You should definitely stop in if you’re nearby.Jerry was working the shop when I visited, he was kind and happy to answer all of my questions.I really appreciated that he didn’t try to push some unnecessary expensive option or just get me out, but really tried to make sure I got the product I was looking for.I ended up finding a vape and flavor that I love - and at a price I was perfectly happy with.I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop for my vape needs.

I came here visiting from Pittsburgh and had accidentally burnt my coils. Staff was super nice and friendly, and even had a gentleman let me charge my phone because it died and I didn’t know how to get back to my hotel. They had exactly what I was looking for and he even recommended a Nic salt he thought I’d love, he was right on! Totally HIGHLY recommend. It doesn’t get much better than this. Iram is always helpfull, always willing to answer questions and guide me in purchases even when I feel like some questions might be dumb.

This is by far my favorite vape store. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. They offer their honest recommendations of you ask and can offer up some interesting new choices. Theyre pricing is on point too; I never feel like Ive overpaid for anything. Did I mention how damn friendly every employee is? No one can offer all the juice thats out there, so if you cant find a specific brand and flavor combo, chances are they can either get it for you or offer a close comparison.

This place is great because its in an easy location and their prices are reasonable. Id say the best thing is that if you need something they dont stock and you let them know, they will start ordering the product to make sure they have it for you in the future. Theyre super kind!

I had purchased this product yesterday from island vapes and being that it was my first time there I was very disappointed. After calling the store saying that there was absolutely to taste to this product the employee said theyre no exchanges allowed but would talk to this manager. Havent received any contact from anyone. While looking at the bottle I had noticed that the product that was sold to me is expired. This is not okay. Ive been vaping for about 4 years and never once has anyone ever sold me expired vape juice. Island vapes really needs to check their inventory. After spending $30-$35 on a 120ML expired bottle I really just want what I payed for, within its expiration date. Wrote them 2 messages on Facebook messenger and theyve viewed it, wont comment back. Called the store for 3 days now and wont answer. I guess Ill have to make further steps that could make a huge impact on the vaping industry.

So I just called this place to see if they have a product i need and apparently its company policy not to give out prices over the phone. Your company policy is sucks. Its rude and says you dont seem to care about my time because you must be a huge corporation with so many locations that you dont even need or want my business....great customer service. All i needed was a battery for a cartridge that i can prob get anywhere but i called this local Vape shop bc my personal policy is to support local, small businesses. Also, I am willing to leave right now and pay in cash instead of ordering one on Amazon and you cant even be courteous enough to tell me how much money i am looking at spending? Update: I reached out via email and was met with a lot of push back, guilt tripping and accusations. I have all proof of such. I thought perhaps contacting them directly, maybe we could come to a resolution. Unfortunately, that just soured me more on this store. Saying We will try our best to train the staff. Blew my mind on top of being guilted for leaving this review and practically accused of blackmail. I certainly will never shop here or suggest anyone does. Piss poor dealings.Original review: Ok, so my wife was vacationing in AC and went to Island to try to get some juice for her Infinix since her tank needed rewicking.Id like to point out this review does not reflect rudeness or anything, everyone was very nice and one employee even offered to rewick her tank for her. Thats why Im not giving 1 star, but feel I cant give more than 2 due to potential safety risks. The issue begins with the rewicking.Upon getting her tank back it still wasnt hitting properly. Turns out this person didnt just rewick her tank, they ripped out the build I had just installed a week prior (using subpar coils to what were already in) and wicked it. It still didnt hit right so she just used the juice she got for the Infinix.When I got to check it out after she got home, I was quite appalled. The cotton practically fell right out for one. 2, I pulsed the coils and one was glowing way behind the other. When I tried to put my coiling rod through to adjust and re-pulse, the coils flopped around and came right out. The screws for an entire coil werent even tightened down. I understand mistakes happen, but this is inexcusable. She couldve inhaled a screw, or with a bigger drip tip couldve sucked up a hot coil.It pains me that someone who would install a build like that and not make sure its safe has a job in a shop while Im desperately waiting for a spot to open up local to me so I can work in the industry Im so passionate about. This person should have some more training building their own stuff before building for anyone else. Im not calling for them to be fired or anything, but they should know to double check a build they install in all seriousness. Its a safety hazard.

I usually go to another vape shop. Started going here a few months or so ago. Always different people but they are usually nice. A lady helped me find a good custard vape oil that I use everyday now. The price was around 26 dollars for a 100ml bottle. I go in today and a guy tells me there has been a tabacco tax increase and I paid around 32 dollars for that same juice. Found a place where I got two 100ml bottles for 30.Bottom line. I gave them 2 stars because I asked if they had a rewards program and they said no. They dont have taste testers for their liquid. They dont allow returns on unopened juice, which I understand but my usual vape store does. Not a bad place but theres no need for me to return.

Bought some hemp gummies, after specifically calling to ask about Delta-8 products. I bought a lot, because D-8 is kind of hard to find and obtain quickly, especially since my vision doesnt allow me to drive. When I got home, I tried them, to no real effect. I looked at the ingredients and there is no Delta-8 THC in them, at all. They ARE called Delta-8 Gummies, but they contain none. Only CBD. The brand is Super Chill!.I feel that the people at the store knew what I wanted and knew what this product was, and purposefully perpetuated a deception.

Took a trip to AC. Went into this establishment. They have everything you need for your Vaping needs. From what I seen its the most stocked up vape shop anywhere. They got it all and more. I dont think you can find another store with the different options they have. They got what you are looking for. Overstocked at all times from what it looks like. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Good job guys. Keep it up.

Went in tonight for the first time. Staff was helpful, friendly, and fun to banter with. Large selection of juices at fair price & coils. Ill be back.

If anyone forgot to charge the battery and visits a casino this place is lit with friendly employees and even lets you test before you leave.

When you enter the shop youre not sure if youre entering a pet shop or a vape shop. It almost looks like its this persons bedroom that owns this place thats how bad it is in there, and I bought cbd gummies that were so outdated that the gummies were like rocks for $25,total rip-off dude

Talked to the owner for about 30 minutes. Extremely helpful and friendly. Helped me with a tank upgrade and went through helping me figure out how to put it together

I bought a swag vapor a few weeks ago and the tank all of a sudden stopped working. I didn’t have the vapor for even a month.I went into the shop and asked to speak with the manager or owner and the kid working there said that he wasn’t there so I left my phone number and asked him if he could have the manager call me I never got a call. I went back and the girl That was working behind the desk said there was nothing they could do for me I asked her could you please have the owner call me I still haven’t received a call. So I’ll never go there again they robbed me once it won’t happen again
