Lettie at Exhale is the best, most knowledgeable massage therapist I’ve ever had. She worked me all the way through what I thought was a rotator cuff issue. Then, when I had a hip issue, she worked on it twice and sent me to an orthopedist because she knew something was really wrong. It turns out I needed a major hip surgery. She can fix almost anything and knows when to stop and send you elsewhere. She has a background in athletic training and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about physiology. I am back to seeing her regularly after my hip surgery. She’s the real deal!!!
I’ve been teaching and attending Exhale Spa since July, 2018! Exhale’s Teachers, Estheticians and Massage Therapists go above and beyond with their training, skills and communication. This level of experience provides guests with confidence that they get the best workout or service in town.Exhale spa is located on the 7th level of the Loews hotel and you receive 3 hour Parking validation. *the validation must be scanned at the front desk to work* Exhale has also followed CDC guidelines through the entire pandemic- being one of the only studios in town wearing masks as we were practicing! Exhale is now a mask optional facility.Exhale is my home and fitness community! I’d love to see you here! I recommend coming to take barre and a chill class after any chance you can! Sundays we have 4:00pm barre and 5:15pm Chill yoga which is a nice floor based yoga practice and a great compliment to your barre workout!
I love this place! Started out as a class pass member but have just recently renewed directly with Exhale. After months of trying new gyms this really is the best deal in town for what you get. Now I’m not gonna lie..this is definitely an investment so I budget myself accordingly.. Self care is the best care!Huge shout to Lexi and Miryah..they are absolutely great at what they do and I hope they stay around for a while! Also an honorable mention goes to the young lady that keeps the towels clean and stocked and the front desk team is always welcoming and willing to assist:).
Ive been so happy with my membership at Exhale. I got a great rate on the monthly package due to a monthly sale at the beginning of my membership, which locked in the rate for a year. I started getting facials with my girl Airica and never looked back - she does such gentle extractions and my skin looks and feels great. She also does my lash lifts and brow waxing and does a great job. I have REALLY enjoyed every group fitness class here, my favorite instructors being Miriam for Pilates and Maggie for just about everything :) The facilities are clean, the new gym renovation is wonderful with great workout equipment, and we LOVE using the hammam/sauna/steam rooms.
Visited Atlanta for an academic conference and so happy the event was located in the Loews Hotel: this spa is amazing!! Went to 2 group fitness classes and they were fantastic: Pilates taught by Miriam and Yoga taught by Chelsea. Both instructors were very knowledgable and personable, able to guide a thorough and thoughtful class for a room that was full of people with mixed abilities. Loved the welcoming vibe of this spa and the gorgeous facilities. Highly recommend!!
I love the classes at Exhale. I’ve been a pretty inconsistent gym goer until I got this membership and started going to barre. I typically take classes with Miriam and I couldn’t more highly recommend her classes. She keeps you motivated, laughing, and is very attentive to make sure your form is good and you’re not going to hurt yourself. Maggie & Sami are also amazing - I’ve never had a bad class here. There are a lot of regulars and there is a nice community of people who take the same classes. It’s an overall nice vibe and I can really feel the difference in my mobility and strength.
I’ve been a member at the Midtown Atlanta location since September and Exhale is such an amazing atmosphere. So far, I’ve only used it for the gym and studio classes. It’s cleanly, welcoming, challenging, and encouraging! You leave feeling accomplished. Miriam, Lexi, Maggie and Chelsea are my favorite instructors! They’re all so special in their own way! The front desk employees are always so sweet! I love it here!
I had a 60 minute FLOW massage with Lynette and it was fabulous! She was so kind, listened to my concerns, and executed the perfect amount of pressure and focus where I needed it. She also recommended that I get massages once a month to help with my tension and range of motion, which I will absolutely be doing, because… self care. Everyone on the staff was extremely friendly, and the amenities were top notch. If you’re in ATL I would 100% recommend this location and can’t wait to try the one in Miami as well.
I have been a member at Exhale since 2018. The spa has a welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff, especially Tiara, is friendly and helpful. I love the barre, yoga and pilates classes! Maggie leads a team of amazing instructors. Classes are fun, creative and challenging for students of every fitness level!
The best and most affordable gym in midtown. Unlimited classes and one facial or massage per month for the cost of a regular facial. The community is very welcoming and kind, and the space is clean and smells amazing. Very relaxing spa atmosphere, and full gym.
Thoroughly enjoying exhale Spa. The staff is amazing and youll always be personally greeted warmly during every visit by your first name. The weekday fitness classes are phenomenal and youll burn those extra calories with the help of Jacoby, Lexi or Maggie pushing you along the way. If you desire an extra burnout, Studio 16 offers private personal training sessions too.
I’ve been a fitness member for almost 2 years now and coming to exhale is truly the highlight of my day. I highly suggest checking out their classes- barre is by far my favorite workout and I’ve been trying out Pilates and hiit as well. The gym is also awesome, and the spa is fantastic! Everyone who works here is a dream and so helpful. Maggie is an INCREDIBLE teacher- super motivating and makes you feel like you’re part of a community.
I have been a member at Exhale for several years now and highly recommend it. I love the classes and spa services and actually look forward to going to the gym. Shout out to Maggie and Miriam… both are awesome Barre and Pilates teachers.
I visited the Exhale Spa, and my initial impression was that its decent. After experiencing various spas, I would probably rate this one as average overall. It appears to cater more towards daytime visits for one or two services, rather than being a place where you can spend the whole day. The staff is friendly enough, but my first service started 15 minutes late, not to my fault at all, and then the second service felt rushed. When I asked to use the bathroom before my next service, I was told there wasnt much time, which left me feeling a bit frustrated. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my facial, which was exceptional. The esthetician, Stevtlana, who performed it was amazing, and I would return just for her expertise. However, overall, its not a spa that I would highly recommend.
I have been a member for 4 years and are always happy with my treatments. My absolute favorite message therapist is Mirya. She is wonderful. Her messages are very intuitive and strong but also relaxing and soothing. She also has a beautiful personality.
I joined recently so I can take a variety of classes regularly at a great price. Maggie and all of the instructors have been so helpful. I also love using the sauna or steam room after my workout.
Great to drop in class with Maddie. Was in town for work and decided to stop by for a quick yoga lesson. The facility itself is top notch. They change. Rooms are absolutely amazing with towels, little towels and robes, as well as a fully equipped showers and steam room. The entrance is a little hard to find but this gym and studio are on the 7th floor of the building.
My review relates mostly to the experience of getting a 60 minute Fusion massage at Exhale Spa. First, you do get access to the sauna and steam room with your massage. A plus, even though I didnt use it. Second, any massage is better than no massage. So Im not saying I hated it. However, my review is all downhill from here. At the front desk, I waited for 10 minutes while the staff argued with a customer who was confused about her bill. And why shouldnt she be? A 1-hour massage costs you $180 plus a MANDATORY 20% ($36) tip. Completely outrageous. And what you get for it, at least from my practitioner was about a two star massage with light, lazy pressure for about 40 minutes rather than an hour. I guess they count the time you spend changing in the locker room.As I was saying, it was more of a caress than a massage. Do not count on this swedish massage to be in any way therapeutic. I almost laughed when she told me to drink lots of fluids. Why? My aching muscles were barely disturbed! Anyway, I came back out to see more customer trouble at the front, and I kept walking. I had no desire to argue with the staff, but I do want to warn others NOT to be ripped off at this place. Go to an Asian spa and pay $65 for a five star massage where they apply serious pressure and you walk out feeling great.
Let me start off by saying I usually don’t write reviews but I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Colleen here at Exhale Spa , and it was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease.Colleen took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and tailored the massage accordingly. Her skills and expertise was evident throughout the session, as she applied just the right amount of pressure and addressed all of my tension points. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated, with a sense of wellbeing that lasted long after the massage ended. Not only was the massage itself fantastic, but Colleen also created a calming and soothing atmosphere that enhanced the overall experience. She was very professional , and communicated with me from time to time to make sure I was doing fine throughout the session.I highly recommend Colleen to anyone in need of a fantastic massage experience , you WILL NOT be disappointed and WILL thank me later !! . looking forward to my next visit!
I am obsessed with Maggies Barre class! As a former D1 athlete, I was used to HIIT workouts and lifting heavy weights, but in January, a coworker invited me to come with her to Exhale Barre and while I was expecting to not enjoy it and it be too easy, I left crawling out of the class with sore legs for days!! Maggie is the best instructor when it comes to correcting form and ensuring the class is not repetitive. You can also tell that she genuinely cares about the people in her class and makes an effort to remember names. 10/10 recommend this class for people of all fitness levels as you are guaranteed to get your butt kicked (and toned!!).
I took basic Pilates flow with Miriam and it was great! My first time in a mat Pilates class, and she was very encouraging. The exercises were challenging but I felt good by the end (rather than in pain). Facility was also very clean and nice, I’ll be back!
My husband booked a massage for me for Mother’s Day. It was a late appointment as it was the only one available. When I’m greeted by the massage therapist 15 min early (I planned on relaxing in the zen lounge for a bit) she told me she wanted to get started early so she could get out of there so she could get to her family. She said they tried calling me and left messages to come earlier, but no one called. It was troubling because she made me feel bad for not arriving earlier, which is crazy cause I came over an hour early so I could enjoy the sauna and other amenities beforehand. But NO ONE at the front desk mentioned to me that the massage was available earlier than my scheduled time. She said she kept checking to see if I’ve arrived but I hadn’t, but I was there over an hour earlier yet somehow it was my fault since no one told me or her anything. The front desk just told me to be at the lounge at my appt time.I was going to say something to the front desk at checkout but he didn’t even ask me how my visit was so I figured why bother.Really enjoyed the massage and amenities I just wish I wasn’t greeted as a nuisance and it was difficult to enjoy my time because it was her sons graduation day. The place is nice but it’s not really the welcoming “spa” like experience.
I love Exhale Midtown for its unique experiences and the excellent instructors for workout classes. I love **Maggie**/ **Jennifer**/ **Alyson** for their dedication to the classes, bringing new types of workout that challenges you every time you go. I can’t miss **Tiarras’s** warm welcome at the reception every time I go to Exhale! All the people there are great and friendly. I am glad to be a part of it.
TLDR: Exhale is the best gym and spa in Atlanta. The relatively exclusive space makes it a community feel, seeing regulars in classes, the gym and/or in the amenities (steam room, sauna, hammam). And it has much to offer, from class packages, membership, to spa treatments, or a monthly membership with all the above. Not to mention the best instructors, who not only teach great classes consistently, while prioritizing form!!!, but also learn your name quickly and even try to tailor classes to individual requests. And if classes arent your thing, personal training options are great too, with a variety of trainers and options, and a new private space with top-of-the-line equipment. Ive been a member since 2020 and Exhale is part of my daily routine, regardless of whether its an exercise day or not.Because it cant all be positive, Ill point out the growing pains that Exhale has experienced since I joined. Private equity acquired the group around when I joined, and that often brings management changes, more corporate involvement, and culture shock. As someone who works with private equity daily, Ill be the first to admit it isnt always easy. There have been a lot of changes, such as instructors, class-time schedule shifts, and even towels, and not always for the better. That said, the gym and amenities have all been renovated, and the new team now in place is excellent. All instructors, front desk employees, and the locker room staff, i.e., who I interact with daily, always show up with a smile on their face and passion for what they do.
Wonderful setting. Yoga, Pilates, and Barre are fantastic. I wish the gym had a proper squat rack and barbell though. Lexi, Maggie, and Miriam are incredibly helpful and motivating instructors as well.
Exhale is an incredible experience!I have been a member since 2021 and this is by far the best value for a gym membership I have ever had. The facilities are clean and rarely crowded. The front desk staff (Tiara and Sy) are lovely every morning. The instructors are knowledgeable and know just how far to push you (I recommend any classes with Maggie or Miryam). Last, but not least, the spa is amazing. Make sure to book a facial with Svetlana. My only concerns are that sometimes there aren’t clean towels available in the women’s locker room and the class times/types can be inconvenient. I really wish they would offer more Pilates and bring back cycling classes like they had before COVID.
I love exhale! I have a membership for both the fitness classes and spa and everything has been amazing. All the instructors/staff are great and the facilities are very nice. Definitely recommend
I took Maggie’s barre class and it was THE hardest barre class I have ever taken (in the best way)! She had such lovely energy, it was still super fun - and the exhale facility is so peaceful and gorgeous. Highly recommend :)
I love massages with Bridget. She is so kind and attentive. I always leave feeling extremely relaxed.Pilates with Miriam is really helping me build a stronger core and overall body. ❤️💪🏾
A wonderful gym, lots of different classes from yoga to HIT. Coaches motivate you to achieve new things. The gym area is equipped with new exercise equipment and weights, only after renovation. The locker room has a shower and a hammam. The spa area is equipped with two saunas. The staff is very friendly. There is no such place in the area.
Exhale is the best! Barre, yoga, and pilates classes are all AMAZING, and the teachers are so knowledgeable. It’s a great value for the price because of all the different classes you can do with a membership, especially compared to other boutique fitness classes in ATL
I have been going to Exhale Atlanta for almost 10 years and I LOVE IT! I take the barre and HIIT classes and they are so good. Maggie, Lexi, Sami, Jacoby and Miriam are amazing instructors and I always leave feeling challenged. The amenities are incredible too! Love my Exhale family!
I love exhale it’s so inclusive and friendly. The classes and instructors are amazing. I especially love going to Maggie’s classes. The front desk is also super welcoming, especially Tiarra. She’s so sweet and makes an effort to remember me
I have been a member for over a year and it is truly the highlight of my day! I love always being greeted by Tiarra (the best start to a great class!) with a warm smile and ‘hello’! Maggie and Allison kill it with HIIT and Barre, I love Friday Yoga with Chelsea and my Sundays with Jennifer truly set me right for the week! Joining Exhale has made me feel so good about myself! Could not recommend more!!
Exhale has great instructors and, in my opinion, offers the best barre classes in Atlanta. The recently remodeled gym is also a nice perk. Its clean, has a friendly staff, and is in a great location.
I’ll be a new barre regular. Maggie is an awesome instructor. If you’re looking to tone and strengthen your abs and butt, I highly recommend!
I Highly recommend the HIIT class! The instructors Maggie & Jacobys infectious energy creates a dynamic atmosphere, and the intense workout leaves you feeling invigorated and accomplished. A definite mood booster! Also, Pilates with Miriam, and Yoga with Stephanie is a must for any day of the week! ✨
Love taking the classes here! I’ve only tried Pilates and barre but all the instructors are great and I’m sure the other classes are just as good. 10/10 recommend Maggie’s classes!
Love exhale midtown atlanta- it’s a great place to workout. The unlimited fitness membership Allows me to do yoga, Pilates, barre and hiit classes! They validate parking, let you use the sauna after, and I never have issues getting scheduled in!
I’ve absolutely loved every yoga, barre, and yoga sculpt class I’ve taken at Exhale. Lexi is an amazing instructor and makes me feels so welcome in the studio.
My favorite gym and spa ever! Great classes and facilities. I love having access to the sauna and steam room. I see why they call it the life membership because I could live here!
I’ve been going to exhale for two years. It is the best value in midtown for unlimited Pilates, barre, yoga, hiit+ classes. Miriam, Maggie and Lexi are great teachers!
I’ve been coming to Exhale for 6 months now and it has made such a positive impact on my life! Huge shoutout to all the instructors - especially Miriam for her pilates class & Chelsea for yoga!
This was my first Pilates flow class and it was amazing! Miriam was the perfect instructor that made the experience beyond worth while and I’ll definitely be back!
Great spa, gym and fitness studio. All class instructors are amazing. Their memberships are a great value! 10/10
Love the Barre and Pilates classes offered at Exhale! Instructors are always motivational and thoughtful with switching up different workouts thru the week. Miriam is my fav!
I attend this location for both fitness and spa services and they crush it at both! Really lovely facilities and first class instructions and aestheticians/masseuses. Great for both hotel guests, as well as local members for an ongoing treat in the day. Additionally I find their membership prices very reasonable for the amount of services associated. Plus they provide 3 hours of parking validation in the Lowe’s/12th st. garage.
The massage itself IS great (loved Andre) but the process to get your gift cards or spa certification is a nightmare. I have spent weeks trying to get this sorted out and the prices are ridiculous. I had a birthday gift card and was told I could use my Spa Finder certificate but when I tried to check they wouldnt let me and said it has to be under the amount which was not told when booking the appointment. I was also told later about a $40 service fee which was never mentioned before. And I had a $50 off $100 service for a massage which was told that I couldnt use. So, long story short -- the service (yes was great) but the billing was very confusing and very disappointing so I will not be coming back. I am a lifestyle blogger and I dont like giving people a bad score but this was just sheer unprofessionalism to charge people, not tell them about the hidden fees, and make the whole experience very frustrating.
Love this studio. Great variety of workouts and awesome instructors. Have really enjoyed Miriam’s and Maggie’s classes.
Amazing gym!! Unlimited yoga, Pilates, barre, hit classes that get you shaking & the amenities are amazing. Feels too good to be true, love it!
Excellent deep tissue massage followed by a steam. The locker rooms are very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything you need to shower, and dry your hair etc. Not the most exotic day spa in Atlanta but definitely the best treatment I have had in years!Colleen was fantastic.
I’ve been a fitness member for over a year and have attended classes since I first moved to Atlanta. They consistently have the hardest barre classes I’ve ever taken, and the facilities recent renovations have been a great upgrade.
This is a great spa + fitness place that I enjoyed for a long time. The facilities, classes, and instructors are great. As others have said, great place with a scammy business office which is a shame.I broke my arm while traveling overseas, and after emailing them multiple times about freezing/cancelling my membership (and planning to re-subscribe!) they waited to respond until after the monthly charge and then told me I needed to come in-person into the store to sign and cancel, which would then cancel my membership AFTER a 30 day wait period which would charge me again.I really really dont understand why they shoot themselves in the foot with this. Just treat your customers right and dont try to cheat them and you could keep them forever. Thieves.
Wow! Airica Carbo is experienced and gifted with knowledge of all skin types and care! Her relaxing touch will put you to sleep and assist in your rebalancing. You will wake up glowing from her table. She also has the wax game down!! I am grateful for this excellent spa experience and such an amazing service! Thank you Airica.
Maggie was amazing, she provided great instructions and set the tone for the overall experience I had at exhale. From the steam room to the tea I felt free and renewed
This place is a scam. Take your money and your sore muscles elsewhere IMMEDIATELY.My husband and I came in for a couples massage, and both of us left feeling like our nieces could have done a better job. At one point, the masseuse was massaging me with only 1 hand (???) something Ive never experienced before, and CERTAINLY not what Id expect when paying over $200 per hour. Then - they had the audacity to pull a fast one, and make one of our massages MORE EXPENSIVE than the other one at checkout. Im sorry...doesnt that defeat the entire purpose of a couples massage PRICING PACKAGE???I called the facility 3x, and emailed the manager 3x - with absolute crickets to show for it.I wanted to love this place, since I live so close, but instead - Ill be steering VERY clear.PS - Ive also taken a few workout classes here, which are supremely overpriced for the quality of instruction/cleanliness of the facility - and the showers often dont have hot water. The steam room is broken a lot, too.
Came for the first class bar and hit classes. Stayed for amazing spa services! Really great location and people in the heart of Midtown, great for locals and visitors alike!
I came in for a barre workout 8 minutes late (they have a 10 minute grace period policy) and stood for additional 4 at the reception desk to get registered and get directions to where the class was, as the receptionist was finishing his phone call. When I quietly entered the class without bothering anyone, the instructor (Miriam) came to me and said I cannot join because they have a 10-minute late policy and it was 12 minutes after the class has started. I tried to explain that I came 8 minutes late but spent a few minutes waiting for the receptionist to finish a phone conversation - she didnt seem to care. The receptionist was very nice and asked whether I want him to go explain the situation to the instructor so that I can still join the class, but at that point the vibe was off and I didnt want to keep this whole thing going. I understand that technically she did everything by the book, but being by the book is not as important for me as good customer service and feeling positive atmosphere when I workout, so its a no for me.
At the Atlanta Exhale, everyone from staff/instructors to the members has a friendly and kind attitude. The community is very special and celebrates movements (big & small). It’s my favorite studio in all of Atlanta.
I have been a member exhale for two months now and I love it!!! Tiarra J really made me feel welcomed at the front desk with her amazing customer service. Not to mention whenever I take a class or use the gym she automatically checks me in so I don’t have to scan my pass!! Maggie, Alyson, and Courtney, have been the instructors that I have booked with so far and are amazing. I love that each class I have taken certain positions they let you modify at what works best for you. They also may be bringing a spin class in the near future 🤞🏾. The gym itself is clean and usually not packed in the morning. I like that Im not intimidated in the weight area like some gyms that I’ve tried in the past. You also get a discount on some of the spa services with being a member!! I’m so glad I have found my new gym home. If your looking for a new gym please check them out!
I’ve been going to Exhale for classes & spa for over 8 years. Miriam for Pilates, Jen for HITT, and Bethanny for Facials is the way to go!!
Love exhale! Gym, classes and services are all great! Tiarra and the front desk crew are especially helpful!
I’ve been coming here for years every time I am in the Atlanta or Boston area. I love the place in Atlanta and the location is great. I’ve never had a problem with staff and the service was always relaxing. The fitness classes are challenging and good. Massages are wonderful. I do feel like it’s time for updates and remodeling because the place haven’t changed since the first time I came here. Overall I am still satisfied
Amazing experience!! So luxurious! Best massage I’ve ever experienced with Lettie! The power facial was the best too!!
Great gym, I’ve been a member 7 years and it’s been consistent, while providing variety in classes and instructors.
Best gym, best classes (Miriam 10:30 Friday Pilates is a dream!) and best front desk staff, ahem Tiarra!
I had a wonderful experience here! And my therapist Mirya was especially fantastic. I would come back to Atlanta just to work with her again. 10/10 would recommend
Great workout classes and newly renovated gym with a sauna and stream room! Maggie and Miriam’s barre classes are great!
My experience at Exhale was AMAZING! Lanet was extremely professional and really helped relieve a lot of stress and tension from a past spinal surgery. My neck hadn’t felt that good in years! My wife and I enjoyed our massages during our date night and we plan to return.
I’m so incredibly disappointed with the experience at exhale spa. I would expect more professionalism from a spa in the Loews hotel.Young man with blonde hair working the front desk at the spa needs to work on his customer service skills. I was not made to feel welcomed nor relaxed .The hotel was out of hot water, and nobody felt the need to mention that. I booked a spa treatment same day,7 hours prior. I even received a confirmation email and followed THEIR instructions, which states to arrive 15 minutes early to shower and enjoy hot tea prior to your service. It’s not until I’m in a robe and ready for a hot shower that I realize the water is not working. I waited over 10 minutes thinking it would warm up, then had to wander around the spa, looking for help. Ultimately I returned to the front desk in my robe to inquire about the hot water for the sales associate to dismissively point out a sign. He states that the entire hotel is out of hot water and management told him to tell the guest. I responded by letting him know that he never told me that. He very rudely responded “OK well the sign is there.” So which one is it? Should he be informing guest or am I responsible for noticing this sign amongst all the other clutter on the counter? Thoughtful customer care will inform people of what they should know and hot water is pretty significant in my opinion... there were other issues that added to my dissatisfaction, but in an effort to not make this review too long, I will just say overall I would not recommend. There are other luxury spas offering more professionalism and better service. The value simply was not there for what I received.
This is the best spa I’ve been to in Atlanta. Always clean and smells amazing. Whenever I’m in town, I stay at the Loews hotel. Mainly because this spa is attached to it 💪
Their classes are great. Their instructors are great. Their management is not. A fill-in instructor forgot to turn on the Zoom link (totally understandable) and I tried calling for 20 minutes and no one answered the reception desk phone. I called the front desk at the Loews and that woman tried hard to find someone to help, but also couldnt. I called Exhale back 25 minutes later, just to check, and the woman who answered the phone apologized that the instructor forgot and then when I said I tried calling them for 20 minutes, told me she was away from the desk and then hung up on me. Ive also emailed their info@ email in the past with questions about classes, services, the online MindBody portal thing, and havent gotten a response. But like I said, their classes are great and their instructors are great.
Can’t praise Stephanie’s yoga and Miriam’s Pilates classes enough! Both excellent and wonderful exercise and experiences. My only request is additional yoga or Pilates mid morning or early afternoon during the week.
Amazing classes and facilities! Love it 😍My favorite teachers are Miriam and Stephanie! Check their classes out!!
I absolutely love Exhale in Atlanta. The staff and teachers are so friendly and welcoming. The facilities are really nice and clean
Got a massage from Andre. He is amazing! Super nice, professional, and listens to what you want. Highly recommend! He’s the only person I’ll see when I go back. Also, their steam room in the women’s area is open now. And everything I saw was clean. I like the facilities.
Excellent barre classes with Maggie and Miriam. Equally excellent massage by Charlene.
Best spa in Midtown!! Mirya was a true professional. Excellent Flow massage.
Been here since 2017 or 18. Mixed feelings about exhale… my recent encounter was not that productive.Certain staff does not seem to be knowledgeable enough about its own class offerings and format. Overall my experience was positive throughout the years, enjoyed amenities and came here with friends from time to time.I spent some time and researched it, finally find out information by myself. Better training needed.
David is excellent and courteous at greeting guests and providing information. enjoyed the yoga nidra
This is actually a really good spa. It can get pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. Its an extremely peaceful and comfortable environment. The staff was extremely kind and gave good vibes. Ill save up and go back lol
I had to make time to place this review as a former therapist. The rooms are very nice. The employees are very nice. The management... foolishness...first they want you there waiting for clients all day unpaid...they prioritize clients to certain people. THIS IS NOT A PLACE TO WORK IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A LIVING AS A THERAPIST. I think they charge clients too much when most of us are pissed before we enter the room.... usually because we are there all day for 1 client. Ive even had clients try to rebook with me, upset because they were placed with someone else.
Disappointing Service. My massage was schedule @4:15pm. The front desk team members change my original therapist had me wait. I had to go to the front desk and follow up on the time I was actually going to get my schedule massage. I waited till 5:45pm, after receiving unpleasant, unprofessional service for the front desk team member. This spa was one of my favorite location to receive my massage. I book my spa service selecting the therapist I’ve had several times.
I had a TERRIBLE experience. Firstly, reaching there is an elevator hell. But the worst part is how poor their communication is. I had a 5:15 yoga class that I was late to by 10 minutes because it was so difficult to find the place AND no one would pick the phone. Which is even more frustrating because there was already a staff member at the reception. They said I was too late to be let into the class - and all because of their horrid communication. Waste of time and money.
I’ve been a member for more than 5 years and have been continuously impressed at their commitment to incredible experiences. They’ve recently been upgrading everything from the spa to the boutique to the gym to the digital experience and provided value way beyond just another massage or class. It’s worth every penny.
This place is NOT worth the price nor the time. Basic and I do mean basic massage rooms. You’re just paying for the extra amenities like gym and sauna. No organization, just all over the place. Forever switching management, not a good look.
Lettie is an excellent masseuse. Nice weights/ workout area.
Excellent barre classes! The instructors are phenomenal and the workout is challenging.
I love exhale! Maggie and Lexi are my favorites! So kind and competent!
If you enjoy wasting your money then this is the perfect place for you! If you actually care about your money DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Last year I had a membership with exhale. I booked a couples massage and the person I booked with said I can use my membership for my couples massage and my partner can pay their half of the massage separately. When the massage was over and it was time to check out, the front desk person made us stand there for 20 mins while chatting with someone else. Once we were finally able to check out, the employee told me I could not use my membership for my half of the massage and had to pay not only $450 for the massage, but I also had to pay for my monthly membership. Such a rip off! I immediately canceled my membership. Three days ago I thought enough time has passed that I might would try to go back to exhale again. I went on their website and saw a massage opening for that day. I logged into the website and for some reason my screen went blank. I took that as my sign to not try again with exhale. I noticed yesterday that I received an email with a receipt from exhale charging me for a massage that I did not receive and they also included a TIP for the masseuse? I reach out to the office and explain what happens, the nice guy tells me he will get with his manager and have this refunded. I receive an email from the manager saying they are not able to refund me but I can reschedule a massage. I will never step foot in exhale again. I would love to know why my card is still saved on file after a year.
Great workout classes with absolutely wonderful instructors! 100% recommend!
The past 4 experiences have been awful. My husband and I have gone here since 2016 but we won’t be back. We need to arrange childcare to go and it’s a 45 minute drive. The last time we had to get rebooked the day of (it was our anniversary and we booked weeks in advance), the time prior we showed up got ready and it wasn’t until 10 MINUTES PAST our appointment that they said our masseuses weren’t coming. The two prior also had to get rebooked. Between that, the steam rooms never working, sometimes there’s snacks, most times there’s not, and the overall high cost (plus automatic 20% tip now!), we won’t be returning.
I have been a client here for more than 2 years and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service, facilities and therapists. Shalae is an amazing masseuse and has worked on both my husband and myself. Scott is also phenomenal. Shannon is the assistant manager and she is amazing. Over the last 2 plus years, Shannon has genuinely helped me prioritize my self care. I feel at home when I walk in, even though I only come in about once a month. Also, they made an exception for my husband and I when we waited til last minute to schedule our massages so we could both get our massages together at the same time.
I joined a month ago and it has become the highlight of my day. Excellent classes, Maggie and Miriam are amazing instructors. The membership is truly a hidden jewel of Atlanta.
Love exhale classes - teachers are great and the facilities are top notch!
We had a wonderful experience working with Meche the general manager of Exhale. She was very professional and accommodating and really went above and beyond to customize us a most memorable spa experience. I Would absolutely recommend Exhale and their staff.
My first massage was an Excellent experience. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing with the right touch. So appreciate the high value experience.
Pretty good…lots of turnover in mgmt. not sure if this concept really works well outside of manhattan.
We had an amazing time of our lives with this spa. My cousin and I flew from out of state, to Atlanta, for a day of self care. We decided to experience this Spa as apart of our venture. The impeccable services we received professional, Extraordinary, Extemporary customer service from Meche, They topped it off with the best spa treatment from Monique King and Bethany. We left there with peaceful spirits and a great sense of admiration for the teams efforts to making our experience one to always remember. I cant explain enough of the service we received from the entire team that assisted with our care. Great Job ladies! I will make sure that my clients that visit Atlanta, stop over for a spa day as well. Thanks for everything.. We will be back!.
All of the instructors here are incredible at what they do. classes are exciting, dynamic, and energetic. the schedule is packed with an array of clases from HIIT to barre to multiple levels of yoga. if you haven’t tried a class here yes I highly recommend that you do
Absolutely love this place! Amazing barre classes, a full gym, and beautiful spa amenities with saunas and steam rooms! Maggie is by far the best barre instructor I have ever had! She corrects your form and is very friendly and professional. Love it here.
I had a great experience at Exhale in Atlanta. Barre class with Sami was amazing!
BEST spa experience by far! I was greeted by Renee at the front desk and gave me a tour of the entire spa since it was my first visit. She gave me a nice plush robe to wear and I grabbed a pair of slides. Each locker has a built in lock, so this made me happy to know that my belongings would be safe. I booked with Andre for my Flow Massage and was not disappointed! He asked questions before beginning, and kept my answers in mind during my entire massage. Afterwards I found out that he previously wed at a chiropractor office and I could tell! I would definitely recommend him! After my massage I relaxed in the hammam , and was surprised when Renee showed it to me on our tour, because another review said that Exhale did not have one. Im not sure what happened during their visit, but there is definitely a hammam and a hot sauna as well and it is easy to find after youve received your service(s).I will definitely be back, and I am thinking of becoming a member.Oh, and there is another review that says that they did not know about the added 20% gratuity, but it is clearly stated on the website while booking that a 20% gratuity and taxes will be added. No complaints here, I believe in paying for services, especially when they are as wonderful as the services offered at Exhale Spa. They have great amenities and an amazing staff. You wont be disappointed!
I love exhale! The classes are fun and a great workout!
If you are looking for relaxation this is not the place. The relaxation room has hard uncomfortable chairs and it’s not at all private. The people using the gym are constantly coming to get water and walking past. The only way you can get a glass of champagne is from room service. The services are not cheap, the facility should be a lot nicer. The slipper bin for my size was empty and the dirty towel basket overflowing. It has the feel of a high school locker room. We scheduled a 90 minute couples massage, no complaints regarding the therapists or the massage room. However, I recommend the 4 seasons over this hands down. The massage was good but not the best. Our overall experience at this property was mediocre compared to a Ritz or other “high end” properties. Don’t expect a nice restaurant if you are staying there either. The best part of our experience was the drivers. Matthew was amazing. Management needs to step up the spa game and other areas in my humble opinion. I never write ratings, I just felt like people should know before they plan a relaxing stay.
Alejandro provided a body scrub and massage that was well worth the drive down from Cartersville! 10/10 to him and the front desk staff that catered to me and my party!
This class was very amazing. It was only my second time so it was very hard but never the less a great pace
The best barre I’ve found to date! Love Maggie and the rest of the team
So disappointed in the current exhale. I was a member for about 4 years off and on in the past 10 years and wow, this year I am shocked at how bad everything is. It is nothing like the Exhale quality that I’ve known over the years… the steam sauna has been broken more than it’s worked. I’ve driven down just to use the steam sauna only to have the front desk workers tell me that they’ve turned the steam sauna off and on a few times yet no steam comes out, after waiting 30 min. There’s mold in the sauna… and sometimes it smells like wet dog- esp when it’s not steamy… the drains look the same they did a week ago. The hammam smelled like dead fish… trash in womens lockers are overflowing. The showers go from scalding hot to freezing cold. At any time, you could be showering and have an empty bottle of shampoo or the entire bottle of conditioner not even there. The drains were backing up and water was running out into the main area. The sinks haven’t been wiped out in over a week— I have pictures of them and the steam sauna drain. The floors have hair and trash on them. I used to walk barefoot because an attendant would walk around cleaning the floors and clean the showers after each use and you can’t even find someone who walks through the womens locker room, let alone who is cleaning up. Just overall… disappointed. Would never recommend. It’s like Anytime Fitness quality that charges 4 times the price.
The staff at the spa and gym are incredible and kind. Treatments are over the top - relaxing but also correcting. The fitness facility is such a nice bonus with clean facilities. Always a great experience!
The space itself is really nice and the Exhale Chill class with Stephanie always leaves me feeling full of peace and calm. My mom and I drive 50+ plus from Hiram about once a month just to enjoy a class and the extra amenities!
I love this place, I was a charter member and have missed it so much. Always enjoy a visit.
Very clean.Attractively appointed. I enjoyed a great Yoga Class and a sauna stay.Slept like a peaceful infant after my visit. Try it out. You will not be disappointed.
I cant even describe the experience I received without saying phenomenal, delightful.. Ehale-ent We experience a horrible morning flight. When we arrived the team banned together to offer me and my business partner an amazing experience. From the state-of-the-art TRUE facial from Bethany. We proceeded to an exhilarating foot massage to end it and end it off with a moonlight evening. This will always be our Business retreats Thank you team for your professional service.
A great experience for my staycation. My facial service was wonderful as well as relaxing in the sauna.
I showed up late for my yoga class today and missed it unfortunately butIm still rating the facility five stars. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming and showed me around the facility. There is a gym, cycling room, yoga and bar studio, a sauna and spa. All of the machines were clean and sanitized and the place smells like essential oil’s and is very relaxing. upon arriving they will take your temperature and insist that you wear a mask due to Covid which gives me peace of mind. One of the ladies at the front desk (I think her name was Jacqueline?) gave me a voucher to come back for another class since I missed this one! that was not necessary for her to do but it was very appreciated and great customer service!
This place used to be great but has really gone downhill since purchased by private equity. They’re trying to make cosmetic changes like the paint/lighting, but the class schedule (number and variety) has continued to decline and the instructors don’t teach the exhale method in barre anymore. They’ve churned through instructors who seem to leave in a year or less.
This was the third visit for me and my sister. My masseuse is Tonyas and my sisters is Silvia. We talk a lot while I have message, and it is such a relaxing 😌 experience. Its nice to be able treat yourself this way every once in a while.
Got the power facial - expensive and person did extractions that did not to be - skin is totally inflamed huge cystic acne right before a wedding. Disappointed given the price-point and I told the aesthetician that I have very sensitive skin and a wedding coming up. My skin has never looked this bad.
I love it here so much that I ended up buying the Spa Luxe membership and hands down its some of the best money Ive ever spent.Ive done many classes here, all excellent. I really enjoy Stephanies Chill Yoga class. Shes a wonderful instructor! As well, the barre classes are some of the hardest around town (in a good way! youre getting your moneys worth!)I LOVE the gym. I cant say this enough. Its unlike any other gym around town. The experience of going to the gym is no longer a grimy one where I have to slog around an overly-crowded, dirtyish gym with harsh lighting. No way. When I enter the gym Im actually excited to work out. Im happy to be there, from the calm of the spa music playing in the changing rooms to the quality of the fabulous machines which let me watch youtube videos and keep track of my personal stats each day.The spa itself is nice, too. Very relaxing and calming.Parking is validated for three hours. If youre looking for a place where you can be completely kind to your body and treat it to some healthy exercise and relaxation, youve found it. Exhale is the best.
Had my first Exhale Spa experience compliments of my husband for my birthday a couple weeks back. He purchased me a Fusion Massage and Power Facial. The massage was quite possibly the BEST massage I have ever had with just the perfect amount of pressure! I also like that you are able to choose an aromatherapy oil to enhance your experience. Additionally you dont hear any background noise due to spacious rooms and a good mixture of music genres. I cannot wait to come back and try one of their massages or body therapies. I have been wanting to try cupping and they seem to be one of the few places in Atlanta to offer it.My facial was equally awesome, and I particularly liked how my aesthetician was very informative about what she was doing along with what products she was using based on my skin type. It felt extremely customized to my skin are needs. When I left my skin had a fantastic glow to it, and to my delight I even received a compliment from a stranger later that evening!I highly recommend Exhale, and cannot wait to come back and try some additional spa therapies, as well as, one of their barre or yoga classes!
The price increases make it more difficult to justify coming here. While the showers have been renovated, at least in the mens area, and they are nice, the steam room hasnt changed visibly and is on murder mode by steaming continuously with only 30 second breaks. A large amount of lockers are still missing locks or are not functional. We used to come often to just use the steam room for a day, but cant justify the $20 increase. When we do come now its for massages. I must say Scott and Ronie are phenomenal at them. Overall, it can be a nice treat every once in a great while. Hope they keep renovating these spaces.
The instructors at Exhale have always been good a striking a balance between supporting me and challenging me. As a yoga instructor myself I’m grateful for their example in meeting students where they are.
Attended a spa event here and will be back! Andre was my provider and I could not have asked for more. He requested my preferences in technique and scent and proceeded to give me one of the best massages of my life. I suffer from low back pain but left the session feeling released. Will be my go to place and therapist in ATL.
I went to Exhale for the first time because I received a gift certificate for a massage for my birthday. Aimee was amazing! I had a 60 minute fusion massage and she pin pointed areas where I hold stress and tailored my massage to my needs. The staff at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. Before my massage I drank tea, ate almonds and read a magazine. Afterwards I used the sauna and steam room. It was a wonderful afternoon.
This place has poor communication when it comes to billing customers. I was automatically charged for services on more than one occasion without my knowledge, one charge for services I did not agree to and next being billed a tip without my knowledge. They recently implemented a 20% gratuity on all services and I never received communication regarding that. Also Im not impressed with the facility no steam room or special amenities and not as clean as you would expect it to be. I had my membership which I thought was a year contract so I kept it only to find out that it was a month to month contract. My last month is next month and Im so glad to not continue going here. Ill go to somewhere else where my business is more appreciated, nicer facility and better service.
If I had lots of money, Id definitely be a member here. This is such a dreamy gym and spa. The facility is beautiful. Ive come for a few gym classes and the instructors are excellent. Great selection of classes offered frequently throughout the day. Their evening classes can book up (especially barre) so make sure to book online in advance. Oh, if only this place were more affordable! They validate parking in the Leows garage.
I attended the restorative yoga class with Stephanie. Stephanie is very knowledgeable and compassionate and a great guide. I left feeling completely rested like I had a full night of sleep.
The name of the venue is Spa, let it be a spa. No reason to take a workout class here when there are so many other great options in Atlanta.
Great spa, massage options, fitness center, and overall vibe in a great location for folks who live or work in Midtown.
I honestly had one of the best spa days here. Ive been to a lot of nice spas (Ritz, four seasons, St. Regis, etc.), and this spa experience was at the top of my list. The receptionist at the counter was so nice and made sure to check in on me. The facilities were amazing, and despite not having a pool area, they have just about everything else (steam rooms, showers, comfy robes and slippers, a hammam room, a sauna, and even a little tea bar with a few signature hot teas). My massage was absolutely amazing. I felt so relaxed afterwards. My facial was also amazing, and the aesthetician took great care of my skin. I would definitely go back, and I will definitely recommend this place to others in the future! :)
One of the only places in midtown Atlanta with a sauna. Steam and normal wooden saunas.Great place to workout. Get tea / filtered water and workout
This place is not worth the money. And thats before you get anything done. The locker rooms and showers are filthy. Never enough towels, sinks are filthy and the men treat the locker room like a bathhouse and what makes it worse is that management is in the know. Absolutely unacceptable.
Amazing massage with Ronisha and best facial yet with Ashley.
It’s was amazing and I loved the instructor Lexi.
Love foundations of barre with Maggie! She’s the best!
I had the massage, and the body scrub! Both girls were amazing, the spa is beautiful and clean, and I really enjoyed my visit. I am in the business, so I have pretty high standards, and I was thrilled.
OVERPRICED, UNDER PAR service! The people are extremely nice and welcoming, but if you are in NEED of spa services... my recommendation is to go elsewhere.I have yet to spend my own money with the company; I have a girlfriend who is a member and partakes of the fitness classes, who has bought me two, one hundred and fifty dollar gift cards. The first experience was a few years ago, but I was reminded of the poor service on January 5, 2019. The phone representative told me one time and emailed me a confirmation of a different time. I showed up about 30 minutes early and thats when they saw their mistake and I was given the services they had available. I used one gift card of $150 for the Luxe manicure and pedicure; the description was NOT WHAT I RECEIVED.However, the technician was pleasant. I dont know, I just think the service sucks.I am excited to get my manicure and pedicure that corrects this one/ this experience.
Good services but I feel it was a bit overpriced. I could have 2 services at Chatue Elan plus lunch for want I spent here. Granted there is some minor improvement with eyes but not $396 worth of improvement.
I only give this place a 1 star because I couldnt rate it a 0. I drove 5 hours to Atlanta for Valentines day weekend with plans on getting a couples massage. The couple massages were all booked. I scheduled am appointment for me and my significant other. The therapist for him was running late they assured us they would get him serviced after getting a 40 min massage when I paid for an hour I was informed that they werent able to get him anyone to complete his service. The relaxing day that was planned turned out to be very stressful! It would have been good customer service to provide a different therapist to complete his service that was scheduled!!! There were several other massage therapist walking around the spa either of them could have completed the service we paid for! Oh yeah they gave us a refund n gift certificates to come back... Come back for what???!!! You to lay me on table massage me for 40 mins n pretend as if its an hours n send me on my way... NO THANK YOU! They actually had the balls to tell me that this was a stressful situation for their staff n the therapist who couldnt make it... Like are you absolutely serious???!!! Needless to say I am livid!!!!
Amazing classes, gym atmosphere, and spa experience!
Place is filthy! There literally is black mold in the mens steam room. Rarely towels available without asking for them. They say they are ‘renovating’. Mens showers were renovated….go look at them. Same shower heads and drains used as before, mold on the ceilings. It’s absolutely disgusting. Go see for yourself
Exhale is more than a relaxing spa and fitness club. Its a mini vacation away from home. I love the cozy exhale atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff and personal trainers, along with the tranquil locker and fitness class rooms. Reservations online through the Exhale Spa website can be made for any service offered.
The nail salon is highway robbery! I paid $150 to get a mani/pedi 👀 there were about 10 gel colors to pick from none of which matched the normal colors so I had to get gel on my toes to get gel on my hands....the message chairs were awful they only vibrate. The jets in the water didn’t work. The towels were so hot I thought I was going to have burns on my legs. The staff was super friendly, but I didn’t get offered any refreshments and paying $150 I would expect nothing less...do yourself a favor and save your money
Unhelpful incompetent front desk, told them I was leaving because I was not being assisted even though I was the only client in the lobby and they still charged my credit card over $500. I had great service an hour later at the Four Seasons and have been a regular there ever since. Wrote to corporate on the Exhale website and they never reached out.
Svetlana was so wonderful and personalized the experience to my skin and my needs.
This gym business uses police to block traffic and enable illegal left hand turns. This out the lives of the officers and drivers at risk for no reason other than selfishness. Make a right turn only and you wouldn’t need this.
Scott was amazing! I’m so happy that he was able to get rid of the knots I had in my back. The receptionists were also outstanding. I will be returning. Thank you!
I stay in midtown and work out in the gym. The front desk has been trying to convince me to become a member for the last year. It wasnt until they gave me a gift certificate for a free massage. I WAS SOLD!! it was the best massage I ever had. Now im a Lux member and get a massage from Nneka every month. Nneka knows how to work the table and has hands of an angel. Dont be fooled by her size her deep tissue was amazing. Ask for Nneka she is the best.
Beautiful atmosphere in which to decompress and take a deep breath. The massage from Kerry was amazing. Thanks!
Exhale is great! My favorite place in Atlanta. It has a steam room and dry sauna which is great benefit after workouts.
Hands down, favorite spa in Atlanta. Arrive at least 30 minutes early so you have time for the steam room and a hot neck pillow in the waiting area before your spa service. They have cucumber-infused water, hot tea, and almonds near the spa door. Ask to check out the Hammam (co-Ed) after a massage or other body treatment but not after a facial! You don’t want to sweat off anything they put on your face! Shower area is always squeaky clean and they have amenities in each shower stall for you (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shave gel). Razors, shower caps, tampons, and towels are at the end of the row by the wall clock. Robes and spa sandals are at the end of the hallway in the locker rooms. For treatments, go with the Flow Massage vs. the Fusion. It’s a little bit more expensive but much more effective — like a deep tissue, but relaxing.Their Z Peel is my preferred facial. Your skin really glows afterward. I’ve also tried the Glow Body Scrub which is great to pair with a massage. My skin is baby soft after the scrub and they give you a brush to dry brush on your own at home as well. Good for lymphatic drainage - ask them to show you the right way to do this on your own (there is a right & wrong way to do it).I want to love their mani/pedis but this is one area where I don’t really want to go “green” with beauty products. I appreciate that their nail polish isn’t toxic but the color doesn’t last very long. :( For now, I’m sticking with my toxic Essie at my local nail salon.Check our their apparel and skin/body products before you leave. They’re often running a promo of some sort and have a well-curated selection.Parking logistics when you arrive: it’s a little tricky if it’s your first time there. Exhale is on the 7th floor of the Loew’s Hotel. There are a couple entrances to the parking garage. Park on P7 in a spot marked for “retail” (NOT reserved). Remember to bring your ticket with you— Exhale validates up to 3 hours. There’s a small lobby and elevator in the corner of P7. Take the elevator to the Lobby. Walk out of the elevator toward the hotel lobby. Turn right and take your next immediate right to another bay of elevators. Take one up to the 7th floor. You’ve arrived! When you leave, get your parking ticket validated and follow the directions above in reverse.
I have been getting a massage for 20 years and I just had the best deep tissue massage I have ever had from Nneka. She listened to me during the consultation and my body during the massage. I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica for many years. When I left I was pain free. Ask for Nneka she is the best therapist they have!
Rodney gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage - a very professional, talented masseuse. Highly recommend both him and Exhale Spa.
Dont waste your time or your money. Very poor experience with manicure and pedicure. Appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm when I arrived I was told that the technician was running 15 minutes late because the previous client ended up having gel nail polish that needed to be taken off I replied with absolutley no problem. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes. Once it hit 2:00pm I was able to begin soaking my feet and told it wouldnt be much longer. I soaked for 15 more minutes and it was then 45 minutes later than my original appointment time and no one was in sight. This is extremely frustrating when you are paying for ($95) and expecting a high end service and time is very limited. After waiting for 45 minutes and still not starting the manicure or pedicure I cancelled my appointment and left.
The best spa in Atlanta!! My aesthetician was Cynthia and she did an outstanding job! She took her time and explained what all of the different procedures entailed. You will not be disappointed coming here!
Absolutely vile place to go. Mold in the men’s room. Dirty shower heads. Dirty drains. Rude management that openly belittles their staff and treats them horribly. Not at all worth any visit. 0 stars if I could. Not to mention multiple friends have complained about their inability to fix “accidentally” charging them for things they never received 🙄
The classes are excellent and facilities are top notch. If you live in Atlanta, this is a great option if you are looking for unlimited classes; access to all spa facilities are included as part of the membership as well.
Great experience. Professional staff. Relaxing atmosphere.
They are rigid and rude. Lots of staff turnover. Class schedule changes often with the good classes cancelled. Their timing is not practical with several 5pm classes. Really rigid about start time including being turned away once because I was 3 minutes late. Dont waste your time or money.
Great spa/gym! New management. Everyone is fantastic and friendly and knows what they are doing. Very pleased!
Went here for a massage with Kala, she was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The spa has nice amenities and is well kept.
Amazing and I would go back monthlyIf I didn’t live so far!
What pandemic?! Beautiful getaway from the noise. Everyone from the guest advocates, therapists, technicians and instructors are super helpful. Although masks are required for everyones safety, so are robes😄
Barre classes are tough but so worth it and the gym and spa amenities are amazing!
The front desk at Exhale is filled with the most beautiful people inside and out ! 10/10 for luxury spa experience in Atlanta ☺️
They have no parking for customers and no employee warned me that there was no parking available i had to pay a $75 dollar ticket for shopping in this place for less than 10 minutes. If youre gonna have a business the least you could do is make sure your customers are aware that they can be booted for parking in a lot thats near you.
Amazing experience! Andre was the best!
Person at the front desk was very helpful and understanding. Great customer service! Convenient when youre staying at Loews.
Wonderful spot, Lifetime membership is worth it
This is my happy place! Best Barr classes and teachers are amazing and spa is great!
Decent massage, until my husband’s wedding ring and phone were stolen from a LOCKED locker. The staff’s nonchalance about the whole situation was baffling.
Stacy is rude, downright hateful is being kind. Would not recommend. The treat people as they see fit when they see fit.
Andre is the absolute BESTTTTTT! I got a deep tissue massage and the pressure was PERFECT.
Very unprofessional atmosphere and staff. While all the reviews are old that talk it up, anything recent really tells the truth…. Don’t waste your money or time.
Super clean and super friendly. The barre classes here are challenging and a great workout.
Customer service was good, needed more bacon, need grape jelly, good way to start the day!
Lettie was amazing !!!! One of the best massages I have ever had
The classes are great, the gym is nice and everybody is friendly.
Very clean and well run with friendly staff. Being renovated right now but looks better every day
I’ve been shopping here for a long time and everyone is super chill and are always so helpful i always leave satisfied. thank you sky, burr, eva ,danny!!
Super rude stuff , I have sent my husband for his birthday & he had a unpleasant experience.
Yvonda was great.
Professional atmosphere. I love this hotel!
So comfy!
Maggie was amazing
Exhale is amazing.
The best massages I have had in Atlanta!! thank you Nneka
Meche is very professional and helpful with our group!
Amazing teachers and best massage!
Wonderful spa and great service!
Horrible experience. Disgusting place. Very dirty and unprofessional. The worst.
Mber since 2011. A Jewell in midtown. Love this place.
My face has not looked this good in years.
Great place and service
