Nisheua is awesome! I’m visiting from out of town and had some downtime and decided to book a massage. Getting an appointment was simple and easy to do online. I’ve had some discomfort in one of my shoulders and she listened to me and always made sure the pressure was okay and I was comfortable. She’s very professional and friendly. I definitely enjoyed my visit. Job well done!

Finally gave in and got a membership at Massage Envy, BEST DECISION EVER! They are reasonably priced and Ive had many great massages here. Crystal and Graham are two good people to ask for. If youre considering giving it a try, they are always running some kind of special, you might get more than you think! Ms. Laverne A. Was absolutely amazing! I suffer from lower back pain, and Im on my feet 8 hours a day in the Healthcare field. Lets just say she has hands of an angel 😇 ✨️ ❤️

My first visit seem like a very nice place the people were very nice

LaVerne is an absolute gift. I have serious shoulder and hip issues and she takes the time to focus on those areas. Shes kind and calming, and continues to wear her mask, which is very important to me. I HIGHLY recommend seeing her ASAP.I have also been for a facial, which was INCREDIBLE. The woman who does those was hesitant to wear a mask, but respected my preferences and did so, which I appreciated.

Ive had several massages before at other spas, but was given a gift card here so I figured Id try them out despite things Ive heard about them. Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was friendly. Atmosphere was very relaxing in the lobby as well as the waiting room in the back. My masseuse, on the other hand, was not very friendly. Her greeting was cold, extremely dry, and monotone. Think about the guy from the Clear Eyes commercial, only in female form. Once in the back room, she asked what type of pressure I wanted (light, medium, or firm). I requested medium since I was having problems in my back and restless legs. I guess she imagined me- a 5 ft, 120 lb female-as a 250 lb football player because the pressure was breathtakingly unbearable. Lots of neck pinches and unnecessary heavy pressure on my back, legs, feet, and neck. She never engaged in contact other than to tell me to turn over. After the session was over, she waiting outside the room with water and dryly said Drink plenty of water, have a nice day. No smile, nothing but a blank facial expression. Not sure if she wasnt feeling well, having a rough day, or just didnt want to be a work that day, but my body feels like she took it out on me. My back feels 10x worse than when I came in and now I have soreness in my shoulders and neck. Seriously doubt Ill come back for a massage. The 2 stars are for the experience with the receptionist upon arriving and leaving.

I thought I had booked a massage for my birthday weekend online. When I called they told me what I had to bring with me. So I drove to my appointment only to get told that I didn’t have any appointment which really made me mad. Due to the fact I was looking forward to this appointment. Now I have to reschedule for something that I booked online. Online booking is not working properly so if you use it then you have to call and confirm that it is booked. I am so disappointed in what happened.

My first massage there was great. Pretty sure I had Angela. Not sure who I had this time but she left the lights on bright during my massage. I found it a little hard to enjoy it the experience.

Ive had a membership for some time now but one of my main reasons for keeping it was because of flexibility. I used to be able to call and get an appt with no prob. Now its like every other massage place. You have to plan 2 weeks in advance for an appt. I guess for some thats not an issue.

Great first time experience. My schedule is usually tight so thing like this are usually done last minute. I had tried a couple of times to schedule online at the Colimbus ME but they were always booked. Decided to try the Aiburn ME and they had an appointment time available. I was greated immediately when I arrived and filled out a short electronic form before being taken to a waiting area. I spent about a minute there until I was taken to a private room for the massage.. The masseuse was very professional and took care to respect my boundaries. I will definitely be back and plan on getting a massage regularly. Friendly and helpful staff.

I just had my first massage here and it was the best massage I have ever had. Angela was my therapist and I have already pre booked my next appointment. The staff was very friendly and the environment is very clean, inviting, and relaxing.

I went for a Chemical Peel. It wasnt what I expected but the price was good. On the second visit they used a stronger Peel and when I asked is this the same price the lady responded of course. When I was ready to leave the price was $70.00 more than the first time. No one explained that the first visit was an introductory price. The classic Bait and Switch. Will not go back.

Have used them on and off for years and recently joined the monthly membership, which I highly recommend if you need a massage monthly. This is the only place offering this and it is a real deal. The staff have always been friendly and professional. My experience here has always been excellent.

Booked an appt for 11. They called and confirmed. About an hour later they called and asked if I would be willing to move my appt to 10:30 to accommodate the therapist and they gave a free add-on like biofeeeze (not an entire bottle, just a single application.) I said I preferred the 11 o’clock time slot but would move it. I arrived for my appt early, signed in, and while waiting for the therapist, they came to me and said one of the therapists never showed up and asked if I’d be willing to come back later in the afternoon. There was a therapist there waiting on a client (not a member) who has not shown yet. I mentioned that I had already been rescheduled and they said they were trying to accommodate me. No, if they were trying to accommodate me, they would go ahead and see me since; 1) I had already been rescheduled, 2) I had already signed in, and 3) the other client had not even shown yet. Mind you, they offered no further compensation (Extension of massage time for free, etc). I left and will not be returning. Calling corporate first thing on Monday.

I wouldnt recommend massage envy. I called and asked for a recommendation for the best deep massage therapist they had available. The lady on the phone recommended this one gentleman who was supposed to be miraclulos with deep tissue massages. Trusting her, I chose to do a 1 hour deep tissue massage with her recommended therapist and let me tell you... he may have been the worst. If you havent had one before, deep tissue massages are supposed to be high pressure and tension relieving and this massage was neither. I left feeling more tense than ever before. Bad judgement and weak therapists. Would not recommend. PLUS the extra charge for deep tissue when I didnt even receive it. Oh yes, and during a slight break in massage, I opened my eyes ever so slightly to see my therapist CHECKING THEIR PHONE!! During the time I am PAYING a large sum of money for them to give me their undivided attention. Do not go here unless you are seeking dissapointment.

I had an horrible experience with Massage Envy. The receptionist was rude then when I begin to call her out on how disrespectful she was acting she placed the blame on me. I paid for a service that was never rendered. Then was told in order to get the service I paid for I would have to make 3 payment ($180) for a contract in order to get the service that was already paid for.

If y’all come book with Thomas the service was amazing I’ll be back!

Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Never had an opening when I really needed to go. Had to make appts way ahead of time or see someone else. Massages were great.
