Great store and prices, the employees are very nice unfortunately they dont know a lot about vape products. Your not saving much money if your sold the wrong item that you cant return. If you know exactly what you need check it out.

First time purchasing from this shop and I was so impressed that this will now be my Vape shop that I buy from. I put in a online order and wasn’t expecting it for a couple of days, but instead received a call from the owner I believe, stating that she was on her way to hand-deliver me my package along with a free gift. I was freaking ecstatic. When companies say they are giving you a free gift you never really expect the free gift to be that great. But the Vape they gifted me is now my new favorite! It was a brand I would never go for and a flavor I wouldn’t go for. But I like it more than the ones I actually purchase lol. This place has the good customer service thing down. This is how you get and keep customers. Thank you so much again!

He could barely even speak English. Had no idea what I was talking about ... Didnt care either. I wanted a vape with heat control.. he had no clue what I was talking about!! Why do you work there????? The first vape I bought there didnt even work. Ill stick with class 5 Vapes .. been dealing with them since they opened . Idk why I even went somewhere else!! Smoke King is a great place. One of the important things for me is the fact that the owner has great product knowledge. Other tobacco stores in the area just try to sell an item and dont know anything about it. Quality items as well with lowest prices around! Great parking. Easy to get what I need without the hassle of trying to find a place to park. Those who gave a one star rating must have not actually been in the store! Their low reviews are way off base and inaccurate

I bought a faulty (likely counterfeit) vape that continued to hit even if when I was actively using it - this occurred straight out of the box after the first hit. The battery just kept hitting which resulted in the device heating up and the vape tasted burnt after only two hits. I took it back in the store and showed the guy the vape was burning even when I wasn’t hitting it. He got me another box, had me hit it, and it did the same thing. After calling someone he got off the phone and told me he can’t change the vape and I need to hit it slower (meanwhile the vape is still actively burning in my hand while I’m not hitting it). Not only was the vape more expensive than others in the area, it was faulty and poor customer service tipped it all off. I’ll never be back here again. I’d rather travel to bel air and get more reliable products.

I don’t understand why the Gentleman gave me one star. I was there for the grand opening never saw a child there. What I did see was a lot of great products. They were friendly and attentive. They want to make sure that you leave their store knowing exactly what each product is used for. It would be great if they have some jelly belly. LOL

The owner and staff members is very attentive and have knowledge of all of their products. And rather youre five or five hundred be prepared to be ID,. I was older than both staff members and I still had to get ID, which is a good thing now days. The store is clean and well put together and I will be back and will be recommending them

What I love about this location is the ease of access. Lots of parking in the lot and the store is very spacious, yet holds so many products! It is not a hassle to park like other tobacco stores in the area. I can get items that I can enjoy and also gift to others. This store has loyal and committed staff and ownership that cares about customer wants and needs!

I first want to start out by saying this is the cleanest and most professional headshop my fiance and I have ever been to. Sing and his staff are unbelievably friendly and super knowledgeable. Sing answered all of our questions with great detail and didnt make us feel pressured to buy anything! I would highly recommendi this shop to anyone looking for a 5-star shopping experience! My fiance and I are definitely going to be coming here regularly!

I would give 5 but the older black lady that works there gets so agitated with me because she has to get up and get me a vape juice and its every single time. The guy who works there is knowledgeable and nice. Get rid of homegirl and yall will be 5 stars

Best Selection in town, biggest variety of tobacco and tobacco related items. The store clerks have the product knowledge to assist you in your decision. If you want a product they dont carry, they would do everything they can to get it for you. They also have a very large snack/candy section.

Cheapest place to buy tobacco products in the area. I recently went in to purchase an electric rolling machine for an elderly family friend and the cost comparison between them and others was huge- this place charged me $20 for it while the place up the road wanted more than double that. Not to mention the owner has always been fair and respectful when I’ve been in. Definitely recommend them over any others I’ve been to in the Aberdeen area.

The bald black lady always ignores me when i come in. Never fails. She will take everyone before me when i come in for the same thing every single time and takes 10 seconds. This use to be my go to and now, have lost my business. I will not shop here anymore. She is the most lazy, unprofessional, and is always on the phone whenever i come in. Sad. She needs to be fired.

I came in yesterday for the first time and I was quite impressed. Very clean and organized establishment and the older woman who helped me was incredibly nice and knowledgeable.

Lots of different brands and options to chose from.. Clean well organized store. Some of the staff is professional and knowledgeable but not all of them.vapes cartridges are cheaper there than most places..

I will never return to this shop. My friend and I went over after she discovered they sold her expired vape juice. The woman then informed us that all I f the salt nic was expired and proceeded to pull them off the shelf. She was not knowledgeable on the vape accessories and was extremely rude. Worst experience.

The store was really clean and organized. The employee that greeted us was very helpful and polite. If I’m in Maryland this is definitely where I’ll be going from now on I found everything I needed in one shop.

Best place in harford county so far has been open. They are still bringing in new items I do notice everyday going there. I am one of regular now ever since I check it out Smoke-king. You must check it out also if you live near by or happened to passing by.
