Owner is A GOOD GUY! Extremely respectful and a man of high moral stature.. I have enormous amounts of gratitude and respect for him.. the shop it self has an awesome selection it’s big. and has pretty much anything and everything you’d expect a smoke shop to have !! Good help is hard to find , so sometimes there’s a new employee that’s rude or arrogant and doesn’t have customer service skill, but they don’t last long.. other than that this spot is also 24 hours

Been coming for awhile my other spot is eclouds 😁 been going there over 10 years, staff here is good, at 1st honestly didnt like, their customer service was way different than eclouds, but now that I got to know them there respectful, helpful, they have everything you can think of, I would highly recommend this place Huera 62---

Okay my honest opinion for the one star I visited this place many times I tried to like it I tried to make it my go-to store I gave it a chance many of times and I have to say Im taking my business somewhere else to another smoke shop. Reason being customer service I cant stress it enough its really important! I mean I dont expect to get a welcome but itd be nice. The attitude of the employees both past and present is they seem to not show care in the world that youre doing business and shopping and buying and also spending a good amount of money in their store that they care less if youre there or not! Every time I go there theres been a few times where I need to be in and out and they see me standing there and they dont have a care in the world to be attentive to their customers every time I go its like that I literally got to raise my hand and say like over here but when I do that Im looked as a pushy customer who wants it their way thats how I feel maybe back there behind the counter talking to the other worker for like 3 minutes and then another customer their friend come in and the decide to talk to them for 2 minutes before helping me out I wanted to like your store I wanted to make it my store but Ive had it I was fair with you guys I spent a lot of money there but Im out peace!!! I mean on a positive note! Yes I will give a positive review as well to go with my not so positive review note yeah the store is dope! they got a whole bunch of cool products and newer items too like almost the store is spacious very clean and products are neatly stacked on shelf evenly spaced and in the glass counters separated with its kind of pieces the layout of the store is exceptional the price however is kind of stiff however honest to God on Hood- Crip Mac

I love this place. Its not just a smoke shop, they have so much random cool things to buy. I always end up buying new things there. Will was so nice and helpful. He answered all my questions.

Great lil spot! My homegirl told me about this place, so we went. I needed a grinder, but I ended up getting a small piece, rolling papers, and a rainbow grinder! I think his name was Mark-really friendly and helpful-nice dimples too 😁 thank you 🤙

Guys are always cool and helpful. Only thing Id say is try whatever you buy right there in the store. Not their fault, but its not working right, they replace it right then and there. No questions or other charges. Really big selection of vape products plus a bunch of other stuff. Whatever you need theyll definitely be able to help you out.

This smoke shop is the best one around. They arent hassling you to pay cash. They know their product. They even let me demo a few of their water pipes to see how they percolate. Friendly people, I highly recommend smokeyz!!

Came here because I heard they had good prices. However the guy that helped me seemed agitated that he had to help me and made sure to apologize for his unfriendly behavior under his breath it was an odd experience and his complimenting my old ugly worn out sweater was a reach at a costomer save?? I mean everyone has bad days I get it and I shouldnt judge a place on one employee but Id rather spend more money knowing Ill have a genuine friendly helpful experience. One good thing he did correct his math that I appreciate I would have accidentally given him more just to end the awkward experience though

Two years ago when I made this post it was a great smoke shop. Since it’s changed ownership it has been a nightmare. They just lost a really good customer due to the dude working today 9/22/22 at 3:45pm. I wouldn’t suggest coming here he just charged me $8 extra for using my debit card the music was so loud I could barley walk in . The guy was a complete jerk when I asked about the price because it was incorrect. I will not be coming here anymore

I came in. Handed the gentleman my vape. And asked for a new cartridge.Having forgotten my juice at home. I didnt find out until arriving home in orange that they were WRONG.Tried to call but they pick up the phone. And then hang it up.What the hell.I will be seeing you for a refund tomorrow

Passing by I decided to stop by and was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Inside they are well stocked in just about every category a smoke shop should be. They even have a cigar and pipe tobacco selection, which I was most interested in as I roll my own cigarettes.I have yet to make a purchase here but plan on making on today. They have courteous and helpful customer service available when needed and very reasonable prices.

Extremely friendly and helpful service from Mark, even though he didnt have the type of tabacco pipe I was looking for in his inventory. He then began to assist me in finding the type of pipe I was looking for by calling a competitor store. I ended up buying some other smoke products simply because he was so helpful and informative. He then got me interested in his other products because he was so laid back and not pushy but yet very informative.

I dig this shop. All the guys are very friendly. Good prices and the cheapest real brand cigs are cheap compared.

Made a purchase as a gift for a friend, discovered a crack when taking the piece out of the packaging. When I returned to exchange the cracked piece first I was told I couldnt be helped because it had been a week, then because he wasnt the guy who sold it to me, then because he thought I was the one who broke it. It really blows to have to argue and raise your voice at somebody to purchase an item thats not broken. After asking several times if he would call somebody who could give him permission to exchange the piece for me he did and then repeatedly told me that I was a very lucky man. I dont feel lucky just for making a purchase and expecting it to be unbroken. Ive purchased from the shop a few times in the past, they have a great selection of products but will never shop there again. Its the worst feeling to be treated like a jerk by the staff and accused of lying.In response to the owner saying that is was a misunderstanding of store policies: This was not the issue. I asked several times for the guy helping me to make a call to ask permission. He was intentionally being rude, accusing me of lying, and when he finally did make the call and made the exchange, he held the piece out for me and when I reached out to take it he yanked it back away from me. The issue is that I was treated with extreme disrespect which was disappointing because I had a great experience when making the purchase and with purchases Ive made at your shop in the past.

Do not come to this smoke shop. They will over charge you on the sticker price and have horrible customer service. I bought something that was 9.99, one employee tried to charge me 15 and then overcharged me when I corrected them. I know how much sales tax is in CA. This place is a scam

Hello I was there last night and purchased 1 elf bar which I was told was $20 and 1 oil burner and I just logged into my bank app and noticed you guys charged me $57.28 I don’t understand why I was charged so much but that’s really not fair because not only did it make me go negative in my account they also charged me $25 overdraft fee. Please let me know what or why i was charged so much.

Ive only been to o this spot twice but each time they have come through exceeding my expectations. The customer service is the best Ive actually come across in a while. This place is awesome. I was a loyal metavape customer but I found my now vape home. Dalton and Josh were really helpful and I appreciated that they were honest about the actual quality and brands of vapes rather than just trying to make a sale.
