Called in to see if they had a certain brand . Was put on hold for over four minutes while the attendant spoke to his friend about how much he didn’t like someone . Literally listened to a full conversation about that while he dreaded getting another customer. Please just be better than that .

Sells defective vapes!!!After opening it in the car and noticing that the vape is not working, wen went back inside to let the guy know and exchange it but he said that since we didnt open it in the shop , he cannot do anything, he said that we had to smoke it in the shop!!!! Some inside??????!!!!Dont go there!!!!

Every single suorin air cartridge I bought from them was fake. They all began leaking with 30 mins of some starting to use them. Don’t waste your money here.

I like this place they dont have much and not all of it is great but theres allways one or two gems everytime I go and usually at a better price then anywhere else.

Meh. This place got new owners and ship went down stream from there used to a few very friendly ,knowledgeable staff who were more than willing to help with whatever you could think of asking now ...not so muchShame really cause This was the best smoke shop around

THE BEST SMOKE SHOP IN WOODLAND HILLS. They have all kinds of hookahs and hookah tobacco like al fakher, starbuzz, fumari or nakhla double apple. The vaporizer and vape juice variety is huge too. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SMOKE SHOP.

Came in Monday morning atmosphere was great The younger gentleman in black went above and beyond very helpful and great experience 👍
