everyone save the trip and go to liberty vapor where employees actually care to help. I purchased a caliburn g after their strong recommendation and the pod itself has broke after just two weeks of light use. They told me it’s a pod and refuse to help. They shouldn’t recommend pod based systems that you have to replace the pod as often as the could you also have to replace.Never had this issue with any other shop and to not support your customers is absolutely ridiculous. Had I had the vape and exposed it to ordinary wear and tear fine but it was just purchased. I’m not a rookie to this and have been vaping for 6+ years.I let them know this and they told me “have a good day bud”STAY AWAY.Edit:After your response I’d like to add I didn’t ask for you to leave your home to handle, I asked for it to be handled in a professional manor and not request I pay out of pocket for a product not even two weeks old that has already broken. It’s simply unprofessional the way you’re responding. I took maybe 10 minutes of your time by message and felt it was easier to send a pic there and ask instead of calling. Telling me to spend out of pocket on an item that was just purchased is pretty ridiculous. Was not misuse or extreme use. It was light to instruction use. So congrats on treating a customer of yours for the past several years like garbage. I’ve easily spent a grand there as it is close to my work.

We were not happy at all. This is completely new to us and he had a lot of knowledge but didnt seem interested in sharing, at least at a level we could comprehend. Not impressed at all and would not recommend them to anyone. We thought their prices were high as well.
I went to Zoola Vapor yesterday for the first time and my experience was great ! Im new to using vapors so of course I know nothing and the staff there helped me out tremendously! I believe I dealt with Shawn? but Im not sure because my memory sucks lol and I apologize for not knowing names but whoever helped me was so nice and very informative. I loved being able to sample the house juices but unfortunately the first time when I went to go unscrew the tank I unscrewed the wrong end and made a mess. I felt terrible but he was very nice and told me not sweat it because it happens a lot lol. Had that happened somewhere else I dont think I would have had the same reaction. Anyways I think its important to know what youre getting and to love what youre getting and they are very persistent about making sure you dont settle and that you buy something that you love. I highly recommend this place one hundred percent!

Great place to go to get supplies and juice for vaping. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on just about every topic. They have probably the widest selection of vaping devices, coils and most definitely the widest selection of juices. My favorite part is the juice bar where yo can create your own flavor by combining any of the flavors they have on the spot. Be sure to be a rewards member as you get discounts and text notifications of sales.

I really liked this place. I needed a new box mod and tank and the guys here helped out. I wish I would have gone to a place like this when I first started vaping. Only took off a star because they neglected to tell me about a 10% discount I could have gotten until after my purchase. Still, Ill go back to check out their juice.

So I just came in the other day and Ive shopped here quite a bit and I noticed when I got home that about 3 to 4 ml were missing from each bottle from 4 house juices. Make sure you check your juices before you leave or youll be paying 12 dollars for 26ml of juice.
BEWARE! Bought a brand new kit that leaked lots juice into my mouth. I came back 3 days later and the employees seemed to be aware of the issue from past experience but they would not exchange for another kit. Never heard of a store not accepting exchanges for the faulty products they sell. Shame.
Bought an Alien Mod, it broke in a month, thats not Zoolas fault. I took it back to them, they accused me of dropping it (I didnt). They left me on my own to go through the warranty process, Mad Vapes (the warranty vendor for Alien) told me they should have exchanged it and done the warranty themselves. I would imagine most vendors would have done the same, I wont be doing business with them in the future.Response:This encounter did happen, of course your employee is not going to admit to it.I am in your system, I just got a text to come in and get a discount for my upcoming birthday in April. My name is Patrick Fox, check again.I will get in touch, but the situation is resolved now. I got a new mod from Mad Vapes after I went through the warranty process.

Im happy to see more and more QUALITY vape shops in our area, it started with some stores for ego vapers and mid-end liquids, and stores like Zoola Vapors understanding where the market goes and what experience vapors are looking for. IMO they carry GREAT variety of mods and ejuice and of course hands-on experience and same-day technical support.
