Austin Vape and Smoke

Everyone is really nice. This is the only vape store I go to since day 1. I like being able to test the vapes and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I make a 30 min drive each time I go because the staff is always kind and nice to me.

I most often hit up the vape shops in more of the South Austin area, but I was over this way and decided to pop in here as I was wanting a new sub ohm tank. Unfortunately, I did not catch the guys name that helped me out, but I will certainly run into him again as I plan on returning. Diverse selection of products. He was knowledgeable about the juices and was able to dial in on something that I am very pleased with. Also found me a tank that runs around the wattage I prefer. And introduced me to a new-to-me kratom shot that Im looking forward to trying. So yeah, beautiful glass, huge selection of vapes, juices, CBD, kratom and more, along with very friendly and easygoing service. Will definitely return!

Best shop to get kratom. They actually sell good kratom unlike the majority of smoke shops and its reasonably priced.

Was looking for a new vape brand and they helped me find a new favoriteThey had lots of knowledge regarding the vapes and were really descriptive when I asked what a certain flavor was like. It’s so sad trying a new flavor and really hating it lol so i really appreciated the detail. I ended up with the Orion brand rainbow drop flavor, and I love it !! Super happy.

I live in Spicewood and make sure to stop every time I am in town. (And a great excuse to go to Central Market). I was there yesterday, and had the best conversation with Robin (like the bird). They really are the best and she is my favorite. I am old(er) and need CBD for pain. They have the best stuff that works for me, for the best prices and make it here in Austin. I will drive 1 hour to only go to this shop. Thank you Robin!!❤️

I’ve never stepped foot inside their store but based on my interactions with them they are 5 stars all day. Other vape shops need to take notes on how they operate. I communicated with them all the way from Charlotte NC via FB Messenger about a product I couldn’t find anywhere near NC. they answered all of my requests promptly and professionally. I had a friend who lived in Austin pick up my goods and send them to me. When I’m back in Austin, I’ll be sure to visit these guys because they are the best in the business.

Excellent customer service provided by Jim today to make sure I left the shop with a fully functional device. He went above and beyond. Excellent little shop.

In a time when customer service is just an afterthought. Its refreshing and rare to find a business that not only meets expectations but, exceeds them. Ive only been a handful of times but the positive reviews are certainly deserved. The staff and owner are very pleasant. Everything Ive needed has been in stock (that they have control over). Most importantly, (to me anyway) they are open when they say they are open. I really appreciate it guys!

Super excellent place. I went in recently to get some information and was amazed at how helpful this place was.Brendan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Ive been back a second time and the experience was just as good.In these days of internet information overload, its really a pleasure and reminder of the good old days to have a retail establishment that has such a high level of customer service. Im thrilled I found this place and am now a regular.

This is by far the best shop. They’re prices are extremely fair (compared to some other places that rip you off) and they often have special deals for even more savings.Also, the people that work there are amazing. I’ve been using AVS for the past 5 years. These folks are phenomenal. Knowledgable, friendly, and always patient with my various quirks that tend to come up when I’m in a social-setting (I am SO sorry i keep leaning on the counters even though i know not to!!!). That sort of considerateness is GOLD to an autistic.Also, their selection is top-notch, I’ve never had any problems with their delivery service, and as an added bonus they carry D-8 products.You deserve a quality vape or smoke experience. They deserve your money. It’s a win-win for everyone!

I rarely write a positive review of a place unsolicited, but every time I come here the service is unbelievably good, so this is very well deserved. The staff is incredibly friendly. I went in today to pick up some mango juul pods, which they were out of, however the owner overheard my conversation with his employee and told me he was making a run to his other locations and would be happy to grab a pack or two for me if I was willing to return about an hour later. That type of customer service is above and beyond what I would expect, I will definitely be making this my new go-to location for vape/smoking needs.

Always a great experience. Went in for one thing came out with some more because everything is quality. Even though I see new people working there every now and then, everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable and no attitude towards people trying new things. Ive been here 5 or 6 times and I always find what I wanted or something better.

Clean store, nice staff, lots of products

Staff is so great and helpful. Very knowledgeable people behind the counter. They hooked me up with my first vape and answered all my questions with no problem. They even had me test in store and made sure the device worked before I left. Love this store and will buy all my stuff from them in the future.

I stumbled into this store and was highly impressed with the quality of products, affordable pricing and knowledgeable staff. Jasmine was super intelligent and informed- offering thorough explanations as well as samples for their products. Im used to the usual disinterested stoner vibe at smoke shops- this place has a different thing going on.

Edit & update: 3 years later!! I still come here once a week. Zack is no longer here but, I have a new amazing favorite! *Mike is so awesome, goes way above and beyond for customers! And is easy to talk to. I give him 20 stars personally! AVS knows how to hire people 💯Zack was awesome and fun! I had no idea what I was supposed to ask for, but he taught me the ropes and made my day all in one!! I wont be going anywhere else!

I went in after seeing The Crimes of Grindelwald across the road at the Regal theater, Im so glad I did!! There were 2 super knowledgeable staff, Brandon and Brian, very nice as well. Brandon took the time to show me how pod system works and was very attentive which was nice. I didnt even realize I kept them there 15 minutes late, which I apologize for, it was so easy to talk and not feel stupid about lack of knowledge, I will definitely go back. Brian, you are fantastic, Brandon, you make my heart skip a beat! Many many thanks!!

I’ve been to 4-5 different places and didn’t have any success in what I was looking for. These guys had what I needed and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pretty new to vaping so any questions I had they were able to answer knowledgeably. Thanks guys!

I love this store. Great selection and great prices. I had an unpleasant experience one time with the woman who opened the store... but luckily for me, every other time Ive gone in the afternoon and been helped by an awesome woman named Jasmine who always greets me with a smile. If youre in South Austin, you should definitely try this store for vape, smoke, cbd, or kratom products.

I just left the Westgate shop and met Zach R..I have to say, he was a great employee/ salesman!! He took his time to show me some rigs and flavors and is really knowledgeable. This location has the biggest selection of all their stores. Very helpful and friendly staff. I love AVS and their Tuesday sales! Remember to tip!**UPDATE** Im going out of my way to once again tell yall how much I Loove AVS- This is my ONLY vape shop now and has been for over a year.Dont shop anywhere else. In my experience- you might get sold a cheaper, older model vape that will likely need replacing. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and professional. Never pushy... the kind of people you could bring home to Mama! Anyway, just kindly give these folks your business. You will give them your loyal business as I have, because they are just the best.☆☆☆☆☆

Wow, Ryan came through clutch again. I know what MY needs are, its refreshing to learn about something new/more beneficial in a product without being talked to like youre an idiot. I have been camping for years amd have tried a lot of different vape spots. I found this store about a year ago and at this point will probably never go anywhere else. BT the store,manager is amazing. She is super cool but also very informed about her products. She always has a smile on and helps me out with all the weird,questions I have. On top,of that the store carries only premium juices so you will always get amazing flavors. Seriously if you are looking for the best vape shop in Austin,this is the place.

I saw all of the great reviews and decided to go. I was not let down at all.Chantel (I hope Im spelling her name right) was extremely nice and very helpful when it came to finding the right CBD product for my wife.I was very pleased with the variety and selection, and also the working knowledge that Chantel was able to provide.As I do not currently live in Austin, I was directed to their website where I could purchase any of their CBD line that can be shipped to all 50 states.This place rocks! My boyfriend adored the 3 employees here. I almost couldn’t get him out of the shop! They’re very knowledgeable about vaping and about CBD and Kratom. They have a lot of vape juices to check out and choose from. The shop is clean and organized well for you to see everything that is available. We bought a CBD doobie and a small bottle of 40mg salt nicotine juice.

Brendan and Brian provide Excellent professional service. They are extremely informative and do not hold back on answering any questions i feel extremely comfortable buying from them and i recommend everyone to come check this place out and see for yourself.

Zach is Great! Introduced me to new flavors and brands, described cool tanks for my vape and new modifications. The people here are cool and dont make you feel stupid by asking questions. Just ask! They can tell you anything you want to know. They are honest. I know because I used to vape concentrate THC, they didnt have a clue that I was very experienced. I played stupid and allowed them to teach me all about vaping non THC oils, which Im new too. Still vaping is vaping and they make me fall in love with it all over again. Cool 420 atmosphere and great products at affordable prices. NIce people and funny too. Go See B.T. ...shes awesome as well!!

BT knows her stuff. With loyalty points built up at another shop it could be hard for some to change to a new store, but when the staff knows more about your mod than you do and the store stocks every part that you could need it is easy.
