Had gone to this establishment a few time, to make sure the service was consistent. Each time the staff was professional and presented their product, letting me know what kind of deals they were offering. Very satisfied and will be going back. Five .5 js for $15 is a good price. See Cesar, he pays attention to the customer.

Im new in town and have been trying out dispensarys all over town and I found one that consistently exceeds me expectations. The bud tender Jerrikah walked me through the entire process providing and explaining different types of strains and what effects they have I was extremely pleased with the service she provided and knowledge she shared with me. I will 100% be making this my main dispensary!! :)

I love the fact that the prices are so expandable, from 2$ grams to 9$ grams! Amazing deals, always got something going on like good deals for wax, edibles and bud, and a great budtender helped me out, didnt quite have exact change and he covered the rest for me, a real g. His name was Ceaser, great guy, will be coming back again soon😊

This is my go to place even though there are like a million dispensaries in Albuquerque to choose from. Their chocolate bars (especially the Chile Pistachio) are SO good!!Jazz usually helps me, and she is super friendly and easygoing. I don’t really have questions since I buy the same stuff every time, but I’ve overheard Jazz helping other customers and she knows everything about everything in the store.Great place to go if you’re not sure exactly what you’re looking for and want help. Just stop by here - you won’t be disappointed!

Avoid this place. Budtenders dont even know their own prices. Cesar sold me a half gram resin, thinking he sold me a full gram. He told me the wrong price, and later on the phone said he would rectify. I drove back, only for him to then learn he was telling me all the wrong info from the start. And of course the wouldnt refund me, even though they sold me product under false pretenses and invalid pricing. They actually expected me to actually buy more and pay more. Wasted my time and money. Trash location, bad employees. Ive never been more tempted to ask for my tip back, but Im not a douche...

To the owner. I believe the two women that are working right now are stealing from the store. I bought a quarter and when I got home the jar was empty? I was nice as can be and mentioned this is unacceptable when the only option was to call the manager and they weren’t answering, but the lady that didn’t bud tend me accused me of stealing right off the bat in a peculiar manner. The dude with orange hair this afternoon was genuine though and tried his best to resolve the issue. If you find out they are stealing. Y’all owe me a quarter ounce ❤️😎😅

Just visited this establishment for the first time. The woman at the desk set a negative tone from the get go by stating kind of rudely we dont give anything away for free once the staff heard me say it was my first time. The saving grace is the gentleman who helped me with my purchase was really good. The other saving grace is the product is great.

This used to be my favorite dispensary to go to because they had the best products and knowledgeable budtenders. Within the last three months they have had a very high turnover and it seems almost like newer employees only last a few weeks. Its still worth a stop, but there has been a decline in quality of products and customer service.Reply to owner: Nope, I could tell you were training new folks. I worked retail and as a trainer for almost a decade. I know high turnover is a red flag. Im still planning on giving your other ABQ location a try as their turnover is lower, but its very frustrating when I would go out of my way to go to Sacred Garden to leaving this week from my visit feeling frustrated and annoyed at the way I was treated.

Next time I went I had the rudest budtender who claimed to know more than me about everything while spouting non-information. Shortly after not one but two family members went in and had a similar experience.Ill go somewhere with good customer service from now on.

This place is hard to get to, small, and extremely over priced. The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the interaction but for 13 a gram plus tax I expected better. I think this is the second most expensive place in town. Maybe they should move from their hipster location and lower their prices. I dont think I will ever go back.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of how nice they were, that is the only redeeming thing about my visit tonight.This is the most expensive dispensary I have been to, with grams of flower starting at $12.The edibles were so expensive I wouldnt even look at them.You get 15% off if it is your first time...most other dispensaries give a free gram. I need some flower, so i thought I would buy a couple of overpriced grams since this is the only place open right now.I handed her my debit card and she informed me they only take cash. But there is an ATM right there for the low cost of $8 in fees.I left with nothing. And was told there is a sign on the door that says cash only. I must have missed it in the mess of all the other signs they have up.I will not be coming back.

I loved the super friendly interactions with Jaz and Zach. Jazz’s knowledge of terpenes and the roles they play within the strain along with the body and mind effects were mind blowing and very knowledgeable. Zach had a lot of insight on the partnership between CBD + TCH mixed flower. Overall it was a super friendly, interactive and informative experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Really gentrified environment, I dont know if I just got bad luck with the cart I got (their own brand, product purple cube) but it tasted like the smell of cutting grass with a gas lawnmower. It also didnt have any cbd in it which I did not notice until after I purchased and left despite speaking with the employee and letting them know I was buying for pain management. They also only offer a 15% discount on first purchase, as opposed to a free product, which can only be used on certain products. If youre looking to be more ethical than shopping at purlife this is maybe half a step better but based on the quality of what I got youre better off looking elsewhere.

This place used to be my favorite dispensary, but I think the changes theyre making gearing up for legalization are really upsetting. Several old favorites, that I recommended to literally everyone, are off their menu now (lemon bars, honey). Furthermore, with the new staff at this location I feel like just another customer, instead of a regular/repeat patient. On previous visits I could talk with the staff about which strains were in which edibles, on my last visit when I said what strain? the budtender replied indica.I hope these changes help them stay alive in the pending storm of retail cannabis, but everything that made this dispensary stand out to me is falling away, so I probably will not be returning.+

Decent prices, I hated the fact that they do cash only. Who carries cash nowadays? They have an ATM in store, but only to have it charge you for each withdrawal. My opinion, trying to make too much money for ATM owners and themselves by doing so. I wont be going back.

I press 0. recording says, thank you for calling the auto-attendant, good bye. this is during store hours per info online search. NOT a good sign

The worst dispensary in ABQ. it is a convenient location, so I overlooked that it was overpriced compared to other dispensaries. They do not accept debit or credit cards( other dispensaries do). They do have an ATM but, charge you 3 dollars to use, and does not take many cards. It is a cramped tiny place. They do not open till 12:00 (only dispensary that opens this late). Not checking I accidentally came early and walked in. They were closed and I was rudely told that they were closed. I am an injured veteran that has a hard time walking up those stairs, so to be treated so rudely was jarring. If the door was open they should have served me. I never spend less than 50$ there and have spent over a 100$ there. I love the green jeans shipping container mall. The coffee shop there is great. It is unfortunate that this is the cannabis shop there. They have lost my business. I would strongly encourage others to take their business to a more service oriented dispensary.
