Inside Out Restorative Spa

As an athlete and a gamer, like many young people, I put a lot of stress in my feet, and metals in my body. Today I figured I would do something different, so I came to this spa, Inside Out Restorative, and it was one of the best decisions of my life. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, the employees treated me so well! They talked to me and treated me with an immense amount of respect and gratitude. Rachel was the employee who helped me and she was very professional. I got an Ionic-footbath which exposed all the metals and mucus in my body. This was all in the water and Rachel made sure to read the water to me so I understood what the color, stuff floating, and smell all meant. This was an amazing experience like no other, and I recommend this spa for anyone who wants a relaxing and cleansing experience. They are located in Woodland Hills, CA.

Phenomenal spa experience and I am mind blown about my whole thing. First of all the scheduling was easy because my partner did everything. I could overhear the pleasantry in Shelia’s voice and she already made us feel welcomed. We were greeted upon entry and got checked in easily. She turned us over to Rachel for two of our three sessions. She also gave us a little tour and enlightened us on how things would go. For the last session Hilda was the icing on the cake. The care and quality of the staff was impeccable and all were very knowledgeable. If it sounds like I’m pumping this establishment up, I am! What a wonderful experience. I highly suggest Inside Out Restorative Spa and could go on for days. Thanks to the staff and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

This spa is a dream. Everyone here is attentive and caring. Sheila is welcoming and accommodating. She makes you feel at home. Hilda is a professional therapist who did my hydro colonic. She made me feel comfortable and at ease during the process. After my first session, I knew I’d be a regular here. Thank you!

This was the best spa experience I’ve ever had! The customer service was excellent and I left feeling so rejuvenated. Sheila and Rachel were so incredibly kind and informative about all of the services offered. You could tell they love the job and believe in the service they’re providing. I tried the ionic foot bath and cocoon fitness pod, I left feeling amazing and intend to go back asap!

This place is extremely unprofessional, extremely ghetto and very very unkind. The people in here are not licensed doctors or therapists this place is a front . For what I dont know but its not reall. The woman who owns this place is not a therapist. Ive never been treated with more disrespect. Please stay clear of this place. Theres a million other spots you could go to that would treat you better

Extremely rude and hostile staff. Likely unprofessional and mismanaged, too. First it was so strange I called many times that day only for the call to end as I introducing myself- Hi this is __ and I’m paying the bill from last appointment… - and before I finished the sentence the call would end abruptly. Then the third time as I was saying, “I’m getting my credit card from my wallet and the number is…(numbers)” one of the front desk ladies interrupted me as I was reading the numbers and shouted “LISTEN, you will NOT interrupt me while I’m speaking, OKAY?!” I didn’t interrupt her once as I didn’t even complete my first introductory sentence. What a nightmare. I completely froze with shock and hung up the phone.What an unbelievably horrific experience. Maybe she was having a bad day. Either way it’s horrific way to treat clients, she probably gets a power trip from behaving like that. I called again to pay the cancellation fee, because I hate owing people money and want to do the right thing, and notify the owner I will never be using their business again. She sounded like she was in disbelief and told me she’s the owner and it’s okay because she will be here, like she thought I was angry and expected me to still show up. She also told me the other person didn’t hang up on me repeatedly, their telephone was just having technical issues… lol.Looking through their information online they got quite a bit of attention from Tyler the creator endorsing them, which explains their indifference toward commoners.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this spa! I had a mindset of wanting a thorough refresh, renewal, and recharge for myself and had no idea that this beautiful place had everything I needed! I was seeking a place that felt like a spa on a resort BUT also a wellness retreat at the same time and WOW did I hit the jackpot! The ambiance is breathtaking, the hospitality is first class, their team is exceptional and the services are top notch, especially when it comes to health & wellness. For me, I started with a colonic cleanse, the following week I had the “Yoni steam” with the pearl, which was done in their sacred room to cleanse, free, detox, and revive my “girly goodies, which was so transformative in every way, especially if you want to remove and release! Ladies, if you’ve never had this done I highly recommend it! Lastly , the hubby did the cocoon wellness fitness cube to sweat out his toxins in his body (he comes once a week) and also had the amazing Lymphatic drainage massage. I’m excited to do the ionic foot bath for my next appointment, but I felt the need to give my authentic thoughts on my experience here! I come everyday for a foot bath and if I could come in on weekends I would too. Shiela and Rachel are always of service and always go above and beyond to accommodate .They never disappoint .

The Service was awesome. Everybody was polite. The atmosphere was so peaceful the place was . I would definitely come back.

Such an amazing experience. When you walk in the door you are treated as royalty. I’ve had the ionic foot bath and an amazing massage afterward. I recommend trying all the services as the employees are very intelligent and amazing at what they do. I will be returning soon.

I just discovered Inside Out Restorative Spa and I will definitely be coming back. I arrived and was greeted by the founder Bonita and manager Shel’la . I did the cocoon fitness wellness pod and fell right asleep! The spa has such a vibrant energy I’ll be sharing it with family and friends!

I had a great first visit today. Sheila provided premiere customer service and Hilda provided an excellent session. She was patient and educated me along the process, will be back for a nap in the pod!

I had a very enjoyable experience at Inside Out Restorative Spa! First of all , the decor was absolutely beautiful and Clean! They are on the forefront of Covid-19! I had to get my temperature taken put on shoe protectors and sanitize my hands upon arriving. I had a foot bath and body wrap. The staff are not only friendly but very informative. After my body wrap I was presented with a beautiful plated fruit platter and their yummy probiotic yogurt and honey. I purchased the yogurt and honey and took it home to enjoy with my family. Thank you so much Inside Out Restorative Spa! I will be returning!

Inside Out is truly the BEST place to relax and detox the body. The workers are attentive and listen to your needs, truly the best in holistic health! I recommend this place to everyone, it feels like you’re family when you’re here.

I just discovered this place and went yesterday. I was blown away by the detail that the owner put into this place. This place is one of the few places that has the open system colonic machine and I was blown away with how the service was done.
