Essentially got hustled and scammed into a barely legal cart. Make sure the employees dont look at you and mark you as a sucker, they will instantly scam you.

Owner could not speak english, wouldnt give me refund on battery that stopped working 2 days after purchase. He then attempted to fight me after i took my broken item back. All in all, a belligerent tard runs the place

Bianca is awesome! My fiancé and I always have to go to two separate vape stores because Flash Vapes didn’t carry the juice she likes. We just so happened to tell Bianca this one day while we were there, and the next time we went it Bianca got her vape juice fully in stock. I’d give a 10 star review if I could.
