Great customer service! This store has a great selection of products and a very professional staff! We stopped in as we were passing through. I am very impressed! Will recommend to my friends in the area!

I bought two T18 vapor pens. I asked for a pack of coils to go along with them. They sold me a pack of prism coils that did not work. They only replaced 3 out of 5 not my mistake. Informed the employee I would never shop there again. She replied no sweat off my back.

Vapor Station carries a wide range of the premium juices that I usually have to order online. What surprises me the most is how decent the premium freebase/nic salt juice prices are, as its comparable or even better than a lot of the shops online. Their loyalty program also nets you a free bottle of juice after 5 purchases (see picture for reference) which not many local shops offer. Staff is always pleasant, definitely A++ all around here.

Amazing customer service every time and the best selection of flavors anywhere with super fair prices. The juice I get is 36 dollars for a 100 ml anywhere else he sells it for 20 flat. Been going for years and will continue to

My experience the first time going in was just fine. The lady that works up there was very helpful and answered all my questions. Ive got a little social anxiety and going into new places talking to new people about new hobbies makes me very uncomfortable. I felt fine in this store. Great selection and great prices from weekday I could tell.

As far as my experiences go, this is the best place of this type in the Akron area.Its a quiet and roomy place, the employees plenty willing to give recommendations on flavors, and devices, without defaulting to their most expensive options. They have a couple tables with a lot of marked down products, be it juice, tanks or mods. Its a good place to go, whether youre on a tight budget, or you want quality. No complaints from me.

Without a doubt my favorite shop in Northeast Ohio. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and always current on changing regulations, new devices, and developments in the industry. I have never witnessed an unfair price, and they will always be real with you and help weigh your options. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

Ben is an awesome dude ! Treats everyone like family when they walk in the door ! Tends to his regulars by keeping their popular products in stock ! Very knowledgeable about all of the products ! If something isn’t right, Ben fixes the problem instantly with his honesty & care ! My fiancé & I have already sent friends to this store & will be sending more ! We will forever be customers at this location !!

I wont go back again. I get better customer service buying supplies online than in person at this store. For example, had a problem with an item I purchased, I brought back within 24 hours and they would not replace- so I bought another. Brought it home to find out that wasnt working right either. Had to go back again. I explain the problem and the staff just look at me, no expression, no help. This same situation happened a few different times. I will order my stuff online or find another local shop. Everything Ive ordered online works perfectly. I spent enough money at vapor station to deserve a response when I walk in the door, I dealt with the same couple of guys each time I came in and couldnt get more than a few words out of either of them.

Ben is the Heart of this shop, he was very helpful, nice and patient with me and my indecisive self. He helped me decide on which juice I should buy without pushing me into something I didnt want.The juice selection is amazing and if you want to try one of the amazing house juices just ask for the menu. 5 stars was a given....

Ive been to this store a few times and have always had a good experience with helpful and knowledgeable works. When I was looking for something that they didnt have they were able to recommend a store to get my hands on the item needed that same day.

I’m a fairly new customer here, one of my friends told me about it. Now, I’m a permanent customer.If you’ve been vaping as long as me (4 years) you’ve probably been to your fair share of vape shops. I’ve gone to at least 60 different ones. Some of them good, others fine, and also others, not so fine.This place is GREAT.Knowledgeable friendly staff, no annoying pushy salesman. And I get exactly what I need every time, no questions asked.

We visited this store for the first time today, wanting to support a local business. Unfortunately, the guy working there was very rude and had zero customer service skills! Between that, and it being over-priced, we will never go back.

The manager is an awesome dude, and he knows his stuff. However another employee refused service to me because I was 18 which at the time of posting this is still legal age in the Summit/Akron area at this location. I asked if he could contact a manager. The employee proceeded to pick up the phone and set it almost immediately back down. Replying “They are busy”. I know he couldn’t have said anything. Not only were his actions quicker than a dial tone, but the loud dog barking at me behind the counter would’ve made it impossible for either of them to hear. The only reason I believe they deserve a 3 star was the terrible service from that employee.

Walked in to get a new set up. Just wanted what I had before. Did not have it in stock. Which was OK. Manager kept trying to up sell me a different product. I kept telling her no I just want what I had she kept RUDELY INSISTING You dont want that, this is what you NEED. She never listened to a word I said and treated me like I was beneath her. I will gladly drive and extra 15 minutes and take my business elsewhere.

My experience at vapor station has had its ups and downs. Ive been going since the store opened up a few years ago. At first things were rough, but after the new management change the store has grown leaps and bounds. With new top of the line products in stock as well as an interior remodel Ryan Dave and Donovan have their mind set to make the best experience for their customers inside the store and also best vaping experience outside the store.great place would highly recommend10/10 would bone the store if I could

Great store with great people Ryan, Dave, and Donovan all know there stuff have have different areas of expertise. I would highly suggest this place to anyone in need of vape supplies. Also if you hate building your own coils Ryan is one of the best builders Ive seen!

Nice, clean one stop shop. Has a huge selection of products, juice, devices, cbd etc. Ben is very knowledgeable, provides good customer service and makes recommendations based on your needs it doesnt feel like hes just pushing specific products on you.

Ben is the man. Best vape store Ive been to and Ive been vaping since 2014. I wont go anywhere else. Ben doesnt waste my time and he runs the store like a professional. Something thats lacking in most of the industry.

They say they are open on Sunday from 11am to 5 pm this is completely false. I was going to be a new customer but seeing as there are ither negative reviews on this shop and they arent even open at the time they posted they open They have already lost my business. Sad I wanted to keep my business in Copley but this place needs to be more organized and have the right hours of operation posted.

I come here a few times a week, always an extremely friendly staff, along with a wide selection of products I’ve struggled to find elsewhere. Definitely check it out if youre nearby, or it’s worth the drive if you need anything in the realm of vapor or smoking accessories.

The guy working was extremely rude to me when I asked for help. He seemed extremely bothered by me asking . I will be sure not to shop here again and I will be sure to tell my friends and family not to buy from here!!!

I like there prices as well as the atmosphere. There is all ages (18+) that shop here for all of their vaping needs. They also have specials on certain days as well as happy hour on certain days and times.

Walked in to ask if they carried any disposables, as this was my first time in. The guy was so rude. I literally walked right out. ONE OF THE WORST VAPE SHOPS AROUND.

Was just in the other day and needed some help picking out some coils. No suggestions on the strength just came off very rude and frustrated that I needed help. It’s really too bad because it’s close to where I live.
