This place is awesome all the continuous deals, amazingly helpful staff, and awesome variety. Not to mention every Friday they give away free stuff. It doesn’t get better than the WILDSIDEEE. Literally my favorite smoke shop. Definitely the most underrated smoke shop in Auburn

My favorite smoke shop in the area! Great prices if Im considering just trying something and lots of options to choose from. I just got my first vaporizer under $50 and flower to try it with it works great and the flower is the same as what Im used to. They also sell foreign snacks and drinks. I love the mushroom energy drinks!

I’ve been to multiple smoke shops to find the best flower in town and this store has it. Not only is it prepackaged, but it has a QR code that you can scan for more information about the product(s) you’re buying. The stores that weigh out their flower themselves before selling to customers make me nervous because I don’t know what I’m actually getting or if it’s actually safe. The employees here are extremely attentive and helpful. Wildside is definitely the spot to get your goods from.

Very good experience here, they have a huge variety of everything. The employees have great customer service/knowledge and are very welcoming. Love that they check IDs with cards makes me feel extra safe!

Ill start with saying the workers/management have nothing to do with my experience, but the company policy of no vaping in stores is counterintuitive for labor costs, counteractive for requiring every customer that wants to test their vape to step outside to do it, and counter-profit in that customers cant try and test different flavors of juices and devices (with disposable protectors of course) like they can in most if not all other shops in the area. This hurts the process because you cant ensure your disposables work before leaving the store without making a 50+ft walk outside, which may not sound like much, but given a busy day and limited real estate, makes a big picture difference in terms of efficiency of in/out time between customers.I was told it was because a different location had mold created from all of the vapor and created a big expense that led to a company wide policy that, as previously mentioned, is meritless at best. Its also speculative at best because correlation ≠ causation. For instance, if this other locations store manager didnt ensure the air filter was changed out or that air was properly circulating into the return vents, and if theyre not...maybe a fan from Walmart up the road to literally push the air/humidity to the return/exhaust vent (or, idk, a dehumidifier?) as opposed to being the only store in Auburn that both checks everyones ID and doesnt let you vape...much less at a *vape* shop.Until this policy catches up with the rest of the gas stations much less head shops in the area, I wont be returning. It didnt help that 2 of the 3 vapes I bought were defective (Ive taken apart vapes and have been vaping for years). Most other vape spots that Ive been to had the vibe of a hookah bar with half the real estate and none of the smoke...but smelled like cotton candy and gummy worms because workers and customers alike could chill [aka build rapport, value, etc] while *using and demonstrating the products.*I cant put into words how out of touch this policy is with the typical vape experience. It feels like if Chick fil A started a vape shop with nice employees but strict policies that only half make sense...yet still apparently successful because the main reason I checked this spot out to begin with was *because* of its Google rating. Clean store, fair selection, friendly and knowledgeable employees...dumb corporate policy that unfortunately overrides the pros of shopping here. I hope to see the change because it wasnt the worst experience ever...but was the worst vape shop experience Ive personally had because as a customer I like to talk about products while trying flavors/products before making a decision as to which one I want to purchase. I hope this gets considered. Best of luck, genuinely.

The employee had no clue what she was selling and told me to Google the difference in the products. The product she sold me was terrible and didnt do anything but give me a headache. Wasted money, and I will go to a more informed establishment in the future. Smoke Buddies in Auburn is the most informed establishment in town.
