Kings of Vapor Smoke Shop

I have been going to king of vapors on East Ave for over 2 years now and I know it’s time I make a review. Everyone that works there are so nice and goes far and beyond to help their customers like they have for me and my friend. They have helped me pick out ejuice many of times trying to help me find the one I want. They are very patient, understanding, and they listen to what you want. Every time I find a kind I love something happens that I can’t get it (not their fault) so they will take their time without rushing me and help me find a different one. I look forward to going there to get my stuff. They have also helped me learn what works best with my device to save on cost. That are all just very awesome. I don’t normally rate a place but because how awesome they are I wanted to so others can get treated the same way. I don’t think you would be disappointed. Thank you so much guys and gals for all the help and patience with me And thank you for reading my review.

Update: No assumptions were made in this review. 1/8oz is 3.5g. The staff tell you it is 3g. The staff will not weigh it but the owner claims they arent finding anything under 3g. If you arent allowed to open and weigh the product then how are you weighing them for errors without tampering with unsold products? Gram sensitive scales may be off by the decimal but they dont vary by entire units. I received 2g of product, leaving me short 1.5g for what I paid for. This place is sketchy and the owners do not care. With the below owner response and my experience at other shops tells me they absolutely know this is a problem and will not be doing anything about it. This isnt the first time or only KOV location to massively short me on THCA flower. Theres a massive THCA tampering issue at these locations. Ive been sold display models that I found had been opened and tampered with - the tamper proofing had been broken - and when I took it out of its bag at home and I was short nearly 2g.After making an hour long trip out to this location due to shortages at my local shop I stopped here to pick up some THC-A to manage my sleep/pain. Its clean and seems to have a really good stock available HOWEVERThe THC-A I ended up purchasing was EXTREMELY suspiciously labeled and they refused to weigh it in front of me in store even in the bag. So I weighed it at home and realized I got 2g when I bought 1/8oz. They also seem to think 1/8oz is 3g and not 3.5g but still sell them as eighths. And then still dont even give you 3g.The labels look like they were printed in someones living room and they do not lab test their products. The company they buy this flower from doesnt follow any industry standards and frankly seem like they are straight up scamming this shop and the shop doesnt care about the fact that they are passing that scam onto customers.This was my first and last visit to this location. Theyre apparently owned by a different company/conglomerate than the other KOV location but it doesnt appear to matter as it seems to be an issue among all of the locations and I suspect employee tampering.I HIGHLY recommend weighing your flower products with a gram sensitive digital scale if you take a chance with this shop. But then again maybe dont considering everything laid out above?

Cant say enough good things about this place and the employees! Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is definitely my go to vape place!

Nice little smoke shop. They always have the juice my husband likes for his vape. Actually came to this location for the first time back in 2017 and began giving them our business. He was able to quit smoking cigarettes thanks to kings of vapor! 👏 friendly staff too!

Great prices, great staff, and great variety in flavors, pieces, and batteries. Each time Ive come in Ive been promptly greeted and found everything Ive been looking for.

My very first experience of Kings of Vapor was at the Kenmore location and walking into that place I didnt know anything about vaping. The manager Emiree really talked to me about the product I was looking for and helped me find what I wanted. Great place, everyone is really helpful and accommodating there, very professional and friendly. Definitely recommend going there to get anything you need they will help you find what you want.

They may not have 100% everything ya need but the service and what they do offer is great. No complaints here and We love the staff here. Very helpful n cool as hell. They know their stuff n will help you with whatever your needs are. If they cant there, they can send ya to another KOV store that can. Pretty nice having one over in Norton as well. Ive been to that site once so far and really happy with the staff and services there. All around a great company. Highly recommended!!

We have been going to this Kings of Vapor for a while now. Excellent service and the staff is always so friendly! They never let us miss a deal!

I waited in the store almost 15mins, watched the lady helped one customer then instead of asking me what I needed help with, she skipped me and helped the man that came in the store 5mins after me. Then she saw me waiting and the man came in right after me those 5mins, he had to run to the car, he told her to help me. Thats disappointing

The guys here at the shop are very respectful and understanding with simplifying all the products they have. Rudy and his team are awesome. I can sit in the shop and BS like we are family. Great place to go. The new kid Andrew is also awesome

Met a few different sales people through the years but always helpful. Would he nice to see the reward program revamped because it seems stale saving just pennies and if we could get the old school taste bar back to operational it will possibly grow the business.

Love this store. I travel from Cuyahoga Falls to this shop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great service and knowledgeable. Rudy always takes his time with you. I’ve never felt rushed or put off. The prices are excellent and great choice of juices. I recommend this shop and Rudy to anyone who vapes or is going to start. I’ve never dealt yet with another employee here yet but I’m sure they’re good. This shop is 100% the best!

Very nice shop. Bright atmosphere. The store is very clean. Good variety of all products. Dave, was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Dave also got me signed up for the KOV reward card.I highly recommend this shop!.

Literally the worst customer service the guy there today was awesome the lady, was awful sold me a vape not explaining anything, absolutely nothing . I leave , an realize she failed to tell me I also had to buy a battery part. So I had to come back. An the guy helped me an got it together for me. We’ll 10 mins go by and I realize it doesn’t hit an when it does no flavor come out but smoke did. She told me there was absolutely nothing she could do, to help or exchange or even refund; telling me there’s absolutely nothing she can do to even try an fix it. An me not having it for an hour at this point. Literally had awful attitude, didn’t sell all the parts for it an didn’t even wanna exchange it for not working correctly .

LOVE THIS STORE! I will go out of my way to come here. I always came to this location when Dan was here, he was truly the BEST in the business!!! I live in Wayne County so this is off the beaten path for me; it’s closer for me to go to Norton. A few weeks ago I stopped into the Norton location & Randy assisted me (he was the only worker in there & I was the only customer). I’ve been there 1-2 before & he was always OK. This past time I told him what I needed, he got it & gave me my total. He hands me my juice & I enter my card into the machine. I had already entered my pin & started to open my juice to fill my tank, I had been out of juice for like 3 days. He asks me to stop (very rudely) & tells me I cannot open my juice until my card is approved. I am sure this is company policy but it was not what he said it was how he said it. I was & still am extremely offended. I’ve sat on this for a few weeks now & I just think his customer service was terrible- it was rude. I told him that if the card I was using did not work (which I knew it would, I’d never go into a store without the $ to purchase something ) that I had another card that would work. I am not a bum, I work 2 jobs & take care of my house, bills & child. If I were unable to afford those said things I wouldn’t be vaping.Anyway, I’ve sworn off the Norton location & Randy. I just left the East Ave. location & PHIL & AARON are AMAZING!!! You can tell Dan had a hand in training them, they’re awesome! So kind, so helpful & so knowledgeable! Thank you Phil & Aaron for being so great! Also, they had zero idea about my experience with the Norton store or with Randy. They just treat their customers awesome! Phil has helped me many times before & he never minds- always prompt & professional! Thank you guys for making up for my terrible Norton experience! You’re the best!!👏👏

I like going to this kings of vapor, especially when Craig is working there. He is such a knowledgeable person and very friendly, I end up spending an extra 30 minutes talking to him from time to time. prices on house juices are competitive also, and they have a good selection depending on what you like to taste.

Edit: manager called me personally to settle the matter, could tell he cared. Respect re-earned. Reaching out to me was much appreciated.Literally go to ANY other Kings of Vapor. The employees here are suspect to say the least. Huge contrast from the experiences I have had at any other Kings of Vapor. Yikes!

Place is awesome, clean and friendly. The guys are great and will go above and beyond to help make the best decision. Dave and Phil are amazing people who have a lot of knowledge on devices and juices.

I rated this 3 stars due to the fact that my girl started vaping 22 days ago and she seems to know more about coils and vaping then the staff. Other then that, Both guys seemed friendly. The store was very clean.. If the manager is Dave, The Dave that was called Rudy was definitely much better.

Dan was an amazing man. I guarantee that he will help you find anything you need. He is very good at communication and multitasking with customers that come in. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to start, is already, or forgot about vaping in general. Lets help fight to stomp out the real killers, cigarettes.

Where to begin, all I can say is what amazing job these guys do down here. I came in the other day, was kinda slow and spoke to Rudy, I have never vaped, and Im a light smoker. So I asked a few questions and he answered every question without hesitation. He very polite and a smile on his face. He was hitting a bigger device and whatever he had smelled really good, was impressed with the clouds as he told me the term was used, I even joked and asked him how I could do that. He was honest I would need to get use to my new pen. Its like a bronze color, but I like the hit. He got me convinced to wanna get a bigger set up down the road. Im off track, I just want to really say thank you to that young man, and kings of vapor for having such a knowledgeable and kind gentleman working for them, this will be my one stop shop for now on.

The employees are knowledgeable about the products. I dont have a comparison for the prices of the products as its the only vapor shop Ive ever been to. They do have a repeat customer card thats actually worth using. Ive only been there once but if I vaped its definitely where I would buy.

The disposables are 7 almost 8 dollars overpriced and the customer service is terrible they are uninformed on their own in store deals! Maybe it’s because the employees are paid minimum wage!

Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend it to all my family and friends. They have great prices and wide variety of flavors for your vapor machines. Even has an area where you can sample the flavors out before buying them.

It smelled terrible in the store. It was hard for me to test flavors due to the lingering dirty sock stench. The guy working had a bunch of kids hanging out there and it was awkward. I didnt get introduced to anything other than the house flavors. When I asked about the cbd oil he wasnt very knowledgeable on the subject. I dont think Ill be returning to this location. I like the Norton location much better

Friendly and caring staff! They are quick to get to you! Besides the wonderful staff, the store is always clean, has an inviting atmosphere, and offer great products at wonderful prices!!!

Rudy Phil and Andrew helped me and others quickly and in formed a customer that the 18650s he was using were not safe and provided them with a solution. 10/10 will come back again

They wouldnt sell me anything. Im 42 years old. I even told them I was walking with broken bones too ensure they were going to be open when I got there. Refused my 65 dollar sale. Good thing I decided too deal with my broken malfunctioning vape Instad .... Nope I wont be advising anyone to go to this store.

These guys here are very knowledgeable. Dealt with Rudy last time he has excellent customer service skills and extremely knowledgeable A+++ to Rudy and Im not a friend our family member

Dont offer much of a quality variety on juices. Got the usual brands but nothing different. Great atmosphere and knowledgeable employees.

Been comin to kov for a while. Was good, at first. Then they didnt have my coils for a couple months. Now, they dont have the juice that they got me hooked on. Supposedly none of their stores have it. At least with my smokes, I knew I could get Marlboro.

First time coming in store was clean great environment spoke to rudy for awhile very knowledgeable he taught me everything i needed to know about vaping. Even sat with him for bit and talked highly recommend coming here and ask for rudy he wont steer ya wrong.

Was really great, very helpful, honest, had everything I wanted. Did not try to over sell or upsell me. Much closer to my home than my usual place.

Went there and the bought a juice and it tasted like nyquil. They said they cant refund it. That was poor customer service and will never spend a penny there if it is refunded or swapped out .

Absolutel piss poor customer service. I bought my sourin a week ago and it was malfunctioning. I did not have a box being that it was over a week ago, I saw no reason to keep it. They would not replace it but rather tried to immediately sell me into a new product due to not having the box but all of the information was in the system. It says a lot about the company and who they choose to stand behind.

Worst store ever don’t go ... they sold me a damage vapor and I went to change it and they didn’t want to because they knew it was like that ... and the worst part the admitted to my face that it was damage when they gave it to me. Out of the many differnt King Of Vapor stores i have gone to in the last 18 months the East Ave store is by far my favorite.Today was the 1st time i used this location and i wont go to any other King Of Vapor in the future, unless im out of town.Phil and Aaron are amazing guys! They made me feel at home and as if i was amoung friends. I have NEVER experienced this at any other King Of Vapor or any other vape shop period.I recently lost my husband and these guys had me laughing and feeling relaxed while i sat back and talked with other customers at the snack bar. 😊If i wasnt sold on King Of Vapor as my one and only one stop vape shop, i am now.

Everytime I come in for coils Im always handed the wong wattage they dont listen they seem to want to push you out the door I clearly said the higher wattage coil and get handed the opposite
