Chris helped me today, I have went to 3 other kings of vapor and every store was out of the Hyde mint jewel I wanted he was the only person that offered me an alternative 55mg mental!! Thank you!

My overall experience with this place hasn’t been bad, BUT…. buyer beware about some of the new vapes. Previous vapes we’ve purchased did not require batteries.. Well, we recently purchased a pricey one & it was supposed to be a full kit. After 24 hours of charging it, we were under the assumption that it was a defective product so we went back to the store & waited forever to exchange it. New vape is doing the exact same thing so my partner looked into it online and apparently this specific vape requires the purchase of a separate battery. It would’ve been nice to have been told this, when initially purchasing it or even when exchanging it for a new one. I’d suggest checking out the Stow location because the employees seem to be more knowledgeable about the products. We feel like we’ve wasted time and money. So make sure you ask if EVERYTHING including a battery is included when purchasing a new one, so you don’t have to go through this same hassle.

As a former employee, I am pretty judge mental when it comes to customer service. I stopped in a little while ago, and Maria helped me out. She was by far the kindest and most friendly vapor specialist. I have worked with outside of management in a very long time. She was very knowledgeable, and made my experience of not being able to find the juice I wanted, surprisingly pleasant. That girl deserves a raise!

The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. 3 years later still have never had a single bad visit at ANY location but this one is my home base. The only thing that would be great is if they could bring the bottles of juice closer somehow as I am near blind and can’t see the flavors. I feel bad asking them to tell me what they are especially when they are busy.

This place is not as good as it used to be. The staff changed, and with that went some of they key players that made the shop great.Lately their inventory has been unreliable at best. I have been forced multiple times to buy a new tank because they dont have coils or glass, just to again have to buy another because they dont have those coils the next visit. And now they rarely have my vape flavor anymore.They have now managed to run off a long time customer.

This is the best KOV in Akron. Everyone here is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had an especially great experience with the blond haired young guy with glasses. I forgot his name to mention him. My vape broke and he hooked me up so I did not die from nicotine withdrawal 😂 He saved my life pretty much. All jokes aside the manager here and staff go above and beyond to keep the customer happy. Thanks guys

The staff is always so nice! They are so honest and will tell you what is best! They never get my order wrong! This is my favorite vape store to go to! Highly recommend it!

Helpful friendly staff. I especially appreciated that when faced with an opportunity to take advantage of someone (me) who doesnt know anything about vaping, that the lovely young lady did not. Rather, she took a moment to educate me on some things and I really liked and respected that.

I have shopped here for years. I really like this store. The employees have always been helpful, and courteous. Even still I have been here three times now at 9:30 a.m. and they are not open. Ive also had friends with the same complaint. I live far, and this is my closest vapor store. Its very frustrating to drive all this way for a closed store. Even though I prefer kings of vapor. I will now go to a different vape shop, because the drive time for a closed shop is too unrealiable.

Wow ! I was so happily surprised when I came in to this establishment . The employees are unbelievably friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . They dont make you feel rushed at all . I would , and will , go out of my way to go here 🙂

Jackie was amazingly helpful. I found what I actually needed and was the most economical for me even though I wasnt exactly sure when I walked in. This store and her amazing customer service won a long term customer.

Just stopped by only vapor for the first time and i have been deeply impressed. They helped me out and they really knows their stuff. Bought my first mod today and i have never seen so much cloud happen. Only vapor has a variety of juices, mods, and starter kits.*Great place to get gifts for friends & family! I will diffidently be referring all my friends and family. Kings of Vapor has a great customer service. Ill definitely be back soon. Stop smoking and start vaping.

On Saturday August 18th 2 employees threaten to call the police on me and grabbed the phone to call the police because I bout a mod 10 days prior that was defective and I brought it in to switch out after the manager told me to bring it back with the box I emailed the company left my number and email and got no response. The manager Jackie is great but after being racially profiled and having the police called on me I won’t go back there again

I would of gave them no stars but I couldnt so went and purchased a disposable vape the other day n I was told the flavor was suppose to taste like skittles and it is the most horrible disgusting thing I ever tasted in my life it tast like meldew mango flavor n didnt bother to tell me it was menthol n im allergic to menthol this is the second time this has happen they refused to do anything Im done wastein money with this store its one let down after the other so needless to say I wasted money the other day 😡🤬

I have been going to the Kings of vapor on canton road for over a year now and I have been extremely satisfied every time I have been in there. Jackie and Johnny have helped me the past 2 times I have been in and they were both very knowledgeable and helpful and made my experience excellent and very fun. Every employee that has served me has been great but unfortunately I can’t remeber all of their names. I would highly recommend this store even over the other Kings of vapor locations.

I recently went in this store to buy my first vape and Paul helped me out and I must say I was very happy with my experience. He was super helpful and informative. He didn’t try to over sell me on anything and he kept me on budget. I will continue to come here and buy any vaping products from these folks.

I love the Akron area KOV. Ive never had a bad experience and enjoy going in to get juice. Thank you for all your help and wish everyone well through these trying times around our nation. I was sorry to see you have temporarily closed but did order online hope it helps. Thanks!!!

Ive been going here since March 2015..Since then Ive met pretty much everyone that is employed there.. Always great people, full of knowledge, and excellent customer service .. Since day 1 James had always made me feel welcomed, full of knowledge about the products he is selling, his willingness to help and his honesty is something ANY company would value. Today he surpassed any expectation I would ever have as a customer and because of this i will always support KOV and make sure I send anyone there who is looking for a great vapor store. Excellent customer service even though I came in very late the staff was extremely kind and helpful took the time to talk to me show me different devices and explain them to me Kristen was the definition of wonderful customer service I am extremely pleased with the item she helped me buy and the fact that she worked so hard to help me with all my questions and need going so far as to even write down extra coil info for me wonderful location!

Upon stopping in all the time to buy salt nic products and batterys, I recently purchased $40 worth of predicts and was not asked for my reward card, the gentleman said it was too late.. I asked if we could do a return and start over so I got the points .He than asked if I needed a bag and handed me my items. Keep your rewards points. I wont be back. Lazy

The people of kings of vapor are so nice. They help you with any questions or tell you what you may need without limiting you down to just one item. They give you many options with great prices. Devon is especially helpful and awesome.

The staff there is great,especially Johnny,he funny and always makes sure he takes care of my vaping needs and always recommends me the best products that should work for me.Wish you guys could get the FreeMax MeshPro quad coils I’d love to give it a try ASAP and also more wide variety of premium juices that are sweet food items and drinks I love the chocolate milk by ninjaman I don’t care for candy. Cool group of people! James helped me out with a lot of questions. Craig helped my Daughter feel comfortable and now hes at the Arlington location and we couldnt be happier because its closer to where we live. :) More vape tricks = more $ for Kings of Vapor :) She hasnt had a cigarette in two months and I havent had one in five years! I love my vape!

My go to for my vape needs or accessories. The staffs friendly and super cooperative almost at all times. The house flavors are great for the price, if you dont know what to pick just ask for a recommendation and theyll help you with your needs and wants in mind

Stopped to get vape juice. The gentleman working was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the different kinds of vape juices they had. Ultimately decided on the house juice.. it was a great choice. And a good value.

Purchased a vape 3 weeks ago. Went to get replacement coils, they said that it is now obsolete. It worked good, but its worthless now just like this place:No one warned me when I bought it that this would happen so fast.This sucks

Its has really helpful staff,very clean place, I was hoping there would be more disposable vapes, thats the only reason I didnt give all 5 stars, I do give 4 stars, and ill definitely will continue being a customer. Thank you :)

I always get amazing and quick service in the store. The sales people are always super helpful and patient when I ask questions.

The Associates are friendly and helpful. The store has a good selection of Tanks and juice and its always clean. I always get what I need from this store. Love it.

The employees are so helpful! Ive smoked one flavor for 3 years and recently moved out this way...my juice is special made by a self owned vape shop...leaving me the difficult choice of going to Massillon everytime I need more juice or driving 5 minutes down the road. I tried about 20 different flavors and finally found a very similar juice!! We tweaked it just a bit and so far its perfect! I was so nervous...Ive tried other flavors before but never had any luck. Not only did I find a new flavor, I also found my new favorite vape shop!

First time visit today with my boyfriend and were trying to quit smoking together. We both wanted a starter kit to see if its something will both be able to stick to. Cruz helped us out and helped me understand which kit would be best for both of us cause both have seperate smoking styles. The place looked very clean and the salesman was very friendly. We will definitely be back. Although we live closer to the Arlington one, Im pretty confident they wont disappoint. Also, we got a 10% discount for trading in our (hopefully) last pack of ciggarettes.

I went in yesterday and spoke with the manager about which juice I should get for my vape. She was super knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in this store has always been. I’ve been to other vape stores and none are ever as attentive and helpful.

I just wanna say shout out to jhonny and jackie and the whole team they all are great employees and are very helpful everytime I visit but you guys should really consider putting black berry jam monster on your deliveries its a great juice and I dont want to get it anywhere else but from you guys cause your my closet vape store and my favorite the environment there is just great as well sometimes I go there just cause im bored but thank you guys keep up the good work and get that blackberry jam monster

Great ppl working there...very helpful which is rare these days...tried going to a different shop (legend vape) cuz it was closer...never again...i will always come back to the kings...

Let me start by saying this place is selling junk really junk they recommend things that dont or hardly work I just bought an endura t18 11 let me tell you it is a pos then the same day I buy it the coil burns up well seems something is odd so I have a kangetech sub mod also go today to get a coil for it go home and its burnt up and they wont even replace it a $4 coil and they wont even replace it even though I go there at least twice a week so take my advice and Satu clear of this place look at your GPS and find literally any vape store and go there.

Great place. Has everything you could need vape wise. Great juice. Their just a little more expensive than others but worth it for the quality and customer service

This store does not follow through on anything I was offered. They are inconsiderate and definitely not business like. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. I’ll go to the East Ave shop in Kenmore. That’s an awesome store.

I enjoy stopping by to get my vape juice, and its the only place I know of that have there own with several options on the flavor, and strength

Don’t try ordering from their website it’s terrible I waited almost a week for anything and STILL DIDN’T get my juice I had to ask for a refund they were sure to take the money same day but never sent the package I got my money back I’ll be taking it else where

Best KOV out of any in the area, and largest inventory of any as well. I dont feel like I will get stabbed when I go there, so thats a plus.

Building a rapport in the vapor business isnt hard when you have a staff that knows what theyre talking about. Even if the FDA decides to clamp down even more (and they will) there will still be those who care about what they do.... This place is on that short list

The employees always go above and beyond to help you with any issue. They also have the best housemade coffee juice.

All of their products are way overpriced compared to other places including online, and they dont carry very many SMOK products as well as lacking 300watt mods.
