Viva Day Spa Med Spa Lamar

I have been going to Milk and Honey for years and decided to try something different this weekend and booked the 90 minute Signature Massage and Deluxe Pedicure at Viva on S Lamar. I will start by saying the service I received during the treatments was exceptional. Probably one of the best massages I have ever had (thank you Dan) and an extremely attentive and luxurious pedicure (thank you Tony). When I checked in, the receptionist at the front brought me into the back and showed me the round waiting room (the one you see in all the promotional photos) and gave me a glass of water and an iPad to fill out my check-in forms. Then she left. No explanation about where the restrooms were, reassurance that my provider would come get me, etc. Since I have been to Milk and Honey many times, I was expecting a similar experience at Viva (which is always rated so highly in every local poll) and was confused about where I would store my things and change into a robe, etc. There is no locker room for showering and cleaning up after an oily massage. That is not the experience at Viva, so just be aware. I should have done more research to know what to expect. While I waited, two other women came in to wait for their service and I heard them also asking each other about where to change into a robe - so Im not the only one to have made this mistake. It can get a little crowded in the circular waiting room, which has a different effect if you are looking to mentally disconnect during your visit - it is not a spacious lounge. I would go back to get another massage from Dan or another pedicure from Tony, and I recommend them. They were phenomenal. But if I am looking for a luxurious, pampering get away, I will go somewhere else.

I had a really relaxing experience here. The facilities are basic and not resort style, but everything was clean and well kept. I enjoyed my first IR sauna and prefer it now to tradition ones. Trey was my therapist and he did a great job on my deep tissue massage and made me feel cared for. Keep up the great work, sir.

Had a fabulous and peaceful experience at Viva today! Tony gave a healing manicure and massage with a guided breathing exercise, and Ashlynn gave a refreshing Hydra Facial that left my face feeling clean and youthful. Have already booked my returning appointments. Fabulous ambience and customer service. 10/10 recommend!

Viva is hands down my favorite medspa services provider in ATX. I went in to see Natalie for the first time in October and she educated me in an area that’s totally new for me. She helped me come up with a plan with the right products and treatments for me to achieve the results I want. Great facilities, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and just a great overall experience. 6 months into following my prescribed routine and my skin is the best it’s been in years. They make it comfortable and easy to correctly invest in the right areas for your goals.

I’ve been coming to Ashlynn for facials for about 8 months now. The difference in my skin is crazy - no more trying to cover everything up with makeup; a normal day is just tinted SPF and I’m good to go. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, assesses what my skin needs on the day, crafted a VERY effective home skincare routine for me, and is just an absolute treat to work with. I feel more confident on a daily basis and am so glad I found this gem of an esthetician. Viva is also a great location - you feel relaxed and ready to unwind as soon as you step through the doors - and everyone there without fail is kind, considerate, and incredibly helpful.

My friend and I had an amazing time here and each got one of the BEST massages we have ever had (thank you Alma and Samantha!) There was a mixup with our appointments that cut one of our services short, but the staff acted quickly to make up for it and were very kind and generous in the process. We will be back!

My husband and I were on a quick trip to Austin and decided to book a massage\facial. I had a facial with Stacey and I left glowing. She was so easy to chat with and I felt like I had known her forever. She made the experience so relaxing. The products were top notch and the experience is one that will be hard to beat! I now joke that I will fly to Austin (from Des Moines) just to see Stacey for a facial. Highly recommended.

Dan is the best massage therapist I have ever known! Love going to Viva on S Lamar, the staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is so posh and relaxing.

They carry wonderful lines of products and you will find comfort in their peaceful environment as you sip your warm tea…We all love pampering packages where you are comforted by a plush robe while receiving massages, facials and spa pedicures using the greatest products available! This is a company made by women and its very local to Austin with 3 great locations so I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Ian is THE BEST massage therapist I’ve ever experienced—I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and honestly wish I could go for more massages! Today I also experienced a Viva facial for the first time. Cassie-Rae was knowledgeable, personable and left my skin glowing. Everyone here seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, which makes a huge difference. Love it here!

If you’re looking for an amazing esthetician for a custom facial, olivia is your gal! she has totally transformed my skin over the last year. i really appreciate how each visit she evaluates my skin, talks me through her recommendations & then sends me home with post-care / adjustments to my current routine suggestions :)

I had a great experience with Natalie! I had a microneedling with PRP and loved the outcome. My skin feels smoother! Natalie also educated me on all of my options and I will for sure be back for more facials!

Had such a wonderful time. I schedule a couples massage with Viva Day Spa and the entire process was stress-free. From booking over the phone, to making sure the amount of the treatment was discrete as it was a gift. I received a deep tissue massage from Heather J and it was one of the best massages Ive ever received. My significant other got a Swedish massage from Teresa. This was their first massage experience and it definitely wont be our last time booking here.

Oh my goodness Theresa was amazing. She was wonderful I relaxed so much I caught myself snoring just a little bit,lol . I will definitely go back and I dont even live in Austin it was a gift from my sons for mothers day.

I’m writing this from an experience I had a few months back For how much I paid, I could not believe how terrible the service was. My massage therapist (Daniel) was extremely sick, blowing his nose every 5 minutes and coughing on me. His massage was also very poor. The Botox tech (Jordyn) was VERY pushy and made me feel judged the entire time of my visit. I really wanted to love it here but couldn’t be more disappointed.

I went in yesterday to get the viva ultimate facial, which was absolutely amazing!!!!! I owe it all to Angela, who I am definitely rebooking with and going back to consistently. The whole experience was incredible! From the front desk, to the relaxation room w tea and cucumber water, to the facial room that was so inviting, warm and she had the best music playing! Angela talks you through every step of the facial and tells you exactly what products she is using all while making you feel as comfortable as possible. I really couldn’t have had a better experience!!

I had a wonderful massage with Daniel today! He was very attentive, has a great touch and made me feel very relaxed. I wish I lived closer because Id go see him regularly!

I just had the most wonderful massage experience with Samantha! I had a great amount of upper body tension from my work (hairstylist) and I have a 6 month old so I’m constantly carrying him and nursing him. Samantha went above and beyond to work out as much tension as possible during our session today. She was extremely informative and offered recommendations on how to better manage my body tension. I could tell she is truly doing what she’s been called to do and it shows in the way she cares for her guests.The atmosphere at Viva was extremely relaxing and clean. It of course smells incredible when you walk in. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The relaxation room was lovely and they have an assortment of teas and infused water for guests to enjoy while they wait.As a new mom, it can be difficult to commit time to myself. With an experience like the one I just had, it will make it easier to prioritize self care. I am looking forward to my next session with Samantha! Thanks so much.

The most amazing spa day I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. From massage, to personalized facial, to mani and pedi was above expectations and oh so relaxing.

I arrived at your location on Sunday evening.I recently went in looking to purchase some products. I checked in with Alex who seemed uninformed when i was asking her about the products. I ended up buying nothing from my experience with her.

I came in for a consult today with Nicole and I could not be happier with the level of care and expertise I received. I feel so well informed and truly like I was heard and advocated for instead of being rushed into a service or upsold. I’m so looking forward to receiving treatment from her and I would highly recommend their team!

The front desk girls Cierra & Alex were so bubbly! I’m super ticklish, I tense up with even the slightest touch. Olivia was so gentle, I was actually able to relax & enjoy myself!

It’s great that they don’t discriminate based on physical condition, but I don’t think it makes sense to use that as a default option. Masseuse was nice, but the strength just isn’t there. Won’t be returning

I just had a deep tissue massage with Ian. It was beyond amazing. I’ve had multiple spinal surgeries, he was so knowledgeable and professional. I felt totally comfortable. Bailey at the front desk is an absolute doll! I can’t wait to go back. Regi

Ren is the best! My skin is completely transformed after my hydrafacial with her. She explained things so well and I left feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. I didn’t expect just one facial to clear up my skin up so well. She really went above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be seeing her in the future.

I recently visited Viva Day Spa for a The Diva Viva Spa Package. I received this as a birthday gift from my spouse, and was excited to schedule my appointment.The reception team was very helpful while booking and upon my arrival. Once I was escorted to the lounge, I was given a menu to select my lunch. Lunch was ultimately a tasty salad from The Soup Peddler and a glass of wine.My massage therapist, Valerie did an excellent job laying out the schedule for the day along with providing a restorative massage. I explained my areas of concern and she addressed them with a great deep tissue.Amber provided my facial after a short break. She created a very warm and informative environment. Amber also explained the objectives of each product line to create a custom facial. It felt very luxurious and I was glowing afterwards.My manicure and pedicure was provided by Tina. It was a great day to wrap up the day. Since I had previously had SNS on my nails I did have to have that removed prior to my services at Viva. After long SNS use, my nails were a bit weak. I was given a wonderful repair job on a snag. The mani and pedi were great.I had a really relaxing day, it was a fantastic treat!

SUPERB service. The ladies are all gorgeous and professional & the establishment is exceedingly clean and comfortable. I had Stephanie for my Deluxe Mani & Chelsea for my Love Rocks Massage Package. They are super cool! I highly recommend Viva Day SPA to anyone seeking TLC. Thank you ladies for pampering me.

Viva Day Spa South Lamar is absolutely incredible!!! Kelly did my photo facial and she was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, explained the process thoroughly, and was so excited to help me in my skincare journey. I loved the experience. The ladies at the front were so friendly and welcoming. They gave me a big giant hello when I arrived and that set the tone for my entire appointment. This location is a bit of a drive for me since I live in Leander, but so worth it. Kudos to the team!

I just left a deep pore facial with Sarah, and it was the best facial ever! Sarah was so sweet and had the best vibe, she took very good care of my skin and talked me through everything and recommended the best products to help my skin. The room was so comfortable and welcoming and it was everything I was hoping for. If you are looking for someone to get a first facial with or even try someone new, I highly highly recommend Sarah!

I got the most effective facial in my life here. Ive always gotten facials to keep my skin at bay but Nikki and her skin expertise elevated my skin to a new level. Ill be continuing to go here as Ive never seen my skin look so beautiful in my life.

Viva quickly addressed a concern I had regarding what seemed to be a shorter duration of Botox than Id previously experienced. I was invited back for a consultation and an extra generous touch up. We took more before and after photos to track my freezing progress. Staff was bubbly as usual. Great experience!Ive now been a massage, laser, and Botox customer--pleased on all accounts! Have brought my mom and sister here for massages when they visit.Book early and book often!

My son bought me the Viva Diva package for my birthday! I know, I have a great son! Anyways I started with Nina who gave me a fabulous massage! I almost fell asleep 3 times…. Then onto Ren who gave me a very thorough and wonderful facial!! I feel very rejuvenated! And the pièce de résistance was Tony who gave me my pedicure and manicure!!! I’m very OCD about how I want my cuticles and nails done and DUDE delivered!!!!! AMAZING job!!!!

This was my first experience there, and from the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and professional, and seemed focused on ensuring a welcoming/comforting environment. I had scheduled myself for the Vital facial. My aesthetician, Sarah M., was absolutely phenomenal. She truly listened to my concerns, and made thoughtful suggestions on ways to improve my home skincare routine. We talked about various things throughout my time with her, and it was like talking to an old friend. My skin felt and looked so good when she was done. I’ve already booked my next facial with her, and can’t wait to have another great facial!!

An absolutely delightful experience! We got a couples massage, and the location was clean, quiet, and very peaceful. Both masseuses were attentive, friendly, and did a fantastic job working out a lot of tension in our muscles. The place smelled fantastic, and we’ll definitely be going back again.

I was blown away! And I had HIGH expectations.In my 51 years on this planet, I had never done a full spa treatment before. What took me so long to find Viva?!!? Within 10 minutes, I knew I was coming back. Just from the calm and nurturing environment from the moment you walk in hooked me. Heather gave one of the best massages I can remember, and I have had many massages. She was top notch! Stacy was great doing my facial. I doubt there is anyone more knowledgeable in her craft than her. And Mari was excellent, very pleasant, and professional, giving me a great manicure and pedicure. I am probably not their typical client but they treated me like family, really, so sweet. THANK YOU VIVA!! Ill be back!!

My friend and I had a wonderful time from the moment we stepped inside. Clean, peaceful atmosphere and very welcoming people. Tim was my therapist and I can’t recommend him enough! I usually am left wanting a deeper massage but his technique is flawless and was definitely deep enough. Big thanks to Stephanie as well for making the experience so fun and personable. We can’t wait to come back!

Always receive excellent service and the environment is so calming! I’ve gotten massages and facials here, as well as doing their 6 hour package once. Parking is easy and free for 2hrs, the staff is really well trained, and it’s always such a relaxing experience. I wish I could afford to go every month but it’s definitely worth the occasional treat!

Wonderful experience top to bottom. Was able to get a same-day appointment for my wife. Front counter staff was courteous and helpful. A calm atmosphere, had complimentary tea while I waited for my wife’s massage. She was saying her pain went down from around a 9/10 to a 2/10 (YMMV) and that Valerie was fantastic. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough good things about Erika at Viva Day Spa. I visited her a few months ago for the first time, one month before my wedding, and took all of her advice for products I should be using that we discussed during my facial. I walked out looking/feeling amazing and was able to maintain it at home with her recomendations. A few days later, even my (clueless) husband told me my skin was glowing! My skin looked great even after my wedding. I will continue to see her on a regular basis and am so impressed - bonus points for keeping me laughing through all our appointments!

I went a while back i still feel as if i was over charged. a pedicure with gel polish came out to 100$? i had a gift receipt it was the only reason i came. i added gel to my hands as well but 100$?! ridiculous!!! the gift receipt had tip included & the girl at the front had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to leave a tip?? i said the gift receipt has one?! overall worst experience i will say the woman who did my nails was very nice & great to talk to! she did a good job. Edit: after seeing the owners response.. ridiculous! i will never be back! the worst response. not only did you call me broke but wanted to let me know their prices are high unlike other places where i can go that meet my “ budget “ screw off!

I went to the Lamar location for a facial a few weeks back and Erika was AMAZING! The front desk girl was very sweet and walked me back and gave me a cup of water. I’m pregnant and Erika made sure I was comfortable in the bed. It’s was perfect to lay in, like a cocoon! She massaged my face and shoulders and head and neck and did a wonderful job! The music was great and the low lighting was also nice to just enjoy being pampered for an hour!

Nikki was incredible! I’ve never had a facial before and totally signed up for the wrong type of facial. After looking at my skin she recommend a different type of facial, added a great mango peel and still addressed the issues I was concerned about! I left with my skin feeling hydrated and clean, I loved it! She was also very knowledgeable about the product and I’m super excited to start using my new sunscreen! For anyone going in, needing help and not knowing what they’re doing, I highly recommend Nikki!

Such a great experience. The staff were all super kind, knowledgable, and comforting. Stephanie at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. She made you feel like old friends. Leah is awesome. I cant recommend her enough. Definitely my new go-to med spa.

My favorite luxury spa in Austin and this location in particular is my favorite Viva. The decor is lovely and Ive always received excellent service, from the front desk to the therapists. Yes, its pricey and you can get an amazing massage elsewhere for less money, but I really enjoy the relaxing ambience of the spa. If you want a great massage at the best price, go to an independent therapist. But if you want to feel fancy and like youre really treating yourself, this fits the bill.

I did one of the fall packages. Mario did my treatment and gave me the most divine deep tissue massage. He paid special attention to the my neck and shoulders - left feeling massage drunk in the best way possible

Ive been getting personalized facials and hydrafacials with Erika every 4-6 weeks for well over a year now. I keep coming back because not only does Viva provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, but Erika is so wonderful - I am always excited to come back and see her, chat, have a few laughs, all while she is working on my skin to make sure I leave feeling and looking fabulous!

I booked the Mother Nuture package for my birthday this past weekend and everything was amazing. Booking was super easy, the ladies were very helpful when I arrived. Mario was great. After requesting deep tissue he made sure to inform me a deep tissue would take up more time and we may not have been able to complete everything in the package. I appreciate him letting me know so I could make the decision myself. We were able to complete everything and I left completely relaxed. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made sure to remind me to end my parking upon leaving. I will definitely be coming back!

I wouldn’t recommend pregnancy spa here. First of all they need to change brushes to some softer one. In the beginning of spa the girl was brushing me with some cactus brush which was super rough and it did hurt me I was just thinking if it should be like that? Or I suppose to like it. The temperature in the room was way tooooo hot for pregnant women plus there was some sheet under me which was extra heated. Also my already swollen feet they wrapped in some plastic bags. Which made me feel even more tired. The only think I was dreaming about is to jump into the pool filled with ice after that. Also I took full spa package which was included 1h of massage plus body wrap plus lavender scalp treatment. The body wrap I was thinking will be some masks and cream for my skin and belly. But the girl just covered me with the heated sheet (that’s all about it) lavender scalp treatment girl did only one side I guess she forgot to do second side of my head.So I would just go to sauna if i wanted that kind of spa. Unfortunately didn’t get what I wanted and needed as a pregnant. Anyway the atmosphere and salon itself really nice.

If you want the softest and most magical hands working on your face, then you need to go to see Kelly S. at the South Lamar location. Her bedside manner is incredible and she is very informative as she walks you through the process of the treatment she is doing. I’ve been seeing her for years and won’t go to anybody else!

Absolutely thankful I found Viva when it came to laser services. Everyone is so friendly...and dont get me started on how great it smells inside haha. Sarah is always my go-to esthetician and laser tech, she is THE BEST.

Erika was absolutely wonderful. I had a hydrafacial and she was very professional and knowledgeable. The front staff was very friendly and inviting as well. Erika answered all my questions and even helped me choose some products. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I came into Viva Day Spa + Med Spa at the Lamar location and got a full syringe of Juvederm XC Ultra in my lips! Jenna was my injector specialist and I could not say enough to adequately describe how amazing she is!! She not only delivered amazing results but her entire demeanor is incredible and very soothing. I can’t wait to come back for future services! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve had injections done by several different people and Brielle is the best! She is sweet, educational and makes the kids whole process easy and comfortable. And most importantly, her treatments gave me the best results I’ve had thus far. 10/10 would recommend

I have never been to a spa in my life and that is sad to say....I received the Spa Viva Diva package (Massage, Mani/Pedi, and Facial) from my husband for Christmas and was finally able to use it. When I called to schedule the appointment, it took a bit of time for the concierge to be able to find a day that they had appointments for all 3 services to create an entire day as it is about a 6 hour experience. She seemed a little irritated a bit when scheduling it, and me asking questions, but I was hoping that that did not set the tone for the actually day and experience at the spa.It did not to say the least!! I got to the spa right at 9am and was greeted very happily and sweetly by the ladies in the front. They greeted my by name right off the bat and had everything ready for me to get the day started. I am an extremely nervous person, especially when I have no idea what to expect or being at a new place. The lady who helped check me in was extremely helpful and calming. I parked in the parking garage and she gave me a 5 hour code instead of just the 2 hours because I was going to be there for 6 hours. That was so helpful!She took me directly to Caitlin to start my day with my 2 hour massage. Now Caitlin....she is probably the best massage therapist I could have asked for for my first time. She was sweet, genuine, happy, and just down to earth. She started by asking me about my massage experience and when I told her I had none, she immediately put me at ease by going over step by step what to expect. The actual massage was the best thing I have ever felt in my life! I discussed with her that I have spinal stenosis, bulging disks, and lots of muscle pain and knots. She went to work and gently, but firmly unknotted my neck. I had no pain for the rest of the day which is unheard of for me as it is a chronic pain issue. We had great conversation and I greatly enjoyed my time with her and was sad when it ended...But then she brought me to lunch and my Mani/Pedi with Tony😊The last time that I had a Mani/ Pedi was about a year ago and before that was February 2020 before my daughter was born...so my feet care is terrible. Tony took the time to care for my calices and in grown toenails. We had fun conversation and enjoyed a laugh or two. He helped me pick out a cute fall shade of Purple that I love! He took great care in making sure that he put an extra layer of clear coat as he knows I am a chef and work with my hands all day long. He wanted to make sure I got the longest wear out of my nails as possible. He made sure that I was comfortable to whole time, had enough water, wasnt too hot, and checked if I needed anything else. Best Mani/ Pedi ever...dont ever want to go back to a normal nail salon again!Toni then brought me to Mackenzie for my Facial. Mackenzie again asked me about my last facial and I let her know I had never had one. She was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable before we got started. She gave me the option to talk me through the creams and things she was using as she went through them. As I got more comfortable it became very relaxing. She gave a wonderful massage and facial! My face was glowing when I left and I could feel a difference in my pores! I went here for the first time for my birthday. My boyfriend and I received the Couples Package. This was so amazing, the experience was absolutely great. I read on their website that they were not going to do the sauna for us due to covid, which was fine. But once we entered, the 2 people who were going to be tending to us said that because we booked during a certain time, that we were able to get the sauna. This was a pleasant surprise and very much was welcomed. We were waited on hand and foot (literally) and we were able to just relax and enjoy. This was a great time to start my birthday celebration and I am happy that Viva was able to make it special and memorable.

Just had a terrible experience with Viva Day Spa South Lamar. I have been a customer for at least 5 years of this location and the 35th st. location. I booked a deluxe pedicure online that was cancelled the morning of, which was fine. I rescheduled on their suggestion of the next morning. I live a half hour away from this location. 7 minutes before my appointment time they cancelled the appointment on me, after I had already driven there. They did not offer anything for this mistake, just a sorry, and I am out an hour of time on my day off and an hour of driving. I will be looking for another Spa in Austin.

I have been coming here for years and seeing Savannah for my facials and waxing/sugaring services. I cannot recommend her enough! I love her attention to detail, her friendly customer service, and that I always feel fantastic after my treatments! If you need an experienced and friendly esthetician then look no further! Shes amazing!

Randee was excellent with my Hydrafacial. She listened to my needs and suggested great products for me to use at home for my skin. I also had a laser treatment from Kelly, who is also amazing. My last laser treatment was about 8 years ago. It was very painful. I was almost dreading my treatment. Kelly was very thorough and the treatment was actually bearable. Highly recommend these two lovely ladies!!!!

My friend and I came to Austin for a girls weekend and decided to have a spa day. We both left saying “that’s the best spa experience we have ever had.” Anita was my massage therapist—she was so kind and considerate and had excellent pressure. My esthetician, Angela, talked through every product she used throughout my facial. I have super sensitive skin and she was very conscientious of using organic products that wouldn’t burn or leave my skin irritated. I wish there was one in Nashville so I could go all the time ❤️❤️

I cannot say how much I enjoy my experiences here. Erika slaysssss my brows, I adore her. Wonderful shaping and very knowledgeable about skin care. 10/10!I went Thursday for my first injectables ever. Brielle was out of this world, extremely knowledgeable and confident in her craft, and it was apparent. Not to mention the pure passion she has for this. It DEF calmed my nerves. She was so sweet and accommodating to my absolutely giant fear of needles. So patient and understanding! The front desk staff is always so sweet and fun, and I cant wait to be back! I wont be going anywhere else. This is my new spa home for sure. And like, I get discounts at other places from my employment, but I dont even care about that anymore, because this place just exceeds my expectations and has phenomenal customer service.

Brielle is a Board-Certified Aesthetic Physician Assistant and she is AMAZING! I was on the fence about getting baby botox for awhile but her sweet personality and willingness to answer ALL of my questions (and there was a lot) made the process easy and painless. I could not recommend Brielle enough if you are interested in Botox in the Austin area! When you walk into Viva Day Spa + Med Spa you will instantly feel relaxed and want to come back.

Been going here for laser treatments with Nicole at the S. Lamar location. She’s incredible and so so knowledgeable. I was nervous before starting (multiple areas) and she walked me through what to expect and always checks in throughout the treatment to make sure I’m ok. Can’t recommend enough!

My husband an I spent a full day at Viva for our babymoon celebration. We both had the best massages we’ve ever had in our life by Em & Minde. Nikki & Shayna did our facials and we loved the products they used on us. Rachel did my mani/pedi. I enjoyed that she took her time without rushing through like so many other places. The relaxation room for in between and before your appointments was a very nice space to unwind before you treatment. My service also came with lunch provided. I didn’t really have high expectations for a day spa’s lunch, but I was surprisingly impressed with the menu and how good my food was. If you are looking for a special spa day, this is the place to go. We loved it there!

I just received a prenatal massage as part of the mother nurture spa package and it was easily the best massage I’ve ever received. Kandace at the Lamar location had great communication and has magical hands. She listened to my trouble areas and addressed them perfectly. If I’m ever in Austin again, I will definitely be back just for her!

I purchased a 6 week package of both Forma and Evolve. Kelly is my girl. Shes fantastic and it is the two hours each week that I look forward to the most. I cant say that I have noticed any change after four weeks but it sure makes you feel good !!!! Ill be sad for it to end.

Ive been coming in for Hydrafacials with Erika C. every 3 or so months. She always does an amazing job on my skin! I see immediate, glowing results, but Ive also seen longer term results since coming in regularly. My skin breaks out less, my pores seem smaller, and my oil production is more controlled. Thanks for the relaxing and pleasant consistency! :)

My husband and I were in town celebrating our 9th anniversary and decided to do a spa service to treat ourselves. Ive worked in a spa for several years and Im very critical of customer service as well as the actual spa services. This place did not disappoint! Front desk was prompt and polite. Our service providers Alma and Jaclin blew us away with outstanding massages, body wraps, and mint scalp massages! Definitely 5 star service. Also shot out to the receptionist that helped us schedule, she was very accommodating. If youre in the area CHECK THEM OUT!

I had gel nails and a pedicure with Tony a few weeks ago, and Im now a regular! Ive been searching for someone with an eye for detail, and Tony is it. Meticulous, gentle and kind...hes everything you want in a nail technician. Viva is lucky to have him, what a gem!

I can not say enough great things about this place, and I give all the credit to my esthetician ERIKA! I started seeing her in May when I began getting very bad hormonal (cystic) acne. I have never seen my face so badly broken out, and I honestly felt hopeless. She has seriously turned my whole face around with hydra facials and her skin care recommendations. If anyone is feeling bad about their skin and want to feel better from the inside out, you have found the right place.

Kelly was amazing for my facial today. She took the time to assess my skin and make suggestions for the facial. Some places nickel and dime you wanting to upcharge for every little thing, but Kelly even added in a complimentary upgrade because it was going to benefit my other treatments! I loved the products and my skin has an amazing glow. This place is obviously popular because as I was checking out, 2 customers were waiting in line to buy gift certificates. I will definitely be back!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I went to Viva Day Spa for Botox injections and I cannot recommend this spa or Brielle enough!! It was my second time ever getting Botox, but my first time at Viva Day Spa. Brielle really listened to what I wanted to accomplish and took the time to explain what could be used and where it should be placed in order to achieve the best results. I’m ecstatic with how everything turned out!! She hid all of the wrinkles while still keeping my natural look. If you’re looking for a spa in Austin, this is it and Brielle is your new Botox girl!!

Never had a bad experience here. Some may say its overpriced but I think it is worth every penny. The service is unmatched. The staff are kind and gentle and genuinely care about their customers. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful in a way few places are. They handle every concern with grace and dignity. Even when the only therapist available was one of the opposite gender they were very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. I could not reccomend this place more. If you need a relaxing in town vacation this is the place to come.

There was this tall lady with dreads that when I tried to check in for my appointment she didn’t seem like she knew what was goin on , I was bewildered as to why she was even a manager , the fact she still even has a job there is beyond me

I got a Mani and Pedi gift certificate for mothers day and went with Tony V., his whole vibe was very calm and relaxing. He was informative with what he was doing and had good conversation. Definitely recommend.

I went for a facial but I stay for Erika C. She continues to go above and beyond. My face is doing terrible because of the masks andshe recommended 2 products that are helping so much with the dreaded mask acne. Ericka is more than a pleasure and makes meFeel comfortable to ask the questions I need to work toward my ideal skin. She’s the only one I trust with my skin and if you’re having trouble or just want to learn how to take care of your skin I’d highly recommend letting her give you a professional assessment.

My fiance and I did a couples massage in July at Viva. It was the best massage Ive ever had. Highly recommend Russ Ritter. Even after the massage he took time to write down stretches to try at home.We will be back!

Melanie Lawrence was above and beyond amazing. I went in to get a TCA peel and little did I know this woman was about to change my life. Yes, the peel was that great. It removed the dark spots I was concerned with and she gave me thorough instructions post care and walked me through every step. She’s amazing and I will be visiting again because of her! Booked an appointment over the phone, which was very easy. This location is lovely inside, very calming and welcoming. Several beverage options to choose from while you wait or fill out paperwork. Went in for a couples massage, which was an hour well spent (time and money wise). Very much recommended for newlyweds. I want to go back for spa treatments.

Started our appointment 40mins late. Therapist was just ok, she didnt give great directions, not very focused, didnt use enough pressure when asked, i could barely even feel the reflexology. My friend and I got the same package yet received different treatment/experience. Also, no option to shower off after was given. For a top Austin spa, very dissatisfied. Go to Milk and Honey instead, they rocked, Paul was awesome!

Good place to get a massage. I usually get a no-frills massage at Mantis but I thought Id try out this place for a more holistic experience and it was really good! I got the 75 mins session and it was great. I walked out very relaxed and rejuvenated. The reason i took off one star is because they were playing music with lyrics during the massage which was often off putting and distracting.

Loved my Head Trip massage with Russ! He knew his stuff and found lots of knots to work out for me.The woman at the front desk was also super sweet and let me use the sauna for a few minutes before my massage, which mellowed me right out. Great experience.

GREAT! My time there was exceptional. Im very athletic and have many injuries from playing hockey and martial arts for 30+ years. Need less to say Ive had a lot of bodywork done. The spa looked and smelled great which is important for me because Im very sensitive to smells and chemicals. I felt like My needs were taken care of from the reception desk to my therapist. I wont go anywhere else from now on. Worth every penny! Loved It!

This review is long overdue. Ive been seeing my massage therapist, Delmi, for almost 5 years. I have an autoimmune disorder, so its important for me to have a massage therapist who really listens and tailors treatment to each individual client...and Delmi does! Delmi has gentle calm energy, but is one powerful healer. As for the spa, I have had facials at Viva and they were great. I also love the overall vibe - not pretentious, and feels welcoming.

They are also a retailer for SkinCeuticals whose products I love.Parking will be validated, tea - water - and mints plentiful, and a smiling face to great you at the desk. Highly recommend Valya as an esthetician - so wonderful and has an excellent attention to details (not to mention a lot of knowledge to share).

My favorite day spa in Austin! Super friendly staff at all locations. They have the best spa packages and chocolates. My favorite packages would be the seasonal specials, Viva Diva, Vivafy, and Head Trip.They always make my muscles feel like jello after and all my tension literally feels like its melting off me as they work out my knots and kinks...I have fallen asleep on the table several times.If you are looking for facials they have some of the best skincare products and really tailor the experience to your skin, which is amazing for ppl with sensitivity, like me.The mani-pedi experience here is also fabulous. Just sit back, relax, enjoy your wine and chocolates, and chat with everyone as they massage and treat your arms and legs.

Got very bad cheek filler took 5 dissolving sessions to get back to my normal face after. Originally had 1ml got an extra .5 and regret it. Also originally had 1 ml in lips got an extra .7 in lips had to get those dissolved as well due to lumpiness after two weeks… not worth it.

Called to schedule an appointment while i was in town on a getaway with my husband. They were booked so we scheduled for the next morning. They made it clear we couldnt cancel and would be charged regardless...then when i call to see if we could come early this morning, the lady tells me they have been trying to reach me all morning and that the nail technician is out sick and the would only be able to see one of us for the nail service. I gave my contact info and credit card info over the phone when booking the appointment. The reason we stayed an extra day was because we had scheduled the appointment..what a waste of what was supposed to be an enjoyable time. Seem not to be very organized. Would not recommend.

The only complaint I have about this place is lack of parking, but its on S. Lamar, so Ill let it slide. The staff at Viva is super friendly and the atmosphere relaxes you as soon as you enter. I got the customized facial and it was wonderful, my skin absolutely glowed afterwards.

ALL the times listed?I I suggested the next day’s availability and received no reply.Received a text reply 2 days later that, although listed, they do not participate in the insurance directory. Still no offer to book appt. Explained via text that they forgot to have business removed. When asked why they just didn’t say “No” 2 days ago, explained via text that they’d just arrived back from San Francisco and are trying to catch up. Still no alternative to reserve massage therapy service. Just personal excuses via text after 2 days of ghosting🤷🏽‍♀️

Had my maternity massage here and another one in march and it was just fantastic!

I would definitely recommend taking the extra time to unwind and do sauna before doing any of their services so that you can really get the full spa experience, even if youre just doing a massage or other single service.

It was good, the atmosphere was the best part. A little fufu for me, but really nice waitstaff. Ive had better but the cleanliness and the waitstaff made it a 4 star.
