Always love coming to Spavia Chamblee! They took great care, and my masseuse was amazing. They pay attention to previous notes on my account. Great packages and really friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Came here for the first time for a facial and I loved every minute of it. Suki took care of me and she was incredibly kind and attentive during my appointment. I left with my skin GLISTENING. I will be coming back here regularly!

This is strictly based on the fact that if you know you do not accept a certain card, gift card or whatever, typically it is advertised somewhere for patrons to see as well as on the website and maybe even a pop up message before confirming an appointment. I received a spa finder gift card and as you can see the spavia name is on the packaging. I jumped at a chance to go get a much needed facial and TeNia was great and the service was good. But the experience was ruined when I got to check out. because again, no signage no knowledge that they decided to not honor these gift cards anymore even though as the person who purchased the gift card mentioned: it’s on spafinder website! anyways, get to checkout and she takes the card, scans it and then states “oh yea we had problems in the past with these let me reach out to my manager” she proceeds to advise the manager texted her and they no longer take them. I asked what could be done for my inconvenience as I would not have even come here had I known and she offers me $20 off. I was already getting that amount off as it was my first visit so I assumed it would be $40 off but boy was I wrong. i’ll be also complaining to the BBB as it wrong. point blank. i could pay it even though it was not in my budget but imagine someone else coming with a gift to treat themselves and then get hit with this at checkout. if they can’t afford it then what? this could have been EASILY avoided and corrected but it wasn’t. it was like oh well. very poor experience due to this. i’ll stick to my regular spot and hopefully this review will prompt change so no one else will have to deal with this. Literally, it costs 10 cents to print a piece of paper and have it in a frame or placed somewhere. so do that today. be better

This spa was amazing! Had an 80 minute couples massage. Jose was really skilled and thorough- it is clear that he is experienced and a top-notch masseuse. They have relaxation rooms you wait in with tea and water, robes and sandals for you to change into, and the whole atmosphere is so relaxing. My husband and I both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

My visits to Spavia are always pleasurable. Kisha energy is so calming and relaxing and she always does a GREAT job with my massages. My husband was VERY STAISIFIED with Ambers services. Shes new, knowledgeable, and a KEEPER!!! Let me not forget to speak of Anthony. Whenever I have spoken with him, hes always professional and gets the job done. Thank you all!!!! I had a facial yesterday evening at Spavia Chamblee. I was warmly greeted as I entered. The decor and atmosphere was filled with tranquility. My aesthetician was Litzy. She was very confident, which made me feel very comfortable. Litzy was gentle and explained the entire procedure. I appreciated her asking if I was comfortable. My experience was a great way to unwind. Best wishes to Litzy and her career.

Allison is THE BEST. As a professional dancer with scoliosis, my body is always out of whack and she is always able to work out the kinks and knots and make my body feel brand new again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeing her if you are in need of a deep tissue massage!

I booked a 60 minute heated stone massage with Ribquah and I was not disappointed! It felt much longer than a hour, which is amazing. Customer service was great, all of my notes and requests were applied, and most importantly I felt super relaxed afterward. The heated stones and towels used throughout gave me the extra stress relief I so badly needed. I’ll be back for sure!

I came down from NYC to visit my daughter taking a break as a Midwife/Doula.I had the best experience at Spavia Chamblee & the staff is very professional.I booked another session for my mom & second daughter for November when I return.

I love this Spavia at Chamblee!The whole space is just serene and relaxing, and the staff was super professional. Calming spa music at the reception desk, with products on display for purchase.I may have taken 10-15 min prior to my massage to fill out a questionnaire and waiver, get changed into their luxurious robes and slippers in the locker/shower room, and sip tea (Yummy Republic of Tea brand) and decompress in their comfy relaxation room.My massage table was warmed, relaxing me even further with the spa music quietly playing in the background. My masseuse Alexis was wonderful! I let her know my more stressed out areas, and she found knots I didnt even know I had! lolThey also offer a variety of skin treatments, facials, whole body spa treatments, eyelash extensions, and waxing -- and I cant wait to try it all!

This is the ONLY spot I will go to for a massage or any other spa services. The staff is extremely friendly & make you feel so welcome and comfortable. They have a private area to shower, dress, & relax before your appointment. It feels so luxurious & they have complimentary tea & products to use after your services (sugar scrubs, body oils, etc.).The masseuses here are AMAZING & customize your massage to fit your needs.Would give it more stars if I could, & I will definitely be coming back again & again!

I got a Signature 50-min Facial with Rola and she did an incredible job! She was very knowledgable and talked me through how to make my current skincare regime work better for me. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I love the comfortable slippers and robes they provide. I will definitely be back!

I received a massage and facial as a Mother’s Day present. The facility was clean and I was greeted by a friendly and helpful woman at the front desk. My prenatal massage was phenomenal and the masseuse was receptive to any changes I asked for throughout the service. My facial, while the treatment itself was fine, was provided by a woman who made comments about my weight. Commenting on anyone weight is not okay, but I am 7 months pregnant on top of that. The woman stated that it was a “good thing you haven’t gained too much weight. That means you really care about your baby. Some people seem to gain so much weight and it’s not okay for the baby”. So if I was more overweight, that would mean I don’t care about my baby?? I was very off-put by the comment to the point of mentioning it while I was checking out. The receptionist apologized but basically chalked it up to a “language barrier” although the woman had no issues speaking English that I could tell. Regardless, I may return for a massage but would rather find a place I’m more comfortable receiving both massages and facials.

First time coming here and I loved it! I had a facial with Tenia and she was so good at what she does and sweet. Highly recommend.

I have been a member at Spavia Chamblee for over a year and I can honestly say this place has greatly improved my physical and mental health. Jose Luis has been my go-to massage therapist this past year and he is fantastic! He always listens to exactly what areas are giving me the most issues (typically shoulders/neck/upper back) and adjusts everything to my exact needs. I seriously feel like a new person a few days following my appointments with Jose! I also recently started seeing Isabella for waxing services and she is also great - she makes you feel very comfortable and is super informative.As for the rest of the staff, everyone has always been so kind to me and my guests. They really make a point to make you feel as relaxed as possible and are always super helpful. The entire vicinity is very clean and tidy. I hope we never move away because Spavia is always my favorite “treat-yo-self” day of the month!

After going to another spa, I realized how much I loved this one! I’ve had two prenatal massages here and I always feel so comfortable, pampered and well taken care of. I appreciate the robes & slippers, the great customer service, the relaxation room, & the masseuse always does a great job. I appreciate being able to pick my scent (important to me being pregnant!) & the music I want. I always feel so relaxed after leaving. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been coming to Spavia since they opened years ago. As a entrepreneur that barely has time to breathe, this is one place in the city where I can completely unplug. The locker room, sandals, plush robes and heated neck warmers are always perfect. I turn my phone off and leave in the locker and completely get off the grid. The relaxing music and lounge area helps me mentally prepare to unwind.Krista, Chanel, and Marissa have been my favorite massage therapists and the owner is very personable and nice.I’ve introduced several friends to “my secret place” over the years and they’ve all loved it. I can’t say enough about Spavia. Definitely worth the investment. A membership is the way to go.

Visited Spavia last week for an 80-minute signature massage and it was fabulous! My masseuse was very attentive to my needs/areas of tension. The spa itself was very clean and they have a lot of great products available in the lobby that I found to be priced very well. I will definitely be back again soon!

This was my first massage ever and very happy with my choice. Had a very professional experience through the entire visit. Everyone there was wearing masks and very inviting. It was a great escape for the times right now! Krista worked magic I felt like I lost 10 lbs just from relaxing and working the muscles right. Highly recommend and actually already booked my next visit!

Received the absolute best massage here on my birthday! The staff was so sweet and my therapist was amazing. Felt totally relaxed. Only wish it was longer! But everything was timed perfectly and she focused on the areas of concern I told her about. Cant wait to go back.

I visit the area often and am thrilled to have found Spavia! I have very sensitive skin and left with soft glowing skin with no negative reactions after the Oxygen Facial. For my second visit I treated myself to an exceptional 60-minute massage which left me feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and refreshed. Spavia staff is passionate, knowledgeable and friendly. I love Spavia Chamblee! The owner and manager are both so awesome and helpful with explaining all their different services. I have gotten several massages at different places over the years. I prefer the atmosphere and professionalism of Spavia compared to others. But more than that, they are always consistent. I never worry about the quality of therapist that I will receive for my massage. In addition, being able to make appointments via the app is wonderful for this single mom!

I really love the experience here. I am a regular member and very comfortable with getting my monthly massages and facials here. I usually book appointment with Tatiana, she is awesome but even others here are good. I will recommend this place if you want a quality good experience which is reasonably priced.

I’ve now been to Spavia on 3 different occasions. Truly the best spa I’ve been to. They pay attention to all the details that make the overall spa experience so, so relaxing. From the comfy robes provided, salt scrubs in the bathrooms, heated neck wraps in the waiting area, hot teas, they have it all! Highly recommend.

I go once every six months or so for a relaxing massage. Ive had muscle issues, and the staff has been very good at helping me relieve the pain. Also, when I was pregnant, they gave me a very lovely maternity massage. Excellent service all around!

Tonia is incredible and really takes the time to listen and sense what each client needs from their massage and adjust accordingly. You can tell your massage is customized to you and not just formulaic, which is tough to find.

Update: 1/17/2023 - I went back and booked a couples massage with Tonia and Kimberly and OMG! Amazing. 10/10. Changed my review to 5 stars for the outstanding service and experience.i really hate that i couldnt give this place 5 stars but as a first time customer i did not have a great experience. the facility is amazing and the staff was very professional . however, jorge (my masseuse) was coughing the majority of my service . not very relaxing at all. he did apologize continuously and was really sweet but i was looking forward to a more relaxing experience . i booked the detox wrap body treatment and when he was “done” i still had the body scrub all over me . i had to ask for a warm towel to get the rest of it off. maybe i will just stick to massages moving forward because that service was not what i paid for .

Spavia is one of the best spas I’ve been to in a while! The staff is always friendly and the services I receive here are always super relaxing, to the point I get a great nap in each time! Lol I love the Hydraderm and the estheticians are also great about recommending products and at home techniques I can do to maintain in between facials. The massages will have you melting into the table, especially the Salt Stone massage! If you are looking for a place to relax, I highly recommend this spa!

The most relaxing environment to help you leave your stress at the door and spoil your self. I had an oxygen facial that left my face feeling refreshed and smooth after so long in a mask. They also sell a bunch of different jewelry pieces to spice up your outfit. Who ever picks out what they sell has great style and tempted me into buying 3 pairs of earrings on the way out. I can’t recommend them enough and their owner is a sweetheart!

Started off going here every once in awhile, then decided the membership was worth the value. Service and quality are incredible, staff is super friendly and accommodating. Facials by Isabella are out of this world, shes a skin miracle worker. Very clean everywhere, which is a MUST HAVE at a spa. Love this place and will keep coming back and referring everyone I can think of.

I am a first time customer and my service was terrible. The actual spa is very nice and clean it has a zen feel with spacious lockers. Being that it was my first time here I was excited because the front desk staff were friendly and inviting. After I changed into my robe I waited 30 minutes after my actual appointment time which is fine I had no where else to be, but no one updated me on what was going on. Finally when my esthetician came she told me what happened. I have never received such a terrible facial in my life. She was unfriendly, I’m not sure she was very experienced and the whole facial was rushed. When she applied products it got into my eyes, when she was using the microdermabrasion machine she was missing spots on my face and she let my skin pull. The whole facial was a nightmare and not relaxing at all. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Really awesome experience at Spavia. I have been to a couple of other spas around Atlanta and this was definitely the best overall experience Ive had. The only thing that would make the experience better would be a sauna or steam room on site but having quality service and other amenities definitely make up for it.They have a really nice locker room and relaxation room where you can get ready for your massage. There are showers in the locker room and tea and water in the relaxation room. Their robes are seriously the most comfy things ever and the slippers can double as shower shoes which is helpful if you want to rinse off after your service. I highly recommend getting there early to enjoy the relaxation room to get in the mood for your massage.Krista gave an amazing massage, I really appreciated at the beginning her helping me focus on relaxing. She did a great job and my sore muscles felt so much better afterwards! Isabella did a wonderful facial with extractions and she recommended some great products to assess some of my problem areas we discussed.I highly recommend Spavia, you wont be disappointed!

Great place for a spa day. I signed up my wife for a monthly subscription after she got a Groupon and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made. They’re very professional and customer service driven. The staff is polite and the back rooms make you feel like this is a professional spa place. The relaxation rooms have tea and a shower and bathroom. Great shooting music to relax you and a warm neck herbal pillow.My wife is now pregnant and they were not ready to see her before a certain date but after a small mixup they made it up to us and gave one of her credits she built up from not being able to go to me and they even extended her next visit due to the mixup. They’re definitely a recommend for me! You won’t regret it.

Had a wonderful spa day at Spavia this week! The Ultimate Organic Lift Facial with Isabella changed my life. She also gave me a great Purifying Detox Wrap. I will DEFINITELY be back! Highly recommend this facility and all of their services.

We came in on time for our 80-minute massage. Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. And only received a 65-minute massage. We received a small discount for the lost time. Also, The questionnaire asked several questions like what type of music and what scent we would like for the oil. None of which we received. Pointless questions. The massage was just okay.

Spavia was awesome I went there with my wife. Great experience. I had the opportunity to meet Natalie the owner, she was awesome. The entire staff was friendly, Marry was very accommodating. What a great time to sit back and relax for once, I will definitely be back!

Called on 9/25 to schedule a spa day. The lady on the phone helped me select certain treatments and took my credit card on the call to hold my appointment for 10/3. Arrived for the 12 pm appointment and was told that she just have forgotten to save my appointments. Seems like a pretty easy job, but some companies cant even handle the easiest of tasks. Thankfully, Natural Body was able to schedule me same day. I am very disappointed with Spavia and dont plan to ever try again.

Awesome location. I feel very relaxed when here. I highly recommend a hot stone massage here. The therapists are knowledgeable and friendly. Just make sure you’re early for your appt so that you can experience the full relaxation and not feel rushed. Oh, and so that they don’t shortchange your massage time!

I went to Isabella to get lash extensions and she did such an amazing job! I have gotten lash extensions at many different spas / salons but Isabella did the best job by far! They look so natural and make it so easy for me to hop out of bed in the morning and look like I did my makeup. Spavia is my new favorite spot in the Atlanta area, it is spotless with such a relaxing environment and the friendliest staff! So nice to have Spavia Chamblee during this crazy time.

Jose was excellent as a masseuse. He I give 5 stars and recommend to everyone.Isabella on the other hand, 1 star service. She did an otherwise nice facial, but cut a critical element out of my facial (extractions) without asking me, without saying a word until the whole thing was ended and I actually asked what about extracting the blackheads, so if I hadnt asked she wouldnt have said anything and just walked me out of there like what she did was the full service! Did she think I wouldnt notice?... She only addressed what I said concerned me MOST (dry chin area) instead of all issues obvious on my face such as dark areas under my cheeks, sunspots... I havent had a facial in years, I told her its my birthday, and still got such a disappointing experience. Really off-putting. She said at the beginning she analyzes you gave during the cleansing and would make recommendations, but she only made recommendations for what I mentioned nothing added using her own powers of observation. Jose understandably cut the massage time because I came late and he wanted to not cut into Isabellas time after my massage, so I dont understand why after that concession was made for her she didnt do the full job and didnt warn me in advance that she wouldnt be able to get to the full facial so I could choose what was a must have! English is not Joses first language and even he knew to give me the option of what I wanted worked on and what I was willing to skip, zero problems there.She speaks very soothingly but comes across in the end as uncaring and careless. If she had spoken up I would have skipped the several minutes of steaming at the end for the extractions instead, so Im getting the feeling she just didnt feel like doing them. :( I really was going to leave the whole tip for just Jose because he fully earned it but I decided to be nice and let them keep it at the default 50/50 split. A pretty face and a smooth voice does not a professional make. And I see other complaints about her on here which leads me to believe she is picking and choosing which customers she is giving proper service and should be asked to find employment somewhere else so the spot can be taken by someone who treats and communicates with EVERY customer the same great and thorough way. If not for her Id have signed up for a membership on the strength of Joses professionalism and expertise alone.I would have given 4 stars instead of 3 if management at the front desk when I reported this issue and knowing it was my birthday had offered to have someone else do my extractions at no additional charge, even if that meant scheduling it for another day, just to show some commitment to me getting what I scheduled and paid for, since I made it clear it was a critical element and I was not given a choice about not having it done. I specifically chose them over other spas advertising specials because the facial special mentioned it included extractions so I didnt have to guess whether I was getting it or not. There is no point to me going to a spa for a facial if I leave with blackheads still on my nose.

Ok I’m going to keep saying it again , Keisha is THEE truth. I go in with a back so tense and walking out feeling like God repaired this back like a old junk car. I’m not lying now. The workers are extremely nice and makes you feel comfortable and that ice cold water hit after a massage . THIS PLACE IS AMAZING (And give Keisha a raise!)

Great spa close to my home which makes it extra nice. A little pricey but fits the other business in the shopping area. I appreciated how caring the therapist was and how low pressure the check out process was.

Ive been here a few times and always had a great experience. Its always clean and they have wonderful customer service. Just had a massage with Ashley and she was amazing!

I joined this spa back in march of this year and although the services are decent, the staff and the communication are terrible. I have had several different occasions of which wrong information was given to me by both staff and management, most recently I was given information regarding credits being applied to services that are seemingly ineligible, spoke with the manager regarding the discrepancies that she gave and still no resolution or even a returned call as I was promised. Very distasteful and inconsiderate!!!

Had a massage with Trenton. He was super professional and provided a fantastic services. No better way to prepare for or recover from a “ hard day at the office.”Be back for Father’s Day.

My last two bookings were horrible. Angel cut my time short the 1st time due to schedule mix up. I tried to give another chance since the 1st time was good but was over 30 mins late and no one followed up. Poor customer service! Very disappointed.

Easy process, friendly staff, great experience. Very relaxing. This is a random sidenote, but honestly the only downside I can think of is that the toilet seat/lid was super heavy and loud when I closed it.
