Let me tell you, of the various dispensaries I have been to, the location off South 1st is the best. Staff here are always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and each time I come in they are able to help me find something new. They know how to guide a beginner, or discuss various strains with a connoisseur. They have a great rewards program with freebies, and run frequent sales on various items in the store. Never hesitant to show up there.

I LOVE this store! It quaint, cute, and they are always super helpful! I’m new to the area, but the girl in the front was super helpful. I didn’t catch her name, but she had cute little tattoos on her arm and different colored hair. I wasn’t sure on her selection at first, but when i got home and filled my vape, my husband and I freaked. It was so smooth and the flavor was awesome! We will definitely be back for more! I’ve been to every location, but the Westgate Vape & Smoke has been my go-to for years now and continues to leave me impressed. The staff never fails to call me by name, and every time I walk in I feel like I’m hanging out with a friend who’s devoid of ulterior motives and singularly focused on providing me with exactly what I’m looking for, even if I’m unaware about what that product actually is. Their prices are unmatched, and their Hometown Hero is top-notch. PLEASE patronize this place, and take advantage of all the personable, knowledgeable employees there! All sales final! No exchanges or store credit, big let down. Shop seems cool, staff was helpful and knowledgeable but no assistance was received when asking about exchange or store credit. I was dissatisfied with a product, was willing to return the unused portion in the original container and still, all sales final. Guess I didnt see that sign.

Excellent staff and products. I had a bunch of newbie vaporizer questions and the staff went above and beyond with answering my questions and helping me find the best vaporizer for the price. Also, their CBD product selection great. The only wish I have is that they start carrying organic vape juices (Kind Juice for example). They cant be found anywhere in-store in Austin as far as I know. This would give them a leg up over local competition.

Okay selection for the size of the location. Decent selection of e-liquid. A little overpriced ($109.89 for a Predator 228 and 2 Samsung 25R batteries) in my opinion. The person who sold me my Predator 228 there tried to be helpful and put my tank and coil head together and juice it for me but, had to ask his coworker how to open it (I believe because he was very quick to recommend a Vaporesso device and, even came back to it a couple of times despite my clear interest in modifying my firmware, that he wasnt very familiar with other devices) but before he got around to it, I had it in my hand and did it for him in less than 4 seconds. Overall, not a great selection (more RDTAs) but, very nice but not super experienced staff members.

Got my very first ever vape and juice here just yesterday, with the wonderful help of Jenna! She was helpful, informative, and kind. I went with my friend Lillie and we spent a whole hour speaking with Jenna and trying flavors. After I purchased my vape, Jenna, knowing it was my first ever, showed me how to use it, taught me how to put it together, told me all about the coils, and made sure I was informed about what I was buying. Meh. Place is ok, but like most retail vape shops, some of their prices are not competitive with the online vape stores. I only go to the retail shops when I am in need of something that day, otherwise I choose the cheapest route. Didnt help that the guy working there showed a superior knowledge of vaporizers and all that goes with it, but he said some things that just werent true regarding the basics of electricity and power on the coils. He also was not aware that I am an electrical engineer, but I dont like people who avoid saying they do not know instead of making up fictitious information to make themselves appear more knowledgeable than they really are. Happens alot sadly.

Screw this place, I went bc I read all the good reviews thinking I could find a replacement coil for my vape, instead of ordering online. A worker there, some tall dude with pink hair, and pink eyes, was rude and no help at all. I asked a few questions, said he didnt know since I didnt have my vape with me. I asked for a specific coil, he said he never heard of it, then I asked if I could take a look at some they had? Thinking I might see something comptitable with mine...dude shrugs his shoulders and says no. Alright, well thanks for wasting my time dude. Take a shower sometime too, bro.

The staff is very knowledgeable of the equipment they carry any other products they sell. Whether you are looking for tobacco glassware, CBD products, or even vape/Electronic Smoking products this is a good place to start. The price is just like any other vape store has an upcharge but not so much so here that you dont want to do business. Went to buy a vape starter kit on my honeymoon from North Carolina and I was amazed at the help and advice and instruction tht I was able tore over from Connor he helped me prime my coils and show me how to do al tht stuff and just all around great atmosphere and the staff makes anyone who is new feel super comfortable.

I spent a hundred bucks here on a new vape and juice. When I first used the vape it leaked from a nearly invisible hairline crack.I returned it to the shop and explained that they sold me a defective product. They refused to replace it or even admit the product was defective even though it became obvious that it was a manufacturing defect .It would literally have cost them a dollar to make this right and they refused. Other vape shops will be getting my future business.
