Every time I come into the shop, I am greeted in a timely manner. Even when the shop is packed. All the staff and the owner are always helpful and full of alot of knowledge of every product on there shelves. I definitely appreciate the fact that this store is here in aberdeen and that they are here to stay. Thanks to the entire staff for always helping me with all kinds of products and for being so kind! Customers for life!

This place is garbage. They Sell a product that doesn’t work. Thinking to my self no big deal. I’ll just take it back and exchange. Get there and they say all sales are final. Like I get all sales final if like you didn’t like the taste ect. However selling a product that is defective and doesn’t work at all. One worker told me and I quote “well you know they are discounted for a reason” - Hannah. The way they treated me and tried to shift the blame to me for “not checking the product right there in the store”. So make sure to open everything you have first in the store and stand in line and waste even more time. Hope everyone quits supporting a business that knowingly sells defective products!!!

These guys are friendly and very helpful I smoke pipe tobacco and they have the highest quality pipe tobacco and cost affordable pipes. Im a truck driver from Texas and I love this town and this smoke shop is the best, if you down for a conversation they will talk to you like they known you for yrs will definitely come back to visit and purchase. We have a defective raz vape and now I can’t return it because it’s been over 24 hours they can’t replace it😡🤬😡

Place is nice but the prices are really high compared with most the other places in the State I’m talking like almost double the price I guess if your desperate for juice it will work but I am never that low as to have to pay more than I would anywhere else checked it out found out about and now my money and business is going back to where I find the best price

Product was good but it only lasted 2 days and it didn’t even leak out. Not quite sure how that happens. 70 bucks for 10 rips. Not worth it

Went in to get some more information about a product and how it compares, and left satisfied with my purchase. The workers are very knowledgeable about what the sell and allowed me to buy with confidence. It was nice and clean, didn’t feel sketched out at all! They were kind and generous, that’s why I didn’t hesitate to give them 5 stars. I would recommend this shop.

Went in today to purchase a disposable vape, but decided that since I spend enough money on them that I wanted to venture back into the refillable world. Things have changed since I last purchased a refillable vape, they now have two different kinds of liquids you fill, the rigs are now rechargeable without having to switch out batteries, some have coils and some don’t, etc. It’s a little overwhelming to say the least. The red headed girl - didn’t catch her name - that was helping me initially, was informing me to some extent. Her methodology of describing how things worked was her blowing a cloud, and telling me that was the main difference between a “free base” and “salt nic” liquid. I somehow needed coils to swap between the two, but they were out of stock so she wasn’t able to explain to me why I needed to swap the coils if I wanted to interchange the liquids. Rather than just explain it to me why I needed to do so, I was hit with a “I’ll try and explain it one more time, but then I’ll just have to send you to google” followed by a very facetious eye roll. After telling her she didn’t have to be rude about it, she started to argue that she wasn’t, wouldnt let me talk, and then told me she wasnt going to sell me anything. I mean, sure I understand they were busy with the three other customers in the store buying tobacco and disposable vapes, but if I’m gonna drop over $100 on merch I want to know what I’m getting into. The other gentleman working didn’t even pause or try to intervene, just ignored the whole situation at hand and blew me off as well. The whole reason I go into a store and talk to a person is so that they can demonstrate and show me how things work in person, and so that I don’t funnel money into Jeff Bezos pocket and keep it in the local community and support local business. If you cant explain it in a way that even a toddler can understand, then why would you be in sales or customer service? A shame that the major vape store in Aberdeen lost a loyal customer.

I sadly can only review this place once, But I can visit the place everyday. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I love seeing Jacobs smiling face. He is always there to help me out when I am stuck with a decision. 10/10

Their extrax products are garbage. I purchased a 3g live resin Disposable and they are clogged the moment you open them, so I took it back and they gave me a new one and it did the exact same thing. You try and hit it and all your getting is mouth fulls of resin. Mind you I paid 67 dollars for garbage. I’m from Denver and I can buy a zip of good Budz for that price.As for the this location, good people and good vibes. Peace

Number 1 store I go to for all my vape needs. Jesse, Jacob and Enzo are the best! They have the best prices in town and are always helpful and respectful and know the products very well. Best of all they have a rewards program. Everytime you walk in the door they always have a smiling face and first thing they always ask is how your day is going. They are seriously the best in town! While at all the smoke I felt that they were very pushy with their items that are not as high quality as smoke solutions or triple ds. Every time I have been in the store all I hear from the employees is how much cheaper and better their products are compared to smoke solutions even though all the products I have bought were very low quality.

Sells delta 8 cartridges and wax... Doesnt recommend vaping delta 8.Definitely some smoke being blown at this shop.Limited knowledge of new and existing delta 8 products and devices.Prices were comparable to other shops in town.Clean shop but cant say customer experience was helpful.
