Been coming for awhile now bought 100s of vapes. Really nice guy. The reason for the 2 star is I been getting the luff bar for a long time no issues but I’ve been starting to get a lot of bad vapes. Time to sadly switch shops again. Thanks for the good times

Great shop!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. They always have what I’m looking for and if they don’t they have a great substitute product. They also have a great cigar selection with some of the best cigar brands in the market!

I walked in the shop and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I had an idea of what I wanted and didnt want in a vape. After discussing my thoughts, the gentleman who was assisting me was able to point out a few that matched what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I found a vape I truly love using. The prices for vapes are very reasonable and I look forward to returning in the future.

Went to this store to get some hemp wraps. I was not serviced at all! The store persons were only catering to who they wanted to serve. Very rude and unprofessional business. I was in the store for 5 to 10 minutes and was not asked if i needed any assistance. I decided to leave the store do to poor customer service and negative etiquette. Will not be doing business with those who pick and choose their customers.

Always a super pleasant experience, tons of options, and super helpful staff, even had a staff member use some pliers to get my tank unstuck. And they’re disposable selection is 👌🏻choice. Cube By vapor tech USA, they make the best disposables I’ve ever had.

Been buying here and off. Pretty nice store, really clean. But buyer beware! Looks like this store isn’t really about quality. Most vape shops I’ve been into don’t try to sell you expired juice. But this place does. Notice a few time I’ve bought the juice has been expired.... Yup old juice. Not a big fan. I mean yea it’s not big deal but when they talk about the quality of what they carry, that’s what gets me. It’s not quality. Selling old juice is not the best quality. The nicotine in the product degrades over time and you get an unpleasant after taste. So if you do buy from here, just make sure you are looking for an expectation date.

Name brand juice at competitive pricing for sure. Usually they sell at around what you can find juice online for if not cheaper. They have the devices or mods you’d want. I went in to buy a Suorin Drop and they had many in different colors. Pricier than online cost but I didn’t mind. They let me exchange a juice I had bought the morning but didn’t like the appearance/ smell of despite their no return policy ! Super awesome for them to let change the juice out for a pod and their in house juice. They answered the phone quickly when I had questions and were patient with me picking out my juice. Definitely try them out if you haven’t been here before !

These guys are absolutely amazing I love this store me and my wife go here all the time to get our vape supplies they are always super friendly theyre always super helpful theyre very professional they give me a place to practice the Arabic language their prices are nice and its in the same shopping center is a million other places so its kind of like a one and done really its a great location

Vape world is a amazing shop and will be perfect for any nic fix you may need. When you walk through the doors you will be met with the best service from the most amazing people, and a wide variety of different vape products. The staff there is super friendly and they provide a unique experience that is lost in most stores. The shops supply is diverse and top quality and very generous prices. Shopping here for years has been one of my favorite memories.

Sold me in authentic quick fix . Cost me my job I asked for refund but guy didnt even get what I was trying to say and said since I opened it I can’t get my money back but no batch number so I couldn’t validate my Quick fix turn out to be fake . They messed with my lively hood and I won’t be back.

The store was clean and tidy. However, the important aspects of a good shop were all missing. The person behind the counter didnt try to engage us, and he wasnt knowledgeable about the products in his store. The biggest problem I have with the store is the fact of how much of a money grab this shop seems to be. Ive been to hundreds of shops and I have never seen prices this high except in tobbacco stores.

Abdul was the only guy working there and didnt seemed interested in answering any of my questions or helping me out. First time Ive been to a Vape Shop in Arizona and he was more concerned with what was on the TV in the back room than helping me out. I just felt like I was rushed outta the store. Im sure not every Employee is like that but, it was all in all a Bad Experience. Im not sure Ill be back...

This has to be the best vape shop I have been to. As soon as you walk in you feel it is very upscale. The staff working there are very friendly and can answer any question that you may ask. They have a huge selection of mods,tanks and starter kits. I love this place!

Way overpriced and poor knowledge about vaping products. I will never go back. They sell low end juice for high end prices and their MOD prices are ridiculously high. Ive been all over the United States and this shop by far is the worst for scamming the general vaping population. Especially those who are new to it. I suggest to those who are less than knowledgeable about vaping to look online and get an education first and stay away from this place. I gave one star just so I could give the review. In my opinion this place deserves a zero in the star department.

Coolest inventory in town! Sold me everything from mod batteries tank and 30 mil of my favorite flavor juice for unreal price! Salesman Ali knows want you want and went out of his way to get everything i needed in my budget.

These guys are awesome! No matter what, they are always so nice and always have every flavor you need. You can mix and match and make new flavors when you go in. I have many shops near my house and I still drive 20 miles away just to got to this store.

The place was very upscale, great prices but the customer service wasnt great I had mentioned to the gentleman be hide the counter that I was new at vaping he just looked a said okay. I was expecting him to start asking questions about what I knew about vaping and I was expecting him to get me started with a new kit but I went somewhere else to buy a vape kit where I think had better customer service.

This store has become my regular spot to shop at if I need to pick up something in a pinch. Good selection of mods and full kits at what most internet prices show. Good selection of juice at again good prices.

However, they dont open on time, which can be a problem if one wants to stop on their way to work. Its now 9:10 and their hours (online) say they open at 9:00. Been coming here for a while now and i never had a problem with them until today. i came here tonight with my family and so two tables were already set up so we wanted to sit in that table to be together and they got bother by it which made me upset because they were asking us which table we wanted. The ladt that was attending us (dont know her name) took a while to come to our table to see if we needed anything so we had to call her and they didnt really have no food ready as well

THE BEST VAPE SHOP IN AZ!!! I have been to every vape shop in the east and west valley, and have yet to see a better vape shop than Vape World. The store is very clean and the workers are very knowledgeable. The quality of the E-liquid they make is the best. It does not make your coil dirty and the flavors are amazing. They also offer name brand juices and beat competitors prices. Its location is great (right next to Starbucks by the Harkins theater on 99th ave) and you can vape inside. They are always up to date and tell me about new products that are about to hit the market. Thank you guys!! I hope you will be around for a while.

A decent Vape shop with all of the latest sub ohm tanks and coils. A small selection of juices (aside from the house made juices), pretty nice people too. Being close to a truck stop and a Starbucks actually puts this place high on my list for Vape shops in the Phoenix area.

Very large selection! This shop has something for every budget. High end and low end. Huge selection of juice. Huge selection of accessories. If that wasnt enough, he had such an extensive knowledge of all the products.

This Shop Has a Good selection of items new and older series mods and rdas but to my experience the the items i purchased at the time i was not aware the shops in phoenix AZ area charges around 35% markup on the mods and juices i would give this store a better rating if it was more up to date on current pricing of the item sold in there store.I really feel as if I was over charged and since all sales of vape products are final there is no recourse for me to take and they dont have sample juices for tasting the open new juices with nicotine and let the customer taste that as well i was not carded for verification that i was of age or for the use of my debit card i do really hope that this can help others in this vape community.

I came into this smokeshop planning on dropping a couple hundred and he had an attitude about me asking to look at the glass pieces that I was interested in buying and kept running away and not wanted to do his job, 0 stars this place is awful horrible customer service and everything is over priced Im not kidding there wasnt a single thing on his shelves that werent inflated beyond belief
