Smokers Destiny - Willow Grove

The willow grove location is the only location that I’ve been to so far but the other smoke shops that I’ve been to customer service prompt me to not come back. We had a house fire so that’s why we’re in this area, and we’re a little further from our house so I wanted to stop at a few local spots but they were pushing me out the door with their egregious behavior. It was very alarming to me and I was sorely uncomfortable. May name is Jahan and I just want to say thank you so much to the whole staff at the willow grove location you guys made me feel welcomed, you guys made me feel super comfortable and that’s why I keep coming back! They’re so helpful and very understanding, they’re polite and they deserve a raise! Everyone down to the manager is so well mannered and just attentive to my needs and the needs of others I witnessed it! They immediately acknowledge you if they’re busy it’s always I’ll be with you in a minute or shortly after this transaction or customer. This type of service needs to be known because it’s unheard of anymore! Thank you to whoever staffed this location and truly appreciate you! Great place to shop for all of your tobacco needs! They also have a variety of products that will make you fall in love with this place!! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great smoke shop! Steven was very friendly & knowledgeable with suggestions of what I was looking for. And this shop has so many pieces to look at that you could spend hours just browsing so to have someone there to point me in the right direction & answer my questions with ease was not only helpful but appreciated greatly! Highly recommend this location or 1 of their other 2 stores (Levittown/Langhorne area or Morrisville). Even if you’re not a smoker, this is a great place for holiday gifts for someone who is. Or just to grab your lottery/scratch off tickets!

Beyond professional. They actually care about their customers, and didnt give me any grief for being LGBTQIA, or a Veteran or anything. Came through on our first visit going through hell, and made a difference in our lives. Unforgettablly good customer service. Would wander in during paycheck to paycheck life struggles again. 11/10

These guys are so nice and helpful. They know their stuff and are all super kind. You walk in there and there’s not that awkward feeling like most vape stores. This smoke shop is a great addition to our area. It’s a beautiful and organized store. So many choices in stock, you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for. The workers and managers were so friendly and helpful!! They also always have specials going on!! You won’t go to another smoke shop after going here!!

Massive selection of EVERYTHING! If you have seen it in another smoke shop, they have it here and in multiple colors. From glassware and electric dabbers to papers and vapes. Also a lot of their products I have not seen anywhere else for as cheap as they are here. From $20 vapes to $300 PuffCo’s. Great staff.
