I love spending my day at Evolve! Its the ultimate spa day! I get a massage, facial, do Cryo and sauna. The employees are all very friendly, and always provide great service. Lee is the massage therapist Ive been seeing and he is the best therapist that Ive ever had! I was suffering from chronic back pain and these massages were the only thing that helped me. Lee has a high level of expertise and every massage was different based upon what was going on with my body. He would identify trigger points and always gave me helpful tips and exercises to do at home. I got on the membership plan because I started prioritizing self care and it’s been truly the best investment. The membership also provides a lot of perks that I liked

Best spa in Austin! I have been to a few spas in Austin and this is my favorite by far! Their massages and facials are always amazing plus the space is very clean with friendly & kind staff that go above and beyond. The infrared sauna and cryptherapy have made a huge difference in reducing my stress, inflammation, etc too.

I have been visiting evolve for several months now and I am in love with the services they offer!! Facials with Acadeah have helped me get my skin looking and feeling better than ever before, body treatments with Meaghan have me looking and feeling great, and massages with Lee leave me relaxed and pain free! SO many great practitioners here that you cant go wrong... the new sauna takes this place to the next level !!!

I inquired with Evolve last week about their services, and was offered complimentary cryo and compression. I went in, and I was met with stellar service and its just overall a great atmosphere. Its clean, welcoming, and had a nice variety of services available for great prices. The complimentary parking is a nice touch, too. I became a member, and I am very excited about all of it.

Evolve is one of my happy places. The staff is so welcoming and warm. I have loved using the infrared sauna and compression. I have really enjoyed newly discovering Regen treatments with Meagan. I also have loved my massage appointments with Lee. He is a very talented massage therapist. I always look so forward to my time and self care at Evolve.

While I enjoy the services they provide, my issue was the decor. An overwhelming amount of photos projecting European white beauty standards. Its hard to relax and focus on ones wellness when diet culture is everywhere you turn. Please consider more inclusive decor.

I love this place! It’s my go to one stop shop for massage, cryo, sauna and more! I love the compression room as well. The staff is AMAZING and they all make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for healing and rejuvenation :)

Lee is literally the most amazing masseuse I have EVER had. I’ve only lived in NYC and Austin but I love a really good deep tissue and pain melts away after a massage with Lee.The membership is a great deal if you go for regular massages. All the additional perks and services are also amazing and are flexible to make sure you are making the most of your monthly membership.Folks at the front desk are always a joy to chat with. I feel more relaxed just arriving.

The massage therapists here are really great but sadly the owner of the business not so much. After being a member for 4 months, She gave me the hardest time cancelling… once i finally got confirmation that they would cancel my membership, they continued to bill me for 3 months. I went in to the location and showed them the proof that i had requested cancellation. And after a lot of negativity from the owner she said she would give me 3 more massages onto my account… at the time i was pregnant so i couldn’t use them, i was owed a refund. Needless to say she wouldn’t give in so i just took it up w my credit card company and got the refund that way. Wish i could go back bc again the massage therapists are great!

This spa GETS IT! They have compression therapy, sauna, cryo chamber, and this incredible product line that truly supports health! I feel so lucky to have found them bc they feel like a GEM in Austin!

Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful at EvolvE. Doing something like cryotherapy for the first time can be a bit unnerving, but everyone at EvolvE made me feel comfortable, safe and supported. The space is relaxing and inviting. I’ve become a Cryo addict and try to go everyday thanks to the EvolvE team!

We are in town visiting for a regatta and in need of compression therapy. A last minute google search landed us at Evolve. Why I chose there … 1) open till 6pm 2) all the 5 star reviews. They were beyond accommodating (we arrived right as they were closing). Place is clean, tranquil, and aesthetically pleasing. My daughter is rested and ready to race again tomorrow. Wonderful experience! I left floating out of Evolve today after crytotherapy, infared sauna and compression on my legs and hips. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and I love how each product they carry and use is totally clean and cruelty free. Their packages are a great value and you can leave feeling like a whole new person in 75 minutes or less. Also, the decor is lovely with artwork sprinkled throughout and positive messaging that will make you smile. We all deserved that!WOW! Thank you Evolve for your hospitality today.

Im a big fan of EvolvE! The space is lovely, always super clean and filled with accommodations to make each experience comfortable.The practitioners are incredible with their areas of expertise (facial, massage, acupuncture, etc.) and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in the door.I also feel incredibly welcomed by all the team members and truly do feel like I am a part of a community there.Thanks, yall!

Had an amazing 90 minute grounded massage with Lee... I knew I had a stiff neck and a little pain in my elbow but didnt realize how bad it was until I was getting my massage. Lee definitely has strong hands, I highly recommend him if you like a deeper tissue massage.

WE LOVE EvolvE! We had the HONOR of partnering up with them for our holiday gift card exchange and it was truly one of our favorites! They gave us 6 star service with the infrared sauna room, the ice cold freezer, and the leg compressions. Our instructors need love and attention on their body and were so grateful for their services!

A day at spent at Evolve is my absolute favorite! As soon as I walk in all my stress is relieved because I know I’m going to get taken care of. The staff make your experience very comfortable and relaxing. I loved my gua sha massage with Patrick , literally the best massage I have found! Great location, friendly staff, easy parking with the building and parking garage that is covered right at a light so very easy for South Lamar where sometimes access is challenging. Love the cryo technology they have. Compression available for legs, hips and arms. Great massage therapists. Highly recommend!

Lees massages are heavenly. He helped my range of motion dramatically and relieved the discomfort I had for months. Cryo is a delight and the customer service is splendid. What more could I ask. Definitely an A+ recommendation.

I have had the chance to enjoy a handful of services at Evolve and have loved them all. From regular facials with Carmen, the grounded massage with Patrick and Meaghan, to the Infrared Sauna and compression - you cannot go wrong with any. You are always welcomed by an amazing staff that go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. Molly the Wellness Director is great as well. She regularly checks in to make sure I am enjoying my membership and to share monthly events or specials. Would recommend over and over to friends/family. Also, convenient parking is always a plus!

I keep coming back! Each Massage with Lee at Evolve has been deeply therapeutic for my physical body as well as my mind. I literally feel like putty after my massage with Lee. His massage methods and techniques are one of artistry and mastery. Each time Lee intuitively knows exactly what my body needs and over delivers with touch that soothes my aches and pains. I cant say enough great things about this place! Excellent customer service, relaxing spa vibes, and so many incredible massage/skin/body rituals — I want to try them all! With my monthly membership I get two “trios” (cryo/sauna/compression), and every month I select the 60-min Grounded Massage with Patrick. The massage is probably the best I’ve ever had. Patrick listens to what you say and customizes each massage so it’s exactly what you need that day. His technique also involves a lot of stretching, and I always feel like a new person afterwards. It is easy to schedule appointments and there is parking in the attached garage. You are going to love it here!

I’ve been going to EvolvE for different treatments for the past 4 months. First time I’ve ever tried Cryo & it’s refreshing. Always look forward to my next appt whether it’s a massage or facial. Excellent staff & very friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend!!

UPDATED REVIEW 11.2.23-I just learned that Dawn, my favorite person and an amazing manager, was let go from Evolve without warning. Dawn is the reason I joined Evolve, why my out-of-state friends joined, and why I’ve done so many cryoslimming packages! The place won’t be the same without her. As soon as my packages are done, I will be looking for. new place to enroll.Good people and leaders matter to a business. When an owner, who is rarely there, makes an arbitrary decision that impacts the well being of her customers and staff, we need to question whether this is a place we want to give our hard-earned dollars. We vote with our dollars. There are too many options in Austin and South Austin. I want to support a business that supports strong women; not one that seems threatened by them and doesn’t value their ideas or contributions. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Dawn, I wouldn’t have been a member for as long as I have and neither would my friends. I also wouldn’t have increased my membership services and purchased 3 cryoslimming packages and 2 sculpt packages.Dawn, I wish you the best! You will be sorely missed.I LOVE LOVE Evolve. From Megan, who is excellent at cryoslimming and regen & sculpt to Lee, who gives an AMAZING deep tissue massage to Dawn, the manager, who is well-versed at every service and offering, you cannot go wrong at Evolve.

I got to do a week of cryotherapy and also tried their sauna and compression therapy and it was amazing. Im now a huge advocate of cryo. All the staff were super friendly and informative. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Highly appreciate the service and do recommend!

Absolutely one of my favorite places to go! Amazing technology, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, compression therapy, and massages all in one place! Meaghan is fantastic and hands down the best masseuse I’ve ever met. I’m very ticklish and haven’t found someone who gives just the right pressure and technique to have a soothing and beneficial massage. Honestly after each massage I feel better and look forward to seeing her once a month. Management here is great as well and love how flexible they are with scheduling and walk ins. 100/10 would recommend stopping by :)

I had the liquid facelift facial with Ashley, and I highly recommend her and Evolve! The environment was welcoming, the waiting section has comfy chairs and calming music. Ashley herself continued to make me at ease, she explained each step in a way anyone could understand, and made me feel pampered from the beginning to the end of my visit.

I love these gals. Theyre always very friendly and even remembered my birthday. I especially love Lauren. Her massages are phonominal!! Not only that, shes helped me deal with recovering from a couple of painful injuries. I cant speak highly enough. Thank you.

Ive had a membership for over a year now for the infrared sauna and cryotherapy and its one of my favorite places for self-care. The environment is so calming, clean, warm and inviting. Molly and her whole staff have always been so so kind, welcoming and accommodating - I now call them friends. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience and they put their customers first. Excellent quality in staff, services and environment.

This is my new Zen Den. I was fortunate enough to be gifted an Austin health and wellness coupon “passport” and stumbled upon EvolvE. From the moment I called to discuss my treatment, to the moment I was able to actually experience it...everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Alli and Shannon at the front desk seemed very passionate about where they work and had nothing but extremely nice things to say about their boss and how she values her employees and it definitely shows in the service provided. As somebody that is part of, and truly respects the service industry on all levels, it is so refreshing to see staff truly care about what they do and the experience they create for others. I was able to experience an infrared sauna treatment before and a compression therapy after THE ABSOLUTE BEST massage (24k gold treatment!) I have ever had in my life. Lee was by far the best! Professional, intuitive, comfortable, and experienced. I knew within 5 minutes of my massage that as long as I live in Austin, I hope Lee does too. I have found my place to escape to when I need to do some self care. Thank you so much EvolvE for providing the atmosphere, care, and service you provide. Tops in my book. I was referred to Evolve by a friend and couldnt be happier. Patrick is an AMAZING massage therapist — he does something different every time while sticking to your main areas of focus. He also always seems to give me extra time which I really appreciate considering many other places have cut my time short. Im looking forward to experiencing the other perks Evolve has to offer!

Love love love this place. It has a spa feeling no matter which service you get. I love the convenience of being able to pop in for a quick Cryo session whenever I have some time. Staff is all very helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend this place enough. I hate leaving but I always float out of there.

If you are looking for a great facialist, run. dont. walk. to see Acadeah! Whether you prefer to be chatty and distracted, or to luxuriate and drift off to sleep, she will pass the vibe check. She is highly skilled and will know immediately what your skin needs to achieve the ultimate GLOW. When I entered my 30s, I wanted to focus on preventative skincare and delay the need for injections. Acadeah has shown me the way, and I get constant compliments on my skin! Seriously, go to Evolve for a facial, your pores will thank you.

Lee is the best masseuse I’ve ever had! His massages are the first that I’ve booked out months in advance, in my whole life. His ability to read what your body needs every time you come in is truly a gift. He is not shy about digging in to work out a tight muscle, and I am so grateful.Evolve itself is a lovely facility. I appreciate that attentiveness of the staff, and their promptness with every need I’ve had.

I have been going to this business for over a year now maybe longer and absolutely love it. The atmosphere is serene and the staff are very friendly and personable. They have lots to offer including massage, Cryo therapy, compression, sauna, and aesthetic services. I mainly do Cryo and compression weekly but have enjoyed the sauna and aesthetics from time to time. If I had more hours in the day I would do more for sure. Thank you for providing a relaxing escape to unwind and rehab in Austin!

I had a very positive experience here while doing an infrared sauna session. The place is very tidy and very relaxing. The gal at the front desk was informative and not pushy about additional services, which I really appreciate. I could tell that they really put a lot of thought into the complete experience for their customers. I will get a membership down the line; I am still trying a few different places with similar services before I make a decision. EvolvE is certainly the front runner!

This is my go to for self care these days! The membership is $99 a month and gives you the choice of 4 Cryo or Infrared Sauna treatments. (I highly recommend doing Cryo then Sauna!)The membership also includes daily Compression Therapy. 🤗I spend most of my time cooking so my hands, legs and feet are pretty much aching all the time. The difference I see and feel with regular Cryo/Sauna/Compression treatments is HUGE!My feet have never been happier....Being a member also gets you discounts on other fabulous services!So far I’ve had one of the best massages of my life and 2 unbelievable Facials (with my 3rd scheduled for next week.)The EvolvE staff is very knowledgable, kind, professional, and so fun! ❤️I am so glad I found this place! Treat yourself!

My girlfriend and I went to Evolve for cryotherapy, infrared sauna and compression therapy and had an awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly from the moment we walked in and thoroughly explained all the services we received. They were also very attentive during treatment, making sure we were comfortable and hydrated the whole time. The machines all looked brand new and produced noticeable results right away. In addition to all of this, their pricing is very reasonable and well worth it in my opinion. We will be back!

I could not recommend Evolve Cryo & Wellness enough! About 6 months ago I came into Evolve with anxiety and panic about my hormonal cystic acne. I purchased the Wellness package (which is affordable and worth every penny) that gave me one treatment a month with discounts on other treatments and products. My esthetician, Cassy, soon became my go to and friend and we made insane progress on getting my skin back in balance. I’m 25 years old and went from pizza face to smooth and buttery skin in just a couple months. I recommend Cassy to all my friends because of her amazing knowledge and skill for actually making a difference!! This is not only a feel-good, relaxing facial, but also a facial that focuses on RESULTS! I love all the treatments offered by Evolve, especially their facials and CBD massage. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a salon with amazing energy, staff and products!

Evolve is quickly becoming a second home. The staff is always so delightful and goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable and well serviced. I wish I could call out one individual, but so far they have all been phenomenal. Molly, Cassy, Stephanie, Meagan - all have given me comfort in such a weirdly horrible time. I love this spa! I’ve been going here for a couple of months to get my skin ready for my wedding. They really care for their customers and do everything they can to make you comfortable. Every time I leave this place I’m glowing from head to toe. I’ve gotten facials and peels from both Caen and Beckah and they were both thorough and professional. During my wedding weekend, all my friends asked how my skin was so clear and beautiful and I just pointed to Evolve. The Cryo also helped me fit into my wedding dress and gave me a ton of needed energy. This is a small business and it shows in their commitment to their customer. I love this place and highly recommend it!

Lee- my masseuse - was highly recommended to me by some I trust so I expected my massage to be good. It was in fact Awesome - it exceeded my expectations!I have injuries, pain, and tension and am very active. Lee’s ability to do just the right thing for each part of my body was incredible. And he was able to relieve my body of tension and pain while we had interesting discussions. Lee genuinely has a passion for his work and really cares about his customers. I intend to book massages with him on a regular basis from now on, and I recommend him to anyone who wants a really for massage experience.

I received a 90 min happy hemp massage as a birthday gift and it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten! Lee was my massage therapist and customized the session based on my current needs and body type. It was extremely relaxing and the pressure was firm but not painful. I would highly recommend to any of my friends or family.

One of the most amazing experiences in my life! Started with the cryo therapy first and loved the results. Works perfect after every work trip as well as workout. Great for body recuperation. Moved over to enhancing my experience to the Cryo-Slimming. I’ve always had problems with my mid section and have never had better results since starting my Cryo-Slimming treatment. It’s painless and effective and love that at Evolve Cryo it’s all about the sculpting more so than the stationing of a machine on my abdomen. The therapist literally sculpts your abs minute by minute. I am down to my third session and have one more to go and all I can say is that it’s so worth it! Of course, you have to maintain a healthy lifestyle to see full results but definitely much better than going under the knife. (NEVER) I all take the freeze and minutes of recover any day. I highly recommend Evolve + Cryo Austin. I am hooked to many treatments now, from the Infrared sauna pod, the leg and arm compression therapy, massage therapy and their oxygen therapy. As you can see, this place is the real deal to keep a body and mind healthy. GIVE THEM A TRY!!! You will not regret it.

I received a free session for Infrared Sauna and Oxygen + Compression therapy. The place was beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. I was nervous, as it was my first time, but the staff made me feel welcomed.As I was filling out the paperwork I was alarmed by some of the warnings and had a weird reaction to the Infrared Sauna. The Oxygen and Compression therapy was delightful!I would recommend checking EvolvE at least once! Its a pleasant experience.

I had a magical visit at EvolvE Cryo + Wellness! It was the perfect afternoon spent and the staff I encountered were super friendly, including Christine, who works at the front desk. She has a super fun, bubbly, and inviting personality that is infectious. For todays appointment, I booked a 60 minute massage, however I started with leg compression therapy while lying on one of their coziest chaise chairs, which felt like a cloud underneath my body! I learned that the leg compressor machine helps to release additional toxins from the body. Afterwards, I went in for my massage with Lee, who is one of their top massage therapists. I learned that he has been a masseuse for over 20 years and is also an instructor. I was super impressed with Lees professionalism, friendly personality, and most of all, EXPERTISE on the muscle anatomy. I called him the muscle whisperer during my session with him because he is. He knew exactly when to put deeper pressure points and when to hold back for a more relaxing touch on my muscles. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience, EvolvE!

I tried the cryo + infrared sauna + compression therapy. I really enjoyed the whole experience. Such a good addition to my self-care practices. Im very active during the week with outdoor yoga, soccer and volleyball so this really helped with the soreness. And the service and employees are delightful. Had a great conversation with Christina and another employee, I cant remember her name. We talked through the whole cryo session so that took my mind off of the cold and it flew by! The infrared sauna afterwards was a good contrast. Just an overall relaxing time. Will definitely be coming back!

From the second I walked thru the door - WOW! Beautifully designed, wonderful warm staff and my massage was over the top fantastic! Megan listened to everything I needed, addressed the areas I asked her to focus on and her pressure was exactly what I asked for. I believe I need to become a member - their member oxygen lounge looks incredible and I really want to try those compression boots. This place is wonderful in every way. Just toooooo Good!

I received a standard Grounded Massage with Kirsten. EvolvE has a professional, warm and relaxing environment. Overall team and service was great. As a heads up, clients can remove their mask during the session.

I received a bio energy facial from Cassy and it was wonderful! she is super knowledgable and asked me relevant questions and gave great advice. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my facial. Christine was super helpful not only at the front desk but also offering complimentary eye brow threading during the month of June which was super nice and convenient. I have had such a great experience at Evolve, that I had to share with everyone. I have come to know the manager, Stephanie and the rest of the staff, are amazing.I have to shout Alyssa. From day one, Alyssa has gone above and beyond. I’ve seen that not only for me personally, but for every other client that enters evolve as well. I came in to Evolve dealing with so much pain, and she immediately put me at ease, discussing a detailed treatment plan to help me feel better and more like myself again. You can tell she truly cares for people and helping them feel better.I do the Whole Body Cryotherapy, Compression Therapy, and Spot Cryotherapy treatments and have all have helped tremendously with my chronic pain, energy levels, and sleep.I cannot thank Alyssa enough for taking the time to not only help me to the best of her ability, but for taking the time to personally get to know me, and make me feel better. I love Evolve Cryo! My favorite treatments are the sauna and compression sessions. The staff is extremely nice and informative. If you’re also looking to get your eyebrows threaded, Christine is amazing and very knowledgeable:) No matter what treatment you get you’ll leave here feeling 100x better!

I had my first experience with Evolve today and immediately became a member. Started with an infrared sauna, moved to a lymphatic massage, then a 24K gold facial, and finished with compression and LED. I left so relaxed and in such an amazing mood. Cannot wait to go back

The atmosphere at EvolvE is very comfortable and relaxing. I’ve been a few times for cryo+compression and plan to visit for massage and acupuncture! All of the staff members I’ve met are friendly, I highly recommend for all self care wellness!!

Evolve Cryo + Wellness so far is the best Cryo and wellness center in Texas! They are friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The staff feels like family because they are always so hospitable & caring, the facility is always spotless & cozy, & I never have left once with out feeling my best most relaxed self! Staff is very friendly and informative. I go specifically for the Bio Energy facial which has made my skin look younger and has permanently corrected deep lines in my face. I also purchase their DNA products which give great results you can see! You definitely need to go here! Plus they have specials 😃

This review is LONG overdue. I personally have gone to 3 other Cryotherapy facilities here in Austin but Evolve by FAR surpassed anywhere I have ever been. Every and I mean every woman there is a rockstar and super helpful. They helped me create the perfect plan & schedule which I loved. They never try to up sell you. They have a way of making you feel like a million bucks every time you leave there. Their Cryo booth is the first one that I dont feel like my skin is burning (or freezing) off and they talk to me the entire 3 minutes so it feels faster. I have also taken a nap in their Sauna Pod and WOW did it cure my hang over. The compression was super relaxing as well. I really could go on and on but you get it. 6 stars :)

I booked sessions for Cryo, Infrared Sauna, Compression Therapy, & the Indulgence Massage. Let me just say that it was a morning in heaven. All of the staff was incredibly kind and conscious of practicing COVID-19 safety precautions. Kirsten was an absolute massage master. I havent been so relaxed in months. My back lower pain simply evaporated and I slept until noon the next day!

Stephanie and Cookie are always taking care of me and making room for me last minute for compression. These folks here are awesome, super friendly and the treatments they offer are truly a treat! Molly curated a treatment plan of infrared sauna followed by an amazing 90 minute massage (from Lee) and ending with compression therapy. I left there feeling rejuvenated!

So relaxing! I tried the infrared spa, and also received complementary compression therapy. They also have CBD Products such as lip balms and bath bombs up front at the registers. Had a lovely spa day, and fully intend on coming back for other treatments :)

Gaaaa..I just cant say enough about this place..the welcoming atmosphere and Hanna Lemholt photographs are so inviting. There is always a friendly staff member or 2 to great you, by name upon arrival and I always look forward to my chats, especially with Alyssa! Yesterday was my birthday and Christine treated me to a threading eyebrow service and it was spectacular, shes a real pro. The cryo treatment is the only thing that has allowed me to continue working out. After developing tennis elbow in both arms & going through 6 months of physical therapy, Cryo was what allowed me to get back to working out. I cryo at least 3x a week & I can always feel when I skip a week!The staff is incredible! Every time I come here I’m treated as though I’m valued, can’t tell you how much I appreciate this!There isn’t a place more welcoming & more effective than Evolve!

I absolutely love this Cryo clinic. They have cryo, a sauna pod, compression with oxygen therapy, and massage. I always feel relaxed and invigorated after leaving here. Also, their staff is incredible and very good at what they do. I’m so happy to have found this place. 😍❤️😍❤️😍

I went for a bioenergy facial (Ill get to that in a moment) and was greeted by an amazing staff. Nikki showed me all of the cool things this place has to offer. I got some water, shimmied my way into some compression therapy for my legs, put an O2 mask (not mask really but those little tubes in your nostrils) and was on my way to relaxation. Keep in mind, I came in for a facial. Nikki educated me on cryo slimming, Cryotherapy, and the infrared sauna. She made me some delicious collagen filled bone broth and then it was time for my facial. Jennifer was incredible. If youve never had bioenergy facial, DO IT. It was like a relaxing massage on your face that actually LIFTS. She did half my face and the results were amazing to say the least. Then, she so courteously did the other half of course. I ended with stem cells on my face and the overall experience was so relaxing. I ended up getting the membership because the price for everything you get cannot be beat. Ive been to spas all over Austin and even Round Rock looking for a place like this and there just is nothing that comes close to the hospitality and value here. Im so pleased! Thank you!Update: 3 days in and Ive used the compression therapy daily and tried the infrared sauna today which was amazing. So relaxing as it massages while you sweat it out.

Evolve is a luxurious bio-hacking haven! They have treatments to reduce inflammation and promote detoxification, along with massages and facials that naturally rejuvenate cells. I did a cryo therapy session which energized my entire body and then a sock decompression which alleviated the neuropathy in my legs from diabetes. HIGHLY recommend Evolve Cryo!

I have been doing Cryo for about 5 years.. and in several different cities. I would have to say that Evolve Cryotherapy and Wellness is on the top of my list for over all service (friendly and knowledgeable), technology (current and always available) and cleanliness (in this time of Covid-19). THEY ROCK!!! My sweet spot is the infrared sauna 2 days a week, and same with the compression. The cryo I do 4 days a week. Pure heaven!

EvolvE Cryo was just what my body was asking for. As much as I hate being cold, that really wasnt the case. It was a relief on my sore muscles. The staff there is VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for 2 years and every time theres a warm welcoming team of ladies that really care for me to feel rejuvenated after my trio treatment. Which is where you start with compression/ oxygen and then straight into Cryo, adding the infrared sauna afterwards is a plus, because It leaves me feeling very vibrant for the rest of my day. I would give a CBD oil massage a 💯 a try for the perfect quality of what the treatment feels like after a trio session: left me feeling something out of this world. Ive done cryotherapy at other places, and while the process is the same, my experience at Evolve was exponentially better...I made an appointment with Cassy and warned her Ive never been able to make it longer than 2 mins 20 seconds bc of my asthma... She assured me to just relax and breathe through it. And unlike the other 2 places in Austin I tried (where they literally wanted to have high energy conversation with me the entire time), I was actually able to relax and enjoy it and make it the entire 3 minutes without even getting the cold shakes! After the cryo, I did 30 mins of leg compression. The room they have you in is so serene and wonderfully calm. I finished with a cryo-slimming consult and Cassy walked me through the process, the science of it, and some before and after photos from her clients and I was so blown away, I cant wait to start my first session!

Ambience is phenomenal. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facility has everything you could ever need for recovery and relaxation. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it is missing a depravation float tank. That would be the icing on the cake.

I came for the acupuncture and continue to return for the cryotherapy the compression therapy and just the overall customer service and friendliness of everyone I meet. This place is a regular part of my body maintenance which allows me to continue to work out as hard as I do.

Went in for a trifecta therapy. I specially requested NO Acupuncture. Instead I asked for massage with cupping and Gua Sha. The lady started poking me with needles. Then left the room for 25mins. She did poor cupping, Gua Sha with a tongue depressor, and needless to say, I didnt even get a massage.

Evolve Cryo was a fantastic experience, I was in town for a crossfit competition and I was sore beyond belief after day 1 of competition. I was able to come to Evolve at 4pm on a Saturday and be treated like a king for 2 hours. Cryo, Inversion, Oxygen treatment and arms and legs compresion. Needless to say I felt like a million bucks at my competition day 2, Thank you Evolve!!!

Sent two guests of mine over for massage, cryo, and facials after making a reservation for them by phone. They arrived before me and were told that there was nobody available to do anything but cryo.They left after being spooked by cryo room. I tried it and found that while cold, was otherwise fine.

Staff is welcoming, so kind, explained everything, answered my 500 questions about their services and membership packages and went above and beyond to give me the most relaxing experience. I am hooked on this place and feel incredible after just one visit.

We met the owners at Paleo FX convention and we were intrigued to try the cryogenic treatment. We did and it was amazing. Totally a different experience. So glad we went. The staff was awesome

Loved the facial. However, the beds were not comfortable at all and i did not like the fact that i had to change rooms in between my cryofacial.
