Loved PaulaNicloe !! She was amazingly good.Only, I wished when my daughter paid and made the appointment for me “early Mother’s Day gift” the front desk people would have told her about the special they had going on and given her $20 gift credit for future services.

I had the most wonderful massage by Karine. This is my first time at “The Now Massage” and my monthly membership is worth every penny. The business is nice and clean, the staff and masseuse are nice, and the signature candles (I believe Jasmine Coconut) smell amazing. I can’t wait to come back next month. So happy to have this establishment in Woodland Hills.

This was my first visit to The Now in Woodland Hills, and I had a phenomenal experience. Karine was my massage therapist, and she was terrific. She is a true talent and professional. And the place is beautiful. What a gem. I will be back—and on a regular basis. Thank you, Karine.

Wow! I’ve been eagerly waiting for this location to open and it did not disappoint! I had an incredible experience from the second I stepped in. The energy in this place is so peaceful, the rooms are clean and inviting, the owners are so kind! My massage therapist, Raul, was respectful, professional, and had a great massage technique. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed.They offer an affordable monthly membership, which makes coming for monthly self care easy and convenient!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by two experienced and knowledgeable associates. The handoff to my designated massage therapist was flawless. My therapist Karine was phenomenal. The massage targeted all my tension points and left me feeling rejuvenated. I strongly recommend Karine for anyone looking for a superb massage experience.

I love this spa so much. The vibe is exactly what you’re hoping for when you go to a massage.. very relaxing and warm, you automatically feel so comfortable. The staff and owners are amazing and do a wonderful job each time. I make the drive to come out here n always feel satisfied n refreshed. Definitely give them a try!

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! I left 2 of my gold necklaces in the bin for my massage and they were stolen by someone who works at this establishment.I have never left a bad review before and I hate to start here but unfortunately I will never be returning to the NOW again and you absolutely shouldnt either.I went in for a massage this past Sunday and was asked, if possible, to remove my 2 gold necklaces before the massage started. I removed them and put them in the basket in the room. On the drive back home, I realized that I had forgotten to grab my necklaces from the bin, but at that point they were closed since I was the last customer to leave at 9pm.The next morning I showed up around 9:20 am, which is 40 minutes before they open to the public. I had called them before hand and asked to see the room and search for my necklaces, in which to an extremely unfortunate surprise, the necklaces were not there.The employees at the front let me know that they have no outsource cleaning crew and they check all the rooms themselves before they lock up for the night. I was the last customer to leave the night before and the first customer there the next day so unfortunately someone at this establishment stole both my necklaces.We have been going to The NOW for almost 8 years. It is, what we thought, a professional establishment but unfortunately, this woodland hills branch has a thief that does not want to fess up to stealing a 2 of my gold necklaces.The owner Joelle was nice enough to call me and sadly this is not her fault, as employees are going to do what they are going to do, regardless of training or how their background checks show up but this is unfortunately the cost of running your own business. Stay away from this location at all costs or you might get your stuff stolen from you as well.

Iyisha was incredible. I came in the day before taking my MCAT and she not only gave me the most relaxing massage (and released soo much tension in my shoulders/neck), but she also gave me the sweetest, most genuine and most uplifting pep talk before I left. She’s a special one. Can’t wait to come back.

Professional Staff and the design of the area is so peaceful and relaxing.Love thier monthly membership which allows the hassle free appointment scheduling.Not a fan of the digital parking due to data breach with the city and other mobile parking systems. There is free parking one street over if you dont mind a 5 minute walk.The area is surrounded by amazing little local shops. To grab a bit to eat, coffee or ice cream.The NOW has various types of massages I personally recommend the heated Herbal therapy / The StrectchThey also have gift cards, scented items and 8 locations across the Los Angeles area.Two Thumbs-up 👍

I booked a surprise 80min. massage for my husband for Father’s day. He also had 2 enhancements along with it and he loved every minute of it with Ara. Will definitely come back to this location again ❤️

Renew and ease out of the treatment areas Wondering why you havent come here before.Exactly what we needed. Our first time in. It was a great sign, other clients were leaving all blinky-eyed radiant with blissed out smiles.Great location, great vibe, validated parking, amazing professionals from the front desk greeting through the incredible services. We added gua sha and the CBD melty balm. Loved them both.

Felt very relaxed ! Karine asked what I wanted and delivered. The pressure and points were just right ! Very serene environment! Would highly recommend.

Deborah’s touch is so amazing. I did the 25 minute massage with cupping add on and it was the perfect amount of time to address my back. Will definitely be coming back!
