Been here frequently over the last few months, bought a new torch yesterday that had issues unfortunately. Brought it back today and they worked with me to get a new torch and butane that works. If you have a problem, bring your items back immediately and theyll do their best to work with you. Super friendly and awesome customer service. Thanks again guys!

Very friendly, helpful and informative! From when I called the store with questions until the moment I walked out of the doors, this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! The people that work there are GREAT! Great energy! Wonderful experience! I can’t say enough good things about them and the store itself. Open late and had everything I needed and showed me some new items as well! I used to frequently visit this store until recently I purchased a disposable Vape that did not work. I did forget to contact them immediately, but when I went to the store to explain the situation/ problem. They were extremely rude. Tried to tell me I don’t purchase it from them. They ended up giving me another one, same brand and flavor… now having same issue with it. You guys should check your stick if esco bar frutia. They are defective

Sold me an old product and told me it wasn’t their fault I don’t like it. No smiles here, just wasted money and time.

Great selection of juice and even better customer service. I enjoyed meeting Mina today and cannot be happier to have a smoke shop with such a large variety of inventory close by.. seriously, I’ve been driving over 20 minutes because no one else in the area carries my particular flavor.. UNTIL NOW!Did I mention it was cheaper, too? .. Without a doubt my new go-to vape store!

Only because we don’t have many good vape shops around and this was the closest to my house this is where I’d get my elf bar temporary vapes. I enjoyed going there until it seemed like the actual item got weaker and weaker when I bought it. I don’t know if that’s why they had you try it out when you first buy it, but no other shop does that and theirs never felt weak after purchasing. That was okay because I figured out I could get a type C to charge it, but then bringing the price up for them just ain’t right. Especially if it seems y’all know they may be defective or not working properly.

Best shop Ive been to in awhile. They have a little bit of everything! The workers are super helpful and sweet. The place always has an inviting vibe about it.

Honestly the best vape store to recently pop up into the area of Antioch. The prices are excellent and it’s obvious they aren’t trying to oversell or scam their customers. Mostly definitely going to go here from now on because what’s there to beat, good customer service and low prices are the best !
