I enjoy this little proactive vape shop. In the early development phases, but they offer everything you need to get started. The quality of their products is from decent manufacturers. Liquid section seems to be growing and flavors were unique to Aberdeen. The manager was very helpful and had some passion for running the store. Definitely worth stoping in and seeing there flavors.
I came to Harbor Vape looking for a battery for a new atomizer I picked up at different local shop. The woman handling the shop was very pleasant, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. I explained that I had been told elsewhere that I would be able to use any old battery for my new atomizer, but I had not been able to get it to work with the cheep e-cig battery I had been using on my old setup. After testing my atomizer with a few different batteries she discovered that this was not that case and that I would need to buy a more powerful box mod, along with rechargeable battery and a charger... At this point I was pretty upset at the shop that sold me the atomizer(i wont name them here), but Harbor vape helped my out with a great deal on the box mod, battery, and charger. I spent more than I had intended, but that is on the guy I bought the atomizer from, not Harbor Vapor... In the end Im loving my new vape setup, and Im happy to have found a friendly shop so close to home. Thanks again!
I have been working here at this shop since we opened October 13th 2013. Almost 3 years!:) Ive worked hard to be where Im at today which is managing the shop. :) The E cig hasnt only helped my customers but its also helped men as well. I was smoking a pack a day before I started this job. Thank you to the Owner of the Store for giving me such a great opportunity to grow with this store and help it grow as well. **To ANYONE who walks through my doors, I will do the best I can to help you in what you need and want. :)!!
I love this place best vape shop on the harbor they have an excellent juice selection & the people who work here no there stuff they are a great help! Ive never gotten anything from there that Ive had to return, which is nice because most stores you end up having problems with products that have defects and what not.
I bought some horrible cinnamon tamale liquid last week that taste like smoking cinnamon spice chemical. When I went to return the product. I tried to explain to the manager that it was probably a bad batch. The manager instantly insinuated that I had tampered with the product. At this point the air went stale. Instead of the solution she determines the problem was me. I am local to this area. I also agree with the first review. I will inform all my friends, family via Facebook, Twitter Gmail, Hotmail and better business bureau. Ripping people off is wrong and is a crime.
I bought a vaporizer there while I was in Aberdeen. I was told there was a 30 day return policy, I went back the very next day. It does not work as demonstrated and it seems defective as well as it does not hold a charge and dies very easily. I went back to return it and was told they cant do any refunds or exchanges until 5 days later when I was no longer there, when the manager was back. No where on the exchange/refund policy does it state that a manager needs to be present. I have left town and do not plan on coming back within 30 days. I am pissed the uck off. You ripped me off. I will be sure to pass this information on to others that you are a business running without any integrity.

I bought a battery and it was manufactory default and i had the battery less than 30 days, i returned the battery and was told i had to wait a few days until the manager came in.......I waited for almost 2 weeks and i called continulosy every otherday, they stated they would give me a repacement...lmao what a f....king joke so now they tell me that they will not give me an exchange or refund, i would recomened never going there, they will tell u any thing to make u happy BUT pray nothing happens to the purchase u buy because if u do u are F...KED....i will NEVER go there and believe me i will tell any one and everyone that even thinks about going there not to, they will be sorry
Best place to chill and hangout. Staff is very friendly and always help. Limited juice selection but are all good. I love this place
