This is a great little Spa! I called looking for a couples massage 2 days before I was hoping to get it done. Not only do they have great prices, but the staff is amazing and they got us in on a Saturday! They are very pleasant and easy to talk to, and they make you feel comfortable throughout the whole massage. I would highly recommend it

Couples massage went great! They made us feel comfortable and hit all the right spots. Only thing I would say is that they could use better music.

I haven’t been able to get in for a massage in my area in over a year. Today I called and got a same day appointment. The masseuse was wonderful, had great pressure, and relieved so much of my back pain in one hour. I highly recommend!!

This was a joke! They are definitely not licensed massage therapists. This was a little body rub. We got a couples massage and I can’t believe what it was! She massaged my shoulder muscles but the rest of the body was a repetitive rub with oil. The shoulder was the only muscle she touched and it was not professional. She did not know anything about massage. My husband experienced similar with his. We walked out laughing because we couldn’t believe we had to pay for such a ridiculous experience!!

My mother and I came in for a 60min Swedish Massage and it was absolutely amazing! The price was under $100 per person which was awesome. The staff was kind and friendly. The vibe was calming. Head to Toe Massage 100/10

DO NOT GO HERE. This was the worst massage I have ever had. I do not understand how there are any positive reviews. I had two major problems with my experience. The first was that this was not a massage. I went in for a 90 minute deep tissue. I had lotion rubbed on me for 75 of the minutes which is not what I paid for. I am not sure this could be called a massage. Additionally, I asked for someone who could do deep pressure but instead was using lotion aggressively and my therapist had rough hands. Secondly, the atmosphere was horrible. I was cold the entire time. The blanket did not cover my feet (I am 5 9) and they were extremely cold. The environment was not conducive to relaxing. The walls are extremely thin and the music from the spa only comes from the common space as there was no music in the room itself. I could hear every phone that was answered, conversation that happened, and running water. To make it even worse, the spa shares a wall with a tattoo parlor and that was the main music I listened to. Not only is this a waste of money, it is a waste of your time.

Lovely little spa in the Dells area! Very cozy and warm atmosphere! Great deals on massage packages and experienced massage therapists! Will definitely return.

Had a 60 min hot stone massage by Xin that was wonderful! Pressure was perfect. Room temperature was good. Only things I would recommend is soothing music in each room and a different kind of blanket for covering. Great price! Would definitely go back

Took my girlfriend and I over the phone last minute. Very instructive at the beginning of the session. The masseuses were friendly and knew what to focus on. One of the best massages I’ve gotten at a such great price! Will definitely be coming back here!

Great price! But went in for a couples massage and got separated from my SO. Kept rubbing the same spot in my back and then didnt do the other side. Overall felt like a back rub rather than a massage.

The vibes were kind of wierd. The blanket looked and felt more like a beach towel. They had stuffed animal bears everywhere in the room? There was no relaxing music or essential oils. The guy massaging me was sick and had a mask on and kept sniffling. With that being said the massage itself was good, I could feel him working the knots out of my back.

Best massage I have ever had in my life! The mini facial was great as well. I purchased the relaxation package, 90 min Swedish massage and 30 minute facial, honestly it was the best decision Ive made in a long time. I seriously feel like a new person after that, I will absolutely be coming here every time I visit the dells!!

First time for any paid massage. Did the couples deep tissue 60min...it was amazing! Very friendly and professional. Well worth the $$$ and didnt mind tipping well. Highly recommended in every regard!

My friend and I were staying in the dells just for a weekend get away, when we overheard someone who’s staying at our hotel talking about an amazing massage we immediately were interested and called the next day to see if they had any availability for two 30 minute deep tissue and 30 minute mini facial and they did! Not only was the staff amazingly kind but the massages were incredible! We have never felt so relaxed and just warm and comfortable! We will definitely be coming back! 100% recommended coming here!

On a family vacation my mother and I decided to get massages. Packages at the resorts were outrageous and seeing good reviews I texted the Dells Spa. I received a text shortly after and they were able to accommodate us the following day. Their prices are VERY reasonable, friendly, professional and excellent quality. I decided to also try cupping and so glad I did. My body is so relaxed. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a massage

My experience at the Dells Spa was amazing! The staff were very kind and personable. The space was clean and relaxing; my room was equipped with a space heater which I appreciated! I got the 1hr facial and was blown away with how much care my masseuse put into my visit. My skin was glowing afterward and I left feeling truly refreshed. Please visit, you won’t regret it!

I had a wonderful time here! I called in to see if they had any last minute openings on a random Thursday evening and they fit me in for a Deep Tissue Package (90 min Deep Tissue Massage and 30 min Mini Facial).100% worth it and great value for the price. My massage therapist made great work of the knots in my back and I left feeling extremely refreshed. She used a little more pressure during the facial than I have had at other places which I actually really prefer because I tend to hold tension in my face.Only thing I would have changed was a little more time on my feet because that was only a couple of strokes on each, but that just meant more time on other sore muscles so its not a huge thing at all.Definitely would recommend going here for a massage in the Dells!

My husband and I decided to get out first couples massage while we are on our honey moon , this was an amazing first experience. The combination of deep tissue therapeutic and hot stone massage we had in our couples massage was perfect to shake out the winter chill and relax the knots from long computer work and evening strength and cardio workouts. The only massage place I want to go to!In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, they were very careful in maintaining cleanliness and safety! Was not nervous one bit.Super relaxing, excellent massage therapists. They are super kind, as well as responsive to what their customers need and desire!Husband and I went here last year for our honeymoon, and now for our wedding anniversary we had to come back!Well be returning soon!

Me and my G.F. got a couples hot stone massage for 1 hr. It was amazing! The facility was clean and they took every precaution to maintain that. The massage therapists were very friendly (and funny) we laughed quite a bit before and after the massage! Highly recommended for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage!

We were greeted kindly at the door and ushered into a comfortable waiting room where we filled out an intake form and our temperatures were taken. We felt very safe the entire visit. The room was no frills but comfortable. The deep tissue massage was wonderful and much needed after hiking Devils Lake the day before. I feel the price was good for the service received - especially compared to other spas in the area! Thank you to Chen and staff for a great experience!

Me and my boyfriends 1st time getting a massage we got the sweedish massage in the couples room and it was amazing they ask if the pressure they put is OK & they work the spots very well. Felt like a feather leaving out of there & my boyfriends back feels so much better given he went in there with back pain.10/10 recommend. Made my vacation so much more better.

The Dells Spa is an honest business. I had forgotten to take my necklace off during the massage, and it had fallen off while I was getting dressed... but I didnt realize this, until I got back to the hotel and was looking for it everywhere.I called the owner and he responded right away that he went to look and found it on the floor. I drove back and got it back! I was so happy since it meant a lot to me.They are a honest business and I would definitely go back again! Not to mention the massage was amazing!Thanks Shi!

I work as a nurse and let me tell you... my back is always sore. I figured I’d treat myself and get a nice massage and try cupping! Xin was great! It was very calm and quiet and he did an incredible job working out all the knots in my back. Great on pricing! As a local I will definitely be back!

My wife left in pain due to the Male massage therapist massaging with gloves on, creating redness and soreness all over her back. We quit half way through the massage, explained the situation and they still made us pay full price. On top of this, the room was cold and the massage just wasnt very good. The worst massage experience weve ever had.

BEST MASSAGE EVER! My husband and I get massages very often in Madison and just visited Dell Spa for the first time during a weekend getaway. It was two hours of perfection. Xin really knows what he is doing and we can’t wait to come back. Definitely our new favorite!

My boyfriend and I just left from a couples massage and it was nothing but great for both of us! The gentleman that did mine was very caring about how I was doing and focused on my problem areas which is a plus. Horrible. There is a reason they are available when everyone else is booked last minute. As if the massage wasnt horrible enough..anything but relaxing like we had asked (and told them 2-3 times before the massage). Was a couples massage and was very inappropriate at times (we called and asked our PROFESSIONAL masseuse from back home). On top of all that..when leaving, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband gave him $210 for a $208 massage (not even worth what they charged, much less a tip). The owner looked straight at him and asked is this the tip?!! Um, NO!!!! After being completely pressured for a tip for the worst massage ever, my husband ended up giving him an extra $20..to which the owner replied oh, only 10%?. Wow..after we left we wanted to go back and ask for our tip to be returned. Dont be fooled by the good reviews on here....DO NOT GO HERE.

We came in for a couples massage while on vacation and had a great experience. The massage therapists were friendly and professional, and the massages they gave were excellent.

Very poor massage and massage etiquette: the massage therapist sat on the table while giving massage, massaged with one hand and stopped repeatedly to walk back and get lotion. At one point he left the door to the hallway open and didnt shut it until he left. He was inconsistent, forgetting steps when he switched sides. Pretty sure he spent like 25 minutes on one shoulder and then rushed the rest of the time. Total waste of money.Yes, Im sure it was your spa, I can show you the receipt from June 23.

Service was good! Stuff is very nice until it comes to the tips.Paid for the service plus left some tips. He was so rude and unprofessional ,saying that the tips that we left is nothing.Is far as I know, the tips are optional.If you are planning to go there, make sure that you leave at least 20% tips on the top of the service fee.Otherwise, they will ruin the day

I did not see door was open until last 3rd of massage! Music was loud and not relaxing. Honestly felt very uncomfortable and vulnerable.

Never grabbed the names but my girlfriend and I had a couples massage and the two therapists we had were amazing. It was my first massage ever and it didnt disappoint, would recommend.

Tried calling several times 2 weeks prior to coming to the dells. Instead I get a text message, and through that I was told they would hold my spot for 4 of us for massages and facials. When I went to confirm day before I was toldby another woman through text that wasnt the case anymore and I was basically stupid to think that. Then about 1.5 hour later I get another text message from someone else saying she could get us in but at that point I was done with the unprofessional attitude from the first person who texted me.Maybe they are a good place to go for locals, but not for people coming from out of town.

They did an excellent job. I had many massages and they by far a top five.

Wouldn’t recommend. The massage therapist didn’t ask how the pressure was or what spots to focus on. He spent about fifteen minutes on one leg and neglected other areas. I would not return.
