Did the 90 minute massage today with Grace. First time here. I had a wonderful experience! Very clean. Even had hot stones, which most places charge extra for. I will definitely be returning.

Absolutely amazing experience here with a 60 minute couples massage with my wife. I asked for soft swedish and got the most perfect relaxing massage, head to toe. Great attention to all areas. My wife went with medium pressure and agreed it was one of our best ever. Nina and Gray(Grace?) were perfect!

I have literally hundreds of massage sessions in my life. Silk massage may be the best ever . No cookie cutter experience here. Very conscientious in asking about pressure. The experience is much more unique that chain stores. The amount of attention to detail is unmatched. As a person who has taught anatomy I believe these therapists have some knowledge of human anatomy as thier techniques go the extra mile in relieving muscle tightness in hard to stretch places. Been here several times and combining the massage with the price it’s the only place in this area I will go.

I’ve been getting massages for the past 10 years. About 8 months ago I started to get my massages at silk massage and I have never looked back. It is extremely affordable and the quality of my massage is always a 10/10. I personally ask for Lee but have had several other massage therapist there and they are all incredible. Everyone is very professional and I always leave with having my pain/ problem areas truly relieved. I would highly recommend silk massage!

Silk Massage Spa had a nice and relaxing atmosphere when I walked in. I was very excited for the experience.Unfortunately, this was one of the weirdest and most stressful situations Ive been in in a while. I was not asked if I had a preference of a male or female massage therapist, so I assumed it would be a female. I had a male and had not even been given a heads up. If I had been, I 100% would have scheduled my appointment for another time. So I was shocked when he came in, and then immediately he placed his forehead against mine and later quietly burped in my ear. I was already uncomfortable but was unsure of how to bring this to his attention. As the massage went on, he was continuously readjusting my underwear so that it was nearly halfway off, which I have never experienced during a massage. Personally, I also felt that he was lifting the sheet higher than what is needed and then readjusting it to sit lower than necessary. The massage therapist had to leave the room several times to get things (which is not a problem at all), but he did not communicate with me that he would be returning, so at one point I thought the massage was over and almost got up. This clearly would have made an uncomfortable situation much worse. Overall, It felt much less professional than I expected and made me feel highly uncomfortable. I feel like this entire situation could have been avoided if the front desk had given me a heads up, and seeing as how Auburn is a college town, I am shocked that this is not their common practice.

Lovely atmosphere, calm and soothing music. 90 minute massage was fantastic and included hot stones. One of the best massage experiences I have had. I can’t recommend Silk more highly.

My husband and I visited for a 90-minute couples massage. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere with great staff; theyre professional and accommodating on short notice. Their prices are the best in the area for sure!! Both my husband and I fell asleep during our massage, so yes, well definitely return.

Actually my wife asked me to give this review after she attended a one hour session with Grace. My wife told me that its the best message she has ever received after going to other sport massages, physical therapy massages, chiropractic massages etc. My wife ranted for about twenty minutes telling me that it was wonderful and that I needed to go too. The place is relaxing as soon as entering, the staff is professional and friendly. Now I am looking forward to going sometime soon.

Great customer service, very nice and respectful worker the manger is great. I didn’t notice that my card was over charged by mistake and the manger refunded me back after she realized it. Will be returning back soon and also the massages are amazing!

I have used Silk Massage Spa on multiple occasions. To date, I have received the services of four of their massage staff, three of them multiple times and received excellent service from all four. I have used other massage spas in multiple locations around the U.S., but Silk has provided me the highest quality experience of any of them. To date, the best four massage therapists that I have encountered were all at Silk. The environment is very welcoming with subtle lighting, calming background music, and very comfortable climate control. Each masseuse demonstrated excellent skills, the product of a high level of training and experience. They also exhibited consummate professionalism by performing their service to its highest standards. They also adjust each session to each clients specifications regarding the amount of pressure, what techniques the client requires, etc. Overall, every visit to Silk has been very enjoyable and produced excellent results. I was originally referred to Silk by my brother and I have referred other family members and friends, including my son, who travels two hours to receive their services. For all the above reasons and more, I recommend that others also check out Silk Massage Spa and see if it enhances the quality of your life.

I cannot recommend Silk Massage Spa enough. I called to book a massage and I was lucky enough to get an appointment same-day (they were busy, clearly popular!). The receptionist on the phone was great, and she was great in-person as well.I had a 60-minute deep-tissue massage immediately followed by a 30-minute foot massage, and it was seriously the best massage I’ve ever had. I planned to start going once every couple of months, but now I want to make this a monthly or twice-a-month visit because it was THAT good. All the sore areas that have been problems for years feel relieved for the first time. My masseuse was Lee, he was incredibly professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He always made sure I felt comfortable and would check in to make sure he wasn’t massaging too hard. His deep-tissue massage is not for the faint of heart.. and it was GREAT! I will 100% be going back and seeing Lee again, I can’t recommend him enough. Also when my massage was over, Lee met me at the front desk with a cold bottle of water. Just exceptional customer service all around. An hour and a half massage for exactly $100 (no hidden fees anywhere) and it completely exceeded expectations. Go check them out if you’re looking for a place to get a massage in Auburn!

The awesome reviews are totally justified! Absolutely amazing! My father told me about this place and I decided to try it out after seeing all the positive reviews. I had Grace because I had seen so many good reviews mentioning her and I can see why! She asked if I was ok, was very attentive to what I told her, and adjusted the pressure she applied accordingly. Very nice people and the place is so relaxing. I can definitely see why there are so many good reviews for Silk Massage Spa (and Grace). VERY well deserved and I’m DEFINITELY coming back, despite that I live over two hours away.

Silk massage spa is the best massage place in all of auburn. I have been going here for the last 4 years since I started school. I always feel relaxed and refreshed everytime I leave here. I always see Grace she is phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is nice and very peaceful however I asked for a neck and shoulders massage and he only worked on my upper back. More so he mostly dug into me with his elbows which was very uncomfortable and has become sore and bruised later in the day. He did not speak any English and I was not able to communicate with him at all. I thought the massage (I use that term loosely) was over due to inability to communicate properly and he came back in after I’d stood up naked. Then he used extremely HOT stones on me that were again painful. I do not recommend going here. I read all the great reviews and was so hopeful about it but I am very dissatisfied. I won’t go back.

Ask for Shasha! Her skill is amazing….I went in with a sore shoulder and came out feeling so much better. I know what I’m asking for on Fathers Day, Birthday, and Christmas! I’ll be back.

I read the reviews and decided to check it out. They were able to get us in for a couples massage last minute. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable! The rooms were very clean, including the bathroom. The massages were amazing, and you can’t beat the prices!! Within 5 seconds, Lee was able to figure out my tough spots and focused on them. My husband had Grace, and this was his first ever massage. He was very nervous about it, but Grace really calmed him down. Now he’s ready to go back often. We will absolutely go back soon!!

Absolutely LOVE Silk Massage! I have tried a few different places around Auburn and they are by far my favorite. Grace is absolutely amazing and she is the sweetest! They have gotten me in twice right before closing. Such a great place with even more amazing people!!

I took my sisters and mom here for a group massage and it was fantastic! The receptionist was more than welcoming and friendly. All the masseuses are very talented and respond well to individual preferences. My mom said it was the best massage she ever had!

The other reviews didn’t mislead. This is a business worth supporting. I had my first visit today and it won’t be my last! I called mid-day (they’re open on Sundays — bonus!) and was given an appointment less than 2 hours later. Excellent customer service all around. Super friendly & welcoming staff. My massage therapist was Lee and he was terrific.

This would have been a 5 *, but I was not happy with the lack of information given when the appointment was made. I was told one price over the phone when I called to make the appointment. While there, my friend and I didnt request any additional services or special oils. However, when we were getting ready to pay, an extra fee was charged for CBD oil. Again, we didnt request this. It was paid since they claim they used it but was not happy that this information wasnt communicated when calling and discussing the pricing. Please let your customers know everything before the service, not afterwards and then be shocked at the difference in pricing. You may and will eventually get some pushback from customers for doing this, so DO NOT think it is okay. The massage itself, I have no complaints. I would recommend, but I would also recommend verifying your total before the service starts as well.

Calling to schedule massage was quick and easy. When I arrived the atmosphere was very calm and inviting. Very clean and neat also. My massage was amazing!! My husband had a massage here recently that he was bragging about so I decided to try it too. The massage table was the most comfortable one I have ever laid on. Just made the experience that much better. Highly recommend! They’re open late so easy to work around work schedules.

My 3 co-worker friends & I were in Opelika for a weekend conference. We were allowed some me time & we were lucky enough to book 4 appts with Silk Massage Spa at the last minute. So many other spas in the area couldnt fit us in, & we had become quite disappointed because we were looking so forward to this. We were SO excited to get these appts together at Silk. For 2 of us, we had never had a massage. The ambiance was so peaceful, and the oil or lotion used smelled great! But my FAVORITE was the hot stones part of the massage!! The fact they end it all with a gentle wipe-down, in case you dont want the oil/lotion to get on your clothes, was a very considerate addition.This experience was beyond perfect for all of us!!! It was probably the BEST part of the whole weekend for me! My only regret is that I live over 2 hours away & dont know when I would be in the area again for another visit. Silk has set the bar high for my expectations of future massages. I can only hope they will be as wonderful, relaxing, and perfect as one I got from Silk Massage Spa. Im hoping to talk my husband into joining me for a couples massage! If Im ever near Opelika, you can bet I will be calling on Silk Spa again! I highly recommend anybody to book some time with them (the longer, the better). You will NOT be disappointed!!

This was probably the best massage Ive ever had- and Ive had plenty! They offer a variety of massage styles and will curate your session to what you want. Very nice staff and a clean establishment. They wipe you down with a warm towel at the end to remove the excess oil which is such a great touch. I hate feeling so gross and oily after massages and have to immediately go home to shower. Definitely recommend this place if youre looking for a great massage!

I was visiting a friend who is a regular client at Silk Spa and we stopped by for 90 min full-body massages. I absolutely loved my massage - one of the best I’ve ever had (I typically get several a year). I found the session to be balanced perfectly between deep tissue and relaxation methods, stretching, and even hot stones. I appreciated that the therapist checked in periodically to make sure the pressure was to my liking, and was gentle when moving my limbs when she worked on the various areas of my body. The value you get for the price is amazing and I’d highly recommend this spa. I’ll be returning whenever I am back in the area!

They are so kind and great ambiance!!But Ive never had a worse massage. Im so sorry to say, I couldnt wait until it was finished. Im not being mean. But they are very clean and super nice shop. But I apologize that I couldnt even leave a tip because he rubbed me in the same spot until my skin was raw feeling and not deep into the tissue (I asked for deep tissue).

Prompt, professional and polite!! What else could you want! The wife and I stopped in for a couples massage and we were both very impressed with this little operation. From the receptionist to the rooms, the therapists and everything between, everything was clean, well presented and very welcoming. My therapist was very strong and able to get further into a deep tissue than most have been able to (Im basically one big knotted muscle) and my wifes therapist made sure she was comfortable and okay with everything he did. Even the restrooms were immaculately cleaned and well maintained! Would definitely recommend for an hour or so of relaxing.

I am 7 months pregnant and was hurting for two days. I decided to get a prenatal massage from Grace and I feel like a new person. All my pain is gone. Can’t recommend her enough!

I’m a fan! Called on the weekend and got scheduled to come in half an hour. Ada was my therapist and had the perfect amount of strong pressure while still remaining gentle (sometimes firm ends up being forceful/aggressive which I personally don’t enjoy). I usually don’t go for hot stones or foot massages, but both were lovely additions to the massage. I will definitely be back!

My shoulder was bothering me for two weeks until I came in for a massage. I was going to get a deep tissue massage, but I have to say I didnt need that much pressure, so I asked my massage therapist to reduce the pressure. In fact, he kept adjusting the pressure based on my response. I didnt even want to get out of bed when I finished my massage. Highly recommend stopping here! Everything here makes me feel relaxed!

We love this place! My partner and I come at least once a month for a couples massage. They are super affordable and always seem to be able to fit you in the schedule. They have a punch card program as well - we don’t get massages anywhere else in town now.

I am about to go into two weeks of being on call 24/7 and I am too chill after this massage to even care. This massage cured my body of all the tension that listening to the Taylor Swift Anti-Hero on repeat for 24 hours put into it. 12/10 chronically anxious and and tense girlies recommend getting a massage here.For real though, everyone was lovely and they we able to work me into the schedule within 45 minutes of me calling. Ada does a great deep tissue massage and quickly identifies problem areas. The hot stones are a lovely touch.

Best experience I have ever had at a massage spa! Sha Sha did an amazing job. She always asked how I was doing and worked on my most painful areas with great care! She knew when to be more soft and when to be more aggressive. I am so happy I went. I haven’t been able to hardly move and ride horses for a week now. I had 2 hour lower back, shoulders, neck and head massage yesterday from Merry. It was the best professional relaxing massage I every had. I slept like a baby last night. Merry was excellent and the place was exceptional clean. Prices are the most reasonable around. I will diffidently be back.

Havent had too many massages because they tend to just go through a routine. This one was excellent. Just the right amount of pressure. Worked the areas that needed it. I had no pain throughout the process and walked away feeling fantastic. My wifes experience was pretty much the same. We will definitely be coming back.

I asked for a traditional massage and they asked for any place to emphasize and I told them my back and lower back. What I expected to be relaxing was an hour of me tensing up and hurting from the masseuse’s elbow in my back and extremely hard massaging. Masseuse did not even massage my arms or legs the entire time even though it was a full body massage. I was asked if I wanted hot stones but I didn’t know what they were. With no warning a couple minutes later the stones were being put on my back and startled me being very hot. Lady spoke very little English which made me feel discouraged to say what was hurting me. Her nails were long so every time she worked anything with her hands I was left with nail marks. As my first ever massage, this was a terrible experience for me. Would’ve liked to have left with the sore places on my body worked but now I just feel like I wasted money.

This was our first time coming to this place by walk in, and it was wonderful. The staff are super friendly and helpful with questions, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. We can’t wait to visit again!

I am very happy with my massagist but not the front desk staff today. I have been there four times, I was in severe sciatica pain and I almost thought I would be permanent disabled until I met ShaSha, she is the best massagist that I have ever seen. She knew my muscle problems before I told her. One thing that made me feel uncomfortable is the attitude of front desk staff, she barely expresses things clearly and she is rude sometimes for asking my personal relationships with the ppl who pick me up. I don’t think she kept a proper distance with the customers.

I went in for my second time with them and asked for the 60 min. deep tissue massage (I was very sore from working out all week) and they asked what areas id like to focus on and I told them and they did a phenomenal job of tending to those specific areas perfectly. When i was done they were waiting at the front with water for me, and the masseuse even waited until I left so he could hold the door for me on my way out (they did this both times i’ve gone). Again, so polite and professional. I will not be going anywhere else. This is the BEST PLACE IN AUBURN!!!

Great massage! The only thing Id ask is to inform the customer of the gender of the masseuse. I wasnt expecting a male masseuse (although he was absolutely professional and very good!) and I felt a bit shocked when I found out half naked laying faced down on the bed!
