M&M Smoke Shop

I walked into this store looking for a grinder and I came out out with this Green Monkey grinder. They have other brands as well, but this one is my favorite. I recommend this place. The worker provided great service by showing me the different types of grinders that were in stock.

Super grateful this place is open 24 hours, because I can never tell how many smokes Im going to give out en route to and from work, and also at work. Plus, I am terrible at planning ahead. Wish there were more than 2 different brands to buy, seems like they dont ever get more in for some reason, but, I cant be choosy

Just spent 16 bucks- pulled the cap off the torch to test it, and it disengaged. The guy working told me it was my fault and refused to give me a different one. #fail I would think for 8 bucks he would have said no worries and fixed it afterwards. Bad customer service. He could have just fixed the chain in like 2 seconds after I left. Not going back.

Very friendly and fairly decent prices on Kratom. The selection could be a little bigger, but for the most part, its not bad. I havent bought cigarettes here, but from what I have seen, the prices are great. It still blows my mind that theyre open 24/7, and the customer service is fantastic, and those two factors are absolutely priceless!

Sold me a defective vape pen, then did not respond to my message. The Google messenger says they respond every 15 mins. I waited all day for a reply. Pen was opened and I was sketched out. Now I see why. Its obvious he knew.

They say theyre a smoke shop but the gas station across the street has my brand for cheaper. Though there staff is awesome. Whackos all around all the time whacked out so be real careful of second hand smoke these day . 24 hrs though one of probably ten things in this third world new Mexico open 24 hrs . Best variety though comparatively. Cheaper cigars across the street at the gas station too

The people that work here are pretty cool however I stay away from the younger Middle Eastern guy he rude I’m pretty disrespectful to the customers he also will charge you a different amount that he will quote youI bought a pair of earrings for five dollars and a pack a shish for 1299 when he told me it would cost three bucks less

Ive been going here for a year and a half because its the closest to where I live. Theyve always been kind and helpful no matter which guy is working. Yes, the area isnt great because of the beggars, but its not their fault, and they actually do take care of it if you let them know someone is chasing you around for whatever they want from you. Ill always continue to support this business as long as Im here.

Had a very great experience yesterday. Went back today to get the same product I got yesterday and the guy today tried to charge me almost 30.00 for the same product I bought for 15.00 yesterday. I buy this product alot and have paid no more than 20.00 anywhere in the USA. Please dont do business with this company that tries to take advantage of their potential customers, I have never been treated so terrible anywhere.

Open 24/7 – Went there after 9:30pm one night – keep your situational awareness ON in that area. Parking very limited. Staffer watching counter while his co-worker away was a great guy & did a great job. Kratom I got there (Whole Herbs Green Vein Maeng Da) not as effective as Sunstone Organics in that variety I recently got in Oregon [& not carried in Burque], though.

I have not tried my product yet, but Ill tell you about the customer service, I went with more of an inquiry and came out with a product that checks all my boxes (so far, I have yet to try the actual purchase). To me sometimes it is more about the service you get than the actual product. Thank you Eric for the help and the great service. Ill update once I have a review for the product itself

Ive been shopping here for a couple of years now and I really like this smoke shop. They pretty much have everything to meet your smoking needs. Pipes, bowls, bongs, vapes, bags of tobacco, tubes, screens, etc. etc. etc. I read some reviews where folks say they are overpriced, but I think they are reasonable. Especially considering they are just across the street from a University. Also, I have never received anything less than super friendly service. The last time I was there the bags of tobacco that I usually buy they appeared to be out of. The counter clerk told me to hold on and he went into the back for a minute and returned with the product I needed. Hes not the owner and he didnt have to do that. He could have been like sorry, I guess were out. But he didnt. He went above and beyond. So, yeah, I think this is a great smoke shop and I will continue to give them my business. I highly recommend M&Ms.

Parking was tight. 3 spots to chose from, none of which are easy to get in and out of.The customer service was worth the trip.

Terrible experience! I went into this shop around 1:30-2:00 on Thursday, to buy some vapes. I have a usual smoke shop that I go to but my vape had just died and this place was close to where I was. The guy behind the counter was so rude to me. Then, in the middle of helping me, a guy walked in and the clerk literally walked away from me to help him. I shouldve walked out then, but I waited. When he finally made his way over to help me, I showed him the vape I was looking for and he pointed and says theyre over there, meaning against the wall behind the counter. I said Im looking for this flavor, and he says well look for it then. When I told him I couldnt read the boxes from where I was standing, he told me, Well then I guess we dont have it. NEVER AGAIN!!My husband and I spend quite a bit of money a month at smoke shops, but we will never spend a dime in this place! Disgusted!!

Cool place to go... Cigarettes are about $1 more than places like 711 or circle K or Smiths etc. But thats about normal for smoke shops (ie camels $10, crowns $6)Nice people. Recommended!

Theyll frequently either hang up on you when you call or give you the wrong inventory which just resulted in a midnight trip for nothing!!! Also their only grams of Delta 8 wax are 50 bucks a pop either that or thats what they sell through the window when you cant take a look at what else they have SCAM CLERKS!!!!!

Prices on things here are just way too overpriced in my opinion and that goes for a lot of shops like this so if you’re looking for items there if they’re weed related, just go to a dispensary so much cheaper to get what you need there if it’s anything else then. Good luck.
