The young lady that works at the counter is so very kind and patient to answer any of your questions. She is very honest and if you have a five dollar off coupon from purchasing previous items, she will always let you know. In my opinion, she deserves a raise because she works her rear end off. I’ve been to vape shops in Auburn and there is nowhere else I would rather go than Mr. Smoke! Of course they have to make money, but nine out of 10 of their products are very competitive with online. Thanks for all you do!

My favorite smoke shop in Auburn! All of my friends have recommended me here. They have the best prices I’ve seen in town with a broad selection and high quality products. The customer service has been amazing every time I’ve went. All of the employees are very patient and helpful whenever I have questions. Highly recommend this location!

This is one of the best smoke shops in town! You will not find a friendlier and more helpful staff, and the owners are awesome! They have stuff I’ve never seen anywhere else and very nice pricing. This is my go to shop.

I started going to this shop when I moved back up here. It was close to where I lived at the time. I have moved and now it isnt as close but I still drive out of my way to shop here. The folks that work there are awesome and that keeps me coming back as well as a great selection

Came in today not knowing what this place was , met Kim who was sharpe and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had with the perfect answer! The store it self has something for anyone new old but all just quality. I’ll be back.

So aggravated bought a peace to a vape that was suppose to make it work it didnt walked all the way back down there to show there the product and she replaced it worked in the store when I got home it went back to do not reading the device I thank she might have a bad set of coils guys do not buy any of the coils for the vape from her

I bought a (slightly overpriced, but) relatively cheap glass accessory from here the night before and it shattered the same night through no fault or cause of my own. Brought it back to the store the next day to just exchange it or get a refund, and they refused to even entertain that they could’ve sold cracked merchandise and said there was nothing they could do.This has genuinely been one of my favorite vape stores to shop in town because of a good juice line up and a ton of accessories, but the level of customer service on something so small and trivial is off-putting, and I can’t say I’d wanna go back.

The Owner was AWESOME, I have been all over Auburn looking for a disposable vape that carries 10,000 puffs, Myself and Son stopped in and asked they carry disposable vape with 10,000 puffs a d he did.He also carries CBD for animals my dogs have anxiety when I leave constantly barking. I gave them a half of the CBD and they completely settled down.I highly recommend Mr.Smoke
