This place never disappoints, unlike Massage Envy and so many other spots! They actually get at your knots and you leave feeling something was accomplished, it’s amazing and well worth the price - such great value.The chair massage is the best and most consistent in my opinion after coming here for the last 4-5 years. I haven’t tried full body or reflexology/foot massages here for a few years because I tried chair and never went back, but my family loves their other style massages, too. Highly recommend!

Relaxing quiet atmosphere. Reminds me of a Swedish massage. Very good for deep muscle massage. They do a great stretch too! My favorite is a good foot massage.If I fall asleep they did it right. Sorry if I snored lol!

The epitome of unprofessional. An extremely odd, crude and suspicious place to get a massage to say the least. Employees made us feel extremely uncomfortable throughout. Made an appointment at the beginning of the day and had to wait over 30 minutes past the appointment time while they had one other customer. They gave us all a 30 minute massage in 20 minutes My moms phone also *randomly* went missing after leaving and although they deny they have it, her location still pings to the establishment. They will also ruthlessly haggle for a bigger tip than you give, despite the experience. Prices speak to the quality of this place… don’t waste your hard earned money.

I go in and get the 1 hour foot massage for $30. The thing is they dont just massage your feet they actually massage your entire body with an extra focus on the feet. They are pretty amazing at what they do and I have never had a bad massage there. O always come out feeling very loose, relaxed, and refreshed. You definitely cant beat the price for the massage you get. This place definitely deserves 5 stars and will absolutely continue to get my business. I already cant wait for the next time I get to go back !

Its not about the pressure or the exact area. Your entire body is connected. Im very grateful they understand that because I have really never had a more beneficial massage. Been dealing with pain throughout the left side of my body for years and 1 hour in there and im feeling incredible relief. Super greatful for you guys and the good quality work.

I had a decent massage. The guy I got was good at firm pressure, but moved so fast it wasnt very relaxing. But my body needed deep tissue help more than relaxation, so Id say it was worth the price since this place is cheaper than most around here. My complaint is that when I paid at the end, I apologized for not being able to tip...Im on Disability & dont have my stim check yet. I just went through a medical procedure & really needed a massage to help my muscles stop tensing & causing me even more pain. But when I signed for the payment, the guy behind the counter pointed to the line for the tip & said, No tip? with a disappointed look on his face. My massage therapist was standing right behind him along with someone else, plus there were 2 or 3 other people behind me waiting to pay & leave. We dont speak the same language, so I couldnt explain my situation, (but I dont think I should have to in the first place). So I felt pressured to leave a tip when I could barely afford this massage - my first Ive been able to afford in almost a year. Im a big tipper when I can, but sometimes some of us just cant. But we still need the help. I wont be going back because I didnt go there to feel as poor as I am or pressured to tip for a decent (not great) massage.

Wow! Being from the Bay Area and not having this anywhere near, I was so Happy to see them in downtown Auburn. Well...got a combo massage of foot and body for $45!!! Seriously folks, that is such a treat that you can do a few times per month for yourself. Definitely will be a regular here from now on.We walked in on a Saturday around 315pm, and there was no wait, 3 of us getting messages at that time.Its not sketch, or any weird style, if your from a bigger city you know these are on every corner and super popular! Love it, cant wait to treat myself again!

My mom and I used to meet up and come here regularly for YEARS. The price was unheard of for the quality of the massage. The customer service WAS amazing. We have tried three times to get a decent massage here over the last couple months and each time has been horrible. The staff seem like they hate what they are doing. A child gives a massage equivalent to what they are providing now: rough, painful, and spasmodic. We ended up leaving early and when they asked why, we were polite but honest and told them it just wasnt good. It was actually uncomfortable. They laughed, which was the last straw. The customer service is awful, the massage is miserable, and they TALK during the entire massage so its hard to relax. Unfortunately, I do NOT recommend this place any longer. Save your money

I use to come here more frequently before the management changed early in 2018. Every time the massages were excellent and great customer service. My first massage in April 2018 was still excellent, but since then it has gone down hill at least in my experience.Earlier this week I called ahead of time to check if I could schedule massages for 3 people at 7pm. She said absolutely they could take us. We arrived 6:50pm and she came out frantically telling us that she couldn’t take us for still another hour and to come back at 8pm. We decided to give them a chance still and waited till 8pm. As we waited she scheduled 5 more walk ins all around similar times. Then she talked w us again at 8:30 and said that she couldn’t take us till 9pm because she didn’t have three massage therapists available till then. We decided to leave. I would have preferred if she had just said no we aren’t available when I called so I didn’t waste a 20 min drive and 1.5 hour wait. Disappointment #1.Today still needing a good massage we decided to try it again. Maybe it was just a bad night. We called again and asked for 2 people this time. She remembered me and apologized about the previous night not working out and promised that she would be able to take us.We arrived 7pm on time for our massage. No one was there to greet us for nearly 10 min. We tried to call out quietly to the workers, no answer. So we just waited for someone to come out to the front desk.We said we had a 7pm appointment, not 7:15pm she said wait 5 min. So by 7:30 we finally began our massage.I had a very disappointing massage...-The water for the foot massage was cold.-The lady massaging me was clearly sick and sneezing/coughing, she needed to be resting not working. She was exhausted I could tell and her technique was rough, quick, and uncaring.I felt like a number, not a person. She didn’t wash her hands between blowing her nose sneezing and massaging me...feeling a little uncomfortable.-The other massage therapists walking around and the two therapists working on us kept talking very loudly in their native language.-The therapist massaging my friend was also the front desk lady so she left about 4-5 times while she was massaging to see to the phone ringing or customers coming in.I don’t usually write many reviews but that it worth the time.

This is now The Best Massage, they have another place on Masters Court in Auburn. Good foot massage that includes the head, neck, shoulder, back as well. Ive had several back massages as well and the quality of the massage depends on who you get - some only give a little bit better than a Swedish massage - very little work on muscle tightness. Some dont speak English. Prices are very reasonable.

Came in for 60 min foot reflexology and received a full body massage for an hour. It was wonderful! The communication was poor because minimal English was spoken. I think the experience would have been 5 stars if I would have been more confident of what was expected of me and what to expect from them in regards to where I should go, where/how to sit, etc. UPDATE: This place is (was) a huge highlight when visiting family in Auburn. I came to California this time with enough Christmas gifts to visit at least 3 times-even with the $5 price increase. My cousin and I went. Our first visit was not as good as I remembered. Polly did ok, but the woman providing massage for my cousin kept having to leave to answer phone and deal with customers at front. Plus, there was too much (non English) talking during massage and yelling in back room. 2nd time we went we asked for Jack-an older gentleman who had helped me tremendously last year when I visited. When we arrived, a young man claimed to be Jack and since they cannot communicate we just went with it. My cousin had Polly, who did ok, again. I had Jack. It was not a good massage. When we paid, my cousin used her gift card. I put my money on the counter. Both Polly and Jack stared at the money like they didnt know why it was there. I was confused and asked my cousin if she paid for me. She did not. So, I separated the money and explained- $30 for massage and $6 for tip (20%). (I didnt say that I felt a 20% tip was generous after the bad massage even though I wanted to.) I then gave a thumbs up sign and asked we good? Jack stated NO GOOD and walked away. Polly stated that a normal tip STARTS at $10. I was dumbfounded. Seriously?!? They raise their prices, lower the quality of the massage and then get angry when you dont tip OVER 20%? I definitely will not be back to this establishment. FYI: the same people were working at BEST MASSAGE on the other side of Auburn last time I was in Auburn. So, there is a good chance it is run by the same people.Going to give my business to Relax Foot Reflexology in Auburn from this point on.

I went for a FOOT massage. It turns out that means whole body and some foot. I kept trying to clarify during massage and man did not speak English to understand. I finally after 40 minutes got my needs heard and he just did feet. The process is all formula - they dont really feel the body or heat the needs of the guests. Afterwards I went to pay and it was explained to me that I had to talk to owner lady for a specific foot massage. I paid the $25 and she had the nerve to ask if I had topped the guy! I did not think it was worth a tip but I handed over the $2 in my pocket - she gave a disgusted look. I would not reccomend this place at all unless you want a formula massage and have to tip whether its worth it or not.

I came in for an hour foot massage and ended getting 20 minutes of a foot massage. The rest of the time I was getting a random back, head and arm massage. During the time of the massage my masseur was burping which made the experience even more awkward.

Today I went in with my back hurting so terribly. They took such great care of me and my back feels better. Im going again tomorrow since the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality you receive. Dont forget to tip them well if they did good.

I had a massage with May, omg!!!! , It was the best massage I had in all my life and I’m 52 1/2 years old and I had several hundreds Of massages, and , she was the best of all of them I will be back.

The prices are amazing and every single massuese is friendly and energetic - of course some find the knots better than others but I have not had a bad experience with any one of them. Not much English spoken but not much needs to be said : )
