Charmin Spa Massage

Found this place while I was coming from work so, I want to try it and my expectations were satisfying. That day I walked 23,000 steps so it was a much needed massage. coco was my masseuse and her pressure was perfect, best hot stone massage I had received.. I was . Very happy with Cocos massage, theyre very respectful and nice ladies here

I don’t know if they change the owner or not cause I see the good reviews. However, I am not really enjoy the massage. After done, they wait me at the door and ask for the tip. They make me feel like I debt them something. PLEASE REMEMBER AND I HOPE WHO OWN THIS PLACE PAY ATTENTION: TIP IS NOT RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY CUSTOMER. It reflects how customer feel satisfied about your service. I usually tip 5 or 10$ for the massage. I don’t tip cause I don’t really enjoy.

They work on this person for a full hour and they wont tip the super kind ladies? In a restaurant the girls would make much more than $10 an hour for tips (multiple customers)! You cant see the tremendous effort Lisa gives to make sure the girls have honest jobs? Not cool!

Yes, what is it, I came for a massage, asked the price, they said $60 for one hour, I said ok, I wanted to pay, they started asking me about tips...: I told them that how can I give a tip, maybe I won’t like the massage and I left without having done the massage, they immediately ask for a tip it is not right

Super friendly girls and everything was very clean. Great massages and very affordable I practically fell asleep as soon as they started

I just went to this place and let me tell you Mia is good , she did her best I wish she could crack my back , she did good but I wish she wasnt talking in Chinese because I couldnt understand the chisme lol 😂

Great foot and body massage. Private rooms, clean and very friendly staff. Reasonable prices. They prefer cash or Venmo app to pay. It is understandable as banks have a fee. This was a nice treat.

I’ve been here like 5 times already lol if not more even brought my mom in and we love it, great massages the ladies ask if we want our massages harder or softer we have never had an issue, today was greatttt I feel so good after a hard day at the gym, good price and good service.

All the reviews must be family, friends or bots because I came here after work, it was really unprofessional. The woman doing my massage really didn’t know what she was doing and it was uncomfortable, and it hurt. The rooms were very ghetto and the opposite of soothing. The masseuse left the room often and would leave the door open, while the entire back side of me is exposed. Like it was really bad. You could hear everyone talking from your room and the clock ticking loudly. After the massage I just wanted to leave since I payed before, but she wouldn’t let me leave till I tipped her and I really didn’t want to, but I gave $2. They weren’t happy with it and tried making me tip more but I just said I didn’t have anymore and so I left. Honestly I’d recommend going anywhere else or paying a little more for a better experience elsewhere.

Visiting Charmin Spa Massage was one of the best destinations i could have made. They go out of the way to make you fill welcome, relaxed and comfortable at all times.When entering i was helped immediately by a very kind worker. Everything in the spa is really clean and detailed. On top of all of this the prices are very affordable! I just wanted to stay forever! I highly recommend visiting Charmin Spa Massage.

Staff was very friendly and professional. My wife and I both got massages in the same room (couples) for their online discounted price of $40/ 70 minutes each. They did an awesome job with the massages and really helped prepare us for another long day of walking at Disneyland. I recently had a couple surgeries on my right leg/ foot and they were consious and careful with my leg. They were sanitary and clean with everything. Id highly recommend paying them a visit if your in the area.

These days, my shoulders and neck have been particularly tired. An hour of massage has relieved a lot of pain for me. Its great. Ill come back again next time

We have been coming to Charmin for over a year now for couples massage. Same room, beds within arm reach. Love this place. Lisa always so happy and very professional. If your looking for deep tissue massage i have to recommend Lucy she has magic hands!

I went in today and had Rebecca. She was awesome. Took her time and made sure she covered all my body from head to toe. Just the right pressure. I actually fell asleep. Will definitely go back.

Most terrible massage experience I’ve ever had. They are SO NOISY and Loud. And the massage is not even close to okay. The guy who massaged me was a creep and asked for my name twice. They changed for a lady but she just kept murmuring in Chinese complaining. And she just is so harsh on me and even had the audacity to ASK for a Tip. Tips should not be asked for!! It’s a TIP. I would give a zero if I could

My family and I are visiting Disneyland and after a few days in the park, our feet were killing us. I looked around and found this place. I was initially a little hesitant given how affordable the prices were, but we wanted to give it a shot. We got the 60 minute foot massage and it was amazing. They start with a short scalp massage, then do your arms and hands before getting to your feet and calves. It was so relaxing. They were professional and friendly. It was everything I wanted it to be! If your legs are tired from walking the parks, this is definitely the place to go.

Ok, this was a mixed experience I want to be honest about it all. First the massage was quite good. The ladies there talked my spouse and I into doing the two hour massage. Which was $160 for the both of us She said she would give us $5 off. We agreed. Massage was good. Foot massage was maybe a 4 on a 10 scale. After the massage however the two of them really put pressure on to leave a large tip. Even after I doubled an already decent tip, they still said. This is hard work, this is not like a waitress.I am not sure, But I have always felt like. If you want more for the work then advertise a higher price. Massage Theripists make enough. A waitress in many cases are making below minimum wage. I have a massage business, and often times dont even allow people to tip me. However my massage businesses is out of my home and so the money I earn is all mine. I dont know how they specifically work, perhaps the owners taking all the money and the massage therapist doesnt get anything unless they are tipped. However I highly doubt thats the case. But thats how they seem to portray hit. In the end heres my suggestion dont go to this place if you are doing it based on the price. The prices they had posted inside the store are more than the prices I found online. Which was fine, but I was shopping the best rate, combined with ratings. If the owner happens to read this, I dont think your business is going to last long if you dont make some changes with the customer service portion of your business. Pay your theripists better so they dont have to beg for money like they were starving children on the street. I mean seriously I had lost all my relaxed state after the near argument over the tip and the last thing i was told as I left, if you come back you tip more. 😮

When I first entered I wasnt very enthusiastic and actually went to leave after speaking with the front desk. But then another masseuse came out from the back and convinced me to stay. So i did. And of course once I was on the table the masseuse that entered wasnt the one i spoke with. But I decided to see how it went and then the massage wasnt very good either. So I ended up just leaving 10 minutes in instead of the staying for 90 minutes of bad work. A total waste of time. And a waste of money as they didnt want to give a refund.

Im very happy with my first experience at Charmin Spa. Its very clean , warm and friendly. My massage was excellent, Lisa did an awesome job and I definitely will be coming back.

Its a raining day---OMG, So relaxed to have a real massage in this place!! The front desk staff is so friendly and cheerful!! The masseuse used Thai massage to work away the tension around my shoulders; feel a lot less tense. Wish I could lay there a whole half day! I will come back for sure!
