Friendly staff for sure, but I recently purchased some hemp flower that was very old and brown. The tamper seal look like it had been messed with as well, the pictures on the website looked way different. Not sure what I got but I wont be back, unfortunately.

Liked the friendly staff here. But they sold me an expired sisha flavor. Check before you purchase.

This shop has it all and I mean ALL! The workers are are very helpful. Ive meet the owner and a super knowledgeable girl (sorry I forgot her name) but she totally helped me out with all my needs. I highly suggest checking it out! Its the only spit Ill go to now I tell ya that. Thanks again awesome shop!!!

Very disappointed and I will never go back. Bought an opened “display” 3 in 1 device. The piece I would use most has never worked. They offer me 10% off my next purchase. First of all you’ll give 10% off to anyone who walks through your door buying something. Second you could give me 75% off and I still wouldn’t buy it because it may not work correctly. Definitely wasn’t my go to shop anyway but I definitely won’t be making anymore purchases here. $100 GONE!!!

Beware I came here yesterday to get a vape the guy was really nice but whenever I paid my vape I was refilling the vape in my car I noticed that the battery was not in the opened box so I saw the battery guide inside the box I decided to ask the guy for the battery so he told me that the battery needs to be purchased separately, I was like why you didn’t told me that before I paid so I asked for a refund he made a tricky call to “his boss” he said I couldn’t be refunded so I paid cash I was like why you didn’t told me this since the beginning the weird thing was the battery was included in the box they just wanted me to pay more even refusing a refund I was about to call the cops when he told me don’t worry I will pay this for my pocket I felt bad in that moment but when I got home I realized this doesn’t make any sense he got a battery without opening any other box the battery guide was inside the package this guy is offering to pay around $50 bucks but refusing a refund so who in this world will pay $50 bucks from their pockets? In the moment I didn’t bring my wallet I had $120 so I asked him few times provide a zelle or anything to transfer but he refused.

HUGE overcharge. Got a pen for $75 and when I checked the official website for the pen the max price I saw was $45. The same thing happened with my boyfriend, his pen was $65 at this store and on the official website it was $45.

Very nice guy, his name is Marco..he helped me out with my purchase and was extremely kind. My only problem was the Escobar aquos has no flavor as I have taken less than 50 puffs off of it and has gotten to taste more like burnt cotton. I know that this is not the stores fault but for $30+ its a bummer to spend this and not get the taste. Great place though.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this place is so expensive compared to Happy Clouds, which is my local favorite. Literally double the price on some things. The hours are convenient and the staff is fine, but shopping here is a scam.

This place will rip you off. I would buy online. Check prices online before you go. This place sold my friend $100 for a piece that was sold online for $27, and sold the smoktech vape pen v2 for $50 when its 25 online. Just buy your pieces online unless your desperate and feel like paying double or triple the price.

I called this store to request a specific product and on the phone the employee on the phone assured me that my product was in stock. When I arrived at the store and requested the same product I was given a similar, yet different product and told it would work just as well. I walked around briefly, considering whether or not I wanted to purchase the other brand. Ultimately I decided against it and left. This interaction alone wouldnt cause me to leave this review, however, the owners actions hours later have caused me to leave this review. The owner saw another one star review (that was not left by me) and took it upon himself to text my personal phone number and unintelligently accuse me of leaving the review. I do NOT recommend shopping here unless you want to risk the invasion of your personal privacy!

Friendly staff that knows their products. They want customers to leave the store with everything to fully solve their needs. They have solved several of my issues that would have cost me at least twice as much as anywhere else.

This is literally best smoke shop in all of Austin. This place has really good products and the owners are awesome. Theres a couple places closer to me but I drive to this place because I like the people who run it and they really take care of their customers. Theyre really knowledgeable and pretty much everything they have suggested I buy has been exceptional. I go through quite a bit of shisha because I smoke a lot so I tend to spend a lot of money on tobacco per month, which is fine because hookah can be an expensive hobby but Im unbothered because these guys can take all my money. I freakin love this shop lol
